Jax pulled Courtney out of the bay, gave her mouth-to-mouth and revived her, as Helena watched from a distance. Nikolas and Elizabeth met Jax and Courtney at the E.R. "How'd this happen?" queried Nik. "Ask your grandmother," shot back Jax. In her hospital room, Courtney feared the worst, while Nik tried to reassure her that everything would be okay. Dr. Meadows arrived and told Court, "You've been keeping me far too busy." While the doctor examined Court, Jax told Nikolas that he's got to keep Helena on a leash. Dr. Meadows gave Courtney a clean bill of health to both her and the baby. Jax regretted leaving her alone on the docks, and warned Courtney that as long as she's with Nikolas, she's in danger. On a plane, Nikolas chloroformed his grandmother.

Brook Lynn freaked out at Diego when she learned he was the stalker. He called it payback. Just as Brook Lynn was about to storm out, he told her he did it all for his cousin Sage. They argued about all the teens' culpability in Sage's death. Then, Alcazar walked in on the exchange. He was planning to take his son to dinner. Guess again! Brook ordered Diego to spill or she would, so Diego told his father the truth — that he was the PCU stalker, and he begged his pop to keep him out of trouble. Alcazar was sickened by his son's actions, and told Diego that he must face the consequences of his actions. He ordered Diego to apologize, but Brook Lynn refused it, saying she'd never believe another word that comes out of his mouth. The Alcazar men then left.

Sonny told Reese's casket that he was sorry that he couldn't save her. A teary Emily apologized to Sonny for not catching her condition in time. Both took the blame for Reese's untimely death. Durant showed up, and said he respected Reese — that is, until she crawled into bed with Sonny. Durant chastised Sonny for destroying all the women in his life. Then, he questioned if Emily was his next conquest. "Emily Quartermaine is none of your concern," Sonny coolly replied. The men argued over which of them contributed more to Reese's death. Durant then mentioned that Reese had no friends present because she gave up everything for Sonny. "She's just another one of your dead girlfriends," spit Durant. Ouch! Durant walked out as Ric entered. "I was wondering when you'd show up," Sonny said. Ric told the casket he'd miss her. The brothers had words when Sonny questioned, "That's it?" Neither man would express their true feelings for Reese in front of the other, so Sonny walked out and Ric had a heartfelt exchange with the casket.

After Jason flatlined, Monica, Tony and Robin disagreed on how to revive him. Robin's line of reasoning did the trick, despite Sam's skepticism. Outside in the hall, Sam asked Robin to pull back on the treatment. Then, Monica and Tony joined them and Monica told Robin that she wanted him off the medication, as well. Robin reluctantly followed orders. In the hospital chapel, Sam prayed. Alexis was wheeled in to see the chaplain, and she and Sam had a nice chat. Sam filled Alexis in on the latest with Jason. Sam was tickled when Alexis allowed her to hold Molly. They talked about how Sam's baby saved Kristina, and Alexis sincerely wished that Sam's prayers come true. Later, Alexis and Ric had Molly baptized in the chapel, while in Jason's room, he awake and Robin updated him on his condition. Later, as Jason slept, he recalled more of his history with Robin, about how she told him she had HIV, and their first kiss. Jason awoke, and pulled Robin into a real smooch, just as Sam and Sonny walked in.

At Rose Lawn, Lainey advised Carly to behave and separate herself from Sonny. "Sonny rules your entire universe," Lainey pointed out. "I know what's real," Carly shot back. The women talked about Carly's life before Sonny. Carly told Lainey about her friendship with Jason, and Lainey countered that Carly is an amazing woman who doesn't need to depend on a man for her own happiness. Later, Carly invited Durant to Rose Lawn on the pretense of spending Thanksgiving together, but actually it was to ask her pop to pull some strings and get her out of there. Durant said no, and dropped the juicy tid-bit that Emily has filled in at home in her absence. Carly told her father he was imagining things. Durant blamed Sonny for Carly's problems. Carly then turned down Durant's request to move in with her. But then, Carly asked that if he does see anything suspicious between Sonny and Emily to let her know. Durant kissed his daughter on the head and left. A few minutes later, Emily showed up with the boys. (And little Morgan was dressed as a pilgrim. Awww!) Carly was happy to see them, but was very suspicious of Emily. Later, Em had to return when Morgan forgot his pilgrim hat, and Carly said they needed to have a talk. Carly then thanked Em for her help, and mentioned how easy Sonny is to fall in love with.

