Robin and Anna — ABC

Robin comes back to Port Charles to help best friend Brenda with her breakdown, and they move in together. Robin confronts Jason about rumors that he fathered Carly's baby. He explains it's not true, and Robin agrees to keep the secret. Robin becomes an informal speech therapist to Nikolas, who develops a crush on her, but Robin still loves Jason. She moves in with him to help raise Carly's infant son, Michael — until Carly wants to move in, too. Robin and Jason end their relationship. Before moving back to Paris to complete medical school, Robin reveals that AJ Quartermaine is the real father of Carly's baby.

Patrick (Jason Thompson) and Robin — ABC

Robin returns to Port Charles to help treat Jason. She calls in neurosurgeon Noah Drake and his son, Patrick, who save Jason. Robin and Patrick take an instant disliking to each other — which can only mean one thing.

Robert at GH with Noah (Rick Springfield) and Patrick — ABC

A virus outbreak threatens Robin's already weak immune system, but Patrick saves her life. Robin discovers that her father, Robert, is actually alive when she finds him snooping around the hospital. Robin learns from Maxie that Jax is actually raising Nikolas' son as his own. She decides once again to tell the truth about a secret paternity. Robin finds an experimental drug that brings Laura out of her coma just long enough to remarry Luke and spend a brief time with her family.

Robin and Patrick — ABC

Robin is shot in the stomach during the hostage crisis at Metro Court, and Carly is forced to perform surgery to save her life. A recovered Robin later discovers Mr. Craig was behind the Metro Court incident, and the villain forces her to break up with Patrick and fake an affair with Nikolas. Patrick and Robin later reunite, but he balks at her desire to start a family, prompting Robin to go in search of donor sperm. After her cousin Georgie is murdered, Robin and Patrick make love, and she is impregnated.

Robin and Patrick's wedding day — ABC

Robin pretends the father is an anonymous donor, but tells Elizabeth the truth. Robin later informs Patrick he is the child's father. Anna returns to care for Robin. The couple learns they are expecting a baby girl, and Patrick proposes at the nurses' station. She initially refuses, but eventually the couple becomes engaged. Just before the couple exchanges vows, Robin's water breaks and she goes into labor....
