Young and Restless Recaps

Y&R Week of November 8, 2010

Monday

At the Chancellor Estate, Victoria lamented to Katherine about how hard it was to have Reed move to D.C with J.T and Mac. Kay then informed her that Victor wed Maggie. Victoria was horrified, especially when Kay warned her that Meggie is dangerous. Victoria realized that Meggie was able to target Victor after Nikki went to rehab.

At the rehab facility, Nikki was devastated about Victor getting hitched — and kissed Deacon. Meanwhile, at the Newman Ranch, Victor shocked Meggie when he revealed that he was on to her and had replaced her pills with placebos. Suddenly, Ronan, Heather and Murphy appeared, having been in on the plan. Ronan explained that Murphy had ratted her out by tapping out Morse code with his fingers. Meggie pretended to not know him, but Ronan didn't buy it. Heather noted that Meggie had a history of marrying men, then killing them so she could get their money. Meggie called the accusations "insane" and said that Murphy was confused. Victor realized that Meggie was the one who'd gotten Nikki to fall off the wagon; after telling Ronan to get rid of the "trash" that was Meggie, he headed to Nikki's rehab.

Jack found Diane at the G.C.A.C and demanded to see Kyle. Diane refused, thanks to the article that Phyllis had published. She believed that she and Kyle were better off leaving town and moving far from Jack.

At the tack house, Phyllis prepared to pick up Summer. Nick asked how Daniel was dealing with Daisy's pregnancy and Phyllis was prepared to "take out" the young woman. Nick then opened the mail and saw that their final divorce papers had arrived. Phyllis admitted that it was weird to see it in writing. Nick asked if she was okay and she joked about getting the urge to throw something at him. Nick confided that he was concerned about Summer. Summer joined them and was thrilled to see her mom. The little girl asked if having two houses meant getting two Christmases — and her parents relaxed at seeing her taking the divorce so well.

After, Phyllis went to Crimson Lights, where she ran into Sharon. Sharon asked why Phyllis seemed to be so mellow that day and Phyllis shared that her divorce was final. Phyllis admitted that she probably would've blamed Sharon in the past, but wasn't going to do that this time. "I don't need Nick's approval; I'm myself again," Phyllis stated. "Vindictive and vicious — it suits you," Sharon replied. Meanwhile, Nick and Jack ran into each other at the club and Nick informed him that the divorce went through. Jack shared that Diane is threatening to take away Kyle. Nick hoped that Diane would realize that she's cheating Kyle by keeping him from Jack.... Diane prepared to leave Kyle with a sitter while she went to look for a job. Kyle asked why he couldn't just stay with his father. Diane refused. The sitter soon arrived and Kyle went online — where he read the scandalous Restless Style article about his mother. Kyle asked the sitter to get him some food, then sneaked out of the club.

Ronan brought Murphy home and called him a hero. Nina praised Ronan for being so good with Murphy. Heather arrived and told them that Meggie had been booked at the station. Nina wished that Murphy didn't have to suffer. Ronan suddenly left and Nina wondered if she'd said something wrong. Heather spied Ronan taking pills outside and suspected that something was going on..... Kay took care of Murphy, who struggled to speak. She called Heather and Nina into the living room and he managed to say, "Love you." Awww. Ronan returned inside and smiled.

Sharon stopped by Nick's and he told her about the divorce papers arriving. Sharon replied that she'd already heard. Nick stated that his and Phyllis's marriage had been over for a long time and wanted to live in the present — with Sharon. He noted that his parents always seemed to come back to each other.

Phyllis and Jack discussed her divorce, but she insisted that she felt fine. Jack's doorbell rang; it was Kyle. The little boy shared that he'd read about his mom online and asked if Phyllis's article was true. Jack evaded the question by noting that there are many sides to a story and that Diane loves her son. He was also pleased that Kyle had felt comfortable enough coming to him with a problem. Kyle agreed to stay for dinner and Jack shared that his son now had a new bedroom at the manse. Jack then called Diane and told her that Kyle was at the house and had read the article. He asked if it was true that she was going to New York; she replied that she needed the job. Jack assured her that Kyle would be fine at the Abbott mansion and she apologized for trying to come between them. She promised to keep Kyle in his life; Jack vowed not to let anyone mess up his relationship with his son. Later, Summer dragged Kyle downstairs so he could watch a movie with them. However, he refused to spend time with Phyllis. Jack promised to do some damage control.

