Monday

Phyllis decided to quit Newman Enterprises so she could have a "Victor free" zone in her life.... Jack and Victor met with Michael at Newman to see how they could wrest Chancellor Industries back from Jabot. Cane offered to help them out by using his position at Chancellor to get information. Adam noted that Tucker is going to want to make a real profit from Chancellor. Jack insisted that he was loyal to Kay and wasn't in on this simply to get Jabot. After, Michael and Jack ran into Phyllis in the hallway and she reported that she's leaving. Jack offered her a job at Jabot, but she turned him down.

Gloria dined at the athletic club, where she ordered a really expensive dinner. Jeffrey joined her, complaining about how he had to park his new sports car too far away. They discussed Tucker buying out Chancellor right from under Kay.... Jill was reeling after Kay caught her in bed with Tucker and said that Jill was never her daughter. Tucker seemed indifferent to Jill's situation, but Jill wanted to make things right with Kay. Tucker confirmed to Jill that he's Kay son. Meanwhile, Kay confirmed it to Nikki and Brock, and revealed that Jill's been sleeping with him. She was horrified that such a despicable man as McCall was her flesh and blood. Brock promised to not let Tucker destroy everything she owns. Nikki tried to keep her friend calm, but Kay couldn't believe that she'd been so blind. She also believed that Jill had conspired against her and felt betrayed.

Jack arrived at the club and ran into the Bardwells. He noted them drinking an expensive wine and asked how much of his money Glo was spending — and demanded that she pay up her Jabot settlement. Glo smiled and said that she doesn't have the money and added that Jack doesn't scare her. "Don't mess with me and don't mess with the law," Jack warned. Michael approached them and Jack wryly stated that Gloria needed Baldwin's legal advice.

Phyllis informed Michael that Victor is moving back to the ranch, and that Adam and Sharon were on the property, too. She filled him in on the confrontation she'd witnessed between Adam and Dr. Taylor. Michael cracked that it was difficult enough being the Newmans' attorney, and he didn't think he could ever be married to one.

Victor asked Nick and Adam for ideas on how to deal with McCall. Adam suggested that as soon as Tucker begins selling off subsidiaries of Chancellor, they buy them up with offshore accounts of their foreign investors. Nick thought that Tucker would catch on to that, but Victor agreed with Adam. After, Nick met up with Phyllis at the coffeehouse and grumbled to her about Adam. "I always wanted a brother," he sighed. "Instead you got Adam," Phyllis finished. She urged him to quit with her, but Nick wanted to make Victor proud. He realized that in order to make it work with Victor, he had to find a way to work with Adam — and beat his brother at his own game. Later, Nick returned to the office and Victor acknowledged that Adam was trying to push Nick's buttons. He told Nick that he's proud of him and promised that he, Nick and Adam would figure out things together. Adam then approached Victor with business figures; Victor accused him of coming up with the idea to show up Nick and ordered him to stop competing with him — for the sake of Newman. Adam argued that he's done every task that Nick has asked of him and that he's gone out of his way to be a team player. Victor then accused Adam showing up Nick by marrying Sharon. Adam denied this. "You got that? I love her," Adam snarled. Nick joined them as Adam launched into a tirade against Nick and Victor. "Sharon makes me believe in myself," he snapped. "I am sick and tired of jumping through hoops defending myself," Adam went on. "What do I have to do to earn your trust?" "I will never trust you," Victor whispered. Adam angrily quit and stormed out.

Brock paid Tucker a visit in his suite. Tucker noted that they're brothers. Brock pointed out to him that being Kay's son must mean something to him or he wouldn't have gone through all of this trouble. He urged Tucker to get to know Kay.... Jill went to see Kay, but Nikki tried to kick her out and reamed her out for being with Tucker. Jill insisted that she had no idea that Tucker was planning a takeover. Nikki physically put up her arms to block Jill from seeing Kay, but Kay joined them and agreed to speak with Jill. Jill explained how she hadn't known what Tucker was up to. Kay didn't buy it and called Jill a "white trash manicurist sleeping her way out of the gutter." "I gave you money, security ... And love, but it's never enough," Kay lamented. Jill took the insults and waited for Kay to calm down. Jill again insisted that she didn't mean for any of this to happen, but Kay continued to call her a tramp. Jill stated her love for Kay. Kay reminded her of all of the things that Jill has done to her over the years. Jill calmly said that she thought they'd gotten past all of this and called Kay an "angry, bitter woman." They argued over Phillip II until Cane came downstairs and tried to break it up. Kay asked Jill to get out and declared them finished. Cane took Jill to his house and questioned her about the argument, but she didn't want to discuss it. "Are you involved with Tucker McCall?" he asked. Jill replied that she intends to work with Tucker. Cane didn't understand how she could choose McCall over Kay.... Jack ran into an upset Nikki at the club and offered to listen to her problems. She appreciated it and filled him in on the Kay/Jill drama. Jack noted that at least Kay has Nikki. Nikki was confident that Kay would come out on top.... Brock returned to the estate with Tucker and encouraged her to "see" her son. "You're my mother," Tucker said. "Do you have anything to say?" "No, I don't," replied Kay. He couldn't believe that her finding out that he's her son doesn't mean anything. "Nothing," Kay shrugged. Tucker seemed disappointed as he left. Brock held his mother as she broke down.

