Max and Chelsea smooched in the pool. Patrick and Billie spotted them and came up with a plot: They got in the pool and used charm to separate Max and Chelsea. Bikini-clad Billie asked why Max would waste his time on someone like Chelsea when he could have any girl he wanted. He admitted to an appreciation for more mature women. Meanwhile, Patrick sensitively listened to Chelsea and offered to lend her money for a car, but she was focused on the dance contest at Alice's. Max asked Billie to be his date at the contest, while Chelsea asked the same of Patrick. Billie and Patrick reluctantly agreed.

At the hospital, John snapped at Roman and Sami rushed in and accused Kate of pushing her mom down the stairs. Roman informed Sami that he'd gotten Marlena pregnant, which Sami thought just gave Kate more motive to hurt Marlena. She continued to go after Kate until Roman called her off. Sami later apologized to an unconvinced Kate to appease Roman. Within seconds, the insults were flying. John told Belle about the pregnancy and found out she already knew the truth. Lexie meanwhile tended to the patient, who was in bad condition. John visited and Marlena apologized. He held her hand and told her to concentrate on getting well. A monitor sounded and Lexie started to work on Marlena again and stabilized her. Marlena worsened when Sami and Kate entered the room and began bickering.

Also at the hospital, Philip commented to Shawn that Belle had been sick and asked what Shawn and Belle had been doing on the roof. Shawn wouldn't answer and Belle later blamed not feeling well on her ulcer.

Jen was upset to hear that Jack had planned to help hunt Tony DiMera. She was suspicious when Jack said that Bo turned him down, but he was glad because he wanted to spend time with his family. She continued to press the issue until Jack became ill and claimed to have a migraine. While Jack slept, Jen heard someone in the garage and went to investigate. It was Frankie who was looking through cartons for a photo of Jen and himself. He had a flashback to when the young couple swapped "I love yous". He left the garage and got whacked over the head by Jen, but was okay. Frankie pulled Jen into an embrace and assured her Jack would be okay. Jen asked what he had been looking for, he tried to cover, but she spotted the old photo of them. In the meantime, Jack had a nightmare about his death. In the dream, he watched Patrick comfort Jen. Dream Patrick told Jack that Jen would end up moving on with someobody. While Frankie and Jen reminisced about the past and listened to "Stand By Me" in the garage, Jack awoke with a start and ran through the house in search of his wife. He spotted her and Frankie in the garage.

Marlena was about to tell John about the baby when Belle called and interrupted. She insisted that her mother tell John the truth about Roman. Marlena said she was trying. Shawn overheard Belle on the phone. She worried that the news would cause her parents to split. It won't happen, he said, comforting her. They kissed passionately. She pulled away, remembering she had a husband. Shawn re-pledged his love. They kissed again. Shawn asked her to be faithful to him. Belle was hit with a wave of nausea.

At the penthouse, Marlena said she was tired, so she and John went upstairs. Are we leaving, asked Kate. No, said Roman. Kate couldn't understand why Roman wanted to wait around. Upstairs, a teary Marlena confessed that the baby is Roman's not John's. How is that possible, asked John, who then asked if Roman took advantage of her in the castle. That's not what happened, Marlena insisted. John reminded her that Roman had tried to sleep with her on the island, too. Does he know, asked John. Yes, replied Marlena. Downstairs, Roman told Kate the truth, too. John ran down and punched Roman. Marlena screamed to them from the top of the stairs to stop, then tumbled down the winding staircase.

Brady surprised Chloe with a romantic night. While she was getting ready, she found a "magical" comb on the dresser that she put it in her hair. When she looked in the mirror, her scars were gone. She excitedly told Brady. It's your inner beauty shining through, he remarked. They had dinner, then he asked her to look out the window. It began to "snow." Brady said he rented a snow machine. She was touched. They had sex. The comb fell out of Chloe's hair. She looked in the mirror and was upset to see the scars were back.

Jack and Jen visited Hope and Bo on the boat. Jen worried about them taking on DiMera. I can't lose another member of my family, she lamented. Jack went up on deck to help Bo with some heavy lifting and was hit by a wave of pain. Don't tell Jen, Jack said. Hope asked Jen to take Zach should anything happen to her and Bo on the sailing trip. Bo got a delivery — a champagne bottle with a Bon Voyage note. Reeks of DiMera, said Hope. Bo threw it out in a trash can; it exploded.

Sami got emotional over a camp letter from Will. Lucas came by and Sami read the letter to him. In it, he said that he hoped his parents could work out their differences. Sami insisted she was set up by Kate and Eugenia, but Lucas didn't believe her. Sami cried, begging for forgiveness, but he wouldn't budge. She broke down; he embraced her. They wound up kissing. Lucas pulled away, saying he couldn't trust her. "I underestimated Kate. She beat me at my own game," Sami conceded, but felt Lucas should trust her anyway because he loves her. He left. She vowed to find proof of the setup.

At the wedding, Bo and Hope discussed Marlena's pregnancy news. Bo jokingly asked Hope that if she ever had big news to tell him, to find a less dramatic way to do it than in front of half of Salem. Billie came upon them together and for some reason assumed the Bradys weren't going to help her find Georgia. They are, Bo and Hope insisted, but still planned to take their sailing trip. Billie and Hope got into it. Billie accused Hope of being upset that she and Bo "made love." You didn't, Hope replied, you RAPED him. Bo settled the women down, then realized that finding Tony is the key to finding Georgia.

