Monday

Ashley lamented to Tucker that Abby was going to lose her father in the lawsuit. Tucker encouraged her to be optimistic. After, they went over Jabot and Beauty of Nature's numbers and she was impressed. He wished that they could merge the two companies, but she replied that Victor would never let that happen. "He may not have a choice," Tucker told her.

Jack read about the suit at Gloworm, but Phyllis pulled the newspaper out of his hand and filled him in on Adam showing up at the arbitration. Phyllis and Jack concluded that Adam was doing it for Sharon; Phyllis went to check in on the story. After, Jack paid Tucker a visit.

At the courthouse, Sharon anxiously waited outside the arbitration room and texted Adam. Inside, Adam again stated that he'd forged Victor's trust papers. Nick, Abby and Victoria accused Adam of lying. They began to shout at their father, but the judge ordered them to calm down. Michael handed the judge proof of the documents. Nick reminded the judge that Adam is a convicted felon; the judge explained that he's going to investigate everything that's brought to light before rendering a decision. The judge warned Adam that if he's lying, he'll be prosecuted; Adam was ready to accept the consequences.... Phyllis arrived at the courthouse and taunted Sharon about Adam. Sharon ignored her and continued to text Adam, hoping to get information on what was happening.... When the meeting was over, Victoria asked Adam what Victor had promised him and warned that Victor would turn on him. Sharon entered and demanded to speak with her fianc. He assured her that everything was fine, but Nick filled her in on Adam's "confession." Sharon didn't believe that he did this, but Adam insisted that he'd falsified the documents. Phyllis asked Victor what he'd offered to do for Adam in exchange for the testimony, but Michael led her away. Adam implored Sharon to trust him and promised to explain everything later. Nick reamed out his father for his underhanded actions. "I don't know you at all," Nick seethed. "I'm done with you." "We're all done," Abby said quietly.

Later, the Newman sibs wondered why Adam would help Victor and Nick was certain that their father was using Sharon as leverage. Abby was sure that they were going to lose their suit and regretted not accepting Victor's offers. "I listened to everybody except for myself!" she cried. She then accused Victoria of using her and stormed out. After, Abby called her mom and told Ashley about Adam's testimony. Ashley gave Tucker and Jack the news and went to meet her daughter. Jack couldn't believe that Victor would screw over his own kids. Tucker feared that they'd never get BoN and warned that this would mean the end of Jabot for Jack. He suspended Jack and stated that the only way back in for Jack is to find a way to get BoN.

Phyllis and Michael went to Crimson Lights where she went on about the suit. Michael asked why she cared and she replied that it affects Summer. Michael noted that Jack is the one who initiated the whole thing.

Ashley went home and found Abby trashing the place. Abby tossed a photo of Jack on the floor and blamed her uncle for forcing her to do the suit. Ashley promised to handle her brother and reminded Abby that she has to take responsibility for her own choices. Ash believed that it wasn't too late for her to fix things, but wouldn't give Abby advice on how to do that.... Victoria and Nick went to her place and discussed the suit. Victoria called Abby to check on her, but Abby wasn't picking up her phone. Victoria asked Nick if they made a mistake by going against Victor, but he thought that it was time they stood up to their father.... Jack returned home and Abby gave him the cold shoulder. Ashley accused him of pushing her daughter into the suit so that he could screw Victor. Jack didn't deny it. "Now what?" Ashley asked, fearing that Abby could get hurt. Jack confessed that if he didn't give Tucker BoN, Tucker would fire him. Ashley was shocked.

Adam signed Victor's name so that his handwriting could be examined by an expert. When Adam and Victor were alone, Victor promised his son that as soon as the decision was rendered, he'd tell the cops about Skye. Adam lamented that Sharon didn't like what he was doing, but Victor believed that she'd be grateful in the long run.

Sharon stopped by Victoria's and apologized to Nick for her part in it. She insisted that she didn't agree with what Adam was doing. Nick warned that Victor wouldn't like her interfering, but Sharon didn't care. After, Abby came by and gave Victoria a peace offering gift for Lucy. Victoria and Nick assured her that they'd always be family, no matter what happened with the suit. They decided to go out for dinner, but agreed not to discuss the suit.

