At the Chandlers, Krystal ran interference when Colby and Sydney had another tiff. Krystal ordered Colby to call her Krystal, not mom, then explained to Colby that if she wanted her (modestly budgeted) party, she had to accept Sydney as a co-host. "I'd rather die," spat Colby, but Krystal gave her no choice in the matter.

Jack approached Sean, who was lazing in the living room, and told him to turn off his music. Amanda arrived at Jack's invitation; Sean thought she was hot. In her room, Lily worked on her online profile for a social connections Web site. Amanda came in and she tried to offer solace to Lily, who remained adamant that her marriage is over. Sean told Jack that Pine Valley is just one stop on a long road trip he had planned. He then spotted an earring on the ground... Amanda inadvertently sent Lily over the edge and Lily told her to leave.

Erica showed up at Dixie's hotel room and found Dixie and Zach in bed together. "I always knew this day would come," she hissed to Zach. Derek then walked in and asked Erica to exit. After La Kane left, Derek tried to get Zach and Dixie to admit that the cozy moment he'd "interrupted" had been staged for his benefit (which it was — they'd seen him on the surveillance camera, though Erica's arrival was a surprise). Of course, they denied it. Dixie and Zach continued to insist that they are a) innocent and b) lovers.

At ConFusion, Jonathan told Ryan that his mental functions had been restored and that he'd lost Lily. Kendall felt compassion for Jonathan and assured him that his job was safe. She wished him luck with Lily. Erica arrived and revealed to Kendall that she'd seen Zach in bed with Dixie. Kendall didn't believe it until Erica supplied more details. La Kane urged her daughter to consider a future with Ryan. Kendall stormed over to Zach's office at the casino and looked at the feed on the security camera. She saw Dixie embracing Zach, who was clad only in a robe, and she was devastated.

Colby stopped by to see Sean, claiming to have left behind an earring. Sean returned the jewelry. Colby asked Sean to tell her his story; he described himself as a "born healer," explaining that he was born to supply his sister with much-needed bone marrow. Later, Sydney called, claiming that she, too, left something behind after the party. She invited Sean to her party.

Amanda confirmed to Jon that Lily still wants nothing to do with him. Amanda urged Jon not to give up on his wife. Lily, meanwhile, received an e-mail from a boy claiming to be an 18-year-old with Asperger's. She was intrigued and responded. Unbeknownst to her, her new buddy was none other than Terry.

A worked-up Annie told Ryan that Terry had tracked her down. After a visit from cute little Emma, Ryan tried to convince Annie to stay in Pine Valley and fight Terry — with his help, of course. Ultimately, she agreed. Ryan was hugging her when Erica walked in and, spotting their embrace, sighed, "From one fresh hell to another!"

At ConFusion, Babe winced when she saw Kendall arrive with Ryan and warned Josh that his sister was about to go "Kill Bill" on Zach, who was seated with JR. Zach went after Kendall and told JR to back off when JR accused him of leading his mother on. Babe and Jamie urged JR to calm down.... Ryan comforted Kendall on the patio; she was having a tough time pretending to hate her husband.... JR flew into a rage in front of Babe, but promised not to do anything crazy. He left to check on Dixie.... Jamie rejoined Aidan, Di and Julia but remained worried about his brother. Erin ached as she watched Aidan and Di together; Jamal tried to lift her spirits. Jamie and Julia took off, leaving Di and Aidan alone. They amped up their flirting. When Aidan went to fetch more drinks, Del came over and he and Di touched base about the Dixie/Zach situation.... Josh checked on Babe, who was disappointed in JR for not opening up to her about his upset over Zach. Erin followed Babe as she made her way to the exit and asked her if she was having an affair with Josh. Babe said no and told Erin to make a play for Josh if she wanted to. "Okay," responded Erin, who then sidled up to Josh at the bar as Babe watched.... Kendall announced loudly that drinks were on the house that night and offered up a toast to Greg's true killer that was designed to stick it to Zach. Josh confronted Kendall for praising his father's killer; she apologized.... Erin made her move on Josh; he turned her down and advised her to find someone who isn't a complete wreck.... Zach told Ryan to get his hands off Kendall; she responded by smooching Lavery. Ryan ended up decking Zach, who stumbled out of the club. Ryan joined him outside and Slater called him out on having figured out that Zach and Kendall's estrangement is for show. .... Di and Aidan succumbed to passion after leaving the club together.... Ryan came back inside to escort a melancholy Kendall home.

At the Fusion office, Babe accidentally deleted some critical files. Josh showed up and offered assistance, successfully recovering the data. Josh then tended to a minor injury Babe sustained when she threw a fit out of frustration over her computer error. While he did, he reiterated to Babe that he's not interested in Erin. Babe broke away from her close moment with Josh and headed home.

