At the Lakeview, Emily demanded to know if Larry ever knew a woman named Aurora Hunter. He said no. Emily suspected he wasn't telling the truth since he worked with Aurora and kept grilling him. Emily asked if he gave Aurora her eggs. Larry feigned ignorance. They went to his room to talk privately. He urged her to face the fact that her eggs were gone. She refused to let it go. Larry asked why she was even asking about Aurora. She explained that Aurora had died. Larry was rattled and asked how she knew. Emily told him that Hunter, Aurora's son, told him. Larry was even more uncomfortable. Emily elaborated about Hunter's murky parental past and how his father's name was reportedly Tristan, which just happens to be from Larry's favorite opera, Tristan and Isolde. Emily called Hunter to ask him more questions, but he didn't pick up. Larry tried to distract her from thinking about everything and offered her a drink. She wanted ice and asked him to go fetch it. Once he left, she snooped and found a money clip that said, "For Tristan from Isolde". He returned and she nervously dropped the money clip on the floor. She then dropped her drink. He went to the bathroom to get a towel. She grabbed hair from his comb and quickly put it in an envelope. She abruptly left and went back to the office, where she grabbed a mug Hunter used. Alone in his room, Larry found the money clip on the floor and was perplexed.

At the Hughes house, Casey was playing his guitar game when Riley asked if he wanted to go to the hospital to see Margo. Casey was still peeved with Adam and told his brother that he had ruined his life. "I'm not Adam anymore; it's Riley now," his brother said, noting that Casey had ruined his own life. Casey groused about losing Alison, thanks to Riley. Riley urged him to fight to get Ali back.

Hunter and Alison got busy, but she pulled back, noting that he was too upset about his mother and she was still dealing with her Casey issues. She told Hunter that they were just friends. He declared that she understood him in a way nobody ever had. He kissed her again, but she was still unsure about doing anything else. Casey came in and the men argued over Ali. Hunter declared that he loved Ali. A shocked Casey (and Ali, for that matter) wished them a good life and left. Alison followed him.

Emily walked out of her office and found Hunter packing up to leave. She implored him to stay. Emily then called a pal at the lab and rushed out. Later, she went to Hunter's room and told him there was something he needed to know.

Craig visited Margo and brought her flowers. He told her that he and Carly were getting married. She reached for a painkiller. He said he wanted to have the nups in her house. Margo didn't think it was a great idea, but he insisted he wanted to start his life with Carly in the right way. She relented.

Riley took Margo home. Riley admitted that Casey was pretty angry at him. Margo assured him that Casey would come around. Casey came home and told Riley that Ali was with another guy. Ali arrived at the front door. Casey went upstairs and asked his brother to tell Ali that he wasn't home. Casey came back in while Riley was talking to Ali and the brothers resumed their arguing. An exasperated Margo entered. Casey was surprised his mom was home. She asked Ali to stay for dinner, but Casey said no. Ali asked Casey to walk her out, but he refused. When she left, Margo asked what was going on with Casey and Ali. She then reminded Casey that he promised to keep quiet about Riley/Adam. Margo went up to rest.

In Milltown, Carly pricked herself while tailoring her wedding dress and got blood on the fabric. She rushed to the kitchen to try and get it out with seltzer, but couldn't. Then, she went to her secret booze stash and drank straight from the bottle. Rosanna came in. She reported that she was having trouble finding a job. Carly sighed that she still couldn't believe her sister was broke. Ro went upstairs to "rethink her life." Carly fetched the bridal gown. Parker came in and asked about the dress. She called it "a work in progress." Rosanna asked Carly to lunch to celebrate her engagement. They went to the Lakeview, where Ro expressed her concern for Carly. Rosanna ordered champagne. Craig arrived and asked to speak to Carly alone. She reluctantly went into the lobby with him, noting that what he did was rude. He pointed out that she wasn't supposed to be drinking. She claimed that she didn't plan to imbibe. Rosanna asked what was going on. They covered and said they had to go. Craig asked Carly why she wasn't being honest with her sister. Carly said she didn't want her to know the truth about her drinking.

Rosanna went back to the house and made some food. She asked Parker how he was handling everything. He said he was okay. She wondered how he thought Carly was doing. "She's okay," he replied in a non-committal way. She point-blank asked if something was going on with Carly. He played it off. Craig and Carly came home. Craig asked Parker to be his best man. The teen agreed. Rosanna tended to the chicken and found Carly's booze in the cabinet. Ro asked Carly why she had vodka in her spice cabinet. Carly fibbed that she was hiding it from Parker, who had sampled vodka a couple of months earlier. Rosanna surprised everyone by bringing out the champagne from the Lakeview. She poured glasses for Craig, Carly and herself. Carly put the glass to her lips while Craig gave a disapproving look.