Phyllis went to see Jack at the Abbott mansion and he admitted that he needed to get BoN to keep his job. Phyllis wished he'd told her earlier and reminded him that they're in a relationship. He shared how he's been suspended from his job; she felt badly for him and made him feel better by kissing him. They fell onto the couch and became more passionate.... Ashley asked Tucker about BoN and he didn't deny anything. Ashley couldn't believe that her fianc was using her brother and daughter. "This was just business," he stated. "Don't say that to me; you sound just like Victor," she cried. He declared his love for her, but she wasn't sure what to believe.

At home, Sharon and Adam argued over his decision; she encouraged him to stop hating himself. "It's too late," Adam replied. "Tell them the truth," Sharon urged. Later, the Newman sibs went to Gloworm for dinner. Victor was there, as well, but ignored them as he passed by their table.

Tuesday

At Newman Enterprises, Victor met with the press. He stated that he loves his family and children, and that NE wasn't in trouble. After, Billy came by and insisted on doing an interview, and Vic agreed. "The rumors of my company's demise are greatly exaggerated," Victor began and gave the same statement about how he loves his children.

Adam returned home after going for a jog and explained to Sharon that he was trying to sort things out. He decided to not accept his deal with Victor and lie on his father's behalf. Sharon was thrilled. After, Adam went to NE and told Victor that their deal is off — but was still confident that he could help Sharon. Victor let Adam know that he was on to Adam's scheme to make it look as if Skye were still alive and threatened to make the information public. Adam insisted that Sharon had no knowledge of it. Victor was sure that Adam would stick to their alliance.

At the Chancellor Estate, Nina cared for a recovering Chance. She recalled a story about how as a little boy he'd wanted to give shoes to a less fortunate kid — and noted that he's still the same caring person.... Victoria stopped by to see Nikki and said hello to Kay and Murphy. They didn't know where Nikki was. Soon, an FBI agent came by to check in on Chance. Chance asked about Ronan, but the agent didn't think that Ronan would blab about Chance's whereabouts. Nina looked forward to the trial being over so Chance would no longer have to be in hiding. Chance asked Nina to get him a drink; when she stepped away, the agent asked why he was lying to his mother. Chance was determined to get out of the Witness Protection Program, but the agent feared that he'd never survive. Later, Chance came close to telling Nina that he might have to go back into hiding, but chickened out.

Nikki was in bed with Deacon in his hotel room. She told him that he made her happy, even though everyone else thought they were wrong together. He didn't see her family accepting them as a couple any time soon. She went on about how she enjoyed being in an honest, drama-free relationship. Soon, she got a call from Victoria, who wondered where her mom was. Nikki replied that she was heading off to an AA meeting. Victoria told her that Victor had pulled something at the arbitration; Nikki agreed to meet with her right away.

Murphy paid Meggie a visit in jail and she taunted him about when he'd been paralyzed. She then called Kay an "old bag." He was happy to see her behind bars, but she assured him that she's soon be out. Kay joined them and swore that Meggie would spend the rest of her life in jail.... Deacon went to his AA meeting and confided to the group about how he'd fallen for a wonderful woman whom he'd deceived. He didn't know whether he should tell the truth or not, noting that he'd lose in either scenario. Later, Deacon went to see Meggie and she teased him about Nikki. She reminded him that they'd teamed up to make Nikki fall off the wagon and demanded that he help bust her out.... Kay assured Murphy that Meggie would never hurt anyone again.

Nikki joined Victoria at Crimson Lights, where Victoria filled in her mom on Adam siding with Victor. Nikki was aghast that Victor would use Sharon's freedom as a bargaining tool. Sharon arrived and shared an awkward greeting with Victoria. Sharon urged her to have faith in her brother, but Victoria believed that Adam would always be a liar. After, Billy joined his wife, who rolled her eyes over Sharon defending Adam. Billy filled her in on his interview with Victor, noting that Newman was playing his part as the "hurt father."

