Monday

Jack and Sharon stumbled back to the hotel room, giddy from their swim with the dolphins. They flirted and canoodled, making the most of their Bahamas getaway. After making love, they ordered burgers, fries and Champagne. He started "selling" her on "how great we are together," but she told him it wasn't necessary. When she mentioned her next stop on the tour, he countered by mentioning the foundation. She wasn't ready for that, so they went back to planning their vacation until room service dropped off dessert for the "newlyweds." Though she felt they should learn from their recent troubles, Jack hoped, "When we leave here, we leave here with no baggage." Then there was more lovemaking, but Sharon didn't seem blissed out when she sat on the balcony later. On seeing Jack still sleeping, she lay next to him and put her head on his chest.

Daniel congratulated Lily on being a semifinalist and wondered after her competition, Marina. Cane noted he'd met her and called her "strange." When Amber made a comment about Cane supporting Lily, Cane shot, "For better or for worse, right?" Then he took off with Lily and Daniel worried, "When Marina finally does go public, she's going to make a very major and foolish play for Cane." Amber was on cloud nine over her win, but Daniel begged her to put her energy toward her designs or music. Instead, she had him call the entertainment editor at the paper and she set up an interview. Then she dragged him out behind her to get into costume. At the GCAC interview, Daniel made little comments as "Marina" weaved a story about her success and having entered the contest for, "Absolute, everlasting, profound love." When she said she'd entered to step back and find herself, Daniel chimed in with comments like, "It's almost as if you wanted to reinvent yourself. Like become someone totally new." Meanwhile, Lily and Cane unpacked their takeout and watched Casablanca. When she asked why Isla didn't stay with Rick, he explained, "It's about a man's sacrifice for the woman he loves, so she can have a better life." Then they started making out and she said she wanted to go forward. "Oops," Kay muttered when she and Jill interrupted the make-out session. Lily apologized for embarrassing everyone, but Jill and Kay laughed it off. They were thrilled she'd made the final cut for Fresh Faces, but Jill looked concerned when the kids set off to get dessert at the GCAC. She told Kay she was worried "Lily is going to fall harder for Cane than he wants her to." Kay told her to give them space and countered that she was worried about Amber. "For all her bravado, I think that my Amber is far more naive than your Lily," she said, but Jill laughed at the idea. When Cane and Lily got to the GCAC, they spotted "Marina" and introduced themselves. The editor was pleased to meet the competition and asked for a few minutes with Lily, but first he finished with "Marina." Cane quickly picked up on inconsistencies in her story and smiled away. After the editor told Lily they'd chat the next day, Cane continued questioning "Marina" and wondered why Daniel suddenly knew her. She pretended she picked him up, congratulated Lily and then left.

Nikki suited up to hold her grandson for the first time and JT snapped a shot for Victoria. When talk turned to her day in court, she said, "I went into this marriage alone, I can come out alone. As long as I have something like this [baby] to keep me going, I'll be just fine." When she got to the courthouse, she approached Victor and tearfully begged, "I'm asking if you could forgive me. I don't want to go in there. I don't want to go through with this. Can you find it in your heart to take me back?" Unfortunately, that was just Victor's fantasy. When his wife actually showed up, there was no kindness in her face and even worse, David showed up after her. Everyone but David got comfortable in the judge's chambers while the lawyers prepared Nikki and Victor for the "informal" hearing. After Nikki had her own fantasy about her ex stopping the proceedings, the judge arrived. Victor spoke first, saying, "Whatever my wife has accomplished in life, especially in business, was because of me. She has repaid me by sleeping around with another man." Nikki took offense, then talked about how he'd hidden his money when they met and thus she'd married for love. "I had no idea that he would be incapable of looking at me in any way other than a business deal," she sighed. "It was my realization that I was just a commodity, like stocks and bonds or real estate." Tears trickled as she revealed, "I put being Victor's wife first, ahead of everything, until he decided to completely ignore me. That was really the end." Then the judge asked what each of them wanted. "I do not want what I've struggled to attain for a lifetime, through extraordinarily hard work, to be taken by a woman who is bent on revenge simply because she doesn't feel fulfilled," Victor explained, to which Nikki countered, "Your honor, I was about to respond to that contentious attitude my husband just displayed, but I won't. I just want this to be resolved. I want it to be over with. And I would like to walk away with a shred of dignity." Since Illinois is a no-fault divorce state, the judge awarded Nikki "support at the level of the lifestyle she had during the marriage." Victor won ownership of NVP to cover his loan to Nikki. She thanked the judge, while Victor whispered, "Enjoy it while you can."

