GH Recaps Week of June 6, 2005
Friday, June 10, 2005
Luke and Tracy walked up as Coleman was badmouthing Tracy to Skye. Coleman tried to talk his way out if it, but Tracy slugged him and called him a "shallow, opportunistic phony." His argument that as a woman of a certain age, her money was one of her most attractive features didn't win Tracy over. Luke offered to give Tracy a divorce, but she turned him down. Her reasoning: Since Skye "stole" Coleman, she didn't want to set Luke free and make her romantic rival happy. Skye urged Luke to just give up the money, but he wouldn't, so she walked away. She later slipped into a black negligee, offered him a brandy, teased him and then promised no sex until he divorced Tracy.
After Sonny pulled a bloodied Reese from the wrecked car accident, she murmured the name Caroline and had a flashback about cheerleaders performing a routine.
Jodie explained to Michael that she slipped into the house to warn him about Dr. Thomas. The little girl advised him stage to a fit and disappeared when Jason approached. Sam and Jason took Michael to the therapy appointment and were joined by Emily. Shortly thereafter, Michael ran out of the session. Sonny, who had accompanied Reese to the hospital spotted his seemingly agitated boy and said that he didn't have to see the therapist again. After asking Ric to watch over Reese, Corinthos left with his son. Em followed them and pressed Sonny to continue with the therapy. Back in his room, Michael told Jodie he followed her suggestion. At the hospital, Dr. Thomas told Jason and Sam that the episode was clearly staged.
In Venezuela, Alcazar wed Carly and he gave her his grandmother's wedding ring. Before the honeymoon, he said they'd pick up children first and then he'd take her somewhere special.
Diego visited Maxie in the hospital. They discussed their upbringings and she told him about Frisco. Maxie asked for a ride so Diego wheeled her to the cafeteria for ice cream.
Lucky reported to Ric that Reese's accident wasn't random, someone tampered with Agent Marshall's brakes. Reese, meanwhile, opened her eyes and found a man standing over her. "Hello, Charlotte," he said.
As Emily (who had Sonny's blessing) was trying to get through to Michael, Jason and Sam informed Sonny that the boy faked his fit. Just then, Carly walked in with her new hubby.

Maxie tried to leave the hospital to attend graduation. (New Felicia Sandra Ferguson made her GH debut today.) After Monica told Maxie she could die, the girl agreed to stay in bed. However, she refused to sign up for the donor's list and give up B.J.'s heart. Felicia was beside herself with worry. At graduation, Dillon made a video for Maxie (and Diego did a mean Antonio Banderas imitation.) Georgie confessed to Dillon that she's afraid of losing him, since he's graduating and she's still stuck in high school. Dillon reassured her that's not the case, and Diego came up with a way to bring graduation to her. A frustrated Felicia covertly forged Maxie's signature on the donor list. Later, Dillon, Georgie, Brook Lynn, Diego and the whole graduating class showed up at the hospital, where Maxie received her diploma with her classmates. Congrats to the Class of 2005!
Big Alice explained Tracy and Luke's marriage to a disbelieving Edward. Skye professed her "love" for Coleman in front of the whole crowd, and Luke stormed out. Coleman expressed his interest and Skye baited the hook, so to speak. Then, Tracy and Luke caught the duo in a compromising situation.
Reese told Sonny she planned to leave the FBI to open up a law practice — in New York. The duo shocked Durant with news of Carly's plans to wed Alcazar. Sonny told Reese he wanted her to stay. She said she had to go. Sonny left. Later, Sam 'fessed up to Sonny, admitting that she asked Reese to do what was best for Michael (i.e.: stay away from Sonny). He was ticked. Driving out of town in tears, Reese got into a car accident. Sonny was frantic when he arrived on the scene.
Emily managed to accompany Michael back to Dr. Thomas's office. At the hospital, Michael met a young peer named Jodie. The girl explained she's seeing the doc because she's "bad." Later, the demon seedlet climbed through the window of Michael's room at home.
Emily met up with Nikolas at the Metro Court for their "date." They role-played and pretended they were meeting each other for the first time and it was a first date — with very cute banter. But when Nikolas asked Em to accompany him home, she froze up.