In the park, Julia challenged Jamie to a game of strip basketball but his mind was elsewhere. She asked him what was up. "It's my dad," Jamie sighed. He explained to Julia that Tad thinks Dixie is guilty. Julia asked Jamie who he thought the culprit was. "I don't know," he said. "Maybe I do," she hedged, reminding Jamie that she herself had motive. Jamie scoffed at the notion that Julia could have pulled off Greg's murder. Later, Jamie and Julia cuddled on a bench.

At the police station, Derek told Livia that Zach and Dixie's affair isn't going to fly; he knew it was a plot to give them an alibi and vowed to prove it. Derek then grilled a witness who claimed to remember Zach and Dixie checking into the motel room together and the witness passed his test. Livia was pleased.

In her hotel room, Dixie watched the news footage of her confrontation with Kendall. JR showed up and hugged his mom, asking her if she was okay. JR was relieved that Dix had an alibi but observed that she was genuinely falling for Zach. JR was worried that Zach would break Dixie's heart. Still, he pledged to be there for his mom no matter what.

At ConFusion, JR bent Erin's ear about the Babe/Josh situation. Erin said she was going to step up her efforts to catch Josh's eye, then told Jamal that she's now a wild and crazy woman.

At Fusion, Babe gave Josh another pep talk, and he again referenced his unabating crush on her. They talked about Erica, as well, with Babe encouraging Josh to give her a shot. Josh was resistant; Babe urged him to at least give Kendall a chance. Erin arrived and invited Babe and Josh to ConFusion. They turned down the offer, so Erin returned to the club alone.

Aidan and Jamie played basketball and Jamie questioned Aidan about why he wasn't trying to prove Dixie's innocence. Aidan confirmed that Tad didn't want him to. Tad entered and Jamie read him the riot act. Before leaving, Jamie warned Tad that Brooke might contact him, having caught him "doing the wild thing" with Julia. Aidan took off, too, but not before reporting to Tad that he was thinking of making a go of things with Di.

For Ryan's benefit, Kendall put on a huge show of playing the betrayed wife. Zach came home and requested to speak to Kendall privately. From the courtyard, Annie could hear their loud argument. Ryan joined her there and Annie observed that Ryan is in love with Kendall. Annie offered to help him in any way she could.... Once the Slaters were alone, Kendall implied to Zach that her fury might be genuine. She was upset that she learned that the faux affair was underway via the TV report, but when Zach pulled her into a kiss, her dismay subsided. Zach then left and Ryan grilled him about his supposed liaison with Dixie. Ryan then went back into the condo and told Kendall he knew her ire was fake. She denied it but he didn't buy it. Ryan guessed that the ruse was designed to provide Zach and Dixie with an alibi. Ryan said he didn't want her to confirm it (as he might have to testify under oath one day) but he wanted her to tell him how he could help sell her split with Zach. "You are amazing," Kendall sighed.

Zach, Julia and Di arrived at ConFusion. Julia told Di about Brooke walking in on her and Jamie. Erin approached them and made a cutting remark to Di about Aidan. After Erin walked away, Di told Julia that the sex with Jamie had been super-hot. Just then, Jamie sidled up to Julia and Aidan strolled up to Di. A jealous Erin spied on the scene from afar.... JR confronted Zach about his intentions toward Dixie.... Josh and Babe arrived at ConFusion and Babe made mention of "the Zach/Dixie thing." Josh asked what she was talking about.... As Zach and JR toasted to the alibi Zach and Dixie now have, Kendall arrived at the club — on Ryan's arm.

At the Lavery loft, Annie received a call from Terry. "Put Emma on," he commanded. "She needs her daddy. Her daddy needs her." Annie was panic-stricken.

Jonathan tried to calm down a distraught Lily as she reeled from the news that he'd been lying to her about their "sameness." "I still love you," he pleaded. Lily railed at Jon for betraying her. Jack burst in and icily told Jon that it was over between him and Lily. Ryan and Erin tried to comfort a devastated Jon. After his siblings left, Amanda entered to give Jon a shoulder to cry on. She had little luck getting him not to beat himself up for the pain he caused Lily. Amanda offered to try to help him regain Lily's trust.