Nikki barged into Victor's office and reamed him out for teaming up with Adam against his other children. He blamed his kids for starting it by bringing on the suit... Adam returned to Sharon and sadly explained that he can't back out of his deal. She was upset and demanded to know what had happened. He confessed that he'd tried to make it look as if Skye were alive by creating a false financial trail. "How could you do this without telling me about it?" Sharon asked, noting that if the D.A found out about it, she was screwed. Adam vowed not to let anyone find out. They agreed to be there for each other, no matter what.... Victor went to the coffee house and made a point to ignore Victoria. She approached him and quizzed him about really loving his children. "I do," he insisted. She challenged him to prove it by admitting his collusion with Adam. Victor accused her and her siblings of trying to steal from him and ruin his company.

After meeting with Victor, a frustrated Nikki returned to Deacon's. Deacon declared his hotel room a "Victor free zone" and planned to make her happy. "I know you'll always have my back," Nikki cooed.

Billy decided to write an article about Victor, but Victoria didn't think it was a good idea. Billy wanted to show the judge how Victor has screwed over everyone he claims to love. She gave in and agreed to let Billy write his piece.... At the courthouse, Adam promised Sharon that as soon as the murder charges against her are dropped, he's done dealing with Victor. Sharon admitted that it hurt to know that Victor didn't really care about her like she'd thought. Just then, Victor arrived; he and Sharon eyed each other coldly.

Wednesday

At the arbitration, Leslie questioned Michael and Adam about Adam's statements. She suspected that the younger Newman was lying.... In the courthouse lobby, Victor encountered a cold Sharon. She accused him of using her freedom as a means of blackmailing Adam. Victor insisted that Adam has his own mind and could do what he wants. Sharon argued that he was using Adam as a weapon against his other kids and was letting her go to jail for something she didn't do. Sharon wondered if Victor has any decency left in him. Victor reminded her that she turned her back on her family and everyone in her life, including Nick, and Nikki loathes her. "If anyone's a fraud, it's you," he spat. Ouch.... Leslie questioned Adam about his brief time as CEO and he replied that it was a "blur" to him. She asked if he had witness to his forgery and he said that there were no witnesses. Leslie called for a break and Michael implored Adam to be utterly convincing with his statements.

Victoria asked Jana to meet her at Crimson Lights so they could discuss Jana's nanny duties. Kevin, Chloe and Daniel entered and Chloe mocked Jana, calling her "Nanny Dearest" and then "Scary Poppins." Daniel was surprised to hear that Jana was Lucy's nanny. He stared grumpily at Jana as she tended to the baby.... Angelo stopped by to see Kevin and warned that if Jeff can't get him the money he owes, everyone in Kevin's life would be involved. Chloe was concerned when Kevin pointed out the mobster.

At the Chancellor Estate, Katherine and Jill argued over whether Colin could move in. Jill reminded Kay that Colin is now her husband and pointed out that she puts up with Kay and Murphy. Kay shouted at Jill that they still don't really know anything about Colin.... Lily took the twins out for a walk and thought she spotted Cane. However, it was Colin entering the coffeehouse. Lily impulsively hugged him. Colin encouraged her to open up to him. She admitted that she feels overwhelmed with grief over Cane. Colin reminded her that she has many people in her life, including himself and Jill, who'd help her with the twins. Daniel came over to say hello and she confessed that she's still "seeing" Cane. Daniel filled her in on Lucy being in the other room, and how it was weird for him.

Jill was surprised when the Governor stopped by to give her his condolences. He then invited her for a drink. Jill ran to find Kay and accused her of sending him over in an attempt to set up him and Jill. Jill stated that she's not going to be unfaithful to her husband. Kay wasn't fazed and encouraged them to enjoy themselves. Jill later learned that Kay had informed the Gov that she'd wed Colin to get him his green card. Jill was beyond furious.

At Deacon's motel room, Nikki freaked out when she spied a cockroach on the floor. He killed it and she suggested that they get their own place, perhaps a room at the G.C.A.C.... Meggie watched TV in prison and half-jokingly asked if The Great Escape was on.... Nikki and Deacon went to the club, where Nikki called Kay to share her news. Kay was aghast to hear that Nikki was shacking up with Sharpe. Victoria ran into them and was also horrified. She warned Nikki that she was going to ruin her life by being with Deacon.

