Lorenzo threatened Robin (again) for information on Skye and his unborn baby. Once Patrick found out, he asked Robin to go to Paris with him. (He was going to research the drug Robin wanted to use on Laura.) When Robin declined the invitation, Patrick made a mysterious phone call. Later, it's discovered that Patrick called Robert, who quickly came to Robin's side. "Be prepared to live under my watchful eye," Robert warned his daughter, after learning Alcazar threatened her. Robin blasted Patrick for calling daddy behind her back. In return, Robert blasted his daughter for blasting her boyfriend. (Get it? Got it. Good.) Later, Robert confronted Lorenzo but wasn't prepared for Lorenzo's mobster men army. Meanwhile, back at the hospital, Robin and Patrick kissed and made up. But after Robin left the hospital, she came across her father, bloody and bruised on the docks.

At the hospital, Liz received a phone message from Lucky pleading with her to call him. She did, but remained mum on the other line. Lucky assumed it was her and pledged his love, but she hung up without uttering a word. Later, Liz literally ran into Patrick, who she proceeded to discuss her marital woes with. Back in Lucky's room, he didn't have much time to sulk about Liz hanging up on him — Maxie came for a visit. And his little mistress had some surprising news: "We're pregnant." (Which makes Port Charles the most fertile town in daytime right now.) "I don't expect you to do anything," Maxie sighed. "I just wanted you to know." Later, Lucky left rehab in search of Liz. Meanwhile, Liz discussed her pregnancy with Georgie and her disdain for Maxie.

Over in the World of Nikolas, Crazy Colleen insured that Nik would be in a horsing accident. He was, and he pulled a ligament in his knee, which meant bed rest. Colleen let Nik believe that Helena caused his "accident," but later, while alone with Baby Spencer, she told the tot of her planned future with him and Nikolas. "If Helena should interfere, God help her," Crazy Colleen warned.... Over at Jason's, Carly and Jason discussed the possibility that Jason fathered Liz's baby. Of course Carly wasn't pleased with this and reminded Jason how hurt Sam would be if it was indeed true. Jason wasn't sure what to do with the situation. Carly advised her pal to think of himself for once, instead of constantly doing things he thinks are best for everyone else. Later, Jason summoned Liz to his penthouse. "If the baby is mine...I would marry you," Jason assured Liz. (Not sure that's exactly what Carly meant, Jase!) Meanwhile, back at Sonny's house, Carly overheard Bernie stating they had to keep her there, so she called and invited Jax over. She planned to make herself at home.

Lulu came out of Laura's room to chat with Dillon (still the J. Crew Q version) about their lack of direction since her procedure. Dillon scoffed at how he'd been "Dillon the art house rebel," and then told Lulu other people had fallen victim to the Enduro condoms. He wanted Lulu to help with the cover-up process. "Forget it!" she cried, before going across the compound to see Lucky. She was wary of her bro after his reaction to her abortion, but he told her, "You were going through your own hell. I was making it worse," and hugged her. She cheered him getting help but was shocked to hear that Liz is pregnant. Still, she was happy for Lucky and the siblings bonded and hugged again. Back at Kelly's, Georgie and J. Crew Dillon decided to go take a walk and Lulu saw them looking all happy.

At Wyndemere, Alfred told Nikolas about a "private matter": someone had tried to kill him. Colleen and her Vulcan eyebrows eavesdropped as Emily joined them and got updated on Alfred's suspicions. Coll listened to the gang accuse Helena of trying to off Alfred. Just when Emily hinted that someone else could be responsible, Colleen emerged, making up a story about Helena trying to see Spencer. Alarmed, Nik cautioned Emily against going to a conference in Greece alone. They could go as a group! Alfred and Colleen nixed the idea. When Coll suggested Nik and Em use the trip as a reunion vacation, Alfred boggled at her and Nik got all embarrassed. Emily didn't want to rush into anything, but they could still hang out in Athens. Colleen was not happy to hear her reverse psychology not reversing. Later, she popped up behind Nik with a knife!

At Kelly's, Ric admired newspaper headlines about himself and arranged a pickup time at GH for Alexis. He ran into Carly and snarking ensued. Ric thanked Carly for helping push Alexis to get chemo but she wasn't havin' it. "You want to clean up Port Charles? Try arresting the local psycho: yourself!" Lorenzo walked up in time to hear Carly mention the Panic Room and tell Ric she hoped Jason made him pay. Rick then got jumped in broad daylight by Alcazar's goons. Lorenzo wanted to discuss his success and "the consequence of your failure." Back at Kelly's, Mike was surprised to hear Carly was staying at Sonny's. (Mike was still bitter about Jax's treatment of Courtney.) Nearby, Lorenzo told Ric to make sure the law looks the other way while he moves his "product" (hair gel?). "You can be removed," he warned. Cue the threats! Later, Lorenzo kept trying to track down Skye.