Erica freaked out when she returned home to find a gaggle of teens partying in her living room. One of the shirtless revelers revealed himself to Erica as Sean Montgomery, her nephew (Travis and Barbara's son). Erica threw everyone out, Colby and Sydney included, so that she could talk to Sean. Sean explained that Barbara had sent him there to visit Jack. Erica called Barbara but hung up when Jack and Lily returned. Lily freaked out over the state of chaos in the living room and tried frantically to restore order. Erica assured Lily that the situation was temporary. Jack began to explain to Erica what happened in court. "Don't talk about Jonathan!" barked Lily, who then ran upstairs. She screamed when she encountered Sean. "Don't touch her!" Jack ordered Sean. Erica blamed Jack for Lily's condition; Jack held Jon responsible. Erica warned Jack that Lily was not going to bounce back from what he'd done to her. Jack insisted that one day, Lily would thank him for his actions. Erica tried to get Jack to throw Sean out of the house, but Jack refused.... Lily yanked off her wedding ring.

Colby and Sydney discussed Sean's cuteness. They both declared their intent to land his affections.

Ryan, Amanda, and Erin watched in shock as the TV newscaster broke the news of Zach and Dixie's affair. At the Fusion offices, Simone, Babe and Danielle rallied around Kendall as she absorbed the image of Zach and Dixie smooching. David entered and revealed that he was the one who took the picture of the buss. "We've been played for fools, Kendall," David seethed. Ryan and Erin arrived and Ryan told Hayward to back off. The press then rushed Kendall, wanting a comment on the incriminating photo. Kendall told them to follow her.... Babe, who was unmoved by David's devastation over Dixie's "betrayal", defended herself yet again to Simone when Simone accused her of being happy about Kendall's heartbreak.... Dani, Erin and Simone all let up on Babe, banding together to actually, ya know, work.

In Dixie's hotel room, Zach and Dixie discussed their faux affair and the fact that she is genuinely falling for him, which didn't sit well with him. Dix assured Zach that she could handle the situation. Kendall then barged in, camera crew in tow, and smacked Dixie across the face. "You should have stayed dead!" she hissed. Ryan tried to hold Kendall back as she and Dixie traded nasty insults. As part of the show, Kendall also made it clear to Zach that their marriage was over. After everyone but Zach left her room, Dix sighed that Kendall seemed a little too convincing.

When David entered Dixie's room, he found Zach there. Dixie walked in and was surprised when Zach greeted her with a kiss. She quickly caught onto the charade, however, and told David that she indeed turned to Zach in her time of need. She asked her ex-lover to be happy for her and Zach. Um, can't say Doc Hayward was exactly happy about it. "You faithless slut!" he attacked. Dixie fought back, pointing out that he had no right to an opinion on her life. Dixie ordered him to get out of her room, and as he walked to the door, Zach pulled Dixie into a kiss for David's viewing pleasure. After David was gone, Zach explained their affair to remind Dixie. Dixie was worried about Kendall's reaction, but Zach assured her that his wife was okay with the plan. "Even though I told her I was falling for you?" Dixie wondered.

Kendall and Erica arrived at Fusion and spotted Josh and Babe in an embrace. Kendall instructed her brother to "step away from the tramp." Josh was clearly aggravated to see his new family. After Josh fled the room, Kendall went after him, leaving Babe and Erica to have a catty little fight. Babe wondered if Erica had ever forgiven a human being in her life. One thing Erica was sure of was that she'd never forgive the baby-napper. Erica left Babe but things only got worse when she arrived back to her home — a bunch of rowdy teenagers were having a party in her living room!... Up on the Fusion rooftop, Kendall had a heart-to-heart with Josh about their mother. "Mom is not the same person she was when she went to that clinic," Kendall pointed out. "When your plane when down, Erica was terrified... she wants to get to know you." Josh couldn't handle the conversation so he left. Kendall headed back to work and despite Simone and Dani's efforts, she was shocked to see a photo of Zach and Dixie kissing on the news.

At the court house, Ryan told Livia to do whatever was necessary to make sure Zach and Dixie didn't go to jail. Erin found Ryan and Jonathan's love for their respective ladies admirable. Alone with Jack, Jonathan admitted he was back to his old self — but it wasn't him that caused Lily all of the pain she was in. "You just destroyed your daughter out there, not me," stutter-free Jonathan claimed. "Was it worth it?" The men went back and forth with their blame until they finally came to an agreement: Jack would withdraw his petition to have Lily declared incompetent if Jonathan told his wife the truth. The catch? If Lily wanted to remain married to regular Jonathan, she could. Back in the courtroom, Lily went on and on about how perfect she and Jonathan were together. When court resumed, Jack indeed withdrew his petition. Lily celebrated, but unfortunately her glee didn't last long. Once she was alone with Jonathan, her husband recounted all of their wonderful memories together before dropping the bombshell that after his seizure, his mental capacity was fully restored. "You lied to me," Lily cried. Jonathan tried to explain he did it out of love and made it clear he still loved her with all his heart. "Will you still be my wife?" he asked.