Tuesday

At Crimson Lights, Billy sat with Cordelia, who looked adorable in a pink flowered hat. There, he ran into Chloe and Chance. Billy asked if he could speak with Chloe alone. Billy apologized to Chloe for yelling at her and firing her from Restless Style. Chloe liked the "new" Billy and hoped he'd stick around. He asked her to return to the magazine. Chloe happily accepted. Later, she informed Chance of her decision, but he didn't think she should go back. Chloe insisted that she can take care of herself when it comes to Billy and believed that he was trying to be a better person. Chance promised to support her.

Adam handed Victor his official letter of resignation. Victor stated that Adam is making a mistake by leaving, but Adam disagreed. After, Adam paid Tucker a visit and introduced himself.... Sharon went to Newman Enterprises looking for Adam and Victor informed her that he quit. Sharon thought it was for the best, but Victor suspected that Adam would eventually come crawling back. Sharon asked Victor if he could find a way to have a personal relationship with his son. "He's family. In the end, I will always forgive him," said Victor. "I just hope he won't take advantage of that."... At Tucker's, Adam filled McCall in on his backstory. Tucker could relate to Adam finding out that Victor is his father late in the game. Adam cut right to the chase and asked for a job.

Noah got an e-mail from Eden in Paris, who reported that she loves being there. She informed him that her aunt keeps insisting that Eden is the one who contacted her, rather than the other way around. Eden sent Noah a link to her school and suggested that he join her. Noah noted that it was indeed strange that Eden's aunt denied being the one to make initial contact.... Lauren relaxed as she tried to get rid of a headache. Daisy joined her and complained that life in the dorms in terrible. She confessed that she's had a hard time making friends. Lauren invited her to move into Eden's room. Daisy was thrilled, but thought that they should clear it with Michael first. Lauren was confident that he'd approve and went to clean out the room. Lauren then went to call Michael and flipped out when she couldn't reach him. She wondered why she was having these mood swings and went to pour herself a drink. Daisy questioned Lauren about it and Lauren dumped the drink down the drain.

Sharon returned home and found Noah looking up Eden's school. He asked if he could join his girlfriend, but Sharon refused. Noah complained that he's tired of the drama in his family and needs a break. Sharon felt badly about all that he's been through and promised to speak with Nick.... Tucker was intrigued with Adam. Adam gave Tucker access to Newman Enterprises's records and McCall promptly hired him. After, Adam found Billy at the coffeehouse and warned Billy not to do an expos on him.

Daisy offered to pick up some snacks while Lauren went to clean out Eden's room.... Noah spoke with Eden on the phone and was still concerned about someone contacting Eden's aunt and pretending to be her. He planned to do some detective work. After, he ran into Daisy at the coffeehouse and became uncomfortable when she shared that she's staying in Eden's room.... Lauren cleaned out Eden's room and found a binder mixed in with her things. It had Eden's name on the front and was filled with newspaper clippings about Lauren's dealings with Sheila, as well as a receipt from a pet store. Lauren concluded that Eden was the one who'd sent the rat.

Tucker and Victor ran into each other at the athletic club. Tucker questioned Victor about a company Newman was interested in. Victor wondered how he knew about it; Tucker replied that he heard it through the grapevine and revealed that he hired Adam.... Adam returned home and gave Sharon his side of the story for why he left Newman. He explained that he was sick of dealing with Victor and Nick. Adam promised to take care of her and then shared that he got a new job with Tucker. Sharon was shocked, and wasn't sure that it was a smart idea, given Tucker and Kay's issues. She then concluded that Adam just wants to drive Victor crazy. Adam replied that he could learn a lot from Tucker and no longer cared what Victor thought of him.... Tucker said aloud to himself that he doesn't trust the Newmans.... Victor approached Billy at the magazine and said that he has a story. Billy wondered if he was about to make a deal with the devil and asked what the story is about. Victor proposed a story about what a poor excuse for a human Adam is — and volunteered to let Billy quote him in detail. Billy was intrigued.