Tuesday

Lauren finally convinced Michael to stop working and take her to dinner before he met with Victor, but then Gloria breezed in with the bombshell that she'd married Jeff in Las Vegas. Michael went into a rage, so Lauren interrupted and sent him to cool his head and deal with Victor first. She then questioned Gloria herself and was concerned when Gloria said Jeff had taken off. It didn't help when Gloria said, "I've got my reasons, and the less you know, baby, the better off." Then she told Lauren she had to pack up to move in with her new hubby, but Michael got home in time to catch her. He begged her to let him have the marriage annulled and was horrified when she wouldn't say if she was sleeping with Jeff. She left as he screamed after her. When he heard Jeff was away, he determined to learn all about the guy. He wondered what his mother and her antagonist was up to and decided to have Kevin search Jeff's phone records. Kevin was on the phone getting an update from Gloria, who said she'd call in the morning to "cement phase two of our plan."

Victor grumbled over the divorce settlement, telling Nikki, "Don't spend it all in one place." His concession was at least taking NVP from her, while hers was not being left destitute. As soon as Nikki and David got home, he was ready to "dive in, start planning" how to spend her money and to set a date to get married. She said she needed "to get a little distance from the battlefield before I walk down the aisle." He rolled with postponing wedding talk, but then jumped into his business ideas. David's phone rang and the caller demanded they meet in 20 minutes, so he made an excuse and left. Nikki went to meet Kay and thank her for her support. "I know how it feels to suddenly be very empty and alone after it's all over," Kay empathized and gave her a pep talk. She also warned Nikki against rushing into business, while David was taking a back table at the GCAC with a gray-haired man. When David said the money he owed had finally come in, the guy chuckled, "Did you play a race that finally won?" The baddie needed more than David's word and seemed to be threatening violence, but decided to trust David when he promised, "I need just two more weeks. After that, I'm going to pay you back everything I owe, in full." David explained he was starting a "real" business with Nikki and would use some of the startup to pay him off. When David said he loved her, the man asked if David had told Nikki the whole story. David got up to leave and the baddie pissed him off by calling him "Clarke." When David finally got away, he saw JT and tried to cover and look normal at the bar. It didn't seem JT — or Kay — had seen anything.

After ordering Nikki's belongings be packed up and sent over from the manse, Victor met with Michael and went over his story. Victor insisted there was no one in the locker room who could have seen him with any bloody towel. Michael stressed out when Victor couldn't remember where he had dinner that night, but later, he cautioned, "I need you to take care of yourself." Victor got home to find JT asleep next to Victoria and asked for some time with her. He begged her to wake, explaining, "I'm a very lonely man." While he teared up, Nikki got home to find all of her belongings piled in the living room. She fought tears as she left David a message to call her and then walked back out into the night. She interrupted Victor's time with Victoria and he left without a word. The two separately mourned all they'd lost.

Neil called Karen, who was desperately searching the break room for food, and asked her to join him at the GCAC for "positive conversation." Of course, all they discussed was the Victor/Nikki drama. Then they talked about Lily. He was concerned about being closed out of her life, what with her not telling him about entering the contest and kissing Cane. "They've both been married. They've traveled around the world. They've lived in their own apartments. For all we know, they have more in common than you and I do," she noted and reminded him Lily is growing up. After she cooed over the lava cake, he considered adding it to Indigo. Then he again started on her to sing at Indigo, but she only agreed to sing to him at his apartment.

