In the park, Nikolas was shocked to discover Courtney was pregnant, and she was quite forthright in saying that it could be Jax's baby. Nik was even more surprised to learn that Emily knew about the pregnancy. Nik pondered whether they should tell Jax, but Court advised against it, not wanting to get the Aussie's hopes up until they knew for sure whose it is. Court began to stress out and split.

At Casa Corinthos, Alan lectured Emily that despite the fact Nik cheated, he could tell that Nik still loved her. (And if anyone would know about cheaters, it's Alan.) He implored her to return to her husband and get out from that dangerous world. Emily's backbone resurfaced and she stood up to her overbearing pop. Upset at her refusal to budge, Alan left. Then, Nik arrived to discuss the pregnancy bombshell. He apologized for hurting Em, but she was sympathetic to his plight. They discussed how Nik never wanted to be a father. Nik apologized for laying all this on her, but told her she was the only woman he'd ever considered having a child with.

At the hospital, Alexis tried to convince Ric that if Sonny doesn't want him involved, he needs to stay out of it. After he left, she ran into Courtney, who told her that she and Jax were ‘mending fences." Alexis slipped to Court that something was going down tonight with Sonny. Court went home, and Jax arrived with champagne. Court asked if he was trying to put their marriage back together.

At Metro Court, Sonny got a call from Max that Javier was in the lobby, leaving Reese trapped in the room with him. "I leave when you leave," Reese responded, vowing to remain and fight by Sonny's side. Meanwhile, Javier waited patiently in the lobby to make his move. Durant showed up, at Javier's request. Javier indirectly told him his plan to eliminate Sonny, and Durant responded, "Ask me if I care." Upstairs, Sonny was concerned about loving Reese, because love makes one cautious, and being cautious makes one dead. He vented about Carly's breakdown and vowed that he'd do whatever it took to have his sons grow up in peace. While Ric set up a meeting with Javier and Manny's father, crime boss Hector, Durant said he'd look the other way, but discouraged Javier from setting up shop in his town. In Sonny's room, he and Reese shared romantic small talk, until the lights went out.

In Hawaii, Sam told Manny she'd do anything if he'd leave Jason alone. She kissed him, allowing Jason to break free and grab the goon's gun. Sam stole Manny's gun and they got the upper hand. As Manny goaded Jason, Sam begged her lover not to fall for his taunts and shoot the criminal. Just then, the cops arrived. As the police took Manny away, he vowed that he would have Sam for his own very soon. After the paramedics treated Jason's wound and left, J stated, "This isn't over." After watching Manny manhandle Sam, he realized that the reason he learned to kill was to protect the people he loves from harm. He also realized that Sonny and his family are in dire danger and decided he needed to go back to P.C. Sam, however, refused to leave. Jason wasn't happy about it, but didn't force the issue. They both knew their peace and quiet wouldn't least, but they enjoyed it while they had it. They kissed, and before Jason left, he told a tearful Sam that he loved her.

In a lively, show-ending musical montage to a song entitled, "I Just Want To Live,", Javier's boys took out Sonny's men and busted into Sonny and Reese's room, while Javier and Durant toasted and Ric shook hands with Hector. (It really was cooler than it sounds!)

At Kelly's, Courtney confronted Emily for blabbing about her pregnancy to Nikolas, even though she hadn't. When Court finally realized that, the women managed to cover to keep the Cassadine heir in the dark. On her way home, Courtney bumped into Elizabeth in the park, where the women made peace about her relationship with Nikolas. Liz met Lucky at Kelly's and shared the news of her peace talks with her fiancé. They enthusiastically looked forward to their upcoming wedding day. Meanwhile, taking Liz's words to heart, Courtney located Nikolas and shared the news of her pregnancy.

Sam snuck into the bungalow but knocked over a lamp, alerting Jason's tormentors. Proving her mettle, she managed to knock out one of the goons and shoot the other, much to Manny's amusement. Following Jason's orders, Sam took her gun off Manny and handed it over. "Love wins out," he hissed, and then fired. Sam was furious that Manny shot Jason in the leg. Manny told Sam she could have a bandage for the wound — in exchange for a kiss. Sam reluctantly agreed, which further tormented Jason. Sam used her shirt to bandage Jason's wound, and spotted a screwdriver on the ground. When Manny pulled Sam toward him for another smooch, she surprised him with a screwdriver poised at his neck. One of the goons returned and forced Sam to drop her weapon. Manny then pulled Sam into a clinch, infuriating Morgan.

Luke confronted Tracy about having Vinnie Blue Eyes kidnap Skye, barking that he'd turn her into the police for her actions, but Tracy remained unnerved. She wasn't threatened and remained determined to get control of ELQ back. As Luke rushed out the door to save Skye, he and Tracy were shocked to open the door to Skye kissing her faster savior, Alcazar. The duo flaunted their attraction in front of Mr. and Mrs. Spencer, and when asked which man she chooses to be with, Skye picked Alcazar. They left together, and Luke was devastated. Surprisingly (not!), Tracy wasn't sympathetic.