Wednesday

Kay met with Neil at the athletic club and waited for Michael and Jack to join them so they could discuss the Tucker situation. Neil was confident that Kay would come out ahead. Cane arrived and told Kay not to blame herself. She believed that God was punishing her for abandoning her child. Kay was still horrified over the idea of Jill sleeping with Tucker. Cane was surprised to learn of Jill's dalliance.... At Tucker's suite, Jill lamented to Tucker that Kay accused her of betraying her trust. Tucker replied that Jill deserved better. She asked if he had anymore surprises for her, but he told her not to worry about that.

Michael returned home so he could change before the meeting and was greeted by Lauren. As he undressed, Daisy walked into their bedroom and was embarrassed to see Michael half naked. He demanded to know what she was doing there and wasn't pleased to learn that she'd moved in. Lauren argued that she took in Eden with no questions. Daisy stormed out of their home and Lauren became furious with Michael. Michael wondered why Daisy couldn't stay at the dorms and asked what would happen when Eden returned. Lauren showed him the scrapbook she found in Eden's room that contained clips about Lauren's past with Sheila. Lauren believed that Eden was the one who sent the rat. Michael urged her not to jump to conclusions, then left for his meeting. After he was gone, Daisy called Ryder and asked him to leave something behind.

Victor ran into Adam and warned his son to watch out now that he's working for Tucker.... At the ranch, Faith became fussy. Ashley noted that the baby had been crying since a certain time that morning. Sharon offered to take her off Ashley's hands for a while.... Jack planned to meet with Victor to deal with Tucker.... Adam returned to the ranch and informed Ashley that he quit Newman Enterprises and is now working for McCall.... Sharon took Faith to the coffeehouse and enjoyed spending some quality time with the baby. When she returned home, Adam became uncomfortable at seeing her with the tot. Ashley asked Adam what Tucker's plans are for Jabot, but Adam had no idea. He implored Ashley to trust him, but she was obviously upset. He suggested to Sharon that they move out of the ranch, but she refused calling it “home.” She asked why Adam seemed so intent on getting her out of the house. He replied that he was afraid that Sharon would be uncomfortable living there and that it also might be awkward with him now working for Tucker. Ashley overheard and insisted that she wants them to stay. She gave Adam her support for his new job.

Kevin became alarmed when Tucker wanted to see him, fearing that he'd lose his job. Jana assured him that Tucker would recognize how important his position is. Kevin then debated whether he even wanted to keep the job since it would mean betraying Kay. After, they discussed Ryder and wondered how he was doing. Kevin noted that he might never see his brother again and hoped that he was getting his life in order.

Victor arrived at the club and promised Kay that everything would work out. Jack and Michael joined them. Victor took Michael aside and asked if there was anything that would thwart his plans to move back into the ranch. Michael replied that there was nothing legal blocking his return.... Jack also assured Kay that he's going to fight to the end to save Jabot.... Cane went to Tucker's place, where he cornered Jill and asked her why she hadn't been honest with him about sleeping with Tucker. Jill explained that she'd met Tucker in New York before she knew who he was, and she'd kept quiet in an effort to keep her private life and professional life separate. She insisted that she had nothing to do with Tucker's plan, but believed that Tucker could take Chancellor to new heights. Cane asked if she's in love with McCall. Jill denied it. Cane feared that she'd get hurt. Cane told Tucker that he's not sure he can trust him. Tucker promised that he'd change Cane's mind, so Cane agreed to work for him.

Everyone finally sat down for the meeting at the club. Kay reminded them that this is more than just a business takeover because Tucker wanted revenge against her. Michael suspected that Tucker's emotional reasons behind the move could be his undoing. Victor and Jack were prepared to do whatever they could to beat Tucker at his own game. Kay was grateful for their support and was ready to fight.... Cane called Kay and informed her that he was "in" with McCall.

Lauren went to work and was startled when Daisy came up behind her. Lauren complained about having a headache that wouldn't go away. When she found a backpack, Daisy explained that it was hers because she'd been staying in the back of Fenmore's, away from the dorms. She asked Daisy if staying at the dorms was that terrible. Daisy replied that the kids have been making fun of her and the boys said that she's only good for one thing. Lauren insisted that Daisy stay with them for another night.... Jana found Ryder rooting around in the garbage behind Crimson Lights. He pleaded with her not to tell Kevin, but she urged him to call his brother. Ryder thought it was best if he just stayed away.

Michael and Victor went to his office and agreed that they were only working with Jack for Kay's sake. Victor again asked about the ranch, but didn't want to move in against Ashley's wishes.... Kevin arrived to see Tucker. Jill was also there and traded barbs with Kay over Kay's accusations against her. Tucker arrived and fired everyone — then laughed and said that it was a joke and their jobs are safe.

