At Java, Maddie told Gwen that Jade's faking her pregnancy (like any of us are shocked?). Jade came back from Java with lattes and kept prattling about her pregnancy to Will, who told her he got her new digs. "I meant what I said. You can't stay here." Jade got jealous and freaked, but accepted the apartment. As Gwen looked on, Maddie snagged the yellow pages and called a clinic Jade probably visited. The twigged nurse at the clinic called Jade and gave her a heads up. Will told Jade to chill out — he believed her about her baby. Then, he carried her stuff out to the cab pretty darn fast (bwahaha!). Later, Will walked into Java and caught Nancy Drew and Trixie Belden red-handed, but he didn't mind their sleuthing. "I wish Jade was fakin' it more than anybody," he admitted. Gwen was bummed to hear that Will believed the schemer. Maddie pointed out that girls go to clinics for all sorts of reasons but the Munsons asked her to let it go. Still upset, Gwen fled as Will made awkward conversation about her music classes. Back at their cottage, Jade let herself back in with "proof" for the "little witches" about her pregnancy.

At Memorial, Henry offered Emily a lift home and some marathon Scrabble. "What's a five letter world for traitor?" she retorted. Meanwhile, Meg talked to the hospital chaplain and then ran into the unholy Craig. "I want out of this hospital," he told her. Paul yanked him away. Cue threats and posturing. Once Craig was gone, Paul and Meg talked about Emily and the baby. Meg then asked to be at the baby's memorial. Elsewhere, Henry took on all the blame for Emily going out in the ice storm and being "dumb." Meg beat herself up for her part in baby Jennifer's demise and Paul told her that they'd get through this service "and start to heal." Emily didn't quite appreciate Henry's point of view and when Paul told Em about the memorial, she didn't appreciate the news of Meg's involvement either. "It's the last thing I will ever ask of you. Please just let it be the two of us." Paul went to tell Meg while Henry assured Emily he's still there for her. Meg sadly informed Paul she understood Emily's position. Later, in the hospital chapel, the chaplain comforted Paul and Em with his lyrical Irish accent. "Mark her birthday," he urged as Meg listened from the doorway. "Mark the day that this gift was given to you." Paul and Emily lit candles and said their good-byes. Outside, Meg got a special delivery: a beautiful crystal vase...from Craig!

At the Lakeview, Dusty called off his bodyguard, Chaz (while Johnny adorably smacked Dusty upside the head). Allowed to sit, Lucy reminded Dusty she didn't like being told what to do. "Your father's got an agenda," Dusty growled. Lucy told Dusty to be a man and tell it to her face if he couldn't be her friend anymore. Dusty couldn't help but grin at Lucy's moxie...especially when she introduced herself to Chaz. Then, Mr. Yamamoto, Dusty's business contact, came in. They had a pending meeting so Lucy offered to watch Johnny while "Mr. Hairy Knuckles" watched her. Lucy and Johnny sat down to read "The Happy Little Chappie"...and Craig walked in. Of course, Mr. Hairy Knuckles restrained him! Lucy told Chaz to cool it and poor Johnny got fussy at the kerfuffle. Craig told Lucy he'd left the hospital. He promised to go right up to his room and rest — yep, that's right, he's staying in the same place as the Donovan boys. D'oh! Lucy told him to pick "any place but here." Then, a furious Dusty walked in and reappropriated Johnny. He wasn't happy to hear about his new neighbor! After some snark, Craig limped out of the dining room and Chaz followed. Then, Dusty accused Lucy of bringing Craig there. "Tell me what you and your dad have planned next!" he demanded.

What did Jade intend to get at Java?

Luke tried to apologize as Lily asked him why he'd pushed her down the stairs. She kept working out the details about Damian and the smarmy Dr. Kreeger and Luke haltingly told her about the ex-gay camp. "I didn't know what that camp was all about," she whispered. Mom and son seemed on the verge of an understanding when Lily sighed, "You're gay, we still have to deal with that." Uh-oh. "I didn't want you to remember that I was gay," Luke told her, sadly. Lily assured him, "I love it. I love you. I love everything about you. I accept you for who you are." They hugged tightly...and Ghost Rose interrupted. Later, Lily explained her Ghost Rose connection to Holden and her desire to find Rose's daughter, Theresa. Holden agreed to help!

