A lingerie-clad Meg lit candles and surprised Dusty in his Chicago hotel room. He wondered what she was doing there and Jennifer walked in right behind him. An embarrassed Jennifer left them alone and he told Meg he wasn't big on surprises. Meg tried her darnedest to seduce him but he wasn't interested. Dusty told her he had to work but Meg was (painfully) persistent. She finally got the hint and left. In her hotel room, Jennifer turned on the radio and tried to sketch, but couldn't resist the crystal meth in her purse. High as a kite, Jennifer was unaware that she kept sketching the same design. Dusty showed up to check up on Jennifer and told her Meg was gone. She grabbed him and kissed him.

Lucinda spied Keith at the clinic in Mexico and hid when he started asking questions. Lucinda told the doctor she was taking off because Keith could identify her and she didn't want her family to know she was there. The doctor promised her that Keith wouldn't find out she was there and she relented. Lucinda followed Keith as he took off to get the package. Lucinda overheard him talking about the harvested kidney he was to transport and was horrified. After the nurse left, Lucinda revealed herself and he knew he was busted.

At Java, Margo surprised Casey and Tom with Cubs tickets but a surly Casey isn't interested. She reassured him that the paternity test results will end this situation for good. Margo took off, leaving Tom and Casey alone to talk. Casey insisted Gwen was making lies up but Tom admitted he wasn't sure he could believe him. Casey confessed he's scared about the paternity test results and Tom asked him if there is any chance he's the father. Casey stuck to his story. Tom got a call that the paternity test results were in.

At Al's, Jack told Gwen that their situation didn't have to get out of control and wondered if she was truly prepared to raise a child. Gwen warned Jack that if Carly didn't stop trying to keep Gwen's child from her, Gwen would go after Carly. Jack warned her that she'd had to deal with him then. Jack insisted that the fighting had to stop and the case would play out in court and left. Margo showed up but went to leave when she saw Gwen. Gwen apologized for how everything came out and Margo insisted that Casey is not the father and she doesn't believe Gwen. Gwen said that Casey is the only guy she's ever had sex with and revealed when they hooked up. Margo softened towards Gwen and confessed that she didn't know what to believe. Gwen declared that she didn't want help from Margo or her family, but she had to tell the truth in court. Cass arrived and said the test results were in.

Iris showed up at Carly's and said her life was destroyed the day Carly killed her son. Carly apologized but that wasn't enough for Iris, who demanded more money in exchange for silence about Carly killing her son. Carly told her that she and Jack didn't have any money, but Iris revealed she knows about the trust fund that Rosanna left for the baby. Jack walked in on Iris blackmailing Carly and wondered what was going on. Iris said she had forgiven Carly and hinted that they all needed to help each other through this. Jack went to put Rory down and Iris demanded $10,000 from Carly. Jack returned and Iris made Carly squirm before she left. Jack demanded to know what was really going on. Carly said Iris was crazy, then got the call that the test results were in. Everyone gathered at the courthouse as the judge prepared to announce the paternity test results...

At Lucinda's, Holden overheard Sierra trying to track down Lucinda, who wasn't at the spa. Holden reassured her that cancer isn't a death sentence but Sierra was concerned that Lucinda is going off the chemo. Sierra admitted Lily had a problem with Meg going on Lucinda's trip instead of her daughters. Holden admitted that he was suspicious of Keith's job. Sierra reassured Holden about Keith. Meanwhile, Lucinda checked into the Mexican clinic. Lucinda met with the doctor, who left her lots of reading material and they discussed her treatment options. Outside of the doctor's office, Keith showed up at the front desk for a pickup. While Keith was waiting, Lucinda almost walked out into the waiting area. Lucinda didn't see Keith and agreed to stay at the clinic. Lucinda then walked out into the lobby and saw Keith.

While Henry and Katie panicked about Henry's deteriorating condition, Henry whispered to Maddie that he was faking it. Maddie was thrilled, but Henry insisted that he hasn't changed his mind about Katie; he did this so Maddie could stay in Oakdale. Mike wondered what Henry wanted to tell them when they first came in. Maddie interjected and Henry asked for some time alone with Maddie. Henry said she could stay in Oakdale and he'll try to find them a place to live. Maddie insisted that Henry couldn't give up on Katie. Outside, Katie felt guilty about telling Henry they were back together when he was still hurt. Henry called them back in and wondered what they were going to tell him before. They confirmed they were back together and Henry reassured Katie that he was okay with it. Katie said Maddie and Henry could stay as long as they needed, and she and Mike took off. Katie felt bad, but Mike reassured her that telling Henry was the right thing to do. Meanwhile, Henry looked through Katie's yearbook and saw she was head cheerleader. Maddie wondered why he was torturing himself, then caught a glimpse of a photo in the yearbook and realized a math nerd named Byron Glass must have pined for Katie. Henry left the room and Maddie got out the computer, looked Byron up and sent an e-mail to Byron from "Katie." Maddie dreamed of Mike discovering Katie's love letters to Byron, then Katie and Henry reconciling.

