At the Brady Pub, Max tended bar because Shawn Sr. wasn't feeling so hot. Stephanie came in and they chatted about Jeremy. Steph sensed Max was not high on her boyfriend. Jeremy arrived and alerted them to a last-minute trip they had to take to Vegas. Steph noted that Chelsea had plans with Nick that evening. Jeremy asked if Max was on board, but he said he promised to help out at the pub. "We're partners, bro," Jeremy said. "Maybe I'm rethinking that, bro," Max replied. Jer asked Steph to excuse herself so he could talk to Max alone. Jeremy tried to give him a bonus, but Max didn't want it. Steph returned and Jeremy asked if she knew what was wrong with Max. Steph said that Max doesn't trust him. Max denied it. Jeremy asked what was really up. Max told him to forget it. Jeremy handed the envelope of cash over to Max. "So, we're still partners?" Jeremy asked. Max nodded reluctantly.

Chelsea surprised Nick with a romantic evening on the beach. They joked around, then kissed. He said he was feeling like she wanted nothing to do with him, but that it seemed things have changed. He asked if anything happened. She flashed back to trying to kiss Jett on the plane, then told Nick no and that she was his for the rest of the night. They kissed again. Jett interrupted their alone time to tell Chelsea that they had a last-minute Vegas run. She said she'd be there. Nick was disappointed. Chelsea said that she needed the money for college. Chelsea hesitated, so Jett told her to think it over and give him a call. He headed to the Brady Pub and told the group that it didn't look like Chels would be joining them because Nick didn't want her to go. Jeremy made a disparaging remark about Nick. Max pointed out that Nick was his cousin and he shouldn't trash-talk him. The guys bickered. Steph and Jeremy sat down at a table. Jett advised Max to work things out with Jeremy. Max explained it was hard for him to look the other way now that he knows Jer cheated on Steph. Jett asked Max to spy on Jeremy for him, then. Max said okay.

Chelsea decided to go to Vegas, to Nick's chagrin. She said that perhaps they should break up and left. Nick called her later to apologize. She told him they needed time apart, but they would figure things out. He told her he loved her. "Yeah, you too," she replied. They hung up. Nick then got a call from Dr. Stall at the hospital with the actual results of Sami's amnio. Nick said he would head over there and tell Sami and Lucas the news.

Chelsea arrived at the Pub. Jeremy was pleased she'd be joining them. Max said he'd go, too, but wanted to let his parents know. Chelsea's cell phone rang. She sighed that it was probably Nick. Jett pointed out that Nick would have a right to feel jerked around, seeing as how she chose work over him.

On the island, Marlena told Tony that he had to return to Salem to help them bring down Stefano. Tony explained that Stefano had done too many awful things to him and that he never wanted to see him again. Marlena asked if island life was really what he wanted. He said he was happy and didn't plan to go home until Stefano was dead and buried. The Blacks were unsuccessful at changing his mind. Enter Anna. Tony was thrilled to see her. She worried that he was another imposter, so she pulled a gun and quizzed him about things from the past. He couldn't recall details, so she declared he wasn't the real Tony. John grabbed the gun away. Tony rushed over and embraced her and insisted he was Tony and reminded her of the last time they saw each other right before he was kidnapped by Claus van Zandt. They kissed passionately. John kissed Marlena. Anna asked him to promise that he would never leave her again. Marlena revealed that Tony wasn't planning on returning to Salem. Tony said that was before he saw Anna. Marlena asked if he had changed his mind. Despite the return of his island pals, Tony decided to leave with the Blacks and Anna. Aboard John's jet, Anna began to cry tears of happiness that her dreams of being reunited with Tony came true. She excused herself to freshen up. John asked Tony more about Stefano's vendetta-ending key. He told them it was small, gold and old. Anna put on her perfume; Tony remembered the scent. She smiled that they had a lot of lost time to make up for. He asked if he could stay with her in Salem. Marlena piped up that it was okay as long as Roman didn't mind, seeing as how Anna was staying with him.

Sami and Lucas enjoyed their romantic evening at home, sharing strawberries and whipped cream and kissing. Lucas realized that he left ice cream and the car and wanted to go get it before it melted. Sami told him to leave it then lured him back in to the apartment by unbuttoning his shirt. They started kissing and had sex on the couch. After, he went to check on dinner. She told him she was impressed that he called a truce with EJ. He said when the twins were grown up he could kick EJ's butt. She said she would throw the first punch. They ate happily, then Sami felt the babies kick. The doorbell rang; it was Nick, holding the flowers that Rolf left earlier. Nick said he had to talk to Lucas and Sami, then noted he thought the flowers were beeping.