At Chez Munson Junior, Will and Gwen beamed over the "good decisions" they'd made (at least four times) before Jade's arrival. Jade tried to get sympathy from Will for getting stuck in the ice storm. Gwen pointedly needled Jade for her interest in her husband. Jade kept talking babies to Will, who fled outside to ask if Jade had gotten to Gwen. "She always does." Will still wanted her to move back in. Gwen couldn't, since she'd woken up from the lovely dream of the night before. Inside, Jade checked out the unmade bed. Ew. Will assured Gwen he'd dumped Jade and asked Gwen to stay. Gwen admitted she wanted to be with him and that she loved him, warning, "Will, it still might not be enough," before leaving. Inside, Suzy Homemaker Jade was in overdrive but Will gave her the heave-ho. Meanwhile, Maddie and Dallas made amends at Java. Jilted Jade walked up as Maddie and Dallas talked about Eve and got snippy. "I wasn't talking about you," Maddie eye-rolled, then she discussed Jade's odd behavior with Dallas. Will found a new place for odd behavin' Jade to crash while Casey and Gwen talked about Maddie's progress. "You sounded very adult just then," Gwen noted, amused. Then, Maddie called her with Dallas' insight about Jade's pregnancy.

At the Lakeview, Dusty told Barbara about Craig being back. Still hashing it out, Margo accused Craig of wanting Johnny. "It would be very disruptive," Craig agreed, but, "That boy is my flesh and blood!" He added that, "I need you and Katie and Lucy now more than ever." Nearby, Casey brought Maddie to her therapy session and then ran into Lucy. "Uncle Craig's back?" he gasped. Five seconds later, he interrupted Margo and Craig. He let Uncle Craig have it for putting Gwen through hell, snarling, "You mean nothing to me now. Less than that." Margo reiterated that Craig had destroyed people and it wouldn't just go away. Then, Lucy walked in to find Craig trying to get out of his wheelchair. Back at the Lakeview, Johnny enjoyed his bottle as Dusty reassured Babs he has the Craig thing under control. Barbara told him to stay cautious. Lucy told Craig he couldn't leave Memorial. "Watch me!" he hissed, before doubling over in pain. She refused to let him leave until he was ready. Later, it was Barbara's turn at bat with Craig. He reminded Babs about Bryant's death but Barbara refused to let that sway her. "You broke my family apart," she accused. "The only thing I have left of Jennifer is Johnny." Craig told her she was getting all worked up for nothing and continued with his plan to leave Memorial. Elsewhere, Dusty's bodyguard manhandled Lucy when she tried to approach Dusty and Johnny.

At Memorial, prickly Dusty asked Lucy what she'd do now that Craig's back. Lucy prickled right back, "I don't know what I'm going to do!" Then, Dusty let loose on Margo about Craig. Wha-huh? She hadn't even known her bro was in town! "Can I have a minute to think?" Margo asked. Dusty gave her a minute to call Tom and get to the bottom of this. Margo told Dusty that Craig's conviction was overturned because "the testimony of motive was excised." She then asked irate Dusty to "please go rant to somebody else" and "deal with it!" Lucy, meanwhile, turned down a Bloody Mary at the Lakeview with Lucinda. "Dad's back," Little Lucy told Big Lucy, giving her the 411 on Craig's return and Dusty's crazy reaction. "You've had quite a morning," Lucinda noted, adding, "Dusty's absolutely right." Lucy boggled at Lucinda and Dusty both being so "self-righteous." "It's only because we're trying to get through to you!" Lucinda defended. "You're a hell of a nice kid. It makes you vulnerable." Lucy went off about Dusty and then admitted they were right to be worried since, "I'm scared of what's going to happen."