At the rehab center, Nikki crawled into bed with Deacon and they hit the sheets. Victor arrived and caught them in the act. Nikki reminded Victor that he was the one who'd left her behind to marry Meggie. Victor explained that he hadn't married her out of love. Nikki wasn't appeased. A nurse arrived to see what the commotion was about and Victor asked her to get rid of Deacon before he broke his neck. Yikes! Nikki then sarcastically asked to hear all about Victor and his new bride. Victoria arrived and asked what was going on. Deacon asked her to tell Nikki that he was sorry and left.... Victor explained that Meggie is a con artist and their "wedding" was a set up; he added that she was the one who'd spiked Nikki's drinks. Victor insisted that he hadn't abandoned Nikki and yelled at Nikki for somehow not being a mind reader and knowing the truth about his sting. Nikki apologized for betraying him. "My only constant through this whole thing has been loving you," she cried. "Don't you ever come near me again!" he yelled. "I will never forgive you!" "I love you!" Nikki pleaded. "I don't give a damn," Victor told her, doing his best Rhett Butler. Victoria then entered her mom's room and found Nikki in tears. Nikki filled her in on that day's events with Deacon and Victor. "What is wrong with you?" an unsympathetic Victoria asked, then revealed that Deacon was being thrown out of the center. Victoria also gave her the details about Meggie's shady past. Nikki was devastated that she hadn't had faith in Victor, but Victoria stated that it wasn't her fault. Later, the nurse told Victoria that she had to leave and suggested that Nikki not accept visitors for the next few days. Nikki didn't think that she and Victor could ever be together again. "It's not gonna work and it never will," she sighed.... Victor headed to the airport so he could leave town. There, he ran into a frazzled Diane who'd missed her flight. He offered to fly her on his plane and she accepted.

Tuesday

Sharon stopped by the tack house to see Nick for breakfast. She admitted that things feel different because his divorce is final. Nick shared that he wasn't able to get in touch with his father and wondered where Victor was. After, he seductively asked Sharon if she'd like some "coffee." She replied that she'd love some.

At the G.C.A.C, Skye asked Adam if he'd returned her money; he replied that it was not her money and it was gone — and she needed to get over it. She asked what he did with it and he explained that it was a "random act of kindness." Skye didn't buy it, but he insisted that he was for real and was divorcing her. She found it hard to believe that he'd walk away from her money, but he showed her the want ads and said that he was willing to clean toilets if it meant getting away from her.

At Gloworm, Gloria told Jeff that his "charming" friend Hogan had stopped by. Meanwhile at Crimson Lights, Hogan demanded that Kevin give him the rest of the money that Jeffrey owed him — or else. Chloe assured Kevin that she'd help get him out of the situation, but he insisted on handling it on his own. Still, she went with him to Gloworm, where Chloe suggested to Gloria that Restless Style do an article on her. While Chloe spoke to Glo, Kevin asked Jeff about Hogan's money. Jeff replied that he'd miscounted the cash. Kevin feared that they were both in trouble and regretted ever getting involved in Jeff's scheme. Later, Gloria gave Jeffrey a white gold watch. He told her that the watch, as well as her new dress would have to be returned, but Gloria said that the watch was engraved. Kevin asked Jeff how they'd come up with $10,000 by that night.

Victoria and Billy went to Restless Style. Victoria wished that she could jump on a plane to visit Reed, but was afraid that it would confuse him. Phyllis arrived and they discussed Daisy's pregnancy. Billy wanted to do a story on her, but Phyllis said that she didn't have all the details yet. Billy the suggested that she do another story on Diane, but Phyllis noted that her last article had repercussions that she hadn't anticipated. She filled them in on Kyle's negative reaction to her work.

At the Abbott mansion, Kyle asked Jack how he could be with someone like Phyllis when she wrote that article about his mother. Just then, Diane called to check on Kyle before her interview in New York City. Kyle asked if the article was true. Just then, Diane was called in for her interview, but said that she had to take care of a minor emergency. She then admitted to her son that she's done things that she's not proud of — and that there are elements of truth in the piece. Kyle hung up on her. After, a distracted Diane began her interview, stating that she's dynamic, hard-working and gets along with others. She asked if she could meet the other partners, but the interviewer blew her off. Later, Kyle stopped by the magazine to talk to Billy and implored Billy to stop Phyllis from writing stuff about his mother. Phyllis called Jack, who hurried over there. Phyllis tried to talk to Kyle, but he argued that if she cared about him, she wouldn't have written the article. Phyllis noted that she and Diane have a lot of history, but the article wasn't about him. Kyle responded by knocking a drink onto her keyboard. Jack scolded him for his bad behavior and for ditching school and told Kyle that Phyllis and Diane need to work out their own problems. "Don't let our mistakes become yours," Jack urged.

