Amorous Casey and Emily were led into a St. Louis hotel room that looked a lot like the Lakeview, but they didn't notice. They were too busily reveling in being newly married. (Really reveling, if you know what I mean.) But, then, when Casey called her "Mrs. Hughes," Emily snapped into reality. "What have I done?" she gasped, jumping out of bed. Casey noted the marriage had been her idea. She freaked and said they needed to end the marriage ASAP. Poor Casey was all wounded: "Do you love me? Yes or no?" he demanded. "Yes," she admitted, "but that doesn't change anything." (Casey made his sad face and slammed out.) The emotional newlyweds ended up on a plane back to Oakdale. Feeling heartbroken and jerked around, Casey then spilled his guts to Margo. "It's over," he cried. Bewildered Emily tried to throw away her ring but couldn't. Angsty Casey tossed his own ring as Margo stormed in to the Intruder to blast Em for hurting her son. As they argued, Emily passed clean out! Margo rushed Emily to the hospital and called Casey. Susan checked out Emily, telling Chris and Dr. Bob about Emily and Casey's sudden marriage and Em's lack of memory.

As Susan examined her daughter, Aaron claimed Chris had drugged Ali and taken her clothes off. Alison thanked Aaron for his help. Susan told Margo the lab almost had Ali's tests back and Margo told Susan that Ali voluntarily jumped into the pond. At the OPD, Chris told Dr. Bob that he'd feared Ali was high. His wary dad noted things are "devious" where Chris is concerned. Chris didn't appreciate Dr. Bob's version of "support." Margo questioned Alison, who admitted she couldn't remember what happened to her. Ali's tests came back negative for toxins but positive for a "strange compound." Margo and Susan remained vexed and Margo told Chris he was off the hook (for now). Bob warned Chris to stay away from Ali, but Chris was determined to figure out what happened to her, much to Aaron's chagrin. As Aaron sat by Ali's bedside, Bob reluctantly handed Ali's chart to Chris. There was a "strange coincidence" — Chris and Ali had traces of the same thing in their blood. In her room, Ali didn't look so good. Aaron called Susan in to look at her. Worried by both Ali and Emily's symptoms, Dr. Bob decided to reinstate Chris.

At the farm, Janet realized Brad had gone AWOL with Liberty. Out in the woods, Mr. Tough Love told Lib they were going camping. Surly Liberty wasn't exactly thrilled. Katie tried to calm Janet down and they went over to ask Parker if he knew where Lib was. No dice! Brad called Katie to check in and told her she'd just have to trust him. Liberty lashed out at Brad for bringing her out to bear country, claiming, "You don't even know me." She'd spent 16 years father-less, after all. As they kept clashing, Katie realized Brad might be at Half Moon Lake, at a friend's cabin. She, Jack and Janet were on the case! Unfortunately, Parker overheard. Meanwhile, Brad took Lib fishing and their dynamics slowly improved. In Milltown, Janet accused Jack of wanting Liberty away so he wouldn't have to deal with Parker's actions. When Jack later talked to Parker, he realized Janet was right. Lib tried to clean the fish she caught and Brad realized she could sing. Katie peered in from the porch and laughed at them bonding. Jack went to Al's to make amends with Janet as Lib tried to teach Brad to sing. Aw...too bad Parker was making plans to rescue his MIA paramour just when she and Dad were making progress.
