DAYS OF OUR LIVES Fan Club Weekend 2003

Event: Ladies of DAYS Brunch
When: Sunday, June 1
Who: Arianne Zuker, Alison Sweeney, Peggy McCay (Caroline), Suzanne Rogers (Maggie), Farah Fath (Mimi), Kirsten Storms, Renee Jones (Lexie), Nadia Bjorlin (ex-Chloe), Jacee Jule (Bliss)
Highlights: When Storms asked what the men of DAYS said about them at their dinner Friday night. When none of the fans replied, she said jokingly, "Stop protecting them!"

They Said It:
Farah Fath on scenes with Eric Winter (Rex):
"We had some really steamy stuff, and I really enjoyed doing it."

Jones on birthing scenes:
"That was a big baby, wasn't it? Now you understand why I screamed so loud! I was watching The Learning Channel a few weeks ahead of time and the woman who was having the baby was screaming and screaming. The head came out and her husband looked down and said, 'Honey, I think I'm going to be sick,' and he passed out. I would love to meet her because she gave me my inspiration."

Bjorlin on arriving late:
"I couldn't find the room. I walked into someone's wedding!"

Bjorlin on the men of DAYS:
"They walk around naked off set and then when they have to be shirtless, they're like, 'What?' "

Bjorlin on her future:
"If all goes well, I'll be the next J-Lo and steal Ben Affleck."

On which character they'd play besides their own:
Zuker:
"The smooth, cool Abe Carver. He's got the sexiest voice."

Storms: "Nicole, but Nicole when I started because she was in a romance with Eric and I love Jensen Ackles."

Fath: "Kate. She has awesome suits and her hair always looks so friggin' cool."

On who they'd thank first and last in their Oscar speech:
Storms: "The first would be my parents. The last person I'd thank is my first agent who said I'd never get a job and sucked at acting."

Fath: "God... and my puppy Jack."

On singing with hubby Kyle Lowder:
Zuker:
"I would love to. He's a huge inspiration to me. He's heaven sent and he's the greatest guy in the world."

On the new Philip:
Storms:
"The transition was weird. We all loved Jay [Kenneth Johnson] as Philip, but Kyle is getting comfortable. When I found out Philip and Shawn were fighting for Belle, I was like, 'Yes!' It's nice."