Skye packed Luke's bags to get him to leave the Q mansion — and accompany her to the Dominican Republic for a quickie divorce from you know who. "Who" a.k.a. Tracy was ready to give Luke the Cassadine cash, but Coleman advised her not to. "I stole that money fair and square and I want it back," demanded Luke. "No divorce!" he shouted. Frustrated with Luke, Skye talked with Coleman, who propositioned her sexually. She rebuffed him, but when Luke and Tracy approached, she kissed him in front of them. Skye then told a shocked Tracy and Luke about her history with Coleman. (They were bed buddies when she was still a lush.) Tracy was, well, let's say, agitated.
Felicia informed Maxie about her condition, but Maxie refused to give up B.J.'s heart. To bolster her sister's spirits, Georgie vowed to bring graduation to bedridden Max. Frustrated Felicia asked Bobbie to talk to her girl. Bobbie went to B.J.'s grave seeking counsel. At the hospital, Maxie told Diego her history with her cousin, and he better understood her dilemma. Crestfallen Dillon, Brook Lynn and Diego said they couldn't enjoy graduation with Georgie so upset. Maxie dreamed of BJ, who advised her to live. Bobbie offered comforting words and Maxie said she'd still keep the heart, but was determined to get better.
Alcazar proposed to Carly again. This time, he said he'd wait like she requested and she happily accepted again. In the afterglow of their making love, Jason showed up with Michael. Whoops! Meanwhile, Sam went to see Dr. Thomas, the shrink who refused to divulge patient confessions to the fuzz, as Alan eavesdropped. Michael had his first appointment, but Jason still harbored reservations. Michael told the doc that he hated AJ and then ran out. Emily counseled Michael about counseling. He agreed to see the doctor again. Meanwhile, Alan met with Dr. Thomas to discuss their plan to get Michael back to the Q's. On the sinister shrink's advice, Carly asked Alcazar to marry her tonight.
Lucky reaffirmed to Elizabeth that despite their bad night with Cameron, he loves their living arrangement.

Lorenzo wanted Carly to run away with him tonight to get married, but she wanted her sons to be there. He predicted disaster if she did that. So, of course, she headed home to tell Michael the news. Once there, Carly was the only one who was surprised when "Mr. Man" threw a temper tantrum. Sonny told his ex that display should be enough to keep her from wedding his rival. Carly tried to reassure Michael that he's still the most important man in her life, and thanks to a talk about fears with Sonny, he did calm down. But boy, Carly's in for a long road with him.
Diego and Alcazar bonded over the wedding news, and Reese assured Lorenzo that Sonny has no romantic interest left in his ex. Across town, other relationships were also being tested. Nikolas and Emily had a long talk about Lucky and Liz's moving in together and how happy they were. Then they discussed their own shaky union. He bandaged her hand when she got cut by a thorn, and they tenderly kissed. Could Em finally be over her trauma? Meanwhile, Lucky and Liz got a taste of domestic "bliss" when Cameron kept them up all night crying from a fever.
After consummating their marriage (several times), Jax had a dream that Courtney was pregnant. He was elated, until he realized it was only a dream. Sam went to see Reese after Michael's tantrum and asked her to "do what's best for Michael." translated, that's a nice way of saying, "Stay away from Sonny." Carly returned to Alcazar and told him she couldn't marry him tonight, prompting him to question her true feelings about P.C.'s favorite mobster.

News of Jax and Courtney's wedding affected many people. It made Alexis (Jax's ex, even though it was a marriage of convenience) a little sad, but she was glad he found a nice girl. Meanwhile, Coleman told Court he thought she'd always end up with Jason, prompting a sigh from the bride. And as we know from Friday, the nups prompted Carly to propose to Alacazar, who — just after Sonny stopped eavesdropping — turned her down!
As Jax got congrats from Alexis and Skye, Courtney got locked outside her room in her negligée on her wedding night. And guess who joined her in the elevator? Coleman, who liked the outfit. Then, the elevator got stuck. Back at the proposal, Carly vowed she was over Sonny, but we all know Lorenzo was right when he said she's not. The proposal prompted Sonny to go to Reese. He tried to reassure Reese it was her he wanted, not Carly. But then, Jason showed up. He wanted to talk about Michael, but then was surprised to hear that Sonny planned to do nothing to stop Carly from marrying Alcazar. Good answer, thought Reese. Smoothtalking Sonny then said all the right things, and Reese gave him a killer lip lock.
Back at the reception, Nikolas demanded his $15 million from Tracy. You can guess her response. Lorenzo showed up to drown his sorrows and found an ear in Skye. Jax and Tracy were shocked to discovered their "better halves" were trapped together. "Must you screech like that," remarked Skye to a vocal Tracy. The doors were opened and Court gave a quick thrill to the elevator repairmen.
Emily found out about Sam's fight with Carly, as Sam nursed her black eye. Em was sympathetic and said "Don't let Carly drive you away." "Don't worry. I'm not going anywhere," she assured. Em lectured Carly on her behavior and her obsessing over Jason. Yeah, she'll listen, Em....
At the wedding site, Emily and Nikolas started to rekindle their feelings for each other. (It was so sweet: she put his ring back on his finger, they recited vows and kissed) Love continued to permeate the air. While crying into her food, Lorenzo returned to Carly and said his "resolve lasted about 30 minutes." At the house, Jason told Sam about the proposal, prompting an outburst from Michael.
Jax finally got to carry Court over the threshold, but the locked door closed again! Luckily, Court married the hotel's owner, who has the key to every room.
Ric and Alexis discussed how they can't get a divorce unless it was on certain grounds, like say, um adultery (Hi, Reese!). Speaking of whom, she and Sonny made love downstairs in her room bathed in a red light. And finally, when Lorenzo asked Carly to marry him. She said.... yes!