Sami and Hope looked at the photo of Santo in shock and disbelief at his resemblance to EJ. Sami left the room to get some water. Roman and Hope remarked that Stefano's preoccupation with Sami must have something to do with her resemblance to Colleen. Roman noted that Anna was supposed to meet him there, but was late, so he left. Sami came back in the room. Hope asked her how she was. Sami said she was okay, but the situation was starting to freak her out. "It feels like fate, destiny or something," she explained. She added that Lucas would freak out when he saw the photo. Hope put it away. Sami confided that she wanted to move on from the EJ mess, but Lucas wanted her to hate him. Hope asked how she felt about EJ. Sami said she didn't have" those kinds of feelings" for him. She then admitted that she nearly killed him in the cabin, but couldn't go through with it because EJ was her friend and she liked him. "He betrayed you. He raped you," Hope responded. "He was brainwashed by Stefano," Sami pointed out. Hope said she was making excuses for him. Sami explained that she wanted to give him another chance like everyone gave her a second chance after all of the bad things she'd done. Hope warned Sami to be careful. Sami said she would and left.

EJ came by Sami and Lucas's apartment. Lucas wasn't thrilled to see him. EJ said he wanted to make peace so he could be a father to their children. Lucas accused him of just wanting to worm his way in with Sami. They talked some more. Lucas said for Sami's sake, he won't stand in EJ's way of being a good father to the children. "But if you do anything to hurt Sami or either of those kids, I'll make sure you never see them again," he vowed. EJ insisted he wouldn't harm them.

Aboard John's jet, Marlena noted how excited she was to see Tony again. John poured champagne and kissed his wife. During their makeout session, Anna came on board. The Blacks were surprised. She insisted on joining them and asked John to get her luggage. She then asked if there was somewhere she could change out of her leopard print suit so she could greet Tony properly. John pointed her to the back. She returned in a sexy cocktail dress. Marlena reminded her they were going to a deserted island. John joked that he was feeling insecure in his casual duds. They all shared a laugh. John noted that their mission was serious and everything else that Anna had planned for Tony could wait.

Rolf brought Stefano to the Brady Pub, at Bo's request. Stefano asked why, seeing as how his son was in the hospital. Bo said it wasn't his son; it was Andre. Det. Brady added that they knew Tony was on an island. Stefano seemed unconcerned. Bo revealed that the Blacks were on their way to get him. They discussed the vendetta. "When does it end?" Bo asked. "It doesn't," replied Grandpa Shawn, who joined them. He was angry that DiMera was in his pub. "Tell me what happened," Bo plead. "Yes, Shawn, tell your boy how it happened. How you murdered your own sister," Stefano said calmly. An angry Bo declared that his father wouldn't kill anyone. "Don't ask for the truth if you're not willing to hear it," DiMera replied, adding that Shawn was not the man Bo thought he was. Bo asked for more information so they could end the vendetta. Stefano said he would end the vendetta his way, meaning there would be no more Bradys left to torment. Roman entered and requested a moment of Bo's time. He asked if Bo had seen Anna. Bo told him that Anna crashed the Blacks rescue party. Roman seemed bothered and Bo asked what was up with that. The brothers continued their conversation outside. Stefano told Rolf to call in favors because he wanted to go after the Bradys with both barrels. Rolf warned him that this endeavor was taxing his health and that he needed to focus on the stem cells. "This is about payback, Rolf. Because of Bo Brady, Andre may not make it through the night. After 20 years of absolute loyalty. He was a good soldier, Rolf, the best. This cannot and will not go unpunished," Stefano vowed.

On the island, John and Marlena came upon an empty hut, looking for Tony while Anna lagged behind because of her heels. Tony came in from the jungle with two exotic women, saying he saw a plane overhead for the first time in 20 years. He was thrilled to see Marlena and they had a happy reunion. She introduced him to John. Tony asked what happened to Roman. She said they were still good friends and that he was now the deputy police commissioner. Tony asked how they found him. "It's a long story," Marlena said, through tears. The action picked up with Marlena having filled Tony in on what he missed in the last two decades. "You have no idea how many crimes were committed in your name," John reported. Tony said he figured as much, since Andre said he would when he dumped Tony on the island. Tony asked about Sami. Marlena told him that she was having twins with EJ, Stefano's youngest son, and that Stefano was trying to get the stem cells to save his life. John said the vendetta was getting out of hand. Marlena asked Tony if he knew of its origins. Tony said that he heard bits of the story and that he recalled that Colleen was murdered. He then remembered a key that Stefano has that has something to do with the vendetta. "He wears it on him all the time, without fail," Tony revealed. "It has something to do with the vendetta and how to end it." Marlena said that Tony could help them get the key. He told them he had no plans to return to Salem, ever.

