As much as I try to peek at all the soaps, I must confess that I'm a CBS boy at heart. So move over, Carolyn Hinsey, while I give my opinion of the Eye Net's lineup.
Y&R
Love It! Nick loves Sharon. I never wanted them apart in the first place, so his amnesia is an answer to my prayers while revving up some great conflict with Jack, Phyllis and even Brad....
Hate It! Kevin mooning over the-brain-tumor-made-me-do-it killer. I'll only be interested if it turns that Jana's condition caused her to imagine she murdered Carmen which means the real killer is still out there (and I can like her again).
The Jury's Still Out: Cane and Lily's romance. That Aussie hunk plus anybody would generate heat, but besides their age difference, I'm still trying to figure out what could possibly be their story potential.
Gimme More! Victor, Nikki and David. Finally, someone Eric Braeden (Victor) can't eat up alive on screen. Let the games begin!
ATWT
Love It! Noah and Luke's love story, which has been slow, sweet and real. Bring in Kevin as the spoiler and that would be a groundbreaking triangle that only ATWT can do justice to.
Hate It! As much as I thrilled over Scott Bryce's return as Craig, hooking up his storyline wagon to the convoluted mess that is Meg, Paul and Rosanna has been a great disservice. Craig's money scenes always has been and always will be with Lucinda!
The Jury's Still Out: Carly's health crisis. A brain tumor or lesion or whatever is so passé, but Maura West (Carly) can just about sell any plot. My curiosity is definitely piqued.
Gimme More! Henry and Vienna. A kooky couple who bring just the right amount of levity is always a bright spot in daytime.

Love It! The chance that Taylor may be carrying Brooke's child has me licking my chops. Please, oh, please let it be true.
Hate It! Stephanie was involved in Brooke's rape. Will we ever be able to forgive her? That's gonna be a tough one.
The Jury's Still Out: Eric and Donna's romance. It comes off a little pervy, but anyone who can stick it to Steffers has my interest.
Gimme More! Ann! Ann! Ann! Betty White is simply phenomenal and besides, anyone who can stick to Steffers... well, you know.

Love It! Coop and Ashlee dating. Finally, proof that love comes in all sizes.
Hate It! Alan being Alan. His machinations have lost so much focus and heart that he comes off as just plain cruel. When I can't understand a villain's motivations, then I'm just not on board.
The Jury's Still Out: Gus and Harley's breakup. I still don’t quite understand how it happened, but a happy marriage needs some dissension. Natalia is definitely the weak link but I would like to see more of Dylan and Harley’s history cause problems.
Gimme More! Jeffrey and Reva. They're sexy and cool but they need their own story, not just reacting to others.

AS THE WORLD TURNS' Aaron gave Alison some mint leaves for her fertility drug-induced nausea, but she's not the only one who could use them! Spread the wealth, Aaron, please. ATWT resurrected their heinous hand-held camera yesterday and today for the scenes in the Oakdale Police Station. Once overused by ALL MY CHILDREN and slaughtered during ATWT's Raven Lake Slasher story last summer, this is one soap trope that needs to be bid adieu. How is anyone supposed to focus on a scene when the Shaky Cam of Doom is making you turn green? Eep. Urk. Move over, Ali, I'll be right there....
