Just thinking out loud here but it seems to me that every single legal move Brad Carlton made on Y&R would be null and void because he's, you know, NOT Brad Carlton. That would mean his adoption of Abby wouldn't be worth the paper it's written on as well as anything else (like marriages, wills, investments, deeds, etc.) that is filed under the identity he took from his dead high school pal.
