Casey and Ali got into an argument in the hospital hallway, but Matt broke it up. He told Casey the kiss in the park was fake. Casey begged Ali to go to the roof to talk, where she confessed she kissed Matt because she was angry Casey blew her off earlier. But she's over it. He confessed he was angry over that kiss. Ali admitted she's "into" him. When he wondered why "it" hasn't happened for them yet, she took offense, and insisted they only work as friends because he likes "simple and easy," which isn't her. He accused her of being afraid. She asked what he wanted. "I wanna jump your bones," said Casey — which is exactly what she didn't want to hear, because she's not ready for sex. "I can't be your girlfriend," she said. "We just work better as friends." He said he doesn't need any more friends. When Jade arrived looking for Casey, Matt took her by the arm and dragged her away. Jade realized Matt met Casey in prison, and threatened to scream, sending him back in jail. Casey arrived to report that Ali is just not that into him, then left in disgust. Later, Jade visited Casey to apologize, but figured he wouldn't have worked with Ali anyway. Jade challenged him to play Rockstar. Matt found Ali on the roof, and she said it's not going to work. Matt suggested the past is getting in the way of her and Casey's future. She started crying, so he held her.

In Brooklyn, Paul thanked Josie for helping with Eliza, and she denied Dusty is her boyfriend. When a studio security guard found them, Paul made up a story about being actors getting the baby acclimated to the studio, but he wasn't buying, so they got booted. Outside, in a driving snowstorm, Paul suggested going to Florida. But the car was gone. Towed. She suggested he turn himself in. Paul admitted he doesn't want his daughter to be a fugitive.

Holden and Dusty got into an argument at the Oakdale PD. Meg insisted she doesn't care who gets credit for finding Eliza. After Dusty left in anger, Meg yelled at Holden, who accused her of lighting the fuse on this whole powder keg by having a baby with Paul and then marrying Dusty. He asked her, "The baby — or us?" Meanwhile, Luke showed Noah an apartment listing — for them. "I'm not ready," Noah said. "And neither are you." Luke said they've talked about moving in together "like, 8 million times," but Noah thought that was the far, distant future. Luke called him "a little too logical." Holden interrupted to update about Meg, then resolved to go patch things up with her. Luke admitted to Noah he's wrong, and Noah promised they would get an apartment someday. And they kissed. At the hotel, Dusty told Meg his PI found Josie's car in Brooklyn, so he wanted to go to New York. But Meg stopped him, because Paul will be empowered to run by his hatred for Dusty. He agreed to stay out of it. As soon as Meg left, he ordered his jet prepped. Back home, Meg got a call from Paul, who told her Eliza's fine and he's going to bring her back tomorrow. "I wouldn't lie to you about something like this," he said. He gave Josie some cash to disappear, and promised he would wire more when she starts over. They parted company, and a short time later, Dusty grabbed Josie! "Where's Paul?" he demanded. "Where's the baby?" Elsewhere, Paul put Eliza in a car and went for cash at an ATM. When he returned, a guy whacked him with a bat and took off with the cash, the car — and the baby!

What did Noah guess Luke would get him for Valentine's Day?