At the Brady Pub, Stefano showed Rolf the key. Bo returned and asked Stefano why he wouldn't just end the vendetta. Stefano declared that he was gong to see that his father's death wish reached its conclusion if it was the last thing he did. "Am I excused, detective?" Stefano asked. "You can go to hell," Bo spat. "Well, I look forward to seeing you there. Ciao," Stefano replied. Rolf wheeled him out; a frustrated Bo threw a chair across the room. After, Bo returned home and reported what happened to Hope.

Sami came home, surprised to see EJ and Lucas together. They told her they agreed to be civil for the twins' sake. Sami was pleased and thanked EJ. He left. Sami looked around and saw that Lucas had prepared a romantic evening for them. Sami said that she was the luckiest girl in the world. Rolf dropped a vase of flowers at Sami and Lucas's door. And they were beeping.

At the Brady house, Hope and Marlena discussed the shocking revelation that Tony is actually Andre and has been for the last 20 years. Sami entered, unescorted. She explained that with Andre in jail, she doesn't need police protection anymore. Sami also produced new Santo/Colleen letters, to the delight of Hope and Marlena. In them, Colleen and Santo met for a picnic and she brought along a nun, Sister Rose, to chaperone. Santo was surprised to discover there was a third wheel. They ate happily, and Santo taught Colleen how to eat an artichoke and had her taste other Italian delicacies. After, she said it was time to go. He was sad it was so soon. He asked her if they could arrange another meeting between Stefano and Shawn. She was hesitant at first, but he pressed her, explaining his wife was dying and Stefano needed a pal. Colleen relented, but said she needed a chaperone. He asked her to come alone, as friends.

On the roof, Bo and EJ waited for Roman to bring Bart in so they could look at his back and see if the map to find Tony was on it. In the meantime, Philip stopped by to see his brother to discuss the strange phone calls he's been getting. Bo wasn't too receptive to helping him at first. Philip played a tape recording of one of the calls, where a child's voice called him Daddy. Bo asked Phil if it was possible that he had a child somewhere that he didn't know about. Phil said no, then said he wanted the person calling him found. Bo pointed out that it wasn't really a police matter and suggested Phil hire a private investigator. John came to the roof and chatted with EJ. He noted that Stefano was losing it if he could allow his son to be in exile. EJ insisted Stefano didn't know about the Tony/Andre switcheroo. John pointed out to Elvis that he doesn't know Stefano as well as he thinks he does and warned him that Stefano won't take kindly to his double-cross.

Roman brought Bart to the roof. Bo told him to take his shirt off. Bart said no, saying he would only do it if there was a girl involved. After a scuffle, the shirt came off, revealing the tattooed map. Bart claimed he got it in the Navy. "You weren't in the Navy," Roman said. "Marines, Air Force," Bart replied. Roman took him down to the station so they could get a copy of the tattoo. John offered up his jet to spare the Salem PD from finding money to foot the bill to find Tony. Bo thanked EJ for his help. EJ insisted he just wanted peace between the families, then added that he wanted the cops to leave an ailing Stefano alone. Bo laughed, noting that Stefano was the one who started it all.

At the Pub, Belle and Shawn celebrated Claire's acceptance into pre-school. While the mood was casual, Belle asked Shawn why he told her he went to Cleveland for the job interview when he never did. He explained that he had second thoughts about leaving her and Claire for so much time during the week. She asked where he was that day, then. He flashed back to getting the call from Mimi, and, despite vowing that there would be no more lies between them, said he flew to Cleveland, hung around the airport, then flew home. Belle said she was happy he didn't go on the interview because she would miss him. He suggested they go on a vacation. "No islands. No water," she plead. He laughed and said he was talking about going to Las Vegas on Max's shuttle. She said yes, provided Philip could watch Claire. Shawn didn't want Philip involved, but Belle noted that they were still living in his house. During their conversation, Philip arrived. He told them about the calls and his conversation with Bo. He also said he planned to hire Billie to do some investigative work. Shawn went to help Caroline out; Phil told Belle that he did a little checking up on Shawn's Cleveland trip and discovered that the flight had been canceled, so Shawn never went at all. Shawn returned and suggested he and Belle picnic at the lake. She asked if he had anything more to say about Cleveland, but he said no. The two headed out, but not before Belle shot a look to Philip.