Elizabeth admitted to Jason that her baby could be his. In rehab, Lucky wrote to Elizabeth, but ripped up the draft. He dialed and left her a message instead. Elizabeth told Jason about the Enduro condom disaster and how she was getting a paternity test. "So the baby could be Lucky's or mine?" (That sounds so sorted, Jason!) Liz kvetched about Lucky as Jason processed. Meanwhile, Georgie caught Maxie with her pregnancy test all spread out. Back at the ol' Morgan Manse, Jason talked about the kind of life he'd give a child. Michael and Morgan were stable, pointed out Elizabeth. (Does she not remember AJ and the pillow?) And Lucky's addiction had turned Cam's life upside down. Georgie blasted Maxie, "A baby is the last thing you need! You better pray that test comes out negative!" Elizabeth noted that Lucky wanted to clean up for the new baby, "But what about Cameron? What about me? Are we not worth getting sober for?" Jason assured her that she, Cameron and the baby would be okay and offered to help financially — even if the baby was Lucky's and despite Sam. At GH, Epiphany told an erratic Liz, "It's about time!" she told Jason he could be her baby's daddy. Of course, Carly overheard. In other baby news, Maxie checked out her test results and grinned. Elizabeth got the message Lucky had left her as Lucky stared at a picture of their family. When the phone rang, he lunged for it. "Elizabeth?" Jason and Bernie were talking about Da Bizness, Alcazar, and Ric when Carly burst in needing to talk to Jason alone. "So, I hear there's a possibility you're going to be a father..."

On the docks, business went bad between Jason and Lorenzo, so much so that Lorenzo pulled a gun on his rival. No worries, Jason fans, he wasn't shot. Lorenzo wanted Jason to know he was serious. Meanwhile, at the hospital, little Cameron told Emily that Liz is pregnant, and Em was hurt her BFF didn't tell her. Liz had a good reason for staying mum: "I may be pregnant with your brother's baby," she revealed. Elizabeth spilled about the affair with Jason, and Emily urged her pal to tell Jason the baby could be his. Later, Liz gave Jason a call (while Lorenzo eavesdropped) and wanted to meet him. Later, Emily went to visit her brother and Jason asked Em if he knew why Liz seemed upset. Em remained zip, and when Liz eventually arrived, she informed Jason herself that she told Emily about their affair. While discussing their night of passion again, Jason asked Elizabeth: What if the baby she was carrying was his?

Lucky visited his mother to tell her about going to rehab and that Liz was preggers. Robin arrived and told Lucky about an upcoming experimental treatment they were doing on Laura, and Lucky was hopeful he'd get his mother back. Later, Robin and Patrick argued over that experimental treatment. Soon after, they shared a tender moment, but they were interrupted when Lorenzo came and threatened Robin. He wanted her to tell Robert that he wanted his child. After said threat, the mobster exited. Later, Robin overheard Patrick advise Luke against the experimental treatment and the duo fought again.

At Kelly's, Maxie was curious about which rehab facility Lucky was in, but Georgie told her sis she didn't know. When Lulu arrived, the scene instantly turned tense. Georgie begged Maxie not to act like an ass, but no such luck. However, Maxie got "Lucky," because Lulu unknowingly spilled where Lucky was. Later, Lulu exploded over Georgie siding with her sister and ridiculing her. After she fled, Georgie tried to explain to Dillon that wasn't the case. The two ended up discussing how much Dillon has changed since everything with Lulu happened. Meanwhile, Maxie went to see Lucky and wanted to get back together with him. Lucky was insistent that he wanted to stay with Elizabeth, specially now that they were having a baby. "I'm sorry I hurt you," he apologized. "Elizabeth needs me right now." He asked a very upset Maxie to leave, and once alone, had flashbacks of his time with Liz and began writing a letter full of hopes for their future.

Audrey relayed a message from Lucky, who called Elizabeth from rehab. But Elizabeth was angry that Lucky had not listened to her request to leave her alone. "You are pregnant with Lucky's child!" Audrey protested (Well...) and urged Liz to find a way to communicate with her (potential) baby's daddy. Audrey was comforted that Liz had gone to a meeting for addicts' families, but Liz responded that she did it for herself, not for Lucky.

At Kelly's, Lulu's sparred with her new professor, who accused her of not understanding the novel she was reading for class. She countered, calling him a coward for ignoring her in class. "You're too chicken to be challenged!" she spat. He accused her of feeling sorry for herself, and she told him about her abortion (after all, he was the only person in Port Charles who didn't already know about it). "Big deal," he responded. Lulu vowed to prove him wrong about her by acing his class. Also at Kelly's, Maxie apologized to Liz for getting Lucky fired. Liz insisted that while she wasn't "cool" about what Maxie had done — "As long as I draw breath, I will never forget it," she vowed — hitting bottom was the best thing for Lucky. Maxie wondered if Liz would take Lucky back when he got out of rehab. Liz spat that it was none of Maxie's business. Lulu confronted Maxie about her affair with Lucky and Maxie had a withering comeback that Lulu was actually quite the husband-stealing floozy herself. Liz recalled a snowball fight with Lucky and picked up the phone.

