Josh/Reva Timeline

1996-98
Reva married Buzz in hopes that it would free Josh, Annie, Marah and Shayne to be a family; Josh and Annie made their union legal. But Josh and Reva's powerful connection drove Annie mad - literally. She framed Reva for killing her unborn baby. Annie's courtroom confession got Reva off the hook. Not content to let her rival have Josh, Annie kidnapped Reva and orchestrated a plane crash to make it look as if both women had died. Josh refused to accept that he had lost Reva again, so with the help of Dr. Burke and lots of aging serum, Reva was cloned. As Josh learned to love the clone, Dolly, a cop named Teri came to town (she was actually a post-plastic surgery Annie.) The real Reva, who had been stranded on an island, made her way back to Springfield, but the clone, feeling threatened, imprisoned her. With her new face, Annie tried to woo Josh again, to no avail. Josh finally figured out what had happened to Reva and skipped his Cross Creek nuptials with the clone to rescue her. The clone killed herself by overdosing on aging serum.

1999
Josh and Reva married for the second time. The couple honeymooned in San Cristobel, where they learned that Reva had spent part of her missing years there with then-husband Prince Richard and their son, Jonathan. Still in love with Reva, Richard came to Springfield, which drove Josh into Olivia's bed.

2000
Reva, who nixed a reunion with Richard, was determined to win Josh back, although he had married Olivia. They kept finding themselves coming to each other's rescue, like when a bomb at a construction site nearly ended Josh's life.

2001
Reva got engaged to Noah. Although she assured him that she was over Josh, Noah saw how the two connected during a San Cristobel earthquake, so he bid her adieu. Josh ended his marriage to Olivia, but Josh and Reva weren't sure if they should resume their romance. Reva traveled back in time and met with previous incarnations of herself and Josh, which showed her that she and Josh were meant to be.

2002
Josh and Reva tied the knot at the new hotel, the Beacon. Soon, their marriage was put to the test when Richard was involved in a serious car accident. With no living will to be found, the patient asked Reva to take him off life support, a wish she honored. Richard felt as if he could trust his ex to follow his wishes, whereas asking that of his wife, Cassie, would have been too much for her to bear. Reva was taken to court; Cassie and Marah refused to forgive her. Josh stood by his wife, who was eventually freed.

2003
The Lewises were united when Reva's stalker threatened the family. Even Jonathan's (who came to town as Sandy) move to become a part of his mother's life didn't shake the Lewis marriage. Their happy life took a beating when Josh inadvertently caused a car accident, which left Shayne paralyzed. Reva pulled away from her husband and turned to Christopher, who was helping her develop her psychic gifts. Reva eventually found a way to forgive Josh.

2004
The Maryanne Caruthers mystery nearly tore the couple apart. Reva couldn't understand why Josh was pulling away from her. Turns out, Carrie was toying with the minds of Marah, Michelle, Marina and later Josh, Billy, Ed, Buzz and Alan. When Marah shot Carrie to save her father as they struggled in the fun house, Josh tried to take responsibility for the crime; his daughter refused. So Josh came clean about his past (he thought he had taken part in a young girl's death 30 years ago). Carrie was the girl's aunt, supposedly there to take revenge. Reva allowed Josh to move back home and her psychic gifts helped absolve Marah of murder, and she and Josh helped their daughter start anew in Paris.