Ric offered to set up a meeting with Ruiz, but Sonny refused and ordered his brother not to get involved. Sonny had a new will drawn up as he prepared to battle Manny himself. Sonny then told Ric how much he means to him, prompting a warm hug between the men, as a tear rolled down Ric's cheek. Ric met with Reese at Kelly's and filled her in about Sonny's plan to use himself as bait against Javier. Reese refused to let Sonny do this alone and volunteered to jump into the fray. Ric advised her against doing that. At Casa Corinthos, Sonny had a heart-to-heart with Michael, and Emily assured Sonny everything would work out. Ric met up with Alexis, visibly worried about the safety of his brother. At Metro Court, Sonny gathered men and prepped for the inevitable conversation. As Emily reassured a worried Michael and Ric fretted about the impending massacre, Reese showed up at Sonny's room at Metro Court. Sonny was upset but she refused to leave. She grabbed Sonny and kissed him.

Emily called Nikolas to the gazebo to tell him a secret. She wanted them to throw Lucky and Elizabeth their dream wedding. Then, she surprised Nik by suggesting he bring Courtney as his date. He initially refused, but replied he'd think about it. They agreed to keep their undertaking a secret from the prospective bride and groom.

At Kelly's, Brook Lynn found a pill on Diego and accused him of being the PCU stalker. He claimed innocence, but then reached for her drink when she left the table in tears. Later, Diego took a drugged-out Brook back to the Q freezer, and pulled out his cousin Sage's diary. Diego read an entry about how mean Brook, Dillon and the gang had been to her. He admitted to drugging Brook for mistreating his cousin.

Maxie and Jesse got into an argument because he roughed up Diego. Jesse told her his reaction was because of his sister, whom he had never mentioned before. Just as he was about to spill, miffed Mac arrived after hearing of Jesse's behavior and took him off the stalker case. After Mac left, Jesse opened up to Maxie about his older sister who allowed herself to be abused by her gang banger boyfriend. Jesse retaliated and started a gang war, which resulted in the death of his little brother.

Courtney went to see Dr. Meadows and requested a paternity test. Jax arrived and Court covered by saying they were talking about her foundation work for unwed mothers. Jax offered to underwrite her entire program, and Court was touched by the gesture. In Hawaii, Sam tried to persuade Jason to go swimming, but he was distracted. After a water-gun fight, he picked her up and tossed her in the ocean. Basking in their happiness, the pair admitted to one another that they had no regrets about their choice to leave Port Charles. Later, Jason woke up from a nap to find Sam missing. Then, Manny and two gunmen showed up at the bungalow. Manny asked Jason to make a move against him so he could kill Morgan in retaliation. They roughed J up, handcuffed him to a chair and Manny put the gun on his hostage's lap and ordered Jason to shoot. When he refused, the goons beat him, and Sam returned and saw the attack through the window and froze.

Jax went to visit Alexis, who was packing for her delivery, and asked him his opinion on baby clothes. She realized her gaffe and apologized for her insensitivity. He said not to worry about it and asked about his divorce papers. Alexis fumbled, claiming she sent them out, but he hadn't received them yet. Then Nik showed up. Alexis had sent Jax's divorce papers to him! Alexis copped to switching the paperwork to allow the men to realize and appreciate the ones they truly love. Then she barked to think about what she said and that she's hormonal and kicked them both out. Once she was packed, Jax returned with the papers and he asked her to "misplace" the papers for a while.

Emily went to Courtney's place and wasted no time in saying that she knows Court's preggers, that Nik deserves to know the truth and if Court didn't tell him, she would. That irritated Mrs. Jax very much. She said she'd be getting a paternity test, and Emily replied that maybe, maybe she'd hold her tongue. Emily went to Kelly's to make wedding lists over coffee with Nikolas. Court came by to talk to Mike and saw them together, so she naturally confronted Emily in front of her new man.

In a French hospital, we caught near glimpses of a beautiful French doctor. (Who could that be?) The unknown doctor went home to a cupcake, lit a candle and got a call from her Uncle Mac wishing her a "Happy Birthday." When she blew out the candle, we saw it was Robin.

Luke thought he was delivering breakfast in bed to Skye, but Tracy was under the covers. Over a civilized breakfast, she recounted how she arranged for her kidnapper, Vinnie, to take Skye instead. Tracy explained that to get Skye back, Luke had to convince Alcazar to give her all of his ELQ shares. As Tracy went to check on the hostage, Luke urged Alcazar to go along with the deal. Spencer promised he'd help Alcazar to reclaim the shares later, but Alcazar turned him down, claiming to have no interest in Skye.

At Sonny's, Courtney told Emily that it's not to late for Em and Nikolas and insisted that she doesn't want to come between them. Em said that she and Nikolas are getting a divorce and she's trying to move on.

Michael and Sonny shared a blueberry pancake breakfast at Kelly's before school. Sonny spotted Javier lurking outside and warned him to go back to Miami — or else. Later, Javier went to GH and cozied up to Alexis until Ric ordered him to stay away from his wife.

Sonny returned home where Court explained that she wants to take over care of the boys from Emily. Sonny called his sister on trying to reunite Emily and Nik in order to hide her pregnancy from Nik. Emily returned in time to overhear that Court's having a baby. Court left without realizing she was there, but Sonny saw Em and comforted her.

At GH, Lainey analyzed the stalker as harboring a secret. Jesse suspected Lucas. After Jesse's passionate diatribe about women who are victimized, Lainey and Maxie observed that Jesse is taking the case personally. Later at Kelly's, Brook Lynn and Diego got into an argument. Jesse, who'd just arrived with Maxie, saw Jesse grab Brook Lynn and charged him.

Lucas confessed to Georgie that he has a big secret: he's gay.

Manny awoke from his coma and ordered his henchman to kill Jason, Ric and Sonny.
