Ali found Hunter at the diner watching a schlocky movie on his laptop. Ali joined him and was surprised when her dad showed up. Larry promised that he will never neglect their father/son relationship and Ali was touched. "See you soon," Larry smiled and they hugged. After he left, Hunter got a call that his mother was agitated again. Ali accompanied Hunter to the facility, where his mother Aurora called him Tristan. She got upset at seeing Ali. "Why did you bring her here?" Aurora seethed; she got so riled that Ali and Hunter were asked to leave. Later, Ali theorized that Tristan could be a former lover of Aurora's, maybe even Hunter's real father. She urged him to find out.

Susan confirmed that Emily's stored frozen eggs are nowhere to be found. Susan said she also put in a call to Larry in case he might know something, but questioned her daughter about having another baby at this point in her life. A defensive Emily claimed that she has the "wisdom" and "unconditional love" to be a mom again. Larry showed up and admitted that he has no idea where Emily's eggs are. Larry left to meet a colleague at the Lakeview. Susan left Emily with a box of records to sort through. Em came across something and rushed over to the Lakeview. She found Larry and showed a receipt with his signature that approved the transfer of Emily's eggs to a hospital in Chicago. Larry claimed he had no recollection of signing the document and suggested that his signature was forged. Emily returned to Susan, who thought Larry could be lying.

Tom and Margo came home to find out that Riley had vacated the premises. Margo accused Casey of sending their guest away and Casey admitted to making a suggestion that Riley "move on." Margo became overly upset and said that Riley was a war hero while Casey was doing nothing with his life. Margo ordered her son to bring Riley back but Casey refused. He pointed out that Riley could be a con artist but Margo headed out to search for him. She found him drinking at Yo's and asked him to come home with her. Riley said he couldn't because Casey didn't want him around. Margo assured that Riley doesn't have to worry about Casey. Meanwhile, Tom sort of convinced Casey that Riley is helping Margo to deal with her grief. Margo returned with Riley and Tom welcomed him back. Casey put on a smile then walked out. Riley followed and tried to reach out to Casey, but he stormed away. He interrupted Hunter and Ali; she promised to help Hunter with the "father hunt" tomorrow and left with Casey.
