"You're pregnant?" a stunned Victor asked Victoria. She confirmed it and also shared that Billy proposed. Nikki offered her congrats but Victor was opposed and accused Billy of just trying to stick it to him. A defiant Billy asked Victoria to marry him tomorrow and she agreed. "I can't wait to become Mrs. Billy Abbott," she chirped. Their euphoria quickly faded when Billy discovered that there's a five-day waiting period after getting a marriage license. Nikki suggested to Victor that he make peace with their daughter but he refused. After Victor and Nikki left, Billy and Victoria decided to elope in Las Vegas and booked a flight.
Ashley asked if Jack was behind Abby suing Victor for mismanagement of her trust fund and Jack lied that he wasn't. Ashley then revealed that Victor is considering dismantling Abby's holdings. "My daughter shouldn't be at war with her father," Ashley lamented. Victor showed up and groused at Jack for interfering with Abby, then announced that Bill and Victoria are getting married and that she's pregnant. Victor told Jack that they needed to stop their relatives from getting hitched. After Victor departed, Jack was concerned when Ashley had a meltdown over the constant feuding.
Chloe explained to a shocked Chance how she figured out that Ronan is his brother. Chance opined that Ronan is in Genoa City to "get even" with him and Nina. Chloe tried to assure Chance that wasn't the case but he headed out to confront Ronan.
Abby reminded Vance that she doesn't want her father to get into any legal trouble, just give over control of her trust. Vance warned that his client may not be able to have one without the other and surmised that Victor may want to settle, which was encouraging news to Abby. Vance advised her to decide how far she wants to go with her lawsuit.
Owen ordered Ronan to execute Chance. "By tomorrow night, my ex-partner will be dead," Ronan assured. Later, Ronan broke into Owen's office in search of evidence but before he could rifle through the D.A.'s desk, Heather showed up. She admitted that she wanted to tell Owen everything about the secret investigation but Ronan convinced her to give him 24 hours before blabbing.
Nikki called Victoria and found out that she and Billy were eloping. Nikki called back later with the news that she convinced a judge to waive the waiting period for the marriage license. Victoria was thrilled and decided she wanted to get married in her and Billy's new home. Meanwhile, Victor wasn't happy when Nikki informed him that their daughter was tying the knot with Billy in Genoa City tomorrow. Victor then made a secret call about doing something for Victoria's "own good."
Upon looking at the computer-enhanced photo of her long-lost son, Nina didn't recognize him as Ronan. She was anxious to find her child and Paul promised they will. Heather showed up and told Paul and Nina that she didn't know if she should trust Ronan or not. Paul called Christine and asked how much she really knows about Ronan. Chris vouched for Ronan, which surprised and confused Nina.
Chance confronted Ronan and demanded to know if they're brothers. Ronan said yes and Chance slugged him; Ronan said he would tell his brother "everything." After, Chloe showed up and Chance left with her. He told her that he was still convinced that Malloy is a dirty cop. Chance revealed that something is going down the next night and he plans to be there. Meanwhile, Ronan told Owen that Chance will undoubtedly show up at their meeting. "He has no idea he's walking into a trap," said Ronan. Still, Owen ordered Sid that if something goes wrong, to kill both Ronan and Chance.
Wednesday
Phyllis snarked to Nick about how his relationship with Sharon will affect
Summer. "How do you think your daughter's going to feel when she finds out
that you ripped into everybody she cares about?" Nick countered, referring
to Phyllis's not-so-nice blog. Victoria appeared and announced that she and
Billy are getting married plus having a baby. Nick wasn't pleased with the
wedding news and when she asked for him to stand up for her, he said he
couldn't.
As Nikki grew anxious over Victoria's wedding plans, Meggie prepared a
protein shake that was spiked with booze, of course. Nikki was upset to
learn that Victor would still not attend their daughter's wedding. With
shake in hand, Nikki warned that he was pushing both her and Victoria out of
his life.
Jill could tell that Chance was distracted but he chalked it up to feeling
blue that he wasn't with Grandma Liz when she died. After Jill left for an
appointment, Chance helped his dad put together a tricycle for Delia. "I
wish we had more time together," Chance lamented to Phillip, who promised
they sill had years left to catch up.
Billy arrived at the Abbott mansion to find that his siblings were already
aware of his wedding plans. He asked Jack to be his best man but he refused.
In fact, Jack said he'd be in Chicago for a business meeting and wouldn't
attend the wedding. "I'm such a selfish jerk," Billy groused. "I wanted my
entire family to be there on the biggest day of my life." After Billy left,
Ashley ripped into Jack for the way he treated their little brother.
Billy showed up at the Chancellor estate and surprised everyone with the news of his
sudden wedding. Jill guessed that Victoria is pregnant and Billy confirmed
it. Kay and Phillip were excited but Jill warned that Victor will make
Billy's life "miserable." Chloe said she felt bad for Victoria. Chance told
Billy that he had "this thing" and couldn't attend.
At Crimson Lights, Victoria encountered Daniel and Jana while stressing out
about her wedding plans. Things got better when Daniel offered to be the
photographer and Jana agreed to be Victoria's maid of honor. J.T. walked in
and overheard that his ex is marrying Billy and became upset. Victoria
wanted Reed to be a part of her wedding and Mac showed up and advised that
he should be so J.T. gave in. Victoria then went to the ranch and learned
that her dad was still not coming to her wedding. "Nothing that Billy ever
does will hurt me as much as you're hurting me right now," she pointed out.