Adam, Michael and Leslie returned to the arbitration room, where Adam again stated that he forged the documents. Leslie mentioned Sharon and Adam replied that Sharon see who she wants him to be, while Victor sees who he really is. Leslie still didn't buy Adam's story. Adam went outside and Sharon asked what happened. Victor praised him for doing the right thing and said that he's proud of his son. However, Michael warned Vic that they were still on shaky ground. Later, Adam and Sharon returned home and he asked what she thought of him. She acknowledged that Adam had lied to protect her and added that the only person who should be ashamed is Victor. Sharon gave Adam a gift, an angel statue, and encouraged him to let everything go.

Kay asked Victor to stop by and she filled him in on her meeting with Meggie. Deacon soon stopped by to pick up Nikki's things. Victor headed out and pretended to not notice Sharpe. Kay told him that he's not worthy of Nikki and slammed the door in his face. Meggie called Deacon and again threatened to blab about their scheme. Later, Victor went to see Meggie and warned that she wasn't getting out of jail.

Colin went to the Chancellor Estate and introduced himself to the Governor. Jill and Colin began to mock the Gov and laughed at him. Kay realized that her hopes of setting up Jill were dashed and saw the Governor out. She was angry with them for their behavior, but Jill didn't care.

Victoria hurried over the coffeehouse and asked Jana to watch Lucy for a little longer. She then got a call about the suit and was told that Adam didn't take back his confession. Later, Jana took Lucy home; when Jana stepped out on the porch to pick up Lucy's blanket, someone reached out and grabbed Jana from behind.

Thursday

Lily watched the video of Cane and gently touched the screen. After, she took a nap and had a dream that Cane's spirit paid her a visit. She regretted that there was so much they hadn't said to each other. She then awoke and heard a noise at the door. Lily grabbed her flashlight and looked around — and saw Cane peering in the window. He drew a heart in the frost on the window, but when she opened he window, he disappeared. Lily frantically called Neil.

Neil went to Gloworm and chatted with Jeff, who had his arm in a sling. Kevin and Angelo watched as the men spoke. After, Kevin approached Jeff and implored him to pay what he owes. Jeff dodged away from Kevin and Angelo called Kev over to talk. Kevin assured him that he'd get his money and resigned from the "job" that Hogan had given him. Angelo wouldn't let him quit.

Meanwhile, Nick ran into Billy and Victoria at the club. They discussed Adam and Nick believed that he could find a way to turn the case around. Victoria was about to tell them about Nikki moving in with Deacon, but Billy refused to let her talk anymore about her family. After, Gloria asked if she could take photos of their home for a real estate magazine. They readily agreed. Chloe entered, looking for Kevin, but then spied him with Angelo. Billy warned her that he knows Angelo from his gambling days and that he's a "pile of trouble." He added that if Kevin is involved in something shady, he won't let Fisher be near Delia.... Victoria said hello to Neil and asked him about Lily. They then discussed the arbitration and she urged him to help discredit Adam's story. Neil argued that since Adam had fired him, he'd just come off as a disgruntled former employee. He also didn't want to drag Chancellor through the mud. Victoria still pleaded with him to help them out.

Sharon and Adam enjoyed some quality time with Faith. Adam didn't understand how she could believe in him when he was playing Victor's game. "He forced you to," she reasoned. Adam hoped that Victor would hold up his end of the deal in regards to Sharon's freedom, but she just wanted to concentrate on her daughter. He felt helpless that he couldn't find a better way to help Sharon, but she didn't want him to turn into Victor. Adam went to Gloworm to drown his sorrows and ran into Victoria. She asked what Victor offered him in exchange for his testimony. When he didn't answer, she called him a pathetic loser. Neil interrupted and also questioned Adam about his statements. Adam coldly reminded Neil that he'd fired him. Billy came between them before a fight broke out. Adam told them that they were all crazy and left.

