Jamie burst into the courtroom and beseeched Tad to admit that his sworn testimony was full of lies, noting that he had evidence that proved it. The judge called a recess. A pensive Josh bolted; Babe fought the urge to follow him. Jeff and Erica went after their son and Josh vented about how this latest roadblock to closure about his father was tearing him up. Babe approached him and he was grateful for her support.... Di expressed her fury with Tad to Del; JR directed his anger directly to Tad. Tad told JR that Jamie had done everything he'd done in order to create reasonable doubt and that he was proud of him, but insisted, "I'm standing by every word I said."... Kendall was filled with guilt at the thought that she might have believed the wrong person (Tad) instead of the right one (Zach).... David warned Dixie that he might still get revenge on her.... Tad was sequestered in another room as the witness Jamie had dug up at the airport was called to the stand. The witness testified that Tad had been locked inside a security room at the airport the entire night of June 5 and could not have possibly seen what he testified to having seen. Footage corroborating his testimony was entered into evidence. Tad was then called back to the stand. He denied ever having seen the airport employee when Livia showed him a picture. The judge warned Tad about perjury laws but Tad stuck to his story. Livia again played the security footage of Tad and Tad maintained that he wasn't the man in the video. Livia got under Tad's skin about Kate and Dixie and he flew into a vengeful rage about "that selfish bitch," Dixie, who was aghast and mortified.

At the Chandler manse, Adam fretted to Krystal about Colby's legal woes. Krystal tried to get Adam's attention but he was busy grilling Sydney about where Colby had gone. Syd reluctantly revealed that Colby had gone to visit Sean.

At Cambias, Annie convinced Jonathan to move back into the penthouse.... Annie picked Emma up at the Miranda Center, where Krystal gazed at an infant and sighed, "What have I done?"....

Colby showed up at Jack's to see Sean. She did her best zombie impression but when he failed to be scared, she was offended. But Sean made it clear to Colby that he did care about her. When he put his hands on her arms, an arriving Adam barked at him to get away from his daughter. Adam tossed plane tickets to Barcelona at Sean but Sean refused to leave town. Back at home, Adam made it clear to Colby that he was going to keep a close eye on her. Krystal called him into the parlor; both Adam and Colby came in. What greeted Adam? A banner that read, "Congrats Daddy 2B."

Jamie took Di to the cargo area of the airport to search for proof that Tad was lying. They met an employee who had been working the night Greg disappeared. Jamie showed him a picture of Tad and asked if he'd seen him that night.

Tad had a tense exchange with Zach and Dixie as he prepared to take the stand at their muder trial. Dixie tried to send Palmer home and Zach urged David to take a hike. Inside the courtroom, Livia warned her clients to keep their cool in front of the judge.... Palmer joined Tad in a waiting room and threatened to kill him to stop him from testifying. "Go ahead," said Tad, who ended up wiggling free from Palmer.... Babe shared a meaningful look with Josh as she and JR entered the courtroom. JR asked Josh to keep quiet about Colby's reappearance. Josh said that Colby's secret was safe with him.... Zach accused Ryan of wanting him to be sentenced so that Ryan could move in on Kendall. Ryan admitted that he wanted Kendall, "just not by default." .... As Josh thought about Greg, Jeff and Erica came and sat next to him in the courtroom. Josh told them they could stay. Joe took a seat, as well.... The trial got underway. As Livia gave her opening argument, Brooke reported to Tad that Jamie was nowhere to be found... Josh imagined scenarios in which Greg was felled first by Julia, then by Del and Di, then by David, then by Jamie and JR, then by Dixie and Zach.... Tad took the stand after Livia did her best to discredit Derek. Tad testified to having seen Zach and Dixie stuffing what appeared to be a body into the trunk of a car and that Derek had accused his sons of stealing the tape of him talking about what he had seen. Jamie burst into the courtroom and declared that everything Tad had just testified to was a lie.

At Fusion, Simone, Erin and Danielle watched live footage from the courthouse. They were surprised when Kendall showed up, declaring that she wasn't going to the trial. Myrtle arrived and beseeched Kendall to change her mind.

Dixie arrived at the Chandler mansion and JR told his mom the bad news that Colby is "dead". Meanwhile, in the living room, Josh and Babe confronted a very-much alive Colby, who unconvincingly pretended to have amnesia. They quickly caught on to what had happened and pulled Sydney out of the tunnels, too. Babe couldn't believe how insensitive the girls' behavior was. After Sydney left, Babe blasted Colby some more, but Colby warned her that it would be in Babe's best interest if she played along with the amnesia story. If she didn't, Colby would spill to JR about Babe and Josh's affair. Out in the foyer, as Dixie was giving Adam her condolences, Sydney announced to JR, Adam and Krystal that Colby was alive and well. The stunned family went into the living room and saw Colby. Adam was beside himself with joy, but that ended as soon as Babe exposed the truth: Colby has been hiding from them the entire time. Adam assured his little Princess he'd take care of everything and went to phone Liza with the good news. Meanwhile, Colby was furious. She glared at Babe and turned to her brother. "JR, I heard everything inside that tunnel," Colby claimed. "Babe told her mom that she and Josh hooked up." JR didn't believe his little sis and yelled at her for trashing his wife. "You both suck!" the teen brat yelled and stormed upstairs. (Yup, she's baaaccccckkk.)