In the chapel, Craig offered Paul his condolences, since he knew what it was like to lose a child. "Go to Hell," Paul hissed, blasting Craig for taking Jennifer's baby from her (among other crimes). Craig kept being creepily supportive and all Zen...until he pointed out that Paul was just as responsible for Jen's pain. The Rosanna mentions abounded as Paul dished the insults back. Meg listened to Paul wax poetic about his comatose ex. "I would be more than happy to pick up where the law left off," Paul told Craig. When Meg walked in, Craig praised her "level head," and continued with his seemingly-Zen-but-actually-threatening patter. Paul promised to make him pay for what he's done. Craig emphatically apologized for Paul's loss once more, complimenting his taste in women before wheeling out. Craig then saw Margo, who warned him not to pull any more stunts. Craig lashed out at Margo for not standing by him when he needed her, but she wasn't havin' it. Craig icily told her the only reason he's back is for his family. Back in the chapel, Meg warned Paul about Craig's nefarious plans and told him not to be vengeful. "Because that would make you like him."

Holden visited Lily and gave mom-in-law Lucinda mad props for giving them time without the kids. Of course, they had company in the room anyway: Ghost Rose. "She seemed really upset with me, Holden!" Lily gasped, as Holden pretended she didn't sound totally wacko. Holden went and pulled Luke away from Jade, cautioning Jade against visiting newly-awakened Lily. But, of course, that's exactly what she did. "I promised Rose that I would take care of you," Lily gasped, staring at Jade. Jade tried to calm hysterical Lily, who thought she was "Rose's girl." In the hallway, Luke blasted Jade for upsetting his mom. "It's worse than you said. She sees dead people!" Jade cried. Luke and Jade went back in to see Lily, who suddenly flashed on all of Jade's schemes and freaked out. She remembered being mad at Luke, too, and wondered, "Why were we so angry?" As Luke nervously waited, Lily flashed back on falling. "I remember everything."

Will and Gwen woke up in their candlelit cottage (hello, fire hazard!). Will even made coffee to get on his bride's good side and they looked forward to the future. Elsewhere, Luke found Jade and told her the good news about Lily. Will and Gwen decided to skip calling a tow truck to have some more reunion sex (who could blame them?). Meanwhile, Jade tried calling Will to be her personal chauffeur service from the hospital, but, as you can imagine, he was a tad busy. Later, domestic Will and Gwen flirted and enjoyed breakfast and a massage....and more reunion sex! Jade eventually showed up at the cottage, telling Will that the baby was fine and noting his mood was weird. "Hello, Jade," Gwen greeted, strolling in. "She stayed here," Will informed a shocked Jade. "I asked her to."

Carly and Simon downed champagne amid the debris of Frasier Towers. He snuggled with her, but she balked, interpreting the disaster as a warning from a higher power not to get busy. Carly tried to be upbeat about the project, but he revealed he's broke. Simon was sure Carly could bounce back and showed her pictures for her resume. She wept that her career and marriage had gone up in smoke. They snuggled together under a blanket to get some sleep.

Paul comforted Emily, who cooed over the dead body of their daughter. Jack arrived, and was able to bring Emily and child to hospital. Jack comforted Meg and asked about Carly, but Meg didn't know anything. She felt guilty for not saving the baby. Then Jack got a call from Margo that Simon's building was damaged.

Jack made his way inside the building and was dismayed to surprise Simon and Carly together on the couch. Carly thanked him, and asked about the kids. She said she didn't get trapped on purpose. Jack tried to usher them out, but Simon said he would take Carly home. After Jack and the firefighters left, Simon needled her. She suggested they rise from the ashes "literally," and show the world they got it going on. Carly vowed to find more money for another project.

Holden explained to Lily that she was in a coma, and memory loss is normal, but she didn't even remember being pregnant! Lucinda arrived to comfort her, and Holden fetched little Ethan and they bonded. Later, Holden brought in Faith and Natalie, as well as Luke. Alone with Holden, Luke feared that Lily will remember that he's the reason she fell. Holden assured him she would understand. Surrounded by all her family, Lily was grateful to be back. Suddenly a vision of Rose appeared and admonished her to take a head count; somebody's missing.

In her room, Emily was inconsolable, but Paul tried. When Meg appeared, Emily shrieked: "You killed my baby!" Paul defended Meg, and Susan arrived to comfort Emily. Meg vowed to stick by Paul, then get married and have their own family.

