While Paul was picking up Eliza at the farm, he told Meg he heard about the business battle between Damian and Dusty. Meg was offended when Paul assumed Meg would be flattered by the attention. After Paul left, Damian showed up with the news that Noah's dad is alive, shot Margo and is now in custody. That reminded Damian of what a bad father he had been to Luke and Meg assured him that her nephew has a much better opinion of Damian now.

Casey insisted to Riley that he would tell Tom that Riley was really Adam. Tom showed up and gave the boys money to get something to eat. Casey and Riley went to Yo's and ordered cheeseburgers but Casey bristled when his big brother brought up a childhood memory. Casey reminded Riley how he almost raped Gwen and that Tom has a right to know he's back. Casey stormed off, so Riley returned to visit Margo, who was thrilled to be spending time with her son. When Riley revealed that Casey went home, Margo worried that he may blab everything to Tom. She wanted Riley to leave town, but he said he was sick of running.

At the Lakeview, Dusty told Bonnie that he was going to apologize to Meg and hoped for a new start for them. Dusty thanked Bonnie for giving him a different perspective and left. A perturbed Bonnie spied Paul and groused that Dusty and Damian were making fools of themselves vying for Meg's affections.

Dusty showed up at the farm in time to see Meg giving Damian a hug. She spotted Dusty peering through the screen door and accused him of spying on her. He said he came out to say he was sorry for his past attitude toward Meg's relationship with Damian, but now he was taking that apology back. Dusty pushed for her to make a decision between him and Damian. She told Dusty they were over and he left. When Damian started bad-mouthing Dusty, she told him never to talk about Dusty like that. Damian wisely left, too.

Casey was all set to rat out Riley, but when Tom expressed his pride and love for his son, Casey didn't have the heart to hurt his dad. Tom had to leave for the office, so Casey returned to the hospital, where he revealed that Tom still doesn't know who Riley really is. Riley left and Margo begged Casey not to expose him.

Paul came to the farm to check on Meg, who was frustrated with Damian and Dusty. Since Paul left Eliza with Barbara, he asked Meg to cheer up his mom by paying her a visit, too. Meg agreed and Paul went to the docks. He told a security guard he worked for Damian, then secretly cut the fuel lines on a Grimaldi ship, which started spewing fuel into the water.

Dusty found Bonnie at the Lakeview and recounted his lousy meeting with Meg. Damian showed up and ordered Dusty to stay away from Meg. Damian then got a call about his ship leaking fuel, so he accused Dusty of sabotage. Meg was in the lobby and tried to mediate. Paul approached and asked Meg if she really wanted to participate in this and she agreed to leave with him. Back at the farm, Paul charmed Meg with his compassion for what she's going through.

Casey told Riley that he would keep quiet about his true identity for now. Riley claimed he wanted a to make up for his past mistakes but Casey warned his brother to be prepared to leave.
