Vienna and Henry traded post-coital "I love you's". Vienna noted that they had Audrey to thank for their reunion and moments later the mom in question popped by to visit! Henry snarkily wondered what his mom wanted and then offered to take her bag to her room. No dummy, V knew Henry was up to something. The minute the ladies left, Henry searched Audrey's bag. He found several obituaries and a diary cataloging Audrey's exploits with various men. The entries all corresponded with the men in the obits! At Fashions, Audrey encountered a shady guy who clearly knew her and introduced him to Vienna as Jay. Vienna impulsively invited him to lunch. Henry read more entries and concluded Jay was Audrey's next victim. On the phone, V told Henry that she, Audrey and Jay were downstairs at the lounge. Henry bolted down to meet them. Audrey and Jay tried to hide whatever their true relationship was. Vienna dragged Audrey off to the powder room while Henry warned Jay that his life was in danger. He shooed the man off and then confronted Audrey about her schemes. He blasted her about not being there for Eve, wondering if Eve had gotten the murderous impulses from her. Horrified, Audrey walked away. Vienna urged Henry to make peace with his mother but he was incensed. Meanwhile, Audrey assured Jay he'd get everything he wants.

At Fairwinds, Paul talked about giving his money away since he didn't need it. Emily suggested he start by taking care of his daughter. He didn't want Meg to think he was using money to hang onto them and Em said, "Then put the check in the mail!" He said Emily could take the check over, convincing Emily to do so with kisses. Emily found Meg in Old Town and gave her the check. When Meg got all snarky, Em pointed out she'd convinced Paul to help his daughter and that Meg better deposit the check fast before someone else made Paul realize who he really is. Later, Meg showed up at Fairwinds demanding Paul explain trying to buy her and Eliza off. Emily accused Meg of not wanting to let Paul go. Meg denied that, insisting it's all about Eliza. Paul interrupted, defending Emily and saying he didn't want Meg to think the money meant more than it did. Furious, Meg took the check and left. Emily explained the Meg/Damian dynamic to Paul and he assured her it doesn't bother him. He then checked out his finances, floored by all the moolah he has. At WorldWide, Emily grabbed a few things and ran into Damian, who gave her and Paul his stamp of approval.

Damian (sporting a slicked back new 'do) showed Meg his new Grimaldi Shipping offices. Lily walked up on them kissing. Awkward! She handed over champagne and flowers, talking about Luke's opportunities. Alone, Damian asked Lily about hiring on another member of the family. Not her. He meant Meg. "I think you're making a big mistake!" she declared, snippily, calling him out on sleeping with her sister-in-law. It would be inappropriate to work with her. Plus, Holden would flip! Damian wondered what (actually "who") she was so worried about. He and Lily went back and forth about Meg, who came back with Paul's hefty check. She didn't want to keep the cash but it was more money than she'd make as a nurse. On cue, Damian offered her a job working in his pharmaceuticals division. When they were alone again, Lily pointed out to Damian that Meg was clearly still hung up on Paul: Otherwise she would've taken the check with no qualms! Damian told Lily she and Holden would just have to accept he's in Meg's life now. After Lily left, Meg returned and revealed she was keeping the money. Damian asked her if she still has feelings for Paul, explaining that he wants to give her a job but has feelings for her. They ended up kissing and he asked her to think about her answer. Later, Meg went over to Lily's and blasted her for meddling. Lily insisted she was just looking out for her. Meg accused her of being jealous. "Damian is Luke's father and a friend. That's all!" Lily swore. "You want to have a relationship with Damian...go ahead!" She then warned Meg that Damian has an agenda. Meg turned it around, saying that Lily wants to sleep with Damian herself.