John went to fetch Marlena at the Brady house and asked if she had any plans over the next few days. She asked why. He said they were heading to an island to find Tony. She was excited to see her old pal again. Roman came in and they told him about the new letter. They suspected that Santo must have been very good looking if Colleen fell for him so hard. Roman said that he found a photo of Santo at the DiMera mansion and it seems Sami isn't the only one with a link to the past and showed her the photo of Santo. She was stunned.

Jeremy pressed Max to tell him what he and Jett discussed. Max flashed back to telling Jett about the side business, but insisted that all they discussed was racing. "Don’t lie to me Maximus," Jeremy responded. Max threatened to harm Jeremy if he continued the questioning. Jeremy told him to relax, adding that Jett wasn't one for bending rules or risk-taking. Max confessed that he told Jett they were running a legit business.

In the hot tub, Chelsea apologized to Jett for Danielle’s betrayal. Jett got angry that Chelsea was snooping around in his business and left. He approached Jeremy and Max. Jeremy told Jett that he should have come to him with any questions about the side business. Jeremy assured his pal everything was on the up and up. Max headed to the casino.

Stephanie joined Chelsea in the hot tub and pointed out that Chelsea has been talking a lot about Jett, not Nick, lately. Chelsea insisted she had a connection with Nick. A friendship connection, Steph retorted. An annoyed Chelsea left to find Jett.

On the Touch the Sky jet, Jett called Danielle and revealed that their cover was blown. Max came aboard, so Jett hung up. Max warned Jett that Jeremy was snooping around about him. Max then told him about finding Jeremy with Ilsa in Salem. Max said it seemed like more than just a one-night stand. Jett advised him to get out of the side business. Chelsea showed up, so Max left for the casino. Jett apologized for blowing up at her in the suite. He asked her to stay, then revealed that he and Danielle split up. They talked about it for a bit, then Chelsea leaned in for a kiss. Jett backed away.

Jeremy joined Steph in the hot tub. After some teasing (where he demonically held her head under water for a little too long), he declared his love for her and advised her not to blow the best thing she ever had — or will. Max walked in and shook his head at Jer’s jerkiness.

Bart joined Tony in the car, but Tony wasn’t happy to see him. Bart revealed that Stefano sent him to report that there were cops at the mansion and he shouldn't go home. Tony said he was waiting for Elvis to call. Bart laughed because he thought EJ wad dead. Tony set him straight. At the Pub, Bo and Roman asked EJ to prove that he wanted to help them. They asked him to call Tony. Tony spied the caller ID and was pleased to see his brother on the other end. EJ asked Tony to meet him. Tony said he would, as long as EJ was alone. EJ asked for the same assurance. They agreed to meet. EJ texted him the meeting spot, which was on the roof of a building. Tony told Bart to be close by so he could take a shot at EJ when he had the chance. Back at the Pub, Sami came in and was surprised to see EJ there. Roman explained that the only way to get EJ to cooperate them was to get Sami there so EJ could talk to her. Sami wasn’t thrilled, but agreed to talk to him. "I am in love with my husband and nothing is going to change that... Forget I exist," she declared. Elvis responded that he couldn’t do that because she was carrying his children and he was worried about them and her. He then asked her to be honest and noted that they had an attraction they couldn’t deny. He said he planned to be a part of the twins’ lives and that he wanted to be friends with Sami. He added that he could make peace with her marriage to Lucas. She said that she’d work out a custody situation with a judge. He was happy.

Tony arrived at the meeting place to find it empty. He called for Bart and reminded him to take a clear shot at EJ when he had the chance. Bo surprised the duo; Tony sent Bart home. Bo began reading Tony his Miranda rights. "You’re arresting me? On what grounds," Tony asked. "Attempted murder," Bo replied, plus the disappearance of Tony DiMera. Tony insisted he was Tony. Bo called him Andre. Andre still insisted he was Tony. When Bo didn’t believe him, Andre climbed onto a higher part of the roof. "Come on, man, you don’t want to die tonight," Bo said. Bo asked where they could find Tony. Andre asked for total immunity or else Tony would rot away on the island he’s on, as he has been for the last 20 years. Bo told him to come down so they could talk. Bo made a move toward Andre, who went over the edge, but hung on for dear life. Bo held on to him, but wouldn’t pull him up until he revealed where the map leading to Tony’s island was. Andre promised to tell him if he saved him. Bo asked where the map was. "It’s Bart’s back," Andre replied. Just then, Bart showed up. He tried to help Bo pull Andre up. Andre fell off the roof.