Victoria stopped by Nick's, interrupting him and Sharon. Sharon left and Victoria filled him in on the Meggie and Victor drama. Nick was horrified. Victoria then told him about Nikki and Deacon's tryst. Nick admitted that he knew Deacon had been at the rehab facility. Victoria was furious with him for keeping yet another secret from her. Nick insisted that he wasn't trying to exclude her and asked how he was supposed to know that their mother would end up with Sharpe. Victoria was mainly upset that Victor had left their mom in the dust. "No matter how much they love each other, they just can't seem to make it work," she sighed. Nick assured her that he didn't want to keep anything from her and shared that his divorce is final. She informed him about J.T, Mac and Reed's move to D.C. Nick was furious with J.T, but Victoria didn't want to talk about it. "I want to be there for you and I know I haven't been lately," Nick sighed. "I'm sorry." "Me, too," she agreed. He asked if they could take some time to catch up, but she reminded him that Sharon was waiting for him.

Billy joined Victoria at Crimson Lights and she lamented how she and Nick aren't close anymore. She feared that she and Reed would grow apart, but Billy assured her that that wouldn't happen. Victoria suggested that they get Delia from pre-school and enjoy a day out together. Billy happily agreed.

Adam stopped by Gloworm and asked Gloria for a job as a bartender. She immediately hired him, loving the idea of having the "bad" Newman on her staff. Meanwhile, Sharon went to the club and was surprised to see Adam at work. She asked what her ex was doing there and he explained that he was making a lot of changes — including quitting the hedge fund and leaving Skye. Sharon was impressed. He said that the last time he felt that optimistic about the future was when he and Sharon were married — and offered to keep her company while she waited for Nick. Sharon replied that Nick's divorce was final and Adam understood that she was taken. Later, Nick met up with Sharon at the club and tried to ignore Adam. He admitted that things aren't so great in his family and planned to let the people he loves know that they can count on him. "It's not that simple, Nick," she said. "It is," he replied. "I love you." He asked if they could go home so they could make love. They left for her place and hit the sheets.

Jack told Phyllis that they needed to "take a break" so that Kyle could get his full attention.... Victor ran into Diane in New York City.

Wednesday

Diane and Victor ran into each other at a bar in New York City. Diane was surprised that Victor was being friendly toward her, but he replied that she was the least of his concerns at the moment. They toasted to being strange bedfellows. Diane confided in him about her interview not going well and about Kyle acting out over the article. She blamed Phyllis for all of her problems and insisted that she's changed over the past seven years. Victor asked why she returned to Genoa City and she explained that she wanted Kyle and Jack to have a relationship. They joked about her confiding in her ex-husband, of all people. Diane tried to give him some advice about Nikki and his lawsuit, but he didn't want her help. Still, they were both glad that they could spend an hour together and get along.

Michael was surprised to find Lauren at home rather than work. He realized that she was afraid to leave the house with Daisy back in town and urged her to not be a recluse. Lauren was still freaked out that Ryder could also be out there, but Michael wanted their family to live a normal life. Michael pleaded with her to join him when he took Fen to school, but she refused.... Phyllis went to the jail to see Daisy, who was humming a song to her unborn child. Phyllis wanted to work things out so that Daisy would take a paternity test and see if Daniel was the father. Daisy refused unless Phyllis could get her out of prison. Phyllis reminded her that she fought hard to keep Daisy out of jail and shared her story about how she'd gotten pregnant when she was very young. Daisy was surprised that Phyllis seemed to understand. Phyllis said that Daisy was a victim, just like Lauren and Jana, and promised to get her out.