Michael came home and was furious to see that Daisy was still staying with them. Lauren accused him of being more concerned about his clients than her. Michael was surprised by her mood swings. Lauren stated that Eden has been terrorizing him and said that he was taking his sister's side over hers.

Jack cornered Victor about Adam's new job and wondered why he didn't say anything about it at the meeting. Victor stated that what Adam did was irrelevant. Victor warned Jack that once he was through with Tucker, he was coming after him.... Tucker revealed that he was going to sell Jabot.

Thursday

Victor stopped by the ranch to see baby Faith. He wanted to discuss the living arrangements with Ashley, but she reminded him that he agreed to give her the home. He offered to buy her and their daughters an adjacent property, but she didn't like that idea. She accused him of making promises and then backing out of them. Abby overheard and was upset at her parents' arguing. "I wish I could divorce both of you!" she yelled and ran out. Noah offered to talk to her. Ashley noted that Abby wants stability in her life. Victor agreed that he didn't want their children to suffer from their actions.

Abby ran to the bookstore, where she hid behind the stacks and pulled a huge bottle of booze out of her purse. She added some to her coffee. After, she approached Ryder, who was filling out job applications at a nearby table. She offered him a sip of her coffee and he was surprised to find that it had been spiked, given that she's underage. She replied that she still likes to have fun. Ryder grabbed the bottle of alcohol just as Noah arrived. He accused Ryder of trying to get her drunk, but Abby shared that it's hers. "She's your headache now," Ryder told Noah. Noah scolded Abby for stealing the booze and called Victor to know let him know that his daughter was okay.

Jack and Emily dined at at athletic club. Chloe joined them and reported that there was a flood at the church they'd planned to marry at. She suggested another church. Emily agreed, saying that they didn't want to wait to wed. Chloe revealed that she's returning to Restless Style, but their wedding was still her top priority.

Tucker announced that he planned to sell Jabot. Kay, Jill and Cane argued with him about it, but Tucker believed that Jabot was too different from the rest of Chancellor Industries to stay a part of it. Kay asked to speak with Tucker alone and demanded to know what he planned to do with Chancellor. He revealed that he intends to sell all of it, piece by piece, and that she'd make a fortune. Kay didn't care about the money and asked if he really resented her that much. She recalled how she'd regretted giving up her child. He replied that she's lived a comfortable life. Kay shot back that she's been through a lot. "I made a wrong choice and I suffered from it," she said. "Apparently, you did, too." Tucker denied harboring any resentment toward her, but she didn't buy it. She advised him that getting revenge on her would never ease his pain and urged him to forgive her instead. "Forgiveness? How convenient," he sneered, but agreed to do so. Still, he refused to ignore his business sense and insisted on selling her company. "Of all the companies you could've chosen, you've chosen mine," she said sadly. "If you're going to do this to me, then by God, you have the guts to tell me what this is about." She stormed out.... Cane and Jill went to the club, where she defended her decision to sleep with Tucker. She insisted that they'd never talked about business and was grateful when Cane believed her. He urged her to use her position to fight McCall, but Jill noted that Tucker had this plan in the works for years. She still thought that they could save Jabot. On the way out, she and Cane ran into Jack. He asked how Tucker's meeting went, but Jill evaded the question. Jack accused her of "latching onto men like a parasite," and looked forward to not having to deal with her at Jabot. She warned him to be careful what he wishes for.

Cane went to see Tucker and was surprised that Tucker knew about Lily and his personal life. Cane encouraged McCall to get to know Kay as a mother. Tucker replied that giving birth doesn't make someone a mother and that in business, there are no family ties.... Kay informed Jack that Tucker is selling Jabot. Jack wondered if he'd put a price on it yet. Kay apologized for not selling Jack the company when he'd asked to buy it earlier. Jack planned to make Tucker an offer and called Ashley to tell her about it. Ashley went in another room to talk, but Victor listened in on the conversation and learned what Jack was planning to do. After, Victor called Jill and asked her to make sure that Jack doesn't get Jabot. Later, Jill tried to talk Tucker out of selling Jabot, noting that the company could bring glamour and luxury to McCall Unlimited. Cane, who was still there, said that they weren't interested. Tucker and Jill were surprised that Cane still intended to work for McCall. Tucker asked Jill if she wants to work at one of his divisions, but she turned him down, saying that Jabot means too much to her. She asked him not to sell it to Jack, explaining that Jack has too much drama in his life to be focused.... Jack called Traci to tell her about Jabot and reported to Kay that both of his sisters were on board.