Wednesday

Lily was thrown when Karen came into the kitchen in her robe. "Oh, you spent the night," she realized. She seemed a bit more comfortable with the idea by the time Karen served up a plate of hot bagels, but barely looked up when Neil breezed through with kisses for Karen. Karen apologized for surprising her and congratulated her on making the semifinals of the beauty contest. When Lily turned down a spa day, Karen told her, "I'm not trying to take your mother's place." Lily smiled that it was "a lot for me to get used to," and left the room. After Karen left for the day, Lily called Cane and asked him to stop by the apartment. Once he arrived, she vented about her dad and Karen and the double standard. They talked about the trials of living with family and she suggested he move out, too. He leaned in and offered, "We could kill two birds with one stone." When she teased him for moving fast, he backpedaled and said he was joking. They moved in for a kiss, which is just when Karen burst back in looking for her notepad. "Every time I kiss Lily, someone just... walks in," Cane marveled. After he asked Karen to close her eyes so he could give Lily a kiss goodbye, Karen told Lily she'd stay mum. Later, Cane and Lily met up at Crimson Lights and when she worried about tension with her dad, he suggested they pretend to be just friends in public.

When Michael told Victor there was no proof to exonerate him, Victor simply reminded him it was his job to win, but he lost his patience after Michael suggested he plead self defense. "I will not plead guilty to a crime I did not commit," he stormed and fired him. Michael left without argument and later told Lauren, "I half expected it." He wondered if Gloria was keeping him from doing his job, but Lauren suggested the problem was he knew Victor could be guilty, proving Michael's fear that, "A jury full of people like you who will convict him because he is perceived to be a ruthless man of power and influence." She figured Victor was bound for prison without Michael, but Victor was hoping Neil could find him a new attorney. Neil tried to advise him, but Victor wouldn't hear it. Meanwhile, Heather went over her case against Victor with her new boss. Concerned their key witness would take off, he said, "The term 'high profile' was invented for cases like this. So amp it up. Let's give the people a good show and put Victor Newman behind bars. Pronto." Watching from nearby, Paul was concerned about her tough new boss and Maggie revealed his daughter was "barely" holding up and having nightmares about her childhood. He felt guilty for putting more on her shoulders when work was so hectic. When Heather asked Maggie to go over the evidence again, Paul suggested she take a breakfast break. She agreed to join them, but then Paul started asking about Victor's case. When he passively suggested she may not be emotionally up to handling the case, she shot him down. He tried to explain, but she left after saying, "I've managed to make a life and a career for myself without your help. So there's really no need to make me feel inadequate now." On her way out, she got a call and met with Sean, a valet who gave Victor an alibi. "I just figured if the guy didn't do it, you know, he shouldn't fry, right?" he said, but she later told Kevin he wasn't a lead worth following. Too bad for her Kevin casually told Michael, who decided to investigate. Bingo! Michael burst into Victor's with news of his new witness just as Neil was closing the deal with a hotshot lawyer.

Jack ran into Gloria at the GCAC and amid the tête-à-tête, she revealed she had married Jeff. "And yet somehow he's honeymooning without you," Jack minced, but all joking was pushed aside when he told Gloria his father's estate was "tied up in stocks, bonds, real estate" and Gloria talked of moving into the Abbott manse. "Over my dead body," he promised. Then Gloria had breakfast with Kevin, who told her Michael had tasked him to get Jeff's phone records. They wondered about all his business calls and then Kev confirmed his mother had not slept with his new stepdad. "That's 'cause he'd rather sleep with your money," Kevin snickered, but Gloria was relieved to hear he had a plan in mind. "I like the idea of making it look like Jeffrey's trying to poison me," she applauded and asked him to move fast, because she wanted to be back at the Abbott manse without Jeff. Kevin felt the mansion was the necessary "stage" for their plan. Later she found her new husband and grilled him about where he'd been. He told her to relax, explaining, "The only think you have to be nervous about is trying to double-cross me." Meanwhile, Lauren and Kevin found out all of Jeff's calls were to the same number in Korea, five times a day.

