Craig hovered as the doctors worked on Parker and then went out to call Carly. Too bad she was totally plastered at Al's and ignoring her phone. Craig then called Jack with the bad news. At Memorial, Jack learned Parker had alcohol poisoning and needed his stomach pumped. As for drunk Carly, she started an argument with a random woman named Janet who'd stolen her seat and got kicked out of Yo's! She came home yelling for Parker and Craig finally got her on the phone. He realized she was drunk and rushed over to wake her from her stupor and tell her what happened. Carly wanted to bolt out, but Craig gave her some coffee and settled her down. "I really screwed up again, didn't I?" she sighed, thanking him. At Memorial, Parker told everyone what happened and then Jack pulled Carly to the hall to blast her about her drinking and urge her to leave so she wasn't breathing "booze and breath mints" all over her son. Then, a heartbroken Parker begged Jack not to tell Liberty about his folly. Back home, Carly wanted to follow Parker's example and "blot out the world" with some vodka. Craig tried to assure her she wasn't a lousy mother and halt her self pity. Carly told him their relationship was toxic and had to stop. She tried to explain she has to do this for Parker. "We've got something good together," Craig told her, but his arguments fell on deaf ears. He refused to give up.

At Lily's, Luke was bummed about Noah skipping off to Lisbon. "It doesn't seem like he'd be that angry about Damian," he kvetched. Lily told him that Damian went to Lisbon to fetch Noah and Luke was shocked and upset. Lily explained why they needed to give Damian another chance. Holden walked in on the confab. He didn't buy Lily's arguments about Damian and wondered why she was "falling for his bull." Elsewhere, tied up Noah gave Zac and Zoe major attitude. When Zoe left to continue snowing Luke, Noah tried to talk sense to Zac, who had a steep condition for trusting his captive: "Make love to me." Zoe texted Luke as Noah and then commiserated with Luke at Java. When Luke revealed Damian went to Lisbon, she ran back to the hideout to move up her timetable. "Your wife's not here," purred Zac, offering to be Noah's "get out of jail free card." Noah pretended to go along with it, eyeing the weight Zac had been pumping as he got untied. Too bad Zac was on to him. Zac tied him back up, making a cryptic comment about his gaydar. Damian arrived back at Lily's and told her and Holden that Noah never went to Lisbon — so he was still in town somewhere! When Luke came home, he told everyone about the text he'd gotten but noted Noah "didn't sound like himself." Damian went off to look for the boy. Holden insisted Damian was just trying to cause trouble. Victorious Zoe returned from delivering a note for Luke. She and Zac shared a very NON-sibling-y passionate kiss. Noah was completely grossed out. Holden read the note aloud to Lily and Luke: It demanded a ransom for Noah! Back at the boiler room, the Zs toasted to their success and taunted their captive some more. Holden claimed Damian had Noah kidnapped for money and went to the police. Lily comforted a stricken Luke. Confused Noah wondered why the Zs had gone to so much trouble just for cash and Zac gagged him. They then made out some more, right in front of him, to "pass the time." (Ewwwww.) Lily told Luke they had to stop blaming Damian, while Holden burst into Damian's suite and attacked him, demanding to know where he'd stashed Noah.
