Zach and Ryan were stuck in traffic in New York. Zach couldn't shake the feeling that something was wrong with Kendall and wanted to go back to Pine Valley.

As she drove to New York, Kendall had trouble steering as she was hit with sharp pain. She willed herself to be okay despite her own concern and Babe's. She phoned Greenlee, who hung up when comments were made about how she doesn't know what contractions feel like. When Kendall was struck with another contraction, Babe insisted on going to the hospital but Kendall stubbornly refused. Finally, Kendall relented and acknowledged that she needed medical attention. Greenlee joined them on the side of the road as Kendall succumbed to her fear about the baby's health. They decided that Babe would drive Kendall to the hospital and Greenlee would follow with Spike. Kendall called Zach in tears, so Babe took the phone and said they were taking Kendall to the hospital. Zach and Ryan got out of their limo and ran frantically through the streets.... Greenlee did her best to keep Spike happy as she drove and had more flashbacks to when Kendall was carrying Spike for her.... The men got to a heliport and boarded the aircraft, bound for Pine Valley.... Kendall gripped Babe's hand as her contractions intensified.... Greenlee stopped following Babe's car. "You were supposed to be mine," she said, glancing back at Spike. "There's only one way to make this right. You're mine now. My baby boy."

At the boathouse, JR swept Amanda into a passionate kiss. She broke away and demanded her money, but eventually allowed JR to seduce her. Post-sex, Amanda reacted badly to JR's announcement that he'd quit Chandler Enterprises. "I'm pretty much broke," he said, causing Amanda to push him into the water. Post-dip, JR pressed Amanda to admit that she wants him even though he doesn't have money. Amanda wouldn't cop to it, but offered to let him stay at Wildwind for the night.

All alone at the mansion, Adam was overwhelmed with memories of Krystal, JR and Colby. At The Comeback, Colby told Tad about her falling out with Adam. When Colby spoke of missing Liza, Tad encouraged her to contact her mom then paid a visit to Adam, praising JR to Adam for ceasing to play Adam's games. Tad asked Adam to give JR the chance to be the man Dixie knew he could be. Adam barked that JR was his "and you can't have him!" Tad walked away in disgust.... Colby expressed sympathy for Ava to Krystal, noting that Ava's own mother hated her....

Jack and Erica celebrated the imminent withdrawal of their divorce petition. Then, in front of the cameras, they staged a squabble. After the crew left, Erica and Jack enjoyed a romantic romp in the boathouse. Jack presented Erica with a non-legally-binding document making various and sundry marital promises.... Sean and Lily talked over the possibility that Jack and Erica might reconcile. Just then, Jack returned home — followed by Erica. They confirmed to the kids that they were back together. Sean then privately told Jack that Ava had confessed to having set him up at Adam's behest.... Jack and Erica basked in their happiness as they snuggled on the sofa.

At The Comeback, Krystal told Tad that she had decided to take him up on his offer to move in. Tad was delighted. Ava was unwelcome when she showed up to ask Krystal for her job back. "You're out of luck," said Krystal. Ava volunteered to work for free to pay Krystal back for the pool table she ruined. No dice, sighed Krystal.

At the Chandler manse, Adam scoffed at JR's declaration that he was going to make things right again. JR informed Adam that Zach intended to chop up Chandler Enterprises and that earlier that day, he'd quit the board of the company. Adam was livid, then confused when JR revealed his intent to give all his shares of Chandler to Adam. JR explained that he was still going to fight Slater, but under the radar. In the intense conversation that ensued, JR said he no longer cared about Adam's approval and was determined to make it on his own. To that end, he announced, he was moving out.

