B&B Recaps Week of June 12, 2006

Ridge was putting the finishing touches together for the fashion show when Stephanie and Eric arrived. Stephanie was worried that the plan to win back Brooke might not work. Ridge was confident that the kiss would be one "like the fashion world has never seen," and that it would result in the end of Brooke and Nick.

At Nick's office, Brooke reassured him that lingerie is what she does, it's her business. Although it may be "sexy and provocative," it's the image the company wants to project, and overall, it's still just work to her. She kissed him goodbye and left for the show. Stephen stopped over to tell Nick that Stephanie and Ridge are up to something, and he'd better do something about it. Nick was determined that the show would be Brooke's last time on the runway and warned Stephen that "I have plans of my own."

Brooke showed up at the site of the show, complimenting Ridge on a job well done with the set-up, and told him she appreciated all he had done to bring back the lingerie line. He promised her that it would be a show that no one could forget.

Backstage, Felicia brought Dante's family to see their son, where they oohed and aahed over his work. She clung to Dante, who looked up and shared a glance with a misty-eyed Bridget. Later, Dante went to talk to Bridget. "I can't marry her if I'm in love with you. How can I?" Bridget told him he must go ahead with it anyway; it's his duty. Felicia caught a glimpse of Bridget and Dante talking, and she didn't look too happy. Nick was looking for Brooke before the show started, when he bumped into Ridge. The two barely controlled the venom from their voices as they exchanged insults. Nick let Ridge know that this would be the last time Brooke would be modeling in his show. Ridge only smirked and sarcastically asked if Nick needed an escort to his seat.

As the show commenced, Ridge and Brooke walked onstage together holding hands (to Nick's chagrin), introducing Brooke's Bedroom. The lingerie models sauntered onto the stage, and Nick and Bridget watched from their seats. Despite Bridget's attempts to calm him down, Nick grew more and more agitated as the show progressed. He told Bridget that he didn't want Brooke to be involved with Forrester's company anymore.

Stephanie entered Brooke's office to find Stephen snooping around. He confronted her, saying there is nothing she can do to get between Brooke and Nick. Stephanie told him that he should have nothing to worry about then. Stephen was determined to find out what the Forresters were planning and continued to rifle through files after Stephanie left. Jackie joined Stephen and the two watched the fashion show from the office. They stumbled onto a clue, and realized Ridge was going to make his move after the showstopper.

Backstage, Ridge buttered up Brooke, saying that they make a great team and that he will always love her. Then he sent her to walk onto the stage. She fluttered out in her lilac lingerie, and even Nick couldn't help but smile at how beautiful she looked. He was quick to frown, though, as he continued to complain to Bridget that he couldn't wait for the day to be over with, so he could get Brooke out of there.

At Forrester, Ridge eagerly prepared for their next fashion show. Stephanie suggested that Ridge was overdoing it and urged him to go home and rest. Stephanie reassured Ridge that Brooke will come around. Ridge agreed but said his big concern was Nick. Ridge admitted his past mistakes but vowed to remind Brooke how and why they fell in love in the first place. Ridge told Stephanie of his plans to kiss Brooke on the runway in the middle of the fashion show to rekindle their magic — and vowed it would be the "kiss of death" for Nick and Brooke.

Stephen called Taylor to inform her that the word is out about their relations, and that Stephanie is spinning the story that he slept with Taylor just to get her stock. Stephen said he respected Taylor's decision not to see each other any more, but said he hoped they could remain on good terms and be friends. Taylor told Stephen she'd call him back when her doorbell rang. Brooke arrived to apologize about her father taking advantage of her. Taylor insisted that Stephen didn't take advantage of her at all, and informed Brooke that she agreed to give up the stock well before things turned romantic between her and Stephen. A perplexed Brooke asked Taylor if she was drunk or wanted revenge. Taylor said she just saw Stephen in a new light and found a connection with him in the midst of her vulnerability. Taylor denied that her tryst with Stephen was cheap or tawdry, and suggested that Stephanie's newfound generosity is part of a conspiracy with Ridge to help him get her back. Ridge called Brooke on her cell and asked her to come help with some fittings for the show. Brooke arrived at Forrester, but called Nick first to let him know so he wouldn't flip out. After Brooke left Taylor reminisced about her times with Ridge and started questioning what's become of her since he left. Taylor lamented to herself that she doesn't even know who she is anymore.

