B&B WEEK OF NOV. 2, 2009 RECAPS

Week of Monday, November 02, 2009

Ashley Jones

Determined not to let infertility problems get her down, Bridget returned to work. First order of business for that day was a meeting at Jackie M to discuss new campaign ideas. Whip suggested that they jump on the green bandwagon and get back to nature. He wanted Owen and Jackie to represent lust and temptation by posing as the new Adam and Eve. Bridget admitted that she always wanted to work with natural materials but Stephanie objected to the idea, explaining that the Garden of Eden represents lying and cheating. But once the concept was debated, Stephanie came around to the idea.

Katie presented Bill with a new idea for the next publicity campaign that would capitalize on Hollywood glamour. After revealing that this was Steffy's brainchild, Bill deemed that Hollywood was the wrong image for Forrester. Katie strongly disagreed. Steffy interrupted to announce that Katie was needed in another department. Before leaving, Katie pushed Steffy to pitch her concept to Bill. At first, Steffy was a little uncooperative since she was facing the man who took away her grandfather's company, but Bill urged her to dazzle him. She made a quick phone call, then talked up her Old Hollywood idea with enthusiasm. Two models showed up, wearing designs that Steffy said would represent her vision, and Bill was impressed by her persistence. Katie returned and Steffy was surprised when Bill said he liked her idea after all.

Bridget came across Owen's material about surrogacy and Nick thought itwould be a great solution, though she was a little turned off by the fact that she wouldn't be able to carry the baby. After a pep talk from Nick, Bridget promised to consider the option.
