1994
Brooke is drawn to Taylor's old friend James Warwick, but that doesn't stop her efforts to win back Ridge. She even offers to trade her controlling stake in Forrester for a life with him. Thorne successfully intervenes, but Brooke is propelled back to a devastated Ridge after Taylor is in a plane crash and presumed dead. On the eve of Brooke's wedding to James, Ridge proposes to her again and she accepts. Ridge and Brooke marry on the beaches of Malibu.

1995
Now married to Ridge, Brooke happily agrees to give the Forresters back their stock; but she retracts the offer when Taylor comes back from the dead. With Taylor back in town, Brooke and Ridge's marriage is declared invalid, but Ridge ultimately has Taylor sign divorce papers because he is committed to Brooke.

1996
Ridge is prepared to remarry Brooke until he learns that she offered Dr. Tracy Peters $1 million to identify him as Bridget's father, regardless of the truth. Ridge postpones the wedding when a new paternity test reveals that Eric is really her father. The reveal drives Brooke to temporarily insanity. Eventually, Ridge finds her in Barbados and professes his undying devotion to her. While Brooke is in jail for violating child custody agreements, Ridge proposes again, but she wants to resolve their problems first. The relationship takes a turn for the worse when Ridge sees Brooke with Grant Chambers and kisses Taylor to make her jealous. Ultimately, Grant and Brooke marry, but Taylor wises up and leaves Ridge.

1997
After Brooke's wedding is invalidated, Thorne and Brooke conspire to keep Ridge and Taylor apart. Knowing that Taylor is pregnant with Ridge's baby and passing it off as Thorne's, Brooke tells Ridge that she herself is pregnant, even though she isn't.

1998
Ridge and Brooke marry. On the way to the wedding, Taylor gives birth to Ridge's son Thomas. When Ridge finds out about Brooke's deceit and that he is the father of Taylor's baby, the wedding is annulled and he returns to Taylor.

1999
Brooke falls for yet another Forrester and this time it's Thorne! Ridge and the rest of the Forrester clan attempt to separate them, because they believe their relationship is making Stephanie, who despises Brooke, ill.

2000
While on a business trip to Italy, Ridge seduces Brooke in an attempt to prove that her feelings for him are stronger than her feelings for Thorne. Thorne discovers her betrayal and leaves her for Macy, but ultimately forgives her when he learns the affair was manipulated by Ridge.