At Forrester Brooke modeled the outfit Ridge wanted her to display. As Ridge surveyed the outfit and took measurements he amped up the charm. He then showed Brooke his idea for the new slogan for Brooke's Bedroom line. Ridge asserted that the chemistry between them is what made Brooke's Bedroom line a success and would be there the rest of their lives, no matter where she works or who she's with. As Brooke excused herself to change, Ridge daydreamed of kissing Brooke during tomorrow's show.

Nick confronted Stephen about his romantic interludes with both Taylor and Jackie. Stephen insisted that he and Jackie are adults and on good terms and suggested that Nick has nothing to worry about where his mother is concerned. Stephen advised Nick to stay focused on Ridge and the upcoming fashion show. When Nick didn't seem worried about that, Stephen fanned the flames of Nick's insecurities and warned Nick that Ridge would use the fashion show as a major opportunity to make inroads with Brooke. Stephen insisted the Forresters are plotting something, and warned Nick that Stephanie is trying to divide the two of them.

At the Forresters, Felicia made a big mushy speech gushing about her love for Dante and their child and her hopes for the future in front of her family and his as Dante stood there and listened silently. Dante suggested waiting a little bit on the nuptials, though everyone else urged them to move forward ASAP. Stephanie told Dante that Felicia is going to have the life that she deserves thanks to him, and welcomed Dante into the Forrester fold. Thorne took some group photos of both families with his camera. Dante's cousin Carlos observed to Bridget that she doesn't look happy. He asked her if it's because she doesn't like his cousin. Bridget said no, she likes Dante very much and excused herself from their conversation. Privately Bridget lamented their situation to Dante. Dante insisted she's the only one for him and it's still not too late. Bridget tearfully said she can't go through with things in light of the present circumstances. Dante pulled her into a passionate embrace, and as their passions intensified they pushed themselves into a darkened linen closet upstairs. After making out for a bit, Bridget pulled back and said she can't do this to her own sister, and broke things off with Dante. Downstairs, Dante's mother Filomena gave Felicia a veil to wear at the wedding. A suspicious Stephanie pulled Dante aside and privately asked him to make sure he doesn't still have any unresolved feelings for Bridget. When Stephanie left Dante stole another moment with Bridget and declared he can't give her up. After getting the champagne, Stephanie toasted Felicia and Dante, followed by Eric's toast to Dante's family. After Stephanie invited them all to stay for dinner, Bridget interjected and said there was something she has to say. Felicia told her to be sure to save something for her toast at the wedding, since she's going to be Felicia's maid of honor. A shaken, emotional Bridget rambled on about how she loved someone that she can't let go of, and how "he" has meant so much to her after so much loss that there's no way she can give "him" up. When Felicia asked who "he" was, Bridget caved and said DINO instead of Dante. Felicia sweetly reassured Bridget that she will always be Dino's second mother, and everyone joyously toasted Dante, Felicia, Bridget and Dino. Bridget hugged Dante and tearfully whispered "Goodbye" into his ear.

At Marone Industries, Nick exploded in rage over Ridge and confronted Brooke about her lingerie work with Ridge. Nick told Brooke the thought of him working so closely with Ridge makes him sick on his stomach. Brooke reminded him that he gave her his blessing to work there so she wouldn't have to choose between the work she loves and the man she loves. She sweetly reassured Nick of her commitment to him, and revealed to him that Bridget and Dante are now planning to be together after all. Nick questioned how and why Bridget and Dante are now back on again. Nick told Brooke how Bridget asked him if ever thought about how life would be if Nicole had lived, and how he encouraged her to not think about things that aren't going to happen. Brooke and Nick embraced after reassuring each other in their commitment to each other.

At Marone Industries, Ridge tried to persuade Brooke not to marry Nick. Ridge declared that the love the two of them had is still there — and still as strong as ever. Nick walked in as Ridge started to caress Brooke's shoulders. A livid Nick sent Brooke out of the room. The former sailor angrily threatened to hurt Ridge if he ever saw him set foot inside Marone Industries offices again. Ridge tried to play to Nick's insecurities by suggesting that Nick doesn't have a prayer in holding onto Brooke. Ridge said it's only a matter of time before he and Brooke are together forever "in every way." Ridge continued to taunt Nick by pointing out how Brooke was unable to fire him and his family despite Nick's insistence. Ridge tormented Nick further by showing him the lingerie that Brooke has agreed to model for him, and undermined Nick's confidence with a few more verbal jabs before he smugly sauntered out.

