Felicia said she was going back to France with her baby. "I am this boy's father and he's not going anywhere," Nick stated and then made Felicia promise she wouldn't go anywhere. After Nick left, Felicia reamed her mother for shooting off her mouth, but Stephanie was convinced Nick had a right to know about his child. Felicia was still determined to go back to France. As Steph begged for another chance to be a better mother, Felicia suddenly passed out.

Thorne, Darla, Thomas and Clarke gathered in Sally's office at her behest. She announced she was shutting Spectra Fashions down and leaving on an extended world cruise. Thomas blamed himself for bringing the company down, but Sally insisted it was time for her to retire. "I'm not saying good-bye," she smiled. "I'm saying scram! Get outta here!" But Darla was troubled that Sally would give up so easily. The director from a retirement home then called to notify Sally that someone was coming over to pick her up. She pretended that she was talking to the captain of her supposed cruise ship and that a limo was being dispatched for her. After everyone left, a depressed Sally asked Clarke to help her leave but Thorne and Darla returned and were shocked to see that Sal was in a wheelchair.

A trouble Nick came home to Bridget, who had a romantic dinner prepared. As they sat down to their meal, she declared how nice it was not to have any trauma going on in their lives for the moment. She gushed about wanting to have more kids and Nick was hesitant to share his news about Dominick.

Nick didn't believe Stephanie that Felicia had given birth to his baby. "Felicia, will you look your mother in the eye and tell her that we do not share a child," Nick demanded. Felicia accused her mother of lying and told Nick to leave. "He deserves to know that child no matter what the circumstances," Stephanie huffed. Nick asked Felicia for the truth and her silence answered his question. He became upset that she would withhold this fact. "You have every right to be angry with me," admitted Felicia. Nick fretted about Bridget's reaction but Felicia announced she was going back to France. Renee the nanny arrived with the baby and Nick met his son for the first time. He was overcome with emotion as held the little bundle.

At the hospital, Jackie asked Bridget if Felicia was still in love with Nick. Bridget pointed out that Nick is a hard man to get over. Jackie was curious as to why Felicia would come back to L.A. at this time. "She's not here to cause trouble for Nick and me," Bridget said assuredly.

Brooke didn't approve of Eric's plan of dishonesty and manipulation against Stephanie. Taylor, Thorne, Darla and Dante showed up for a preview of Eric's newest designs and noticed apparent tension between him and Brooke. Everyone praised Eric's dresses, but Brooke, resorting to his secret plan, dissed them as boring. Brooke and Eric then staged a bogus argument about the company's vision and they stormed out of the showroom. "I think my father might be washing his hands of Brooke for good," Thorne surmised. Taylor left a voice mail message for Stephanie that Eric may be turning his back on Brooke.

Brooke couldn't stop thinking about Nick — again. Eric walked in and revealed that he planned to dupe Stephanie by pretending to finally believe that Brooke was indeed "the whore from the valley." Eric proposed that he would have to show a slow build of resentment toward Brooke so that Stephanie wouldn't become suspicious. Brooke pointed out that Eric could lose Jackie over his scheme.

"Felicia, tell Bridget," Stephanie urged her daughter, but Felicia insisted she was happy for Bridget and Nick. Bridget got called back to the hospital and left. Stephanie expressed her disappointment that Felicia didn't come clean. Stephanie groused that her daughter does the same thing every time things get rough: run away. "And you're the one who drives me away," Felicia fumed. "You drive everyone away." Stephanie tried to talk Felicia out of returning to France but she stormed out. Steph then called Nick and begged him to come over. When he did, Felicia came back and was upset to find them together. Nick was shocked when Stephanie then announced that Felicia had given birth to Nick's son.

Taylor and Thorne discussed Eric's change of heart toward Stephanie. They found it hard to believe that the patriarch's attitude could flip-flop so dramatically. Thorne wondered if his parents could possibly make up. Taylor later overheard Eric and Brooke staging a fight.

Felicia was angry that her mother went into the guest house. An unrepentant Stephanie asked why Felicia tried to keep her baby's existence a secret. She dodged the question and Steph surmised that the tot was adopted since Felicia shouldn't be able to conceive during her chemo treatments. Steph started to rhapsodize about the joys of motherhood, causing her daughter to tear up. Felicia then admitted that she had given birth despite her health problems. Stephanie was thrilled until Felicia revealed her son's name: Dominick. "Nick never cared about me," she lamented. "Not like I cared for him." Stephanie urged Felicia to come clean with Nick, but she didn't want to cause Bridget any strife. Felicia declared she was returning to France.

Back at the baby shower, everyone speculated why Felicia bolted. Bridget suspected that it was because Felicia's ex-flame (Nick) was now married to her half sister. Nick felt bad if that was the case so Bridget offered to have an open conversation with her sib. She tracked down Felicia with Stephanie. "I think it's best that we got everything out on the table," Bridget suggested. Stephanie then pushed her daughter to spill the beans.

Thorne, Taylor and Brooke were shocked when Eric announced that Stephanie has every right to be angry with the way he treated her. Brooke strongly disagreed, but Eric was adamant. "Stephanie has always known what was right for this family," he confirmed. When Thorne and Taylor left, Eric informed Brooke that he was only playing contrite and revealed he had a plan to get the company back from Stephanie. Brooke later longed for Nick.

Upon finding out that Felicia is in town, Eric called Stephanie to track down their daughter. Steph informed her ex that Felicia was now romantically involved with a woman, but a disbelieving Eric hung up. Felicia joined her mom for breakfast, but couldn't convince Stephanie that she wasn't a lesbian. Sally arrived and after Felicia cleared out, Steph confided in her pal that Felicia had a lesbian lover. La Forrester was determined to meet this Rene woman and let herself into the guest house. Stephanie encountered Rene, then was shocked when she spied the baby.

Eric, Jackie, Brooke, Ridge, Thorne and Darla gathered in Eric's basement office for Bridget's baby shower. Nick and the mom-to-be arrived and as everyone geared up for a toast, Felicia burst in. Her reunion with the family was a mixed bag of emotions, but everyone was happy to hear that Felicia's cancer is still in remission. Ridge and Thorne hoped their sister would come back to work for Forrester Creations, but Felicia declared she wasn't interested. "Relocating is just not that simple," she insisted. Eric praised Nick and Bridget's baby for helping to bring the family together. When Nick seconded that sentiment, Felicia ran out in tears. Before she could leave the building, she doubled over in pain. As Felicia took a painkiller, Stephanie showed up. "Why didn't you tell me you have a baby?" Steph asked.
