Nick fumed over a newspaper headline about Brooke and Forrester Creations. Stephen revealed that Taylor may give up her shares to him. He called Taylor ,but she declared she didn't want to be part of his plot against the Forresters. She then announced she was giving back her two percent back to Stephanie and hung up. Stephen was surprised, then frustrated by this snag in his plan. Nick wondered if the old guy was just out for revenge, but Stephen insisted he wanted justice for his daughter. Brooke called Nick and announced she had made her decision.

Stephanie passed out the remaining shares of Forrester stock to Ridge, Thorne, Kristen and Felicia, then explained she was giving a small portion to Taylor. Right on cue, the angry shrink appeared. Taylor raged at the Forresters for abandoning her during her time of need, especially when she was always there for them. Everyone offered apologies, yet she wasn't appeased. Stephanie asked her loved ones to leave so she could have a private conversation with Taylor. She tried to return the stock to Stephanie, who turned it down. "You were my best friend," Taylor whined. "You stabbed me in the back in front of the whole world. How can I ever trust you again?" Stephanie defended her decision to make nice with Brooke which riled Taylor even more. "You need help, Taylor," summed up Stephanie, who then told her to leave. When Taylor called Stephanie's love for Ridge sick, La Forrester smacked her. Stephen called and Taylor agreed to meet him. "You should have never done that," Taylor hissed at Stephanie, then left.

Dante explained to Bridget that a nude Felicia was posing for him. Bridget asked if something personal was going on between them, but Felicia wanted to know why her sister was so bothered. Bridget became upset and Felicia declared she would never do anything to hurt her. Bridget announced that she wanted to take things slow with Dante, which lead Felicia to ask if she expected him to be celibate in the meantime. "That would be up to him," said Bridget, but Felicia deemed that unrealistic. "He's waiting for you to get over Nick," she announced, then proposed that if Bridget wasn't going to be with Dante, then Felicia should be able to have a chance with him. However Felicia promised she would hold back if Bridget truly wanted to be with Dante. Felicia gathered her clothes and left so they could talk. "If you want me to wait, I'll wait," offered Dante, but Bridget wasn't sure if they were meant to be a couple.

Jackie voiced her fear to Nick that he could lose Brooke, but he wasn't worried. Stephen called and cancelled his dinner date with Jackie. She was relieved since she wanted to keep her son company. Stephen met with Taylor for dinner. She complained about Stephanie's shabby treatment. Stephen pointed out that if Taylor gave her two percent of Forrester Creations to Brooke, then Brooke would have control over the company. Taylor said she wasn't out for revenge, but Stephen called it justice. "You've got the power in your hands right now," Stephen reminded a very interested Taylor.

Ridge was disheartened when he couldn't reach Brooke on the phone. "She needs time," Stephanie assured him, but he fretted over the possibility that Brooke didn't want him back. Mom tried to shore up his confidence and he expressed his appreciation the way she is fighting so hard for him.

Taylor gave Stephanie grief for making her appear to be Ridge's mistake during the Forrester press conference. Steph apologized, then handed her friend a small portion of stock in the company. "That's very generous of you... if I were your gardener and not the mother of your grandchildren," an offended Taylor snarked. Outside of Taylor's office, Stephen listened to the whole conversation, including Taylor telling her dear, old friend to get out. Brooke's father hid when Steph walked out, then knocked on the doc's door. Expecting it to be Stephanie again, Taylor was pleasantly surprised to see Stephen. They discussed their mutual resentment toward the Forrester clan.

Bridget wasn't comfortable with Nick asking her how to woo Brooke away from Ridge. She pointed out that her mother tends to change her mind day to day. Bridget paid their tab and stormed off.

Felicia and Dante chatted while she posed nude for his sculpture. She complimented about how comfortable she felt being naked; that it made her feel alive. Dante, however, said she seemed nervous. When Dante marked her position so she could grab coffee, the duo briefly kissed. Seconds too late to witness the smooch, Bridget walked into the studio and apologized to Dante about how selfish she's been for the past year. Her talk with Nick made her realize how much it must have hurt Dante every time she mentioned Nick's name to him. While around the corner, Felicia listened to her sister's speech, then, covered with a sheet, she interrupted. Bridget was shocked to see her sister was posing for Dante.