Still under the influence of Robin's experimental medication, unconscious Jason recalled the creepy DVD that Manny had sent him in which the tattooed freak threatened Sam. After Jason's violent outburst, Sam chewed out Robin for using Jason as a guinea pig. Sam went to Tony to discuss the surgery option and asked for a guarantee that Jason wouldn't die on the operating table. Naturally, Tony couldn't deliver on her request. Meanwhile, Robin apologized to Jason and asked him to please come back. Just then, Jason opened his eyes. Robin explained the situation as Sam entered. Jason said he wanted to continue the treatment. He was recalling memories, but everything was jumbled. Robin said that Jason was experiencing the same pain and shock that he felt when the incidents initially occurred, prompting Sam to plead with him to stop. Jason wouldn't hear of it, and Robin continued the course. Robin briefed Alan and Monica on Jason's condition and their plan to proceed. During the next round, Jason recalled his extensive history of violence, prompting his heart to stop. "Code Blue!" shouted Robin. The teens gathered at Kelly's and rejoiced that the stalker had been convicted. Dillon, however, was still skeptical about whether the cops nabbed the right man. Alcazar entered and pulled Diego outside, saying he knows what his son has been up to. Uh, oh! Had Alcazar learned Diego was really the stalker? Nah, he ended up chastising his son for his bad grades. Back at the dorms, Maxie invited Jesse to Thanksgiving dinner. He replied that he doesn't do holidays. In Brook Lynn's room, Diego vented that he's frustrated that Alcazar won't allow him to join his father's business. He politely turned down her Thanksgiving invite and headed out, but inadvertently left his backpack behind. Brook chased after him, but he was already gone. Lois called Brook and said that since grandma was ill, dinner was off. Brook went with Plan B: turkey sausage on her pizza with the Quartermaines. After she got off the phone, Brook found a lewd photo sticking out of Diego's backpack. Diego called, asking if he'd left his bag behind. Shaken, she said no and then said she had to go. On her way out, Brook opened the door. Diego was standing there, and said, "You found the photos, didn't you?" Gulp!

Emily showed up at the Q mansion and made plans with Big Alice for the Thanksgiving dinner. Alan and Monica were surprised that Em wasn't spending the day at Sonny's. She replied that it was an all-boys day at the Corinthos house. Then, Monica mentioned that Emily was neglecting her work at the hospital. Knowing her daughter was troubled, Monica advised Emily to talk to Lainey and if Em didn't call her, Monica would. At Kelly's, Lainey tried to convince Emily that she performed above and beyond the call of duty during the train wreck, but Em couldn't get over her guilt about misdiagnosing Reese's condition. Em left as Justus arrived. Seeing Lainey was upset, he told her that his grandmother Mary Mae had always advised him that in times of trouble, "Pray for grace." His advice made Lainey smile. Despite calling in sick, Emily decided to go to work, where Dillon showed up after having a fender bender. She agreed to check him out, while the other driver barked that Dillon was faking his injury. Dillon then collapsed, and Georgie begged Emily to help him. Em, however, stood frozen. Dillon came to. Tony walked by and Em had him give Dillon a quick looksee. Em recommended a litany of tests, but Tony said it really wasn't that serious. After the men walked off, Emily was shaken by the experience. She confided in Elizabeth about overcompensating with Dillon and questioned her medical ability.

Courtney got a frightening wake up call when she rose to find Helena hovering in her loft. Helena made a crack about her being careful during her pregnancy, and dropped a china baby doll, smashing its skull on the floor. Nikolas arrived. Helena claimed she was just there to wish Courtney a good morning. Nik didn't buy it, so, Helena admitted that she feels Courtney is beneath him and he needs to produce a Cassadine heir, but not with this trollop. "My darling, you will give me an heir, one way or another," she stated ominously before leaving. Court told Nik they may need to rethink their relationship. He countered by suggesting they run away and start a new life on a Mediterranean island. Court thanked Nik for the dreamy offer, but reminded him that their lives and loved ones are all in Port Charles. "Paradise is anywhere that I get to be with you," he shot back.