Thursday

Cane put the finishing touches on the room before the Faces of Jabot announcement, while Lily put the finishing touches on her look. Neil and Karen were proud, but Neil was worried when Lily went gaga over the gorgeous flowers from Cane. Lily called him on it, but he refused to engage about Cane. When she insisted they were just friends, Neil asked, "You really don't expect me to believe that?" Later, Neil asked Karen if she believed her, but Karen avoided the question by saying, "I do know that it's really important to Lily not to hurt your feelings." She also reminded him Lily was a grown up and suggested he give Cane a chance. He agreed to consider it. At the same time, newly-blond Daniel was telling Amber her Marina disguise wouldn't cut it, but Amber was determined to accept in person. Then they worked on her acceptance speech until Kevin came home with Jana, who was moving back in. Amber was thrilled when Jana introduced herself and asked if they'd met. "I told you I could pull it off," she bragged. When Jana left the room, Kev dropped the bomb that either Amber or Daniel had to move out to make room for his girl. When a worried Daniel suggested he go to back Amber up at the announcement, she turned him down, saying, "As I would love for you to be there, I just...can't take a chance and blow my cover." When she left, he told Kevin he hoped she didn't win. At the press conference, Cane ogled a vamped out Lily until "Marina" strutted in. Then Kay announced the four semifinalists, which included Lily and Marina. Cane ran to congratulate Lily, but quickly moved on to Marina. He congratulated her, too, but then whispered something to Jill. She gave him the go ahead, so he walked up to Amber and pulled off her wig!

Gloria was thrilled with Kevin's wedding gift, which was the book How to Poison your Spouse without Getting Caught? They wondered who Jeff was calling in Korea and Kev hoped it would a mistress, as that would help sell their plan. At the GCAC, she found William making a non-local call. She fished about Korea and what his business was, but learned nothing. "I've decided it's time for me to retire," he cooed, planning to be her kept man, but Gloria shot, "With that kind of arrangement, aren't you supposed to be in your 20s?" He shooed her off to her settlement meeting with Jack, reminding her he wanted to move into the manse before spring. Meanwhile, Jack and Sharon caught up after her trip to Miami, but there was no time for nookie, because he was having that meeting with Gloria. After he promised to "be a good boy," she set out for a meeting at Newman and he told his lawyer, Marcus, that he'd meant what he said to Sharon. During the meeting, he was very amicable...until Gloria said she wanted the house! "This house is not negotiable," he huffed, quickly losing his patience. Sharon came in as they were arguing, so he calmly asked Gloria to reconsider. She declined and left. The lawyer warned Jack he'd likely lose in court, but Jack was relieved to at least have Sharon's support. Later, he spoke to his father, promising to protect his home from Gloria and hoping he had his support. He kept waiting for an answer from Dad, begging, "Am I right?" Meanwhile, Gloria and her lawyer met with Jeff, who wondered if they could get into the manse before the court hearing. Sharon interrupted and asked to talk to Gloria alone.

Earlier at Newman, Brad took advantage of a few minutes of "private time" with Sharon before their meeting. He asked her to be his friend, but she wasn't willing to risk it. After their meeting, Karen took Sharon to see the photos from her Miami event, while Brad made his move on Nick's vacated job. "With Victor facing murder charges and Nick gone, Newman can't afford to lose me," he threatened. After reviewing Brad's report and hearing more of his pitch, Neil suggested Brad take the lead on Nick's accounts. That didn't cut it, so Neil said he'd talk to Victor about giving Brad the co-CEO job. Then he called Karen in and said, "I'd like for you to stay over. If you want to, you can bring some of your personal things and leave 'em at my place." She was even more shocked when he gave her a key.

