Adam was pleased when Jake said that Annie's baby was fine. Ryan, Zach and Erica were stunned to learn that she was actually pregnant. Annie and Scott were flabbergasted, too. Zach wondered if maybe Adam wasn't the father and told Ryan and Erica about the surveillance disc featuring Annie smooching Scott and JR. The trio agreed that making Adam suspicious might be the key to getting Adam to turn on Annie. When Adam left Annie's bedside, Ryan and Erica pounced. While she worked on Adam, he tried to get under Annie's skin. Annie told Ryan that she and Adam were suing for full custody. Erica and Ryan reconvened and agreed that all they needed to do now was to wait for their ploy to work. Meanwhile, Scott and Annie discussed her miraculous pregnancy. Scott told Annie that he needed to move out and deal with his grief over his father's death. She tried to dissuade him. Adam saw Scott and Annie holding hands and looked alarmed. Ryan and Erica watched his reaction.

David and Amanda had sex in the car. Afterwards, she was distraught. When Jake called, Amanda tried her best to conceal her upset and guilt. Amanda and David got back to Wildwind, where Jake was waiting for her. David was suspiciously civil to Jake. Amanda broke down crying after Jake left and David reminded her that she'd done it for Trevor's sake.

Kendall fumed over the comments she believed that Zach had sent to her about his relationship with Liza. Aidan grinned, knowing his plan was working. He advised Kendall to confront Zach. Kat had reservations about Aidan's scheme. Zach was upset by a fake message from Kendall, courtesy of Aidan and Kat, and feared that she was taking up with Aidan again. Zach wrote back in an understanding way, but Aidan doctored the message to drive more of a wedge between the Slaters. He then rushed to comfort Kendall and admitted that he thought they might end up sleeping together again. He asked if she feared the same thing. At home, Zach called Jesse and told him that something wasn't right with Kendall.
