BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL Timeline

Brooke arrives to wed Ridge
— CBS

Working Girl

1995-97: Under Brooke's leadership, Forrester prospers and the family (except Stephanie) acknowledge her winning contributions. When Ridge and Brooke wed, she considers returning the stock to his family. But when Ridge's presumed-dead wife, Taylor, comes back, thereby invalidating his marriage to Brooke, she retracts the offer. When Ridge eventually ends up with Taylor, Brooke marries power-hungry designer Grant Chambers. Brooke lightens her workload and lets her hubby run Forrester; he gets carried away and rubs everyone the wrong way. When Brooke vetoes their marriage, a stung Grant steals the collection and gives it to Spectra. With Forrester on the brink of bankruptcy, Brooke suggests taking their newest line to Italy and staging their own fashion show. The event is a hit and Forrester is saved.

Brooke's Bedroom
— CBS

1998-2000: Despite ongoing clashes with Stephanie, Brooke continues to bring success to Forrester. But when she decides to market a new line of sexy lingerie called Brooke's Bedroom, Eric and Stephanie hate the idea. Their boss goes through with it anyway, even posing for the ad campaign. Of course, the project becomes one of Forrester's biggest money makers. Brooke asks YOUNG AND RESTLESS's Victor to create a new fragrance and he agrees.

2001-04: While Brooke is on leave, Ridge tries to oust her from Forrester, but she returns in time to quash the mutiny. Brooke sinks millions into Amber's edgy line. It almost tanks, but all the inventory is sold on a home shopping network. Stephanie finds out that Brooke has given two percent of stock to her adoptive grandson. Steph grabs control of the shares and Brooke is booted from her CEO post. When Ridge walks out on the family business, he gains control of Spectra Fashions and renames it Logan Designs so that he and Brooke can head their own fashion house.

Brooke and the Forresters, Stephanie (Susan Flannery, Ridge and Eric.
— CBS

2005-06: Ridge and Brooke return to Forrester; Sally regains Spectra. Eric and Stephanie divorce and he wants to run Forrester with Brooke after they suddenly elope. However, the couple mutually decides that the marriage won't work, after all, and they amicably split. But good-natured Eric wants his ex to still be in charge. Stephanie finds an old document (hidden for years by Eric) that names her as the sole owner of Forrester. She fires her ex-spouse and Brooke, but on advice from her lawyer, rehires them (though their offices are now in the basement). After Ridge almost dies from a heart attack, Stephanie realizes the toxicity of her meddling ways and makes amends with Brooke, who's wary of the sudden change of heart. Steph proves her sincerity by giving 50 percent of Forrester to Brooke and reinstating her as CEO, all done to get her and Ridge back together. But Brooke remains determined to be with Nick.