In the car en route to New York with Babe and Spike, Kendall griped about the mistake she made in hiring Ava as the new face of Fusion. Babe called Greenlee (who was also driving to the big city) to conduct a sing-along for Spike. After Spike and Babe drifted off to sleep, Kendall kept chatting with Greenlee, and the gals concurred that they were well on their way to becoming "them" again. When Spike and Babe both woke up, Babe and Kendall's chatter about Spike's cuteness took a toll on Greenlee.... Kendall tried to reach Zach on the phone and was leaving a message when she began to have trouble with her car and it started to spin off the road...

Jonathan vented to Amanda about the problems he was having with Ava and Lily. He also apologized to her for how he messed things up between them.

On the Chandler patio, Josh and JR had a tense meeting about the future of Chandler Enterprises. JR then met up with Tad at The Comeback and filled in Tad about his encounter with Josh. Tad told JR he was happy to see the changes in him but was surprised when JR said that he'd all but quit his job at Chandler. Tad wanted to celebrate; JR didn't think the tidings were quite so glad but felt that it wasn't too late for him or Little Adam (and possible even Adam, Sr.). Tad wanted to know what JR planned to do.

In the entranceway to the mansion, Adam was confronted by a livid Colby and Krystal, who'd just learned of Adam's role in setting up Sean with the drugs. "I'm moving Colby out," Krystal declared. Alone with Krystal, Adam adamantly denied any involvement in the drug scheme. After Adam slung some nasty words at Krystal, Colby came downstairs with her packed suitcase. She told her dad that she didn't want to be a Chandler anymore, that it made her feel ashamed. Adam's pleas with her to stay fell on deaf ears, though Adam maintained that Colby would change her mind soon enough. "You are a virus," he spat at Krystal, accusing her of stealing his daughter. "Didn't I tell you?" Krystal replied. "Jenny and Colby and I are moving in with Tad." Adam was crushed.... Colby, Jenny and Krystal returned to The Comeback.... JR came home and told his dad that he'd come to make things right with him, once and for all.

Ava thanked Lily for touching her. Lily then greeted Jonathan at the door. Jon wanted to drive Ava to Fusion, where the women were waiting for her, but Ava (who taunted Jon about her new hair color) refused. Jon tried to get through to his lover, but when he said that he cared about her, Lily began to panic. She rushed off; Ava encouraged him to follow the woman he really cared about. Jon insisted to Ava that he wanted her, not Lily. "Don't touch me ever again," Ava snapped before bolting.

The Fusion gals clashed during a hectic morning at work. Kendall got a call from Zach, who informed her that he and Ryan were stuck in traffic. Rachel and Spike arrived; Rachel revealed that her mother had had a stroke, so Kendall sent her off to the hospital. Greenlee protested when Kendall said that Spike would have to come to New York with them. Ava finally showed up, shocking Babe, Kendall and Greenlee with her new look (and not in a good way). Kendall told Ava that she was fired and Ava left. "Bad," said Babe. "Very bad." With that, the ladies (and Spike) departed for New York, although Greens had a gut feeling that something wasn't quite right with the situation.

At the boathouse, Ava secretly eavesdropped as Amanda questioned Jon about his feelings for Lily. Jon copped to still loving his ex, so Ava slipped off — which meant she didn't catch the part where he said his feelings for Ava were real and entirely unrelated to Lily.

When Erica bumped into Krystal and Jenny and Krystal gave Erica a hard time about Jack, Erica revealed that Adam had confided in her about Krystal.

At the Montgomery manse, Sean discovered Lily doing some online research about sex.... On the morning after the Fusion sleepover, Di frantically tried to reach Ava, to no avail. She was at The Comeback, asleep on the pool table. Colby found her there and woke her up. In their ensuing argument, Ava revealed that she had worked with Adam to set Sean up with the drugs. Sean arrived just in time to hear her confession. Ava told the pair that Adam had paid her. Before Ava bolted, Sean warned her that Lily knew Ava and Jonathan had slept together and was having a hard time with it.... Ava went to Lily and tried to explain that although she and Jon had sex, Jon only made love to her because she'd looked like Lily. Ava became distraught and put on some loud music and loud makeup; Lily began to retreat into herself, so Ava rushed to comfort her.... Jon went to Fusion looking for Ava. Di arrived on the same mission. As Jon described what happened between him and Ava the night before, Di deduced that Ava had split because Jon treated her differently when she looked like Lily.... Colby didn't want to believe that Adam really colluded with Ava against Sean but Sean gently pointed out that such a maneuver was classic Adam.... Ava told Lily that she had to stop trying to be like her (Lily). To that end, she changed her hair color to dark brown. With great effort, Lily reached out to physically comfort her sister.

