GH Recaps Week of November 27, 2006

Friday, December 1, 2006
Emily found Nikolas in the stables and realized they'd been set up again on their second anniversary. They reminisced about Luke and Laura's wedding, and discovered they'd been locked in! Emily found a hidden picnic basket and realized Nik set it all up. Outside, Alfred kept Colleen from interfering and warned her she will be replaced soon. Em and Nik agreed that maybe the tough times were necessary to get where they are now. He asked how she could forgive him for hurting her and breaking his promises. "Because I love you," she said.

Sonny told Skye he cannot trust her call for a truce. Skye defended Lorenzo. Sam and Elizabeth sniped over Jason and their illicit sex. Liz blasted Sam for escaping and endangering Jason. Sam blasted Liz for her questionable pregnancy. Meanwhile, the thugs put Lulu and Jason back in the room, where Jason plotted an escape. Dillon looked for Lulu at Kelly's, where he was joined by Carly and Prof. Pete, all fearing for Lulu's health. Liz called Sonny to pass along the tip about Jason pursuing the screaming girl. Sam insisted on following Jason — and ran smack into Lucky. Jason's escape plan didn't work, because Lulu didn't run — she preferred firing a gun. Luckily, Sonny's men saved them. Sam covered with Lucky by pretending to accuse Liz of helping Jason, then fled. Meanwhile, Dillon told Carly he still loves Georgie. She told him he must choose. Sonny and Jason quizzed drunk Lulu about where Spinelli went. She recalled him mentioning a grandmother in Oakfield, Tenn. Jason said he's driving her to Tennessee.

Georgie asked Jax to help with Dillon's business homework as her way to apologize to Dillon. Later, Carly met with Jax, who mentioned a pre-nup. He doesn't care about it. She suggested it could be a jinx — or a safeguard. Georgie brought Dillon the research material, but he was still worried about Lulu.

Liz told Lucky to keep loving his mother, no matter where she is. Lucky suggested naming their baby Laura. Meanwhile, Emily said she trusts Nik and forgave him a long time ago. He couldn't forgive himself, but confessed, "God, I love you. I never stopped loving you." He started to undress her. They kissed and tumbled to the hay.

What tipped Emily to Nik's plot?

Jason was well enough to help Elizabeth bring in groceries and a book about Italy. Meanwhile, a thug brought Lulu and Alcazar a bottle of tequila to numb their pain. Spinelli dove in, and Lulu reluctantly followed. Alcazar made arrangements to bring Diego to Venezuela for burial, and insisted Skye stay in Port Charles. Sonny burst in (nice security!), shouting, "You wanted a war? You got one!" Turns out Sonny wasn't just being stupid (blowing ANOTHER chance to kill ANOTHER enemy), he was distracting Alcazar so Stan could sneak in (nice security!) and bug Alcazar's cellie. Later, Spinelli distracted the guards while Lulu made a break for it, but she was recaptured. Sonny and Stan brought their bugging equipment to Jason's, and when they overheard Alcazar talking about the failed escape and plans to off Spinelli, Jason wanted to go, but Sonny ordered him to stay put. (So why let Jason listen to the bug?) Back at the warehouse, Lulu and Spinelli were forced to get drunk. Later, Francis called Jason with a tip about hearing a girl screaming on the docks. (The DOCKS! Of course, EVERYBODY goes there all the time!) Jason grabbed his gun and took off.

Lucky found Robin in the locker room (after she'd dressed) to ask if she'd patched up Jason and told her to rat on him if he shows. She apologized for giving the Spencers false hope about Laura. Lucky said there's nothing to apologize for, but Robin still insisted on pouting. "From now on, I tell the truth — no matter what," she vowed. Emily found Nikolas on the roof of GH (it was either there or the pier). He was fuming over what Luke did to Laura. Emily gave Nik Dr. LaGrasse's contact info, and Nik suddenly realized that Luke was just giving Laura what she really wanted. He remembered the love on Laura's face, and considered letting the feud with Luke drop.

At Sam's hearing, the judge was skeptical of Alexis' health problems and ordered her to get co-counsel before settling for her wearing a wig. (There's legal precedent; look it up.) The judge was incredulous when Ric didn't oppose bail, but agreed to release Sam into Alexis' custody. Sam and Alexis realized Ric expects to follow her to Jason. So Sam sneaked into the GH locker room to steal scrubs AND THEN headed for Jason.

Patrick was advising a couple on risky surgery for their son when Robin appeared and told the family their son's chances were "poor, at best." She later insisted she was just being "honest," but Patrick warned her to stay away from his patients. (She presumably went off to find some baby chicks to step on or kittens to drown.)