Parker, Carly and Rory returned home after Parker's dentist appointment. Gwen showed up at the door and presented a court order that said she could spend time with Rory. Parker's accident sent Carly running to the kitchen so Gwen picked up the baby and walked outside. Carly freaked when she returned to the living room to find Gwen and the baby gone. She brought them back into the house, took the baby from Gwen and told Gwen she knew Gwen was lying about Casey being the father of the baby. Gwen insisted the DNA test will prove that Casey is a liar. Carly tried to physically throw Gwen out as Jack walked in. Carly claimed Gwen was trying to kidnap the baby. Gwen said they were only on the porch and showed Jack the court order. Cass walked in on their argument and demanded that Gwen see the baby. He also informed Carly to ease up on Gwen or he'll start snooping around her less-than-perfect past. Jack told them they had to leave and set up a time to see the baby. Jack warned Cass that they had to follow protocol and there were to be no more surprise visits. Cass told Gwen that it will be easier for Gwen to get her baby back if Casey is proven to be the baby's father. Jack told Carly they had to set up a supervised visit with Gwen and warned her that Carly's past cannot come up in court. Jack said he would supervise the visit and left. Carly answered the door to Rose, er, Iris. Iris told her that Carly isn't off the hook yet. Jack found Gwen at Al's and tried to play peacemaker but Gwen warned him that if Carly pushes her, she'll dig up dirt on Carly.

Mike and Katie snuck downstairs as not to awaken Henry, who was still sleeping on Katie's sofa. After they shut the door though, Henry opened his eyes. Maddie found Henry getting up and Henry said that they needed to leave since Mike and Katie were back together. Meanwhile, at Java, Katie and Mike discussed telling everyone that they were a couple again. Katie was nervous to tell Henry. Back at the cottage, Maddie suggested that she and Henry could take off together. She started to cry when Henry told her she had to go home and she opened up on how she'd rather stay with him at the cottage. Maddie revealed that she has also applied to Oakdale Latin but Henry wasn't convinced she should stay. As Katie and Mike returned home and prepared to tell Henry the truth, he saw Maddie and then pretended to be in extreme pain.

At Street Jeans, Jennifer feared Emily would stumble upon her crystal meth stash in the desk. Dusty startled Jen upon his arrival and she drug him into the office to prevent Emily from going through the desk. Jennifer put the stash in her pocket and subtlety kicked Paul and Emily out. Before he left Dusty asked Paul about Jennifer's state of mind, and after they left, confronted Jennifer. Jennifer assured him she was fine and Dusty went to grab coffee while Jen did another hit of crystal meth. At Al's, Meg and Emma discussed Dusty and Meg said she was going to surprise Dusty on a business trip. Emma wasn't amused and they discussed Meg's upbringing. Dusty ran into them while picking up coffee for Jennifer. Dusty complimented Meg on her dress and revealed to Emma that Dusty gave it to her. Dusty returned to Street Jeans and Jennifer was hard at work and sooooo high. Jennifer ran all over the room and barked orders at Dusty. Meg found them in a compromising position at work but Jennifer was more excited to see Meg in one of the dresses she designed. Jennifer took a phone call while Dusty opened a travel gift from Meg and told her about his upcoming work trip to Chicago. Meg later made a reservation at Dusty's hotel. Jennifer then informed Dusty that she wants to go on the business trip.

Paul and Emily arrived home and argued about Jennifer's state of mind. Emily packed her things to move out. Paul tried to romance her to change her mind but when that didn't work, he told her to get out. He said he wanted and trusted her but not if she walks away. Emily decided to stay and they vowed to make everything work out as they held on tightly to each other. Meanwhile, Hal and Susan ran into each other at Al's and discussed Emily's behavior now that she's with Paul. Hal told Susan that something is up and Emily is afraid of something. Hal vowed to take Paul down.

It's the next morning and Tom and Margo believed Casey was still asleep upstairs. Not exactly. Outside the house, Casey called someone and said he needed to talk to them for 10 minutes. It turned out to be Will, who met up with Casey at Java. Casey asked him to act like he's the father of Gwen's baby. Will told Casey that everyone knows he's the father and he has to own up to it. Casey cried that he can't lie to his mom and begged Will to help him. Will refused and Casey stormed off. Back at home, Margo completely believed in Casey and blasted Gwen's actions but Tom was still doubtful. Carly showed up and Margo told Carly that Casey was not the father of Gwen's baby. Tom told a confused Carly that they are running a DNA test. Carly said she felt responsible for Rosanna's son and wasn't surprised that Gwen lied. Carly revealed that she saw Casey drive off. While Carly called the baby nurse to bring Rory over to Tom and Margo's for the DNA test, Tom and Margo argued over Casey's actions and irresponsibility. Margo and Carly ripped on Gwen and Tom defended her. The medical technician arrived to take the tests. The baby nurse showed up with Rory, then Casey came home. Casey was moved looking at the baby and Carly told him all about Rory. Margo reassured Casey that once the test results come back, this will all be over.