Abby and Daniel met at Crimson Lights. Daniel assured her that he's not the father of Daisy's baby… After seeing Daisy, Phyllis went to the coffeehouse. There, she remembered her life with a baby Daniel and how she'd been determined to make sure that they were a family with Danny. Michael joined her and Phyllis said that they needed to get a paternity test. He asked what Jack thought and Phyllis revealed that they're on a break. She noted that Daisy could be carrying her grandchild. Michael argued that Lauren is too scared to leave the house, but Phyllis stated that there's an innocent child involved.... In jail, Daisy suffered from cramps. Abby stopped by so she could see for herself that Daisy was lying to them. Daisy said that she hadn't slept with Daniel to hurt Abby because at the time, he was wed to Amber. She insisted that she was telling the truth about Daniel being the father and Abby began to believe her.... Phyllis paid Lauren a visit and Lauren shared how awful it had been being kept in that cage by Daisy. Phyllis assured her that they'd move on from the Daisy and Ryder drama, but first, they had to get the paternity test done. Lauren reluctantly agreed to let Daisy out for it.

At Gloworm, Jeffrey told Kevin that there was no way he could get the money to Hogan. Kevin implored him to get them out of the mess. Gloria wondered what they were discussing; Chloe distracted her by asking if they could finish her story on Glo for Restless Style. Jeff admitted that he had some extra money and Kevin demanded that he use it to pay Hogan.... Chloe asked Gloria for tips on how young women could improve themselves. Kevin went to pay Hogan; on the way out, he ran into Daniel; Kevin said that he couldn't talk. When Kevin stepped out, Chloe suddenly ended her interview and promised that they'd talk again. She joined Kevin in his car, but he told her to get out. She refused to let him deal with this alone. The cops stopped them and warned Kevin that his registration is expired. Chloe batted her eyelashes and said that they were in a hurry because they were going to a movie. The cop asked what they were arguing about and she replied, "Justin Bieber." Heh. Kevin was furious. The cop then found the money and Kevin lied that they were going to stop by the bank on the way. He asked them to step out of the car and they were hauled off to prison. Kevin promised Chloe that he'd get her out of there. They spied Daisy in jail and Kevin reminded her that she's not family, even if they share DNA. Still, Daisy wished them luck. Daisy was told that she was being taken to the hospital for her test.

Later, Abby broke up with Daniel, stating that they both had too much going on in their lives between Daisy and her lawsuit. She also reminded him that they were never really a couple.... Lauren freaked out when she heard the door rattling. It was only Michael, asking her to unlock it. She admitted that she's been jumping at every noise. He assured her that he'd get Daisy sent back to jail as soon as possible. Kevin called Michael and asked him to get them out of jail. Michael went to leave for the prison, but Lauren didn't want him to go. He offered to have a neighbor stay with her, but she wanted her husband. "I'm sorry," Michael said quietly. Alone, Lauren broke down in tears.

Thursday

Neil, Cane and Lily returned to Lily and Cane’s place with the babies after taking a ride. Neil was relieved that Cane didn’t have anything more to worry about in his life; Cane thought about Blake threatening him. Lily asked what was on his mind and he lied that it was work stuff. Meanwhile, Tucker asked Sofia why “James Collier” was getting such a large retainer and she replied that he was a consultant on an alternative energy project. She quickly called Cane to give him a heads up and he hurried over to the office.... Lily confided to Neil that she was worried that Tucker was working Cane too hard. Neil was sure that Cane could handle it.... At Tucker’s, Cane assured his boss that James was perfect for the job. Tucker requested that James answer some research questions. He also wanted to meet Collier in person; Cane and Sofia exchanged a worried glance.

At home, Victoria played “CEO dolly” with Delia. Delia looked scared. Billy entered and she eagerly went to have a juice box. He informed Victoria of Chloe’s arrest.