At the hospital, Ric told Alexis that he was planning Reese's memorial service. Alexis thanked Ric for staying by her side during the train wreck, and vowed that she'd stand by her man in his time of need, as well.

Helena ran into Jax on the docks and told him about her visit with Courtney. He advised Helena to back off. Helena suggested she and Jax work together to break up Courtney and Nikolas. Jax was shocked by Helena's proposition, but he did listen to what she had to say. He said he'd break them up in a timely manner if she left town. She was intrigued. Jax called Court down to the docks and warned her to avoid Helena. Jax told Court he wasn't teaming up with Helena, and wanted to win her back on his own terms. Helena watched the exchange from the shadows. After Jax walked off, Helena chloroformed Court and pushed her in the bay.

At her loft, Courtney told Jax she wanted to end their marriage, saying they shouldn't raise their baby in a loveless home. She asked for a divorce, but Jax wouldn't agree. Court accused her husband of trying to control her. She barked, "I'm going to be with Nikolas. There's nothing more to say." Jax told Court that Nikolas isn't over Emily, but she didn't believe that. She reiterated that no parents should stay together for the sake of the kids because it just makes everyone miserable. When it became clear he wasn't making any headway, Jax left. Court went to Wyndemere, where she ran into Helena, who told Court she was "useless." Courtney stressed that she and Nikolas were still together, to which Helena replied that she'd have to do something about that. Meanwhile, Jax went to Dr. Meadows and asked her to keep him included during Court's pregnancy.

At the hospital, Luke forbade Lulu from living at Wyndemere with Nikolas, despite the fact that she hated the idea of living with her pop at the Quartermaines. "You can take an express train straight to hell," she spat at her father before storming out of Lucky's room. Lucky and Nikolas called Luke on the carpet for his less than stellar parenting skills. Luke left, and Lucky told Nik that if Lulu asked to live with him again to turn her down. Liz went to talk to Lulu, who said that she doesn't trust Luke anymore. "What did I do that my own father doesn't love me?" she cried to Elizabeth. Liz replied that the reason Luke avoided her is probably because Lulu reminds him so much of Laura that it hurts. She said that's not fair and that Lulu deserves a doting father, but Luke's not an ogre. She advised Lulu to meet her dad halfway. Luke arrived and ordered Lulu to get her things. She told him off and walked away. Luke admitted to Elizabeth that avoiding Lulu over the years was foolish, citing he thought she'd be better off without him. Luke then said that he not only loves Lulu but was proud of her. Liz advised Luke to tell his daughter that. Nik turned down Lulu's second request to move in, and Lulu knew Lucky was behind it. Then, Luke appeared in the doorway and told Lulu that he loved her and pledged to prove it to her. He asked her again to come live with him, to which she replied she'd have to think about it.

While under Robin's experimental medication, Jason recalled memories of her and their time together. Sam asked Robin to stick around while Jason was under. Jason then remembered being shot at. Robin told Sam to brace herself, as the treatment could get a whole lot worse. Sam was furious that Robin "downplayed the level of intensity." Sam professed her love to her unconscious beau. He responded violently. Robin chalked it up to him recalling his violent past. Sam asked Robin for a guarantee that they wouldn't lose Jason, but Robin couldn't promise that. Jason regained consciousness, and asked Sam to take off the restraints. "I can't do this anymore!" he yelled, begging her to release him. "Keep me awake," he asked. A moment later, he nodded off, and recalled telling Sam that her baby had died.

Sonny was shocked to see Carly at the house playing with the boys. "Aren't you going to give me a kiss hello?" Carly queried her ex. Carly told Sonny that she had been released from the sanitarium, but he was skeptical. Carly then tucked her sons in to bed as Sonny watched over them in a warm family moment. Once downstairs, Sonny told Carly not to try and snow him: He knows she wasn't released from Rose Lawn, and he stressed that they'll never be a couple again. "You don't mean that," she replied, absolving Sonny from responsibility for her breakdown. Still, he wouldn't change his mind. Sonny told her to stop needing him. She replied that this was all Reese's fault, and was shocked when Sonny told her that Reese had died. "I have to love you enough to let you go," Sonny shouted. Then, Michael appeared on the stairs and told Sonny to leave his mother alone. Carly calmed Michael and said that Sonny wasn't being mean to her; she just wasn't ready to come home yet. The kid took the news like a champ, and Carly vowed to be home for Christmas.