At the Slater house, Kendall fielded a Fusion financial crisis over the phone. Spike was fussy but Greenlee panicked at the thought of holding him again so Annie cuddled the boy. Annie kindly tried to include Greenlee but Greens begged off. Finally, Greens got over it and played with Spike. When Erica arrived, she was was aghast to see Greens holding Spike. Greenlee held her own against Erica and Kendall thanked her for remaining civil to La Kane. Kendall and Greenlee seemed closer than ever.

Babe showed up at the boathouse to say good-bye to Krystal and Jenny. Krystal told Babe about Tad's invitation to move in with him with the baby. Later, Krystal returned to The Comeback, where Colby prepared to tell her what Adam had done to Sean.

Derek takes it in stride when Krystal puts the brakes on their budding relationship.

In New York, Zach and Ryan celebrated their successful business meeting over drinks (though Ryan stopped Zach from ordering him a cosmo). They hoped that their respective wives were doing okay with Greenlee back in Pine Valley.

At The Comeback, Krystal took JR to task for faking his own kidnapping and putting Adam through hell. JR was confident that he was going to have a more successful relationship with Little Adam; Krystal hoped he was right. JR picked up on Krystal's lingering feelings for Adam.... Colby showed up aglow over Sean, who she planned to surprise with a moonlit picnic on the beach.

Jack and Erica enjoyed a romantic meal in their room at the Yacht Club. He privately enjoyed toying with her about the mystery benefactor who'd pledged a million dollars to the Miranda Center in the event of their divorce. Erica tried to conceal her nervousness when Jack said he knew how to uncover the person's identity. He called "the donor" (reaching Greenlee's machine), then told Erica the number had been disconnected. Jack told Erica that he would donate the million dollars himself and he swept his wife into a kiss.

At their Kendall-imposed sleepover, the Fusion gals (and Josh) enjoyed some pizza and watched the promo for the new campaign starring Ava. Ava missed the screening because she was at Wildwind in bed with Jonathan, who drifted off to sleep after they made love. Ava, however, couldn't sleep; she felt terrible post-sex because Jon had touched her differently (and more tenderly) when she was made to look up like Lily. Ava slipped out of bed and ran off.... After Josh left the sleepover (it was for women only, Kendall noted), Greenlee pressed Babe for info on Josh, Amanda defended JR to the group and Di tried to reach Ava.... Jon woke up in bed alone and called out Ava's name.... When Spike woke up and joined the ladies, Kendall was nervous about the boy's proximity to Greenlee.... Jon went to The Comeback looking for Ava but Krystal said she hadn't seen her.... A teary Ava ended up alone on the beach. Sean spotted her there and thought she was Lily. "I'm Ava," Ava spat, "I'm the cheesy knockoff." Sean tried to cheer her up and when Colby arrived and saw Ava in his arms, she got the wrong idea and was crushed. Sean tried to set the record straight but Colby ran off. He took off after her then returned to the beach and told Ava that Colby had refused to speak to him. Sean assured Ava that it wasn't her fault that Colby was upset. Colby went to The Comeback and scratched away her and Sean's initials from the post.

Krystal told Derek that as much as she'd enjoyed their date, her life was too complicated right now to keep seeing him. Derek was understanding.

The Fusion girls had a blast as the sleepover devolved into a group singalong.