In jail, Chloe and Kevin held hands through the bars. She asked if they’d be out soon and he said that they would.... At Gloworm, Jeffrey implored Gloria to find out where Kevin was and why they hadn’t heard from him.... Michael returned home and told Lauren that Daisy is at the hospital, but had been handcuffed to the bed and had a guard outside her door. He added that Heather and Jana were going to prep for the case against Daisy in their apartment. Gloria called Michael and asked if he’d seen Kevin. He told her about Kevin’s arrest. Glo demanded that he get her “baby” out of there, then informed Jeff that Kevin had been arrested for being a bookie.... Jana arrived at the Baldwins’ and Michael suggested that Lauren not tell Jana about Kevin.... Michael met with Heather at the station and she shared that Kevin has been involved with a bookie named Hogan. She wanted to make headway on both Hogan and Daisy’s cases so she could make a good impression at work, but Michael refused to let her throw his brother under a bus. Kevin joined them and lied that he and Chloe had the money to buy furniture. Heather didn’t buy it. She asked where the betting slips came from and he fibbed that he found the bag lying around.... Hogan went to Gloworm, where Glo got him some coffee. Meanwhile, Hogan warned Jeff that if Kevin talks, it’s gonna be bad for Kevin and Jeff.... Kevin was asked about Hogan, but Kevin insisted that he didn’t know who the man is. Heather asked why he was covering for him and advised them to make a deal.... Billy visited Chloe in prison and reamed her out for getting herself into this mess. He asked what was going to happen to Delia if Chloe had to stay in jail for a while. She tried to explain that Kevin was just giving money to a guy; Billy questioned her judgment and didn’t think that she should see their daughter. Chloe reminded him that he’d been in jail — by choice. He argued that he was making a stand.... Kevin asked Heather to let Chloe go and insisted that he didn’t know anything about bookies. Michael said that there was no evidence connecting Kevin to the betting slips.

At the Baldwins’, Lauren filled in Jana on what was going on with Daisy and Daniel. Lauren didn’t believe that Daisy was really carrying his child. Jana was certain that Daisy would spend a long time in jail, but Lauren wasn’t so sure — especially since Daisy was now pregnant... In the hospital, Daisy struggled to get out of her handcuffs. The nurse had her sign some forms and felt bad for her being restrained. Daisy was confident that she’d be fine.

Billy returned home and happily kissed Victoria. She asked how things went with Chloe and he explained how Chloe had said it was a misunderstanding. He was concerned that his ex was involved in something illegal. Victoria agreed that Chloe’s behavior has been off. Billy wasn’t sure that he wanted Delia to spend a lot of time with her mother if Chloe was going to be getting into trouble.... Chloe and Kevin were relieved to be let out of jail. She told him about Billy’s threats regarding Delia. She vowed to stay out of Kevin’s business from now on, just as he’d told her to.

Heather went to the Baldwins’ to talk to Lauren and Jana about Daisy. She wanted to make sure that they had a solid case against Daisy and said that both of them would have to testify. Jana and Lauren looked terrified. Jana offered to testify for both of them, but Heather said that they both had to speak to make the case as strong as possible. Lauren agreed that she has to speak so she won’t let Daisy — or Sheila, for that matter — win. “If it means that that bitch stays behind bars for the rest of her life, then I’m gonna do it,” Lauren said with new resolve.... Kevin went to see Daisy and warned her to stay away from the people he cares about. Daisy gave him a story about how she admires Kevin for turning his life around and insisted that she’s not lying about her baby. She begged him to think about his niece or nephew and said that the baby shouldn’t have to pay for her sins. He agreed to help her... Michael came back home and Heather told the group that they were going to rush the results of Daisy’s amnio so she could be back behind bars. Lauren was hopeful; Michael assured her that they’d make it through everything.... Jana went to the hospital and greeted Daisy. She was prepared to taunt Daisy while she was in jail. Daisy replied that it was nice that Jana could feel things again, then taunted her about Ryder. “How do you feel knowing that you have wrecked my marriage?” Jana asked. Daisy replied that Kevin wanted to help her and then offered to help Jana get Kevin back, in exchange for Jana not testifying.

Blake visited Neil and Lily and she introduced him to the babies. She handed her daughter over to Blake while she went to get diapers. Blake whispered to the baby about how her daddy would do anything for her and he was counting on that. Cane returned home and was horrified to see Blake holding his child. Neil and Lily joined them and Lily called Blake the babies’ “Uncle.” Cane looked like he was going to be sick. ... Neil and Sofia gave Tucker their business report. They then discussed the consultant that Cane had recommended; Neil was sure that Cane had chosen someone qualified. Tucker still wanted to meet the person and make sure that Collier wasn’t just some friend of Cane’s who wasn’t able to do the work.... When Lily stepped away, Cane threatened Blake. Blake threatened him right back. Lily returned and asked to hear about their life in Australia. Blake replied that he had a “whopper” of a tale to tell about her husband.... Neil invited Sofia to dinner and she accepted.... Cane saw Blake out of his home and told Blake that Tucker wants to meet Collier in person. Blake suggested that he “get to work.” Later, Lily went on about how they owed Blake so much and Cane’s face clouded over.