Friday

Amber was in tears after Cane de-wigged her at the press conference, but that didn't stop Jill from attacking her or the photographers from flashing away. "I've known about it for awhile. I just didn't think she would...go ahead and do it," Cane sighed. Then a reporter realized she was the EXTREME CATWALK showstopper too. Amber tried to get away, but Jill said she couldn't "waltz" out. The reporters harassed her until Kay called an end to it and kicked them out, which gave Cane another go at her. He was worried about his family, especially his Gram. "I just hope that after she sees what you're really like, she stops trusting you." Not quite. While Jill spun the story by "stressing the outrageousness of it all, and how a girl who even has no self-esteem would do anything to be one of the Faces, and how wild it is," (per Lily), Kay got into the elevator with Amber and took her back to the manse for a chat. Amber cried over loving Cane, admitting, "Even knowing that he probably hates me now, I just look into his eyes and I feel like an angel." Katherine smiled understandingly and admitted she'd made her share of mistakes. She harkened back to the men she'd schemed to love, especially Phillip. When Amber asked if it was worth it, Kay begged, "Stop, Amber. Stop before it's too late." Then she collapsed!

At Crimson Lights, Michael happily gloated to Heather about having an alibi for Victor. Heather referenced valet Sean's police record and said her waitress witness was more reliable, but Michael scoffed, "The huge deposit she put in her bank account recently — that sure as hell makes it damn suspicious." Heather pointed to an inheritance, but Michael shook his head. He told her to drop the case, but she said, "Not a chance." Then she ran and asked someone to check out her witness' story. As if she wasn't doubting herself enough, her boss came in and handed her a new one, concluding, "I want a full report on both witnesses — theirs and ours — that convinces me you're right. I want it within 48 hours or I'm pulling you off the case."

With Reed set to move home, Nikki had Nick brought a crib into Victoria's room and then they discussed Victor, which led to talk of David. Nick was "concerned" and told his mother, "You have gotten involved with someone a little too quickly and maybe for the wrong reasons." Later, he found his old baby blanket and promised Victoria he'd be a bad influence on her kid unless she woke up. Before Victor and JT brought Reed home, JT warned, "I just don't want Reed getting caught up in this tension that's going on between you and Nikki." He agreed and later, the whole crew introduced Victoria to her son.

At the GCAC, Sharon tried to reason with Gloria by empathizing with her need for vindication, but Gloria countered she only wanted "what's rightfully mine." Sharon made her case for the Abbotts keeping their "family home." Unfortunately for Sharon, there was nothing Gloria wanted more, except maybe seeing Jack in the street! Later, Gloria met with Kevin for a poison brainstorming session until Michael showed up looking for Heather's waitress witness. Kev and Gloria wondered over Jeff's Korean caller, but Michael shrugged it off. "You need to let me find something more damaging. Something more incriminating," he said absentmindedly. The duo laughingly hinted at having a plan, but backtracked so Michael wouldn't stop them. Then he spotted the waitress and cut right to the chase, asking about her statement and her sick husband. He characterized Victor as "a family man. A man who has a daughter who's terribly ill, a young grandson who battled all the odds to survive." He surmised she couldn't live with her lies putting an innocent man in prison and he was right. She 'fessed up, but didn't know from whom the payoff came. Even though he'd been gentle, he felt bad for breaking her and told her to let him know if she needed anything.

Jack had another heart-to-heart with his father, who was proud of him for his behavior, but then asked him to sell Gloria the house. He told Jack it was keeping him from moving forward, but a desperate Jack begged John to let him stay. "Move on," John urged, insisting it was "only a house," but Jack couldn't do it. Sharon was a bit concerned when she interrupted him, but he admitted he was talking to his dad, which she found endearing. "Don't struggle anymore, okay?" Sharon said. "Because I've made a decision. And we are not leaving." Gloria had pushed her to her "breaking point," and Jack was tearfully touched by her support. Then Gloria arrived. "It seems the judge agrees with me about the house," she smiled and asked him to sell it, "because with or without you here, I'm moving in. Immediately."
