At ConFusion, Tad tried to get JR to eat after his first chemo session. Angie was pleased to learn that JR had told Tad about his lymphoma. Angie excused herself to join Randi for dinner. Jesse, meanwhile, grabbed Frankie away from his conversation with Madison at the casino to bring him to ConFusion. Frankie refused. Back at ConFusion, Angie gave Randi a pep talk about her marital problems. Jesse showed up and told his wife and daughter-in-law that he had seen Frank at the casino with Madison. Angie resolved to put Madison in her place once and for all.... Madison advised Frankie to save his marriage, but he was too inebriated to do so at that particular moment. Angie and Randi arrived in time to see the elevator door closing behind Frankie and Madison. Randi claimed to have given up on her marriage. Upstairs, Frank vented to Madison about Jesse having become Randi's hero. He accidentally spilled his drink all over Madison. Frankie passed out and Madison opened the door with her shirt open when Angie came a-knockin'. Angie slapped Madison across the face.... Back at ConFusion, Randi told Jesse that it was her fault that Frankie was kissing another woman.

David was rude to Jake when Amanda and David brought Trevor into the hospital. Jake called Tad, who tried to talk him down and said he was on his way. Scott sat down in the chair that Tad had vacated. JR denied to Scott that he is drinking again; Scott denied to JR that he has the hots for Annie.... David and Amanda updated Jake on the baby's condition (he was given a clean bill of health) but David refused to let Amanda have time to talk to Jake. "I love you," she whispered as David led her away. Tad showed up and told Jake not to give David the satisfaction of Jake melting down. Back at Wildwind, Amanda was reluctant to let David hold the baby but ultimately relented.... Jake nearly flipped when he found out that David had changed the baby's name to David, Jr.... David told his baby that he would always be there for him. The scene was a difficult one for Amanda to take in.

Zach tried to cozy up to Annie at the Chandler manse. Annie started to open up to Zach about the night of the murder, then clammed up. Zach pledged to make Ryan pay for keeping Emma from her and Spike from him.... Scott fantasized about Annie, then came downstairs and found her crying over Emma's drawings. She fell into his arms, then opened up to him about her daughter. Scott offered her reassurance.... Zach told Kendall that Annie was starting to crack and they ended up in a passionate kiss. He pulled away and she demanded to know what would happen between them after they proved her innocence.... Scott pulled Annie into a steamy kiss.

Marissa joined JR at ConFusion. Jake called Marissa and she agreed to go to the hospital to discuss David. Marissa told Jake everything she knew about what was happening back at the house. Jake went to Wildwind and watched David and Amanda through the window. Marissa went to see JR, who was thrilled by her return.
