1. B&B's Sally Spectra
Sally is surprised to get a phone call from a real-estate agent in her hometown of Genoa City with news that someone wants to buy her childhood home. With a troubled past that's still obviously unresolved, Sally reluctantly flies to G.C., where the realtor brings her to the now-ramshackle house outside of town. Just as Sally notices bars on every window, she hears a familiar voice. "Hello, sister dear." Sally is shocked to see her estranged twin, Rose DeVille, who is still wanted for selling black-market babies. The realtor? Her hapless accomplice. Rose announces that it's time she got a piece of the high life — by trading places with her successful sis.

2. Y&R's Esther Valentine
The ditzy maid is beside herself with worry when her 17-year-old daughter, Kate, runs away from her Santa Barbara boarding school. A distressed Esther decides to spend the next few months in L.A. looking for Kate. As a favor to dear old friend Katherine, Stephanie agrees to temporarily hire Esther as a maid. Between polishing the silver and making beds, Esther searches the mean streets of Hollywood for her daughter. Meanwhile, Thomas is pickpocketed by a cute, tough-talking teen at Insomnia and doesn't press charges when she's caught by the police. When he learns that she's homeless, a smitten Thomas pledges to help.

3. B&B's Amber Moore
She's been missing from the B&B canvas for a while now, but Amber finally resurfaces on Y&R with a mission in mind: tracking down her biological father. While searching through her mom's personal belongings, Amber discovers why Tawny has been so tight-lipped all these years about the man who knocked her up: She was paid $50,000 to keep quiet about the pregnancy. It turns out that Amber's papa never knew about her existence because his control-freak mother bought Tawny's silence. Amber travels to Genoa City and is able to slip by security to get into dear old Dad's office. Of course, he has no idea why this young woman has come to see him until she blurts out, "I've wanted to meet you for a long time now, Jack Abbott."

4. Y&R's Paul Williams
While his loony ex-wife, Isabella, is in jail, Paul has allowed their son, Ric, to be raised by her parents in L.A. Paul receives news that his former father-in-law has suddenly died, so he flies out to the West Coast for the funeral. Knowing that parenting a child will be too burdensome for the widow, Paul announces that he's taking Ric back to Geona City. However, Isabella's brother, Hector, arrives and announces that he will take over as Dad — that's just what his sister would want. Paul then has to stay in L.A. for the custody battle.

5. B&B's Dr. Taylor Hayes Forrester
On Y&R, Victor Newman's heart-attack scare turns out to be overwhelming anxiety. His doctor's advice: get a handle on his stress by spending time on the couch. Of course, the tycoon wants only the best help and he knows that would be Taylor. The sexy shrink agrees to treat Victor on his territory, but he doesn't want anyone — even his family — to know he's in therapy. Against her better judgment, Taylor agrees to pose as Vic's new administrative assistant, but Nikki becomes very jealous about the amount of hours that the two spend together. She only becomes more suspicious by her husband's stonewalling, but could Victor be falling for Taylor after all?

6. Y&R's Tom Fisher
It turns out Ashley isn't the first classy lady Terrible Tom has had a hankering for. A long time ago he had a passionate fling in Seattle with a very lonely gal named Annie. Fast-forward to present day and Tom spots his one-night stand in the newspaper — except now she's going by a different name: Jacqueline Marone. Tom heads out to L.A. and shows up at her Rodeo Drive boutique. Jackie is horrified to see her blast from the past and anxiously tries to usher him out of her store — until Nick shows up and introduces himself. Tom puts two and two together and realizes Nick could be his son, a mystery that Jackie would like to keep from Massimo. So much so that she gives in to Tom's blackmail demands. Gee, now he has people all over the country who would like to see him dead.