Seeing Craig holding Johnny, Dusty hissed, "Give me my son or I'll kill you." Lucy revealed that Craig was the masked man who saved her and Johnny on the road. Dusty sniped at Lucy for defending her father and threatened to call the cops. "I'm the natural father," Craig pointed out, adding that he's a free man because his case was overturned on appeal. Lucy kept Dusty from pummeling Craig, but scolded her father, so Craig assumed they were back together. Dusty reminded Craig about the court order keeping him away from Johnny. Craig told Lucy he's here to put things right with her. He blamed Dusty and Paul for tricking him, but now he's motivated by hope, not revenge. Lucy told Dusty she didn't know Craig was back, but he asked her, now that she does, what will she do?

In the chapel, Paul lit a candle and asked God if he was being punished for taking Johnny away from Jennifer. If so, God should tell her Paul's sorry. Then Paul said God should have stopped tonight's tragedy. "I'm punished," he confessed. Craig rolled up to marvel at the sight of Paul on his knees.

Carly pulled back from smooching Simon, telling him, "no conjugating" until the building was finished. (Oh, come on Carly, what did the verbs ever do to you?) As an alternative, Simon suggested they "drink to our exes," and exorcise those demons. Meanwhile, ice-encrusted Katie reunited with groggy Mike in a random cabin. Chillin' like a villain, Simon reclined on the bed and flirted with Carly, urging her to kiss him. Unfortunately, an electrical tower crashed into the building — which collapsed on their heads. (I'd call that a sign, wouldn't you?) In the cabin, Mike and Katie did what they do best (you'd think the ice would render them 'frigid.'). Back at the collapsed Frasier Towers, Simon cleared wreckage off of trapped Carly. He assured her that he would save her since she'd probably sleep with him if he did so (LOL!). Once freed, Carly was horrified to see what had happened to their dream. Post-coital Katie told Mike, "I don't need a baby, I just need you," while Simon told a prickly Carly that the collapse was "an act of God, unpreventable!" Amazingly enough, the champagne had survived, so they decided to get "royally drunk." Mike gently teased Katie, assuring her he wants a family with her. Naturally, they went back to starting it....

At the farm, Emily's newborn turned blue. "Why isn't she crying?" Emily gasped as Meg hustled the baby away and tried to get her breathing. Emily peppered Nurse Meg with questions and Paul tried to calm her down. "Our baby is going to be fine," he told her. Meg pulled back, silent, having failed. "Is she sleeping?" Emily asked. Tearful Paul saw the truth in Meg's eyes and was forced to tell Emily that the baby "didn't make it." "You're lying to me!" Emily shouted — just like when he told Jennifer that her baby died. She accused Paul and Meg of switching her baby and got more and more hysterical. Apparently energized by her emotions, Emily bolted out the farmhouse door, calling little Jennifer's name. Inside, Auntie Meg cradled the tiny corpse and assured her she wasn't alone. Paul scooped Em up and carried her back indoors, holding her as she demanded to see her child. Then, Meg gingerly handed her the poor dead baby. "She's so beautiful, look at her," delusional Emily crooned. But when little Jennifer didn't wake up, the truth finally sank in. Broken, Emily sobbed anew.

At Oakdale Memorial, a shocked Holden found Lily awake and hanging out in the chapel. Lucy, meanwhile, chuckled with Dusty about overreacting to Johnny's strep throat. Grateful Dusty offered to help out at the hospital. Lily blankly stared at Holden as he asked her how she'd gotten there. "Don't let Rose go," she told him, frantically. "She brought me here." Holden tried not to give her the "you done lost your mind" look as he gently reminded her Rose is dead. Then, Luke burst into the chapel. He tried to back out and flee, but Lily told him she loves him. He ran to her and hugged her tightly. Aw! Lucy thanked her "befuddled" coffee wench Dusty with a kiss before running off to save more lives. Later, Dusty thanked her (again) for saving Johnny's life. Elsewhere, Bob and Holden talked about Lily's post-coma condition as she struggled to remember something important. A bit later, Dusty freaked out as a nurse told him that "Johnny's father" had taken the baby from his room. Safely back in bed, Lily was puzzled when Holden mentioned their baby. "What baby?" she asked. Looking for his own kidlet, Dusty strolled into the sun room and found..."Craig Montgomery." Gasp!