Emily and Chloe went to Fenmore's to look at wedding dresses. Em couldn't believe that she was getting married at this point in her life, but Chloe assured her that Jack is a great guy and would make a wonderful husband. Emily revealed that she has a surprise planned for the big day.

Jack approached Tucker to discuss buying Jabot. Tucker told Jack that he's not accepting any bids for Jabot until the company is put up for auction.... Cane informed Kay that Jill is trying to convince Tucker not to sell Jabot and to let her run it. Cane explained that he turned her down so he could effectively be Kay's eyes and ears at McCall. Kay chuckled at the thought of Jill being upset by Cane nixing her idea, but Cane didn't like having to take sides between them. Kay was upset that it had taken so little for Jill to cast her aside.

Abby returned home, where she was greeted by Victor and Ashley. They told her that they know how difficult their divorce is on her, but she's not going to solve anything by lashing out and running off. They sat down with her and Abby admitted that nothing has been the same since Colleen's death. Victor reminded her that Colleen's heart is beating inside of him. Ashley told Victor that she doesn't want anymore upheaval in Abby's life. Victor assured her that the ranch would always be their daughter's home.

Friday

Jack confronted Billy about putting Victor on the cover of Restless Style. Billy explained that he found out all of these juicy things about Adam, but no one would go on the record — except Victor. Jack warned him that Victor had an ulterior motive. Billy replied that he runs a business and has to sell magazines. Jack asked if Victor had mentioned Tucker at all, but Billy said only when Victor spoke about his son leaving Newman. "Even with a transplant, the man is heartless," Jack snarked.

At the ranch, Ashley and Sharon were furious over Victor's story about Adam. Adam insisted that he was fine. Ashley couldn't understand why Victor would do this; Adam concluded that it was because he quit Newman Enterprises and Victor didn't approve.... Noah and Abby read the article in Crimson Lights. Abby admitted that she doesn't really think of Adam as her brother, but didn't like her dad being so nasty. Noah felt sorry for Adam being publicly humiliated like this.... Adam read the article and became upset when in it, Victor speculated that Adam's grief over losing his mother, Hope, was all an act. Sharon was horrified, as well, and assured her husband that he's not a sociopath.

At the athletic club, Nick dined with Victor and read the article aloud. Victor looked proud as he did so. After, Noah asked Nick if he could join Eden in Paris. Nick didn't want to make a snap decision. Noah explained that he wants to go somewhere where no one knows him. He shared that the kids at school were probably going to laugh at him about the article.... At Fenmore's, Abby asked Ashley if the article was true. Ashley said that she thinks Adam has learned from his mistakes. Abby couldn't believe that Victor could be so cruel. Phyllis and Jack overheard as Ashley wondered why he did it. Phyllis called Victor a "mystery," but Jack said that he could think of other words to describe Newman. After, Jack discussed his wedding. Phyllis admitted to being freaked out by him marrying someone who looks like Patty. The subject came back to Victor and Phyllis became angry when Ashley revealed that Victor wants the ranch back. Jack invited them to lunch, but a depressed Abby turned him down.

At the coffeehouse, Mac told J.T that she had a doctor's appointment. Lily and Cane joined them and Lily admired Mac's baby bump. Mac admitted that she's been feeling nauseous. After, they went to the doctor's and heard the babies' heartbeats.... J.T thought about Tucker and how Mac had surprisingly urged him to stay with McCall Unlimited so he could encourage Tucker to do more good in the world. Nick ran into him at the coffeehouse and J.T asked if he knew when Victoria was coming home. Nick said that she misses her son and would be home as soon as she could finish her business. Later, Mac saw J.T and Reed at the book store. Reed asked her to read to him, which she gladly agreed to. Mac confided to J.T that sometimes she wishes that the babies she's carrying were hers.

Lily and Cane debated whether they wanted to know the babies' genders or have it be a surprise. They then ran into her chemo nurse, Anita, at the coffeehouse. Lily gave her the good news about the babies. Anita had some bad news, though: Lily's friend, Harry, from chemo, died. Lily was devastated, but tried to cover.

Noah confronted Victor about upsetting Abby. Victor felt badly about hurting his daughter. Noah then asked him about the article, but Victor cryptically replied that things aren't always what they seem to be. After, Nick wondered if he should go to Dubai so Victoria could come home and be with her son, but Victor told him to stay put.

Jack, Ashley and Phyllis dined at the club. Billy ran into them and explained that Victor was the one who came to him with the story about Adam. Later, Victor arrived at the club and Ashley reamed him out for humiliating their daughter. Adam then arrived and confronted his father.