Lily showed up at Lucinda's and overheard Lucinda making plans to leave for the airport. Lily called her on throwing out the hat she and Sierra gave her and stopping her chemotherapy. Lucinda flashed back on the cancer masseuse telling her about the clinic in Mexico. Lily threatened to call Bob, but Lucinda said no one will tell her what to do. Lucinda added she was going to a fancy spa for some R&R with Meg. Meg arrived and that was obviously news to Meg. Keith called so Lily took off. Meg asked Lucinda what was going on and Lucinda told her that Meg was going to meet Dusty in Chicago while Lucinda went off to an undisclosed location. At Al's, Keith repaid Lily a lot of the money he owed her and she wondered what it was he was transporting. He told her that Holden had similar questions and she apologized for her nosy family. Lily offered to go with him on his next trip, but Keith made an excuse about Lily having to stay home for Lucinda. Lily kissed Keith goodbye and left to say goodbye to her mother. Lily was upset Lucinda wouldn't tell her where she was going. Lucinda reassured her that she was going to pull through this and they joked around about Keith.

Paul told Emily he was grateful she hasn't told anyone about Jennifer's baby being alive but she said she couldn't do it anymore. Paul said he had to protect Jennifer and the baby from Craig. Emily told him that Jennifer was grief-stricken and the truth is the only thing that can save her. Paul said Jennifer could be told if she gets worse and asks that he be there when Emily tells her the truth. At Street Jeans, Jennifer was high on crystal meth when her friend Jasmine (the model) showed up. Jasmine was surprised Jennifer was high, but Jennifer insisted she is like her former self and she can now work. Jasmine warned her that the high will fade and she can't run from her problems. Jennifer asked Jasmine to give her some more drugs to get her through a couple days. Jasmine relented and took off. Jennifer was just about to take another hit when Paul and Emily arrived. Jen hid the meth and Paul and Emily were surprised about how well she's doing. Jen told them she was working on sketches and that she is doing much better and knows her son is at peace. Emily was skeptical but Paul was reassured he was doing the right thing. Jennifer ranted on and on about what a bad dad Craig was, especially to Bryant, and said her dead son — and even her — were better off. She left the room to take another hit and Paul and Emily debated if Jennifer was really doing better. Jennifer freaked when she realized she had put her stash in the drawer...just as the phone rang and Emily looked through the drawer for something to take a message.

Meg (sporting a lighter, new haircut) showed up to see Dusty at Street Jeans. Dusty told her that they are in a different place and he doesn't want a relationship. Meg said her divorce was messy and she wasn't ready for a relationship either. She apologized for freaking out during their last date. Meg checked out the new dresses in the shop and Dusty told her to try one on. She slipped on a little black number which got Dusty's attention. They agreed they were just having fun as they made love.

Sierra and Lily met at Al's and discussed Lucinda's chemo treatment and Sierra shared her concern about Lucinda's state of mind. Lily suggested she and Sierra go to get mammograms together and they reassured each other that Lucinda was going to get through this. Meanwhile, Lucinda talked to a medical masseuse about alternative options in treating her cancer. The masseuse gave her a card for the Clinic of Life in Mexico and revealed she got treatment there and is now cancer-free. Lily and Sierra showed up and Lucinda got rid of the masseuse and told them she was stopping chemotherapy and trying something else. Lily and Sierra freaked so Lucinda backed down. Lily and Sierra took off and as more hair fell out of Lucinda's hair, she took the card the masseuse gave her and called the clinic in Mexico to set up a consultation.

nuRose, er Iris, taunted Carly in the courtroom, saying that if the judge found out about what Carly did to Iris' son, she can forget about getting custody of Rory. Carly realized Iris wanted money to keep her mouth shut. Will interrupted their talk while looking for his backpack and Carly pressed him to leave as Iris threatened to tell him Carly's secret. After he left, Carly gave Iris some money and took off. Alone, Iris said that was just the beginning...

Margo and Tom reeled from hearing Gwen's revelation that Casey is the father of her baby. Casey lashed out at Gwen and told her to shut up. Gwen took off and Margo blasted Casey for his cowardly actions. Casey insisted he wasn't the father and that Gwen is lying. They wondered why she would name him as the father under oath. Casey said maybe she was looking for money or something. Tom called Casey on his recent, puzzling actions. Margo asked him if there was any chance he could be the father. When Casey denied sleeping with Gwen, Margo was relieved and Tom was suspicious. Casey took off and Tom warned Margo that he could be lying. Tom later told Casey that he has to take a paternity test. Meanwhile, Gwen met Will at Al's and said she told Tom and Margo about Casey being the baby's father. Will then informed Gwen about running into Carly and a mysterious woman and that there was clearly something going on.