Chloe came by Billy and Victoria’s to pick up Delia. She informed them that there was no case and no charges. Victoria offered to watch Delia for longer, but Chloe was anxious to take her home.... Kevin went to Gloworm. There, Hogan told Jeff that he’s responsible for the money and not Kevin. He called Jeff a weasel and warned that the interest on the money would increase daily.

Friday

Jack and Phyllis had an awkward encounter when they ran into each other at Crimson Lights. Jack wanted to replace the laptop that Kyle had dumped coffee on. He admitted that being a parent was more challenging than he’d remembered. Phyllis confided that they were waiting for Daisy’s paternity test results to see if Daniel is the father.

At the G.C.A.C, Diane was told that her check had been declined and she still needed to pay for her room. After, she made some calls to see if she could sell her jewelry. Jack joined her so they could discuss Kyle’s tuition bill at Walnut Grove. He offered to help out with the expenses and Diane agreed, not letting on that she was having money troubles. Jack revealed that he’s not going to see Phyllis if it upsets Kyle, and that Phyllis understood. Diane was happy to hear this. Jack left and Phyllis arrived. Phyllis insisted that she didn’t write the article to hurt Kyle, but Diane wasn’t appeased. Phyllis wasn’t in the mood to argue, but Diane went off on her and asked how Phyllis would feel if Summer were to learn about Phyllis’s past. She then told Phyllis that she knows about Phyll and Jack’s break — and reminded her that Jack would always choose Kyle first. Jack overheard their argument and broke them up before a fight ensued.

Lily found Cane hard at work for Tucker. She went to get him coffee and he got a call from Blake. Blake reminded him that he owed him $5 million. Cane explained that he had to come with a “James Collier” for Tucker to meet. Tucker got an e-mail from Collier — sent by Cane. Cane arrived at work and Tucker said that Collier did seem to know his stuff, but he still wanted to meet him in person. Cane lied that Collier was burned out from getting the report done and had a family emergency. Soon, Blake arrived, pretending to be James Collier and chatted with Tucker. After “Collier” left, Tucker warned Cane that if the new hire screwed up, it was on Cane. Later, Cane returned home with flowers for his wife. He was surprised to see Blake there; Lily explained that Blake just wanted to thank Cane for helping to get Blake a job. When Lily went to tend to one of the babies, Cane called Blake an idiot for almost blowing his cover. Blake shot back that he’d saved Cane’s butt. Cane warned him to stay away from his family.

Heather was surprised to see Adam working at Gloworm, but he explained that he wanted to do some honest work. He noted that they’d both been burned by Victor and taunted her about not being the new D.A. Paul joined her and she asked if they could go somewhere else. Skye arrived and Heather made a crack about Skye being a cocktail waitress. Skye didn’t get it until she spied Adam at work. She didn’t want an investor to see Adam at his job and feared that it would ruin the Newman Fund. Adam didn’t care. ... Heather regretted not being able to send Adam to prison. Paul was sure that she could still build a case against him, even if she’s not the D.A. Her spirits brightened and she vowed to bust her ex.... Skye offered Adam 40 percent to work with her again, but he turned her down and left.

Nick made a lavish breakfast for Sharon after their night together. She stated that their last few days together had been wonderful, but reminded him that there’s still a lot to think about regarding their relationship. They agreed to move in together and Nick brought his stuff over to her place. They were pleased to be back in their home and agreed that the late Cassie is happy for them. While Faith was at story time, they decided to “christen” every room of the house. They started by getting naked in the living room and going at it on the couch. Adam approached their home and watched them have sex for a moment before finally leaving.... Nick got down on one knee and proposed to Sharon.

Adam went to the bar at the club. Skye found him there and said that the meeting with the investor went well. She threatened to reveal Adam’s secrets, but he wasn’t fazed. Meanwhile, Paul and Heather went to the club and tried to listen in on their conversation. Phyllis joined them. The new D.A assured the Newmans that he wasn’t going to open Pomerantz’s old cases. Heather was surprised to hear this. The new D.A then fired Heather.... Adam told Skye that she has nothing more to hold over him — and demanded that she stay out of his life. Phyllis overheard their argument.

In the club elevator, a furious Diane went off on Phyllis to Jack. Jack said that he’d stopped Diane from scratching Phyllis’s eyes out. Diane was hurt that he cared about Phyllis and not her. She kissed him, but Jack insisted that he didn’t feel anything. When she got out, he found her mail on the floor and saw that she hadn’t paid a bill.
