"Anger Boy", Jason Morgan (Steve Burton)
— ABC

What's In A Name?

1. Sharp-tongued Detective Marcus Taggert had a number of nicknames for local mob enforcer Jason Morgan, one of which was "Anger Boy."

2. "Blackie" was the nickname of cool cat Albert Parrish. We can't say we blame him for the switch. After all, how many records would he have sold had his chart-topping band been named "Albert and the Riff Raff?"

3. "Count Vlad" was just one of many nicknames Luke had for his bitter rival Stefan Cassadine, which always got a good laugh.

"Cowboy", Lucky Spencer (Greg Vaughan)
— ABC

4. Luke's pet name for his now-grown son, Lucky Spencer.

5. Even now, Holly Sutton still loves it when former paramour Luke calls the British babe "English."

6. Like his fellow band mate "Blackie," "Frisco" Jones wasn't born that way. His recently deceased sib Tony, a.k.a. Dr. Anthony Jones, could have told you that his little brother was born Andrew Jones.

7. "Georgie" is short for Georgianna Jones.

"Jax", Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher)
— ABC

8. Considering his full name is Jasper Jacks, "Jax" is a no-brainer namer and if you didn't get this one, you have no business taking this quiz.

9. Though "Kat" is short for Katherine, it could also apply to Ms. Bell's numerous cat fights with rivals Lucy Coe and Lois Cerullo.

10. "Luv" was what young Robin initially called her mother, Anna Devane. Because of Anna's spy work, she wanted to keep the girl safe, so Robin only knew Anna as the kind, pretty woman who cared for her, and was later overjoyed to learn the truth of their familial connection.

11. "Maxie's" full name is Mariah Maximilliana Jones.

12. No SEX AND THE CITY references here. Mild-mannered Co-Police Chief Burt Ramsey shocked the town when, in 1986, he was revealed to be the mob boss of Port Charles, "Mr. Big."

"My Angel", Laura Spencer (Genie Francis)
— ABC

13. "My Angel" is Luke's pet name for his beloved wife, Laura Spencer. In fact, when she was being institutionalized in 2002, Luke tearfully whispered, "Good-bye, My Angel. Good-bye."

14. "Pal" was Lucy Coe's nickname for her rival, partner-in-crime and eventual spouse and ex-spouse, Scotty Baldwin.

15. When Frisco wanted to agitate the headstrong Felicia Cummings, he called her "princess," a nod to her royal Aztec roots. (A tale which he initially didn't believe when they met in 1984.)

16. Another one of Lucy's nicknames, this was for her surrogate daughter, Serena Baldwin.

"Sonny", Michael Corinthos, Jr. (Maurice Benard)
— ABC

17. Sharp-tongued Detective Marcus Taggert also referred to local mob enforcer Jason Morgan as "Quarterbrain."

18. Though everyone in Port Charles knows him as "Sonny," P.C.'s former mob boss's birth name is actually Michael Corinthos, Jr.

19. Tennis pro "Ward" was actually the alias used by Ned Ashton when he bedded his aunt-by-marriage, Monica Quartermaine. Ned has an affinity for aliases: Remember, he also had a rock career as singer "Eddie Maine."

20. Luke's obvious cinematic reference to aspiring filmmaker Dillon Quartermaine.