At Kendall's house, Annie and Kendall discussed Ryan. Kendall was tired of women using Ryan (and Zach) as heroes while they were "damsels in distress." Annie couldn't help but wonder if Kendall wanted Ryan. "You don't want to let him go," Annie pointed out. Both girls assured each other that Ryan was just a friend. Meanwhile, at the courthouse, Ryan and Zach discussed Kendall, and their future with her. Later, Ryan warned Zach to keep Dixie away from Kendall. Cue Dixie's entrance. Once alone with Zach, Dixie admitted to spying on Kendall, but only to see if she was cheating on Zach. Mr. Slater demanded that Dixie stay away from Kendall. It obviously affected Dixie when she realized that Zach still loved Kendall. Meanwhile, over at Fusion, Josh and Kendall lamented their love woes. Josh revealed he was going to Zach and Dixie's trial and wondered why his sister wasn't.

David broke into Tad's home and stole his toothbrush. Too bad for him, Mr. Martin came home and caught him. Tad assumed Doc Hayward was trying to get rid of him so he couldn't testify against Dixie. Once he was convinced that David wasn't going to knock him out and he didn't bug the house, Tad let him go. A smug David left, toothbrush still in hand. Later, right before the trial was set to start, the two ran into each other again, this time Dixie was in the mix. David laughed when he saw the two. "Look at this, together forever all shot to hell," he shook his head. "All because of a missing little girl." Cut back to Ryan's house, where Annie was telling Ryan that Emma's real father didn't know she existed.

Ryan brought breakfast over to Kendall's condo. She asked him if they were going to act like nothing had happened between them the previous night. Ryan was confident that nothing had to be different between them just because they nearly had sex. Jamie showed up and asked Kendall and Ryan to tell him the truth about Zach and Dixie, admitting that he thinks Tad is setting them up to take the fall for Madden's murder. Kendall was desperate to know if Tad was lying. Ryan swore to Jamie that they couldn't help him prove that Zach and Dixie were innocent. After Jamie left, Kendall acknowledged to Ryan that she'd had a moment of hope for her marriage furing Jamie's visit but claimed that she was over it now. Annie came over with some paperwork for Ryan. Kendall felt a twinge of jealousy when Ryan and Annie chatted about how much fun they'd had the night before. After Ryan left, Kendall made a snarky remark to Annie about her interest in Ryan.

Jack walked in on Amanda and Jonathan smooching in the office at ConFusion. Amanda left; Jack told Jon that he didn't judge him for hooking up with a woman other than Lily. The men reached an understanding and Jack left after shaking hands with his one-time son-in-law.... Amanda saw the tabloid that Jack had brought to Jon that painted Jon as a lunatic murderer. Amanda was worried about Jon's reputation but he noted that the people he cared about knew the truth about him.

Josh went to the Fusion rooftop and thought about his lovemaking session with Babe. He came back downstairs and informed Simone, Erin and Danielle that Babe had fired him. "She chose JR over you," concluded Simone. Josh denied it but once she was alone with him, Danielle let him know she was there for him as a friend.... Jack showed up and urged Josh to forge a relationship with his parents....

Babe woke up on the couch in the Chandler living room and found JR gazing lovingly at her. He went off to get her coffee; Krystal walked in and pressed Babe to tell her what was going on. Adam entered and with a heavy heart announced that Colby was gone; the Coast Guard had called off the search. Colby, who was still hiding in the tunnels, felt guilty when she heard the devastation in Adam's voice. Babe reached out to a crushed JR and for once, he didn't push her away. "I love you, Babe," he said, hugging her tight. Colby pulled Sydney into the tunnels and begged Syd to get her money to leave town with from the safe. Tad showed up to offer his deepest sympathies to Adam and volunteered to be the one to tell Liza. JR glared at Tad, who excused himself to phone Liza. JR then confronted him about his intention to testify against Dixie that afternoon.... Colby listened intently as Babe confessed to Krystal that she slept with Josh and loves both him and JR. Krystal advised Babe to keep her mouth shut if she ... Brooke showed up to offer support to Adam. She then urged Tad not to use the murder trial to get revenge on Dixie.... Syd begged Winifred to let her go home but Adam beseeched the girl to stay.... Josh arrived at the mansion and Babe panicked when she opened the door and saw him. Babe begged him to leave... Colby excused Syd of trying to take her place. Their argument escalated to the point where Josh and Babe could hear them. Josh opened the door to the tunnel with Babe right behind him: Colby was busted.

Babe and Josh had sex while JR frantically searched for Babe. He nearly caught them together but Josh hid before JR appeared on the roof. Babe fibbed that Josh had gone home hours ago. JR put the moves on his wife but she turned him down.

Annie and Ryan bonded at ConFusion and with a little help from Jamal and Erin (who made plans to go on a date), he talked her into staying in Pine Valley.... Jonathan and Amanda took a break together and had sex again. She assured him she was cool with their "friends with benefits" arrangement.... Jamie gave Julia the brush-off, then vowed to Di that if Tad was lying about Dixie, he was going to prove it.

At the manse, Sydney celebrated her discovery of a very much alive Colby. Colby opened up to Syd about losing her virginity to Sean the night of the party and Sydney reluctantly agreed not to reveal to Colby's family that she had survived the boat crash. She kept her word when JR and Babe returned home. Colby listened in on JR and Babe's state-of-the-union confab. Babe railed at JR for having shut her out once again. JR told her that if he allowed himself to feel his pain, it would kill him. Babe was racked with guilt over her night of passion with Josh when JR thanked her for being such a saint and for sticking by him. He asked her to come to bed with him just to be together, but she insisted on being alone. Before heading upstairs without her, he promised to make things right between them.

Kendall was freaked out when she said "I love you, Ryan," instead of "I love you, Spike." She tried to figure out how she felt about the two men she cares for, Zach and Ryan, and fantasized about a loving encounter first with Zach and then with Ryan. Josh came to visit and their conversation clued in Kendall about Josh's feelings for Babe. She called her brother out on his intent to blow up JR and Babe's marriage to snare Babe for himself.
