After the explosion in the warehouse, Meg, Damian and Dusty rushed upstairs to find an unconscious Paul buried in debris. Damian called 911 while Dusty notified Barbara. Paul was rushed to the hospital, where Meg tore into Dusty and Damian for their "crazy scheme." A terrified Barbara arrived and ran to her son's bedside. Margo showed up to investigate and Meg blabbed how Dusty and Damian's plan to frame Paul backfired. Margo escorted the guys to the police station for further questioning and Dusty called Bonnie for help.

After taking too many muscle relaxants, Vienna headed to WOAK. Meanwhile, Brad suggested that Kim dump Geneva since Vienna is coming back to OAKDALE NOW but the boss lady disagreed. Henry showed up disguised as Geneva and a wobbly Vienna (hopped up on pills) arrived a little later. During the show, Geneva defended "full-figure gals" which got Vienna worked up. She started calling Geneva names, then took a swing at the old gal. Taping was halted and Kim fired Vienna.

Bob announced that Paul needed surgery to relieve pressure on the brain. Meg offered her sympathy to Barbara, who charged that Paul's crisis was Meg's fault but Meg refused to take blame. Bob later reported that Paul came through surgery, but also revealed that a microchip was extracted from the patient's brain. Bob asked Barbara and Meg if they knew how it got there but neither did. Judging by the scar tissue surrounding the microchip, Bob estimated that it was implanted years ago. Barbara assumed that James was responsible and Bob said that psychological tests had to be done on Paul to see if the microchip has caused any damage.

At the police station, Damian and Dusty started turning on each other. Bonnie arrived and ordered Dusty not to say anything more. Margo summoned Meg down to the police station to corroborate Damian's claim that he tried to stop Dusty's plan from going through. Meg insisted to Margo that he was trying to protect her from Paul but Margo was unimpressed. Bonnie located Damian's demolition guy but he claimed he didn't know Grimaldi.

In the lobby of the Lakeview, Geneva was mobbed by fans. Katie called with the news that Vienna got fired. Henry was thrilled but Katie also shared that Vienna was out of control. Henry changed out of his drag and rushed to WOAK, where Vienna had locked herself in Kim's office. While he comforted Vienna, Kim called and offered Geneva a permanent hosting spot on OAKDALE NOW.

Margo released Damian but had Dusty arrested.... Katie was horrified when Henry told her that he didn't want Geneva to go away.... Barbara was relieved when Paul came to but was shocked when he didn't recognize her.
