Storm suggested Shane be the final person to testify on Taylor's behalf in order to leave a lasting impression with the jury but Taylor insisted that Shane be first on the witness stand so he could be sent on his way and out of Phoebe's life. Taylor worried that her daughter was in danger but Stephanie insisted that nothing would happen to her. Taylor was frustrated that her entire defense rested on Shane.

Harry paid Phoebe a visit and asked her out for a slice of pizza. He was steamed to hear that she already had plans with Shane. Harry revealed that he blabbed his concerns about Shane to Taylor. Right on cue, Taylor called to make sure Phoebe was okay. She assured Mom everything was fine.

"Tonight is definitely the night," Shane sneered over his cell phone to an unknown caller. Hector overheard him and warned Shane not to harm Phoebe, but he boasted that the pretty teen, "is going to be mine forever." Shane went downstairs to find Phoebe with Harry. The guys started to argue and she had to mediate. Phoebe tried to convince Shane to order out for dinner but he said he had special plans and she reluctantly left with him. Hector wandered into the living room and found out from Harry that Phoebe and Shane were gone.

Phoebe was uneasy when Shane brought her to his shabby apartment for dinner. He confessed how special she was to him and started to kiss her. Phoebe pulled away. "I'm too young for this," she declared, then convinced him to go out and buy champagne. After he was gone, Phoebe called Harry but didn't know where she was. Harry suggested she look for mail with Shane's address. While searching, she was shocked to find a wall covered with her photos but Shane showed up and took the phone away from her. "All I want to do is make you happy," he said in a very creepy way.

"You're just a bully," reiterated Jackie to Stephanie, who tried to apologize again. However Jackie didn't believe it was a genuine sentiment and declared that Stephanie had to make a choice: her freedom or her company. Steph asked if Jackie was really after Eric, to which the Brit beauty predicted, "He'll turn up at my door and I won't turn him away." Jackie then asked if Stephanie really couldn't see how sick of a woman she really is. "I think I'd rather be a bully than an ineffectual person like you," Stephanie huffed. Jackie seethed that Stephanie's reign of abuse is over but Steph declared that her family will never give up Forrester Creations.

Ridge and Eric worried about how Stephanie's visit with Jackie was going. A frustrated Eric wondered if they should just sell Forrester Creations to Nick but Ridge strongly disagreed. "What about Jackie?" Eric posed. "How do we compensate for what's happened to her?" Ridge asked if his dad was still in love with Jackie and Eric admitted he doesn't fall out of love easily. Then Ridge wanted to know why his parents were still together. "There's love there," Eric conceded. "I stayed with your mother because it's too hard not to." Ridge surmised that Nick's revenge plot will ultimately backfire in court.

"Have you thought about what you're doing to me?" Brooke pointed out to Nick about his plan to take Forrester. Brooke asked him as a favor to her, to come up with another settlement but he refused to compromise. "If you're going to take their company and kick them out their company, I can't stop you," Brooke sighed. "But you're going to have to do it without me." Nick affirmed he won't rest until he sees that Stephanie has paid for what she has done to Brooke and his mother.

Nick proposed to Brooke that they could run Forrester Creations together but she thought taking the company away from the Forresters would be a tall order. Meanwhile, Stephanie's lawyer warned Ridge and Eric that she could go to prison. Eric hoped that his wife would be able to make amends with Jackie.

Jackie's doctor informed Bridget that his patient could be on painkillers and anti-seizure medication for the rest of her life. Bridget advised Jackie to stop obsessing about Stephanie and focus on her recovery instead. Steph showed up and Jackie assured a worried Bridget that the visit was okay. After Bridget left, Jackie hissed, "I will never, ever forgive you for this." Steph offered a halfhearted apology but Jackie warned that her rival will lose her company. "You are a bully!" Jackie charged. "I'm not going to let you bully anyone ever again."

Bridget flashed back to her life as Mrs. Nick Marone. "I wish I could do that all over again," she lamented as she wiped away a tear.

An unsteady Jackie took a few steps out of her hospital bed, but had to lie down again. The doctor warned Nick that his mother may have problems with pain and motor skills. Despite her condition, Jackie noticed Nick's wedding ring was missing and blamed Stephanie. "She's going to fall, Mother." Nick whispered. "She's just not going to fall like you did." Stephen showed up and announced that the D.A.'s office was ready to pursue criminal charges against Stephanie. When Nick said he wanted to really hurt Stephanie, Jackie muttered, "Get Forrester Creations." Nick relished the idea of taking the fashion house away from Stephanie.

"It feels like we're coming full circle," Ridge declared to Brooke over her return to Forrester Creations. "I'm glad to have you back where you belong." They embraced, which thrilled Stephanie and Eric when they walked in. Brooke informed Steph that Nick planned to file a civil suit. "He's not to give up on this," Brooke cautioned. They called a lawyer and Eric wanted to offer a cash settlement, however Stephanie angrily refused. Nick arrived with Stephen. Nicked dropped the bomb: "You give me Forrester Creations or you go to jail. What's it going to be, Stephanie?"

Harry visited Taylor in jail. "Shane McGrath is bad news and Phoebe thinks she can handle him," Harry tattled. Taylor was disturbed by Shane's romantic interest in Phoebe, but Harry assured the feeling isn't mutual. Taylor wanted to cancel Shane's testimony if Phoebe is in danger, but Harry vowed to protect her.

A shirtless Shane tracked Phoebe down at the pool and asked if they still had a dinner date for the next evening. Phoebe claimed she may have other plans so Shane alluded that she was jeopardizing his testimony for her mother. Phoebe was scared when Shane got on top of her, then pinned down her arms. She angrily pushed him off and he apologized, but still voiced his extreme attraction to her. Though Shane said, "I thought we had something special happening here," he offered to quit pressuring her. Phoebe agreed to still have dinner with him.

Nick held a terrified Stephanie precariously over the banister. "I'm not like you," he huffed and released her. Steph bolted and Nick gave chase, but she locked herself in her bedroom. Nick broke down the door and Stephanie pointed a gun at him. "You son of a bitch," she growled. "I will shoot." Nick demanded she admit that she pushed his mother; Stephanie refused, then fired a warning shot. "Leave or they'll take you out in a body bag," she snarled. Ridge, Eric and Brooke rushed in and Eric took the firearm from his wife while Brooke convinced Nick to leave. "The next time you shoot, don't miss," he warned before leaving. Brooke revealed Donna's claim and asked if Stephanie deliberately pushed Jackie to hurt her, which Steph denied. "I was defending myself," she insisted. Brooke ran outside and found Nick. "I want to be cautious until we know all of the facts," Brooke pointed out. Nick then learned that she had known Donna's version for a while and became furious. "Someone has got to stand up to her," Nick vowed. Meanwhile, Stephanie got upset with Eric when he expressed concern for Jackie.

Donna asked Storm what would happen if Stephanie was found guilty of assaulting Jackie. Storm explained that La Forrester could go to prison for several years. Donna relished the thought of Stephanie behind bars where, "she'll never hurt anyone again." Brooke and Nick showed up and Storm suggested that Nick charge Stephanie with aggravated assault.

Stephanie called Donna's cell phone and reamed her for causing so much trouble. Donna turned the speaker feature on and everyone heard Stephanie diss Donna for being a social climber, "like your mother." After Stephanie hung up, Nick wanted to get even. "All this talk of revenge isn't going to help anyone," Brooke cautioned, but Donna told Nick she would help him to make Stephanie pay.
