Singer-songwriter Katy Perry, whose "I Kissed a Girl" music video recently peaked at number two on iTunes Top 100, is set to make her acting debut on YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS. Perry plays herself in scenes with Joshua Morrow (Nick), Michelle Stafford (Phyllis), Peter Bergman (Jack) and Sharon Case (Sharon), when she poses for a photo shoot for the second cover of Restless Style. Her scenes air on June 12.

Cynthia Sikes has been cast as Sabrina's mother, Zara, on YOUNG AND RESTLESS. She'll start taping May 27. Zara is set to arrive in Genoa City on June 19, in time for her daughter's wedding to Victor. Socialite Kathy Hilton (Paris and Nicky’s mom) will turn in an appearance as herself on the May 13 episode of Y&R. Hilton will play a friend of Jack's (Peter Bergman). This isn't Hilton's first acting gig. Her IMDb resumé includes roles such as the French Maid in The Exotic Dreams of Casanova in 1971 and Bee Lady in 1973's Invasion of the Bee Girls. And in 2005, she starred in the reality show I WANT TO BE A HILTON, which groomed contestants vying to join high society.
