Return Of The Prodigal Son

1993:
Alan-Michael discovered Eleni and Frank together in Malaysia and learned that his wife had slept with Frank three months previous, so the baby could be Cooper's. (It turned out the child — Marina — was Frank's). Eleni left Alan-Michael, but he refused to grant her a divorce. Devastated, he sought comfort with Blake. Later, he teamed up with Nick, Holly and Gilly (Amelia Marshall) to run the Springfield Journal. Soon after, he met Lucy Cooper.

1994:
Despite dating Lucy (Sonia Satra), Alan-Michael (Rick Hearst) comforted Eleni when she and Frank began to have problems. He intercepted a love letter from Frank to prevent him from reuniting with Eleni. He and Lucy broke up.

1995:
Alan finally came through for his youngest son, who was named president of Spaulding. Lucy became Alan-Michael's secretary. When Brent (Frank Beaty) raped her, Alan-Michael helped her seek revenge and they got back together.

1996:
Alan-Michael (Michael Dietz, r.) and Lucy got married amid fighting with Amanda (Toby Poser, 1.), Alan (Ron Raines) and Alexandra (Marj Dusay) for Spaulding stock.

1997:
Tired of all the power struggles at Spaulding, Alan-Michael gave his shares of votes to Amanda and left town with Lucy.

2004:
Alan-Michael learned that Phillip had been murdered, but told his father that he wouldn't come home to watch Alan mourn his favored son.