Sonny threatened to take Kristina as far away from Ric as possible when Alexis died. Alexis refused to be baited though, and coolly stated that Sonny would never take Kristina away from the only home she'd ever known. Meanwhile, Carly told Jax that she had heard him say, "I love you," when he thought she was sleeping. He told her again now that she was conscious and she replied that she loved him too. They kissed happily. "That wasn't so hard, just wondering what took us so long," beamed Jax, but Carly immediately wondered that something bad would happen. Jax assured her that everything was fine. Carly received a phone call from Sonny, who filled Carly in on the Alexis situation. Carly went to the hospital, and she and Sonny pretended to have reconciled for Alexis' benefit. "I support you 100%," claimed Carly before launching into a speech about how happy she would be to become Kristina's "new mommy." Alexis responded that Carly wouldn't raise her daughter and kicked them out. Carly explained to Jax what had gone down at the hospital, and while he didn't like her methods, he approved of Carly's intent. Carly and Jax began to make love.

Sam called Jason and asked him to meet her just as he was learning of a business crisis. Sam, however, convinced him that she needed to see him immediately. Ric made assurances to the charity director of Kristina's school that they would make a donation and put his hand on Sam's leg to get a rise out of Jason, who had just arrived. Ric's plan worked when Jason stormed out, but Sam followed him. She told Jason that she didn't have the energy to deal with their back-and-forth any longer. Jason left. Meanwhile, Ric tried to convince Alcazar that their relationship was mutually beneficial, but Alcazar claimed Ric needed him more than he needed Ric. At the hospital, Alexis overheard Sam and Ric arguing about him putting the moves on her in front of Jason. Alexis announced that she had decided to undergo chemo and Sam and Ric needed to make nice for her sake. Meanwhile, Jason wanted to leave town to deal with the business crisis, but Sonny refused to let Jason run from Sam.

Sonny, Michael and Morgan played with a balky robot when Carly came downstairs, dressed to the nines. Jax (mysteriously) appeared at the study door to pick up Carly, then fixed the robot. He revealed Alexis' decision to forgo chemo. He told her the family would support any decision she made. Sonny was aghast that he didn't bully and threaten her. Sonny wondered if she had some alternative therapy in mind? And where's Ric? If you love someone you do everything possible to save them. Later, Jax revealed he riled up Sonny on purpose. Seeing Alexis made him want to enjoy every day like it's his last. She recalled hearing him say he loved her on their first night together. He said, "I still love you."

Alexis told Epiphany she's refusing chemotherapy, and wants to know if it's "as bad as they say." Epiphany said she knows from personal experience that it is: She had breast cancer, but beat it for the sake of her child. Meanwhile, Nikolas asked Elizabeth if she could take back Lucky if he gets clean. She said her marriage is over, and the baby doesn't change anything. She's neglected her family, friends and job for Lucky, only to get pain in return. But she still loves him. Later, Patrick met Liz outside the addictions group meeting room, and escorted her inside. Nik went to Alexis and filled her in on Lucky's situation. Alexis said she feared the chemo would kill her before the cancer. She's looking for alternatives for the sake of her children. He told her it makes no sense to refuse chemo. Later, Sonny demanded that if he can take medication for the sake of his kids, so can she; she's just being selfish. In fact, if she doesn't take chemo, he'll take Kristina away and let Alexis die.

Alcazar warned Ric not to hit on Sam, but Ric said Jason cannot kill him because he's Sonny's brother. He'll use Sam to provoke Jason and make him careless, at which point Alcazar can kill him, then Sonny's organization will collapse. Sam, meanwhile, was telling Jason she wants to get past their problems when Ric called to summon her to a meeting with Kristina's teacher. Jason went to see Sonny on business. Sonny doesn't want war with Alcazar now because Alexis is sick, and the World's Most Sensitive Gangster is concerned that if Alexis dies his daughter will look at him like a stranger. Jason suggested it's time Ric disappeared, but Sonny pointed out that won't change what happened with Sam. Jason asked Sonny to think about it anyway.

Emily found Edward drinking at the Metro Court because ELQ is facing that class-action lawsuit over the Enduro condoms. Edward lamented how he used to own this town. Quartermaines never used to hide and cut deals with mobsters. He obsessed over Skye disappearing and Dillon's child not existing. When Alcazar sauntered in, Edward became disgusted and Emily had to physically restrain him. Alcazar told Diego wants to be a part of Skye's child's life, but can't find Skye. When Sam arrived at Metro Court she learned she wasn't meeting a teacher, but rather the head of fund-raising at Kristina's school. She wanted Sam and Ric to assume Alexis' spot as the top fund-raisers. Sam balked, but Ric was game. Jason escorted the drunken Edward out and returned just in time to see Ric clutch Sam's hand. Instead of pulling away, she turned to look at the glaring Jason.
