Carly checked to make sure Jack was into this whole wedding gig and Katie overheard his affirmative. Of course, this was still all about Carly's impending (fake) death and when Jack spied Katie's car, that became clear. He'd thought (hoped!) that Katie might arrive and stop the wedding. Hale and hearty Carly dubbed herself "greedy," and said she wanted all of Jack. Jack pointed out that he'd hurt Katie and that Not Remotely Dying Carly *did* have all of him. They kissed sweetly as an envious Rosanna looked on. As Brad's absence was noted by the rest of Jack's groomsmen, Lily told Carly to quit lying. "If Jack finds out the truth on his own, he will despise you forever," she warned. She left Carly to Gwen, Ro, and Sage's company...and that of her conscience. Cue the walk down the aisle. After the minister did the "Dearly beloved" part, Jack interrupted to movingly wax about his love for terminally dishonest Carly: "I wanted forever with you, Carly, but I'll take what I can get." She rewarded him with a passionate kiss but then choked on her "I do," confessing, "I'm not dying after all." Jack did a double take and the congregation erupted into hugs. Lily balefully glared at Carly and walked out. When Rosanna mentioned Carly being so positive "the other day," Det. Snyder finally asked, "How long have you known?" Carly had to admit she'd known "for a while." The chapel emptied quickly and Jack angrily grilled Carly. As Will and Gwen corralled the kids (Sage was beaming and Parker furious), Carly pointed out that she'd given Jack another chance to walk away and he hadn't. He didn't buy her excuses, asking what had finally "tipped your conscience." "You," she said. Meanwhile, Holden surmised Lily had known Carly wasn't dying. Cue another nail in THAT marital coffin. "So be it," shrugged bitter Lily. Carly asked Jack to look her in the eyes and say he didn't love her. Shaken Jack told her, "Whatever we are, it's not what I want." Carly said he should give her one more chance.

Meg asked Paul for a sample for her paternity test and was appalled when he wouldn't even hand over a few strands of hair. When she got a little woozy, Craig caught her in his arms as Paul looked on. "What the hell did you say to my wife?" Craig demanded. Meg tried to defuse the situation, assuring Craig that "Paul doesn't want me anywhere near him." Rosanna walked up on the intense scene. Ouch. When everyone went inside the chapel for the wedding and more one-liners, Ro yet again witnessed the Craig/Paul/Meg tension. The grin on Craig's face when Carly made her big announcement? Kinda priceless. No wonder Meg made a crack about him "gloating" after the wedding broke up and asked him to leave. She apologized for the unkind comment and he asked her to just take care of their baby. Since Rosanna was off with the kids, it left Paul and Meg alone once more. Paul put some hair in Meg's palm (and when he had time to shear off that impressive lock, your recapper can't even venture to guess!). Meg rushed the samples over to the lab ASAP and Rosanna's PI wasted no time in dropping the dime. Rosanna then used the info to take a passive-aggressive swipe at Paul.

At the farm, guilt-ridden Brad flashed back on bonding with Katie and packed his things. But he then found tearful Katie reacting to seeing Carly and Jack. She refused to let him take off and as he apologized for the whole awful situation and people who "stab you in the back," Katie leaned against his chest. Then, she bitterly asked what Carly was planning and he tried to leave to catch his plane rather than 'fess up. He speculated that Carly would "suddenly" discover she isn't dying after the wedding. Enraged Katie was then renewed in her desire to stop the nuptials and rushed out into the lovely broad daylight, where she remembered Jack's unshakable love for Carly. They ended up at the Lakeview and Brad suggested a quick trip to Chicago to get Katie's mind off things. She apologized for making him miss his flight and asked him to stay. "I hate seeing you hurt, but I also hate when you treat me like I'm my brother," he told her, assuring her he's not the kind of person who does the right thing. "When I say I'm a bad guy, believe me, I'm a bad guy." Even so, Katie still wanted him to keep her from running to Jack. Brad was trapped in couldas, shouldas, and wouldas, hoping that "you'll still like me after all this is over." Katie praised him and then realized she's no longer married. Hmmm....