Bo rushed into the Brady Pub during EJ and Sami’s chat. He revealed what happened with Andre and the mention of Bart’s back. EJ suggested that the map to find Tony was literally on Bart’s back.

Aboard the Touch the Sky jet, a suspicious Max demanded that Jeremy show him what was in the trunks they were transporting. Jeremy had their contact pull one out. Max opened it and discovered the designer knockoffs, as Jeremy said. Jeremy noted that they had to trust each other. Max begrudgingly said he did. Jeremy handed Max some cash — and a little extra — as payment. Max headed to the hotel. Jeremy brought up the cheating on Stephanie and said it would never happen again. Once Max left, Jeremy and his contact discussed the close call with Max, noting it was good he didn’t look in any of the other crates.

Steph and Chelsea arrived at the party suite in Vegas and brought a DVD of a yet-to-be released Adam Sandler movie. While everyone else got drunk, they searched online for information about Danielle, Jett’s “fiancée”. Jett caught them in action; they lied that they were downloading porn. He headed to the hot tub. They surfed some more and were stunned to discover that Danielle is already married. They debated what to do. Chelsea wanted to tell Jett the truth, but Steph said she was staying out of it. In the hot tub, Jett asked Max if everything was okay between him and Jeremy. Max said it was fine. Jett asked about the side business Max and Jeremy had going on. Max insisted Jett had it wrong. Jett pressed him. Max admitted the truth to Jett about the knockoffs.

Jeremy came to the suite and presented Stephanie with a necklace. She was thrilled. One of the flight attendants rushed in, screaming that David Beckham was at the ice machine. A bunch of girls, including Chelsea, ran out to see Becks. They returned, disappointed because the guy didn’t look anything like the now L.A.-based soccer star. Chelsea went to the hot tub and told Jett that she did some checking up on Danielle and that Danielle was already married to a guy named Mark Prentiss. Max decided to go to the casino. Before he left, Jeremy asked what he and Jett were talking about in the hot tub. Max lied that they were talking about car racing, but Jeremy didn’t believe him.

John and Marlena, Bo and Hope and Roman and Kayla met at the Brady Pub. John told them how Anna didn’t think Tony was Tony. Marlena insisted that the man who did all those horrible things to them wasn’t like the Tony they once knew. Hope asked if it was possible that it was Andre DiMera, Tony’s look-alike cousin. John pointed out that Andre was dead. Bo said it would be very Stefano to replace Tony with Andre. “Stefano would have his perfect son, finally,” Hope said. Marlena noted that if Tony was still out there, they would have to find him. Everyone briefed Kayla about Andre’s murderous past. They then discussed Aremid and the Salem Stalker and how it could have been Andre all along. Anna came in and said that there is no way the man she kissed is Tony because Tony’s kisses were memorable. Roman cut her off and asked if she brought what he asked. Yes, she replied and produced letters from Tony so they could check his DNA and compare it to whatever Steve was getting.

A peeved Stefano met Tony in his car, annoyed that he was summoned. Tony announced that he eliminated Elvis. “He’s left the building, I’m afraid,” Tony explained. Stefano freaked out. Tony tried to defend his actions. Steve’s arrival interrupted their discussion. Tony flipped and told him to leave. Steve said he had info on the Bradys. Stefano asked what it was. Steve revealed that the Bradys suspected Antony was actually Andre DiMera. Tony and Stefano looked uneasy, but Tony laughed it off and ordered Steve out of the car. Steve tried to quiz him to prove who he was, then dropped the bombshell that John saved Elvis from certain death. Tony was annoyed.

Steve returned to the Pub and said that they were right: Tony isn’t Tony. They asked how he knew. Steve explained that he quizzed Tony about who won the European World Cup Sabre Championship in 1972, but Tony didn’t respond. Steve then revealed that Tony was the winner. The Bradys vowed to find the real Tony and run the DNA test in the meantime.