Nick approached Stephanie and asked to buy a piece of Forrester. She said she knows Nick loves Brooke, but that Brooke is meant to be with Ridge. She advised Nick to let Brooke free to be happy. Nick accused Steph of bribing Brooke to be with Ridge, and pointed out that it's a big mistake.

Felicia and Dante made out passionately. "I gotta get back to work." Dante sighed after they came up for air, but then lamented that he had to find another model for his sculpturing session to replace Bridget who was AWOL. Felicia offered to fill in, but Dante explained the model had to be naked. Though Felicia still agreed, Dante didn't think it would be a good idea. "Before you turn me down, I think you should at least see what you're passing up," Felicia insisted before stripping off her clothes. "All of a sudden, I'm feeling inspired," said a gawking Dante and he accepted Felicia's kind offer to be his nude model.

Stephen announced to Nick that they had the opportunity to crush the Forresters. Stephen explained how Stephanie was dividing 50 percent of Forrester Creations among her family, including two percent to Taylor. Stephen suggested Brooke could fire the Forresters if she could get controlling interest instead of just half of the company. Stephen concluded that they might be able to convince Taylor to throw in with Brooke. Nick didn't think it was possible, but Stephen stuck to his guns.

Bridget barged into Stephanie's office and angrily reminded her that a Ridge and Brooke pairing is in the past. Bridget declared that she ended her marriage so Nick and Brooke could be together. Stephanie surmised that Bridget was still in love with her ex. Bridget disagreed, but Stephanie believed her assessment hit a nerve. Bridget stormed over to Insomnia and thought about Stephanie's words over a cup of coffee. Nick showed up and voiced his fear that Brooke would never be able to let go of the Forresters. He then asked Bridget for advice on her mother.

Taylor was grousing to Hector that she felt betrayed by Stephanie's 180 attitude toward Brooke. "What Stephanie wants, Stephanie gets," huffed Tay. "I'm not going to stand by and be humiliated by her or anyone else again." Taylor called Stephanie and blasted La Forrester for her insensitivity. Steph tracked down an upset Taylor but couldn't calm her. "You stabbed me in the back," Taylor cried as Stephen listened outside her door.

Brooke was angry at Stephanie for ambushing her at the press conference with the outlandish offer to hand over 50 percent of Forrester. Steph assured Brooke that the deal was on the up and up. "Come back to the company and the family," La Forrester urged. As Ridge and Eric pushed for Brooke to accept, Stephen and Jackie burst in. "Don't sign anything!" Stephen strongly advised his daughter, but Stephanie insisted she wanted to make amends. Jackie pointed out that transferring the stock to Brooke may be irrevocable, but Stephanie's newfound attitude toward her could very well be.

Bridget and Felicia discussed Stephanie's astounding proposal to Brooke. Felicia quipped that every time her mom has a press conference, her own inheritance shrinks. Bridget feared what effect this will have on Brooke and Nick's relationship and left. Felicia started teasing Dante for pining over Bridget by being abstinent. Felicia suggested that they owe it to their son to explore their feelings and they kissed.

Nick was angry to watch Stephanie's announcement on TV. He headed over to Forrester Creations and tried to escort Brooke out. "I think what Stephanie is doing is a generous and honorable thing," Eric noted, but Nick was unimpressed. "Are you ready to go?" he asked Brooke and they walked out together. When they returned to Brooke's house, Nick fumed about Stephanie's offer while Brooke was still in shock by the turn of events. Nick then took the stock certificates out of Brooke's hands and was about to tear them up. "Nick, don't!" Brooke cried. Nick requested that she turn down Stephanie's offer; Brooke was conflicted. "You're asking me to give up my dream," Brooke declared, but Nick countered with, "I'm asking you to give it up for us."

Stephanie instructed her lawyer how to divvy up the rest of the Forrester stock (with two percent going to Taylor). Stephen showed up and was still peeved. "You want Brooke back in your family and I'm going to do everything in my power to make sure that never happens," he cautioned. Stephanie scoffed at his warning and Stephen stormed out of her office. "Don't you underestimate me, lady," Stephen hissed to himself.