Nikki left with her daughter but yelled at Victor, "I hope you have a good
time here alone all by yourself."
Billy asked Rafe to be his best man and he quickly accepted.... Kay and Jill
shared memories of Liz.... Chloe noticed Chance was saying good-bye to
everyone and begged him not to go to his "meeting" that night. They shared a
tender moment when he apologized for hurting her and he left.... Billy and
Victoria's front yard was beautifully decorated for their wedding.... Rafe
and Phillip met and each discovered that the other is gay .... Gloria was
responsible for catering the wedding and found out a bartender wasn't going
to show up so she called someone else to fill in.... Billy was happy to see
that Ashley, Jack, Abby (who brought Vance), Jill, Kay, Murphy, Nick,
Michael and Phyllis had arrived.... Back at the ranch, Victor called someone
and asked, "Everything set for the wedding?" Then said, "Good."
Thursday
At the Newman Ranch, Victor thought about how hurt Victoria was when he said he wouldn't come to her and Billy's wedding. He sadly recalled his daughter as she was growing up (and viewers were treated to flashbacks).
At their house, Billy thanked the guests for arriving on such short notice. Inside, Nikki helped a nervous Victoria get ready. Gloria, dressed to the nines, arrived and reported that the bartender she'd hired had a family emergency — but she had a replacement. Enter a sheepish Deacon. Victoria flipped and demanded that he leave. Nick entered and angrily asked why Deacon was there; Deacon promptly stepped away. He then noticed when Nikki almost grabbed a glass of champagne and they bonded over both being recovering alcoholics. Soon, Phyllis arrived and was surprised to see Deacon. She invited him to be her date and Deacon asked if she was trying to piss off her ex-husband. "Is that a yes?" Phyllis replied.... Outside, Mac asked why Billy was getting married so quickly and he stated that this is exactly what he wants.... Jill, Kay, Murphy and Phillip posed for photos. "Smile for the debacle," Jill snarked. Michael arrived and Jill asked where Lauren was; when he explained that she was with Scotty, Jill wished that Scotty would come to town so she could get to know her nephew. Abby then arrived with Vance as her date and Jack was not amused.... Phyllis told Michael that Deacon is her date and he thought it was a bad idea. Phyllis shrugged that she just wanted to have fun. Nick complained to Michael that Phyllis was crossing the line, but Baldwin urged him to keep the peace. Nikki tried to keep it together as she informed Billy that it was time for the ceremony to begin. Finally, Victoria made her way down the aisle (which was the walk up to their front door) wearing a beautiful 1950s style dress. She was pleasantly surprised when Nick appeared at her side and offered to accompany her in place of their father.
Chance entered Crimson Lights and found a pensive Heather waiting for him. He apologized for jumping to conclusions about her going to Ronan; she explained that she'd been trying to keep Chance from getting hurt. Chance lamented that with so many dirty cops in town, he doesn't know who to trust — but added that he can always trust her. He asked for her forgiveness and she wondered why he sounded like this conversation was so final. Chance vowed to get every dirty cop in town. Heather called it a suicide mission and wanted to get him help, but he insisted on working alone. "Please don't do this," she begged and declared her love for him. Chance promised that he wouldn't be killed and would return to her. Meanwhile, Ronan grabbed a gun and Meeks and Pomerantz instructed him to "take care" of Chance. Ronan was hesitant to do so, but Pomerantz demanded that he finish the job that day.
Victoria and Billy happily greeted each other at the altar and he told her that she looked beautiful. "Stop flirting with me and marry me," she cracked. Next, they prepared to say their vows with Billy nixing the portion where the person officiating asks if anyone present objects. "You called me an ice princess more than once and you were right," Victoria told Billy, "but you just treated it like part of who I am. I didn't have to be perfect ... And then all of a sudden, these different parts started coming out of me. I like having fun and that's because of you. I just can't wait to see what we're gonna do next." "Can I just say ‘Same here?' " Billy joked, then began his vows. "I wasn't happy, not until now," he admitted. "Something as impossible as the two of us shouldn't be this easy. I'm reggae and you're classic rock. But it works. Marrying you — twice — was two of the smartest things I've ever done." Just as they were about to say they do, Victoria was arrested for bribery. As she was led away, she and Billy said they do and were pronounced man and wife. Billy concluded that Victor was behind the arrest.
At the Chancellor Estate, Heather informed Chloe of Chance's plan and implored Chloe to talk him out of it. Nina overheard and asked what her son is walking into. They filled her in on how Chance was working without backup. Nina blamed Ronan for all of Chance's problems. Paul arrived and revealed that Ronan is an undercover FBI agent. Nina was shocked, but Paul assured her that Ronan has Chance's back. Chloe admitted that there's one more secret: that Ronan is Nina's long-lost son and Chance's brother. Nina couldn't believe it.... Ronan stepped away from Meeks and Pomerantz; Chance then entered, holding them at gunpoint. Pomerantz advised him to walk away, but Chance told them to drop their weapons. They obliged and Chance said that he's going to testify at their trial. Pomerantz wasn't fazed. Ronan entered behind Chance and warned that it's over. Chance didn't care and continued holding the gun on the men. Finally, he turned around and went to shoot Ronan. Both men pointed their guns at each other and Pomerantz called to Ronan to kill Chance. Later, Paul found out where Chance was and they hurried to the warehouse. He and Nina arrived just in time to see Ronan shoot Chance. "Why would you do this?" Nina cried. Heather and Chloe joined them and broke down as they eyed Chance's lifeless body. Nina screamed with grief.