Felicia surprised her family with an impromptu tea party to announce that she's moved up the nuptials. Felicia and the Forresters welcomed Dante's parents and relatives from Italy as they all waited to surprise Dante. Over at Bridget's house, Dante continued to make out with Bridget, but then stopped when Bridget said she regretted not realizing sooner that she loves him. Dante said he can't marry Felicia when he really loves her, but Bridget insisted Dino needs both of his parents. Bridget ordered Dante to be with Felicia, but not before making out with Dante some more. Dante told Bridget there's no way he could give her up. Bridget agreed, and asked Dante what they should do now. Dante said he has no choice but to break the news to Felicia. At that moment, Felicia called him on his cell and coyly told him he needed to come home for a big surprise. Dante told Bridget he was going home to break the news to Bridget. Dante promised Bridget that everything would be OK, and kissed her once more before he left. Bridget made a beeline to Brooke to tell her the good news. Bridget expressed her regret that her impending happiness will come about at Felicia's expense. As Dante returned to the Forresters he thought again about his passionate kisses with Bridget. As he entered the house Dante was stunned to see his parents and family. Felicia explained that she arranged their surprise arrival just for him. Dante's parents chimed in and said the wedding can't happen fast enough, especially now that they've seen what a lovely woman Felicia is. Bridget then arrived at the Forresters, prepared to do damage control with Felicia — only to stumble into a happily family gathering with Dante's relatives. Bridget and Dante were stunned speechless when Felicia dropped the bombshell that she has moved up the wedding date, and openly professed her love for him. Felicia declared that she's never been happier in her whole life and hugged Dante as he exchanged glances with a devastated Bridget.

As she settled into her new office at Marone, Brooke told Bridget how she asked Stephen to go away. Brooke told Bridget how Stephen slept with Taylor. Bridget warned Brooke that by continuing to work with Ridge she's just fueling his motivations to attempt to win her back. Bridget then told Brooke that Dante proposed to Felicia, and admitted to her mother that she may have made a mistake when it came to turning down Dante herself. Bridget lamented that she never appreciated the fact that she had someone who moved halfway across the world just to see her smile. Brooke suggested that it's not necessarily too late, and insisted that Dante is still in love with her. Brooke said that Bridget needs to tell Dante how she truly feels before it's too late. Later, Ridge arrived at her office to entice her to come back and work on site at Forrester. Ridge gave her a handful of panties he designed and asked for her input. Ridge then showed her a negligee he designed for the next show, and asked that she model it. Brooke agreed, for the good of the company. When Ridge saw the engagement ring on her finger, Ridge said he doesn't believe that she'd marry Nick. Ridge insisted he wants to get back to the life they used to have. Ridge pleaded to Brooke to follow her heart one more time — and vowed not to let her down this time.

Ridge was excited as he worked with Dante and some models on previewing some of their latest designs. Ridge reminded Dante that Bridget was the reason he moved halfway across the world, not Felicia. Ridge rejected Dante's assertions that a shared sense of spontaneity and a shared child aren't reasons enough to marry. Ridge said that his sister deserve someone who truly loves HER, and demanded that Dante come clean and admit to Felicia that he's only marrying her to make a family for Dino, if that's how he truly feels. Dante admitted that his proposal was a bit on the spontaneous side, but insisted he really wants a life with Felicia and their son. Ridge conceded that he's never seen Felicia happier, but wants to make sure that if Dante makes the commitment to Felicia that he honor it. Stephen dropped by to see Jackie, who coyly asked him if he's there to explain why he slept with her the night after he slept with Taylor. Stephen explained to Jackie that Taylor signed over her two percent of Forrester stock before they slept together. Jackie said if she had been in his position she probably would have done the same thing. Jackie said since the two of them would soon be in-laws she's willing to focus on his positive traits. The two continued to flirt over drinks.

Back at her home, Bridget had flashbacks to when Dante expressed his feelings and interest for her — including his proposal to her. As Bridget was lost in thought Dante arrived at her request. Dante asked her to tell him the truth. Bridget said Brooke told her to listen to her heart. Bridget told Dante she loved him, and the two kissed passionately.