At Billy and Victoria's place, someone grabbed Jana from behind: it was Ryder. She demanded that he leave and he explained that he returned to town to find Daisy's baby. Jana cradled Lucy and backed away from him, but he assured her that he wouldn't hurt her. Still, he warned that if she called the cops, he'd tell them how she'd helped Daisy escape. Jana stated that the last time she saw Daisy, she was pregnant. Ryder still believed that the baby was out there and asked Jana to help him out. She refused, but he noted that she'd be the one to give the baby to Kevin. Jana practically shoved him out the door, then found Glo taking photos on the front porch — and hid him in the closet. Gloria realized that Jana was the new nanny and demanded to know what her former daughter-in-law was up to. Jana tried to see her out, but Gloria vowed to keep an eye on her. After Glo left, Ryder thanked Jana for hiding him. He again asked her to help him find the baby.

Neil went to Lily's and she filled him on her encounter with Cane. But when she looked at the window, the heart was no longer there. Neil thought that her mind was playing tricks on her. Later, the video of Cane began playing by itself.

At Gloworm, Billy and Victoria had fun participating in a limbo contest... Chloe questioned Kevin about Angelo and how dangerous the man was. Kevin assured her that he had everything under control.... Glo returned to the club and gave Billy and Victoria a friendly warning about Jana.

Nick stopped by Sharon's and found her playing with Faith. He assured her that she's a good mom and that he knows she didn't kill Skye. He was confident that Victor wouldn't leave her hanging. Sharon became furious at the mention of Victor, but Nick revealed that Victor was the one who'd paid her bail. Sharon thanked him and they embraced — just as Adam returned home, of course. Adam marched over to Nick without a word and punched Nick in the face. Nick promptly left with Faith. Sharon reamed out Adam for his behavior and angrily went to bed. Adam grabbed the angel statue and tossed it on the floor.

Friday

Billy showed his Victor-bashing article to Victoria. It said his
late father, John Abbott, would have never abused his kids the way Newman
has. Victoria deemed the story "beautiful" and tearfully recalled that
she used to be the apple of her daddy's eye. After Billy consoled her,
Victoria bucked up and headed over to the arbitration.

A hungover Adam fretted to Sharon that he couldn't trust Victor to help her.
She told him to "pull it together" and left to spend time with Faith.
Meanwhile, after reading Billy's article online, Victor lamented to
Katherine that he never wanted this estrangement with his kids to happen. A
pensive Victor went to the park alone to read the rest of the article on his
cell phone. Nick and Sharon arrived with Faith but didn't see Victor, who
overheard her sob about the possibility that she could be taken away from
Faith if she is found guilty of Skye's murder. Nick was summoned to the
arbitration and left. Victor appeared and assured Sharon that everything
will be "all right," then walked away.

Neil informed Tucker that he had evidence that could change the course of
the arbitration. Tucker was assured that Neil would do the right thing.
After Winters went on his way, Kay showed up and Tucker invited her to have
breakfast with him. She accepted and Tucker asked if Kay's offer to have his
wedding at her mansion still stood. Touched, she said yes.

Victor shared with Michael that he is going to the D.A. and confess he was
in Hawaii on the night Skye died. Michael was flabbergasted as Victor
recounted how Sharon tried to save Skye from falling into the volcano.
Michael advised Victor to come forward with the testimony after the
arbitration but he was determined to go to the D.A. first. Michael reminded
that Victor could be charged with obstructing justice but he was determined
to do the right thing.

Adam made an offer to Nick to recant his testimony if Sharon got shared
custody of Faith. Nick agreed, if Adam would leave town and "never come
back." Adam returned home and pretended to be drunk. He announced that he
can't be the kind of guy she wants and claimed he never loved her. Sharon
refused to believe him but he insisted it's true and she stormed out in
tears.

Neil confided to Ashley that he could discredit Adam's testimony and she
urged him to move forward with it.... John Abbott visited Billy and assured
his son that he was doing a great job as a father.... Michael arrived at the
hearing room without Victor. Abby and Victoria asked where their father was.
Meanwhile, Victor showed up at the D.A.'s office.... An upset Sharon went to
Nick and cried about Adam. Nick comforted her in his arms.... Adam showed up
at the airport to buy a one-way ticket out of Genoa City.