Philip remarked that it was wonderful that Marlena was pregnant and hopes that he and Belle will have kids. Shawn grimaced and pointed out that they're young to start a family. Back at the loft, Mimi slipped that Roman fathered Marlena's child. Belle covered, then asked Mimi privately what she knew. The truth, she replied; Marlena told her. After, Shawn asked Belle if she was okay. She admitted she was worried about her parents and the pregnancy. Belle then got sick to her stomach.

At Chez Rouge, Marlena insisted she was okay and asked John to take her to the penthouse, rather than the hospital ."I'm a doctor. I know my body and I'm fine," she said. John kicked himself for not realizing she was pregnant sooner. I'm going to be a daddy again, he enthused. Back at the penthouse, Marlena, John, Roman and Kate gathered in the living rooom. Marlena told John she had something to tell him about the baby.

Chloe was reluctant to accept Brady's marriage proposal because of her facial scars. Brady insisted he didn't care. Chloe called the doctor's office to schedule an appointment to talk about the surgery. After, Brady and Chloe went back to the cottage and had sex.

Lucas worried when he couldn't find Sami, who was at Eugenia's apartment looking for the tapes. Lucas took off to look for her, which upset Kate. Roman overheard her complaining and warned Kate that Sami is his daughter and he loves her and doesn't appreciate her bad-mouthing.

Eugenia came home early and found Sami snooping. She theatened to call the cops. Sami turned it around and demanded Eugenia tell the truth about her dealings with Kate. Eugenia 'fessed up. Lucas showed up just in time to hear Sami call Kate a bitch. Sami told Lucas that Eugenia admitted to framing Sami with Kate. Eugenia denied it, then revealed that Sami was a crazy liar. To make matters worse, Eugenia lied that Sami tried to blackmail her into a false confession about Kate. An angry Lucas admitted he loved Sami, but couldn't take the constant stream of disappointments from her. We're finished for good, he yelled, then left.

Rex confronted Mimi after overhearing her talk about being pregnant. Mimi explained that he misunderstood: Marlena is pregnant, not her. So, what does Jan have over her, Rex asked. Mimi answered evasively, then lied that she wasn't keeping any other secrets from Rex.

Billie interrupted a romantic moment between Bo and Hope to announce she got a message on her PDA from Tony about Georgia. It contained numbers and the following clue: "No compass, no maps, no stars to guide you. Count to three and your daughter will be beside you." Hope offered to help search for Georgia. Billie thanked Hope for understanding.

Marlena tried to talk to John at the reception, but they were interrupted. John and Kate gathered the crowd and announced their big surprise: A vow-renewal ceremony for their spouses. Marlena and Roman were privately concerned that they hadn't shared the pregnancy news yet. Belle urged her mother to come clean, but Marlena couldn't find time with John alone. The priest read from Corinthians, then Roman and Kate said their vows. When Marlena went to say hers, she fainted. Roman exclaimed, "John, be careful: She's pregnant!" John was confused.

Bonnie arrived at Chez Rouge expecting to have a vow renewal with Mickey. She was crestfallen as the reunited Mickey and Maggie informed her that they were renewing their vows. Since Maggie was alive, Bonnie and Mickey's marriage was invalid. Alice overheard and was thrilled. Bonnie pulled herself together and demanded a settlement, she wanted six figures. Maggie balked and told Bonnie to go back to her "honky-tonk dive." It got worse for Bonnie when Mickey let her know her credit cards and bank accounts would be taken away after today. Bonnie planned to spend, spend, spend.

Kate and John finalized their plans to surprise Roman and Marlena with a vow-renewal. John gave Marlena a white gown to wear to Mickey and Maggie's party. She was hesitant to wear white on Maggie's wedding day, but John talked her into it. Meanwhile Lucas and Billie persuaded Roman to wear a tux. Back at Chez Rouge, Belle and Mimi were amazed to see a back-from-the-dead Chloe.... Kate was unhappy to see Eugenia, who claimed to have an invitation. Sami vowed to Lucas that she would prove Kate and Eugenia were in cahoots. Eugenia said she had financial problems, and Kate promised her a job, but ordered her to leave the party so they wouldn't get busted.... Bo and Hope remained at odds over Shawn's quest to be with Belle.... Sami overheard Roman urging Marlena to reveal her secret to John; she covered by informing Sami that Chloe's alive. Sami said she had hoped her parents were reuniting.... Phillip and Chloe reconnected and bonded over the past and their injuries.

Prior to the ceremony, Chloe crooned a ballad, which moved just about everyone to tears, then Mickey and Maggie exchanged vows. A tearful Bonnie watched. "We're next," John told Marlena, who was confused.... Bo and Hope smooched and he promised her no one would come between them. Just then Billie got a clue about Georgia.... Chloe gave Brady his mother's ring, which she took from the urn. He slipped it on her finger and asked her to marry him.... Shawn caught Belle alone and pulled her into a very steamy kiss. Philip spotted them.... Sami left the festivities to break into Eugenia's apartment. Eugenia walked in on them.... Rex overheard Mimi talking about her aborted baby to Marlena.... Marlena began to tell John about her pregnancy.
