7. Show biz runs in my family: My sister is an actress, and my mother started her own television and film company — after she left her job writing about the celebrity set for one of the most renowned tabloids in Hollywood.

8. I always wanted to be a star on my favorite soap, DAYS OF OUR LIVES, so now I'm living my dream. By the way, I once crossed paths with daytimer-turned-superstar Meg Ryan.

9. My days as a soap heroine go back some 50 years! Despite being nominated, I've never won a Daytime Emmy, but I do have a prime-time statue on my mantel.

10. Imagine my surprise when my wedding made People magazine! Most fans know that I am an avid Barbie collector, but may not know "je parle Francais."