Maxie asked Lucky to go to a doctor's appointment with her, but he blew her off, so she went shopping online for what appeared to be maternity clothes.

Prof. Pete told Sonny about his involvement with Spinelli and how Lulu got swept up in it. Skye burst in and asked Sonny not to push Alcazar. Meanwhile, a drunken Lulu griped about Luke risking his life for nothing. She intended to go down fighting, so she slammed the tequila bottle on the head of the first man to walk through the door — Jason. At the safe house, Liz referred to Jason as the father of her little one. Sam burst in, and Liz told her Jason is risking his life to help her. Meanwhile, Spinelli fled and Lulu revived Jason. When they stepped outside, thugs were waiting for them.

Robin and Sonny reminisced about Stone on the anniversary of his death. She recalled Laura treating one of his cuts, and how much he enjoyed bungee-jumping. Sonny assured her she gave Stone the best summer of his life. Robin feared she let Stone down because she built up Laura's "cure" to be more than it was. She confessed that Patrick admitted he loves her, but she didn't feel she could tell Patrick everything about Stone. Meanwhile, Epiphany told Patrick she didn't know where Robin went, but she will tell him if she calls. Maxie eavesdropped as Epiphany said Elizabeth left early to celebrate Lucky's first day back at work. Robin lamented that Nikolas is avoiding her, but Sonny assured her that giving Laura and her family a wedding day was worth it. She turned out better than Stone could have imagined, so she should let herself be happy. Later, Patrick was leaving Robin a voicemail just as Sonny walked into GH and told him she needs help. Robin was flashing back to Stone and Sonny when Patrick found her. She explained about Stone, and he was unsure about competing with a ghost. She insisted she deceived the Spencers, so she's no longer handing out false hope. Patrick wondered why he fell in love with her right before this crisis of faith — but he's not giving up on her. They embraced.

Sam warned Lucky that Ric is after Elizabeth, but Lucky wouldn't hear of it, insisting that Liz will give him a second chance now that he's clean. Meanwhile, Liz warned Jason that his wound could reopen, but he insisted on finding Spinelli to clear Sam. Jason and Stan tracked Spinelli to a store, whose owner revealed he was snatched up — along with a "blonde cutie." Alcazar checked on his captives and was surprised to find Lulu with Spinelli. Spinelli boasted that he rigged Alcazar's computers with trap doors and wormholes that would destroy his data. This prompted Lorenzo to keep the kids around — until he gets certain safeguards installed. Lulu gave her condolences to Alcazar, who vowed to try to get her out of this. Skye summoned Alcazar to GH to ask him to stop the violence. He vowed not to make the first move against Sonny. Jason later stumbled back to his safe room, bleeding. Liz rewrapped his wound and scolded him for taking risks. He said it's good he's not her baby's daddy — which made her pout.

Alexis rewrapped her scarf with Ric's help. He warned her not to defend Sam. Alexis insisted Sam killed Diego in self-defense, and she warned Ric to get a lawyer to face charges. Later, Ric told Sam that letting Alexis represent her could kill her mother. On her way to see Lainey, Alexis flipped when she spotted Ric talking to her oncologist. He denied speaking about her case. Ric asked if beating him is worth sacrificing her life.

Maxie "found" Lucky at police HQ and asked why he won't love their baby — just as Liz walked in. Liz scoffed, and Maxie told him he's not happy with Liz, and Liz won't forgive him, so he should be with her. Later, Liz gave Sam a cell phone then returned to Jason. Sam called him, and they exchanged "I love you"s.

Dillon found Georgie at the nurses' station, and she flipped when he asked about Lulu. Meanwhile, Lulu assured Spinelli that Skye — the mother of Alcazar's baby — would protect them, because Alcazar wouldn't risk her wrath. Back home, Sonny told Michael how important he and Morgan are to him. Skye interrupted with news of Alcazar's vow, but Sonny was skeptical. Meanwhile, Alcazar told the kids they will be freed tomorrow. But Spinelli somehow rigged an intercom to pick up Alcazar's instructions to his men: "Kill them both — and make it look like an accident."

Jason deducted that Ric put he and Lucky against each other so in the event of their deaths, he could get Liz back. Liz didn't have a chance to respond, however, because Lucky arrived. Jason hid as Liz explained to her hubby she was in the loft to paint again. Lucky told her the news that he was assigned to find Jason and had to ask Liz if she knew where he was. Despite the fact that Jason was hiding in the next room, Elizabeth told Lucky she had no clue. After he left, Jason could see Liz was shaken. He assured her that she could tell Lucky about their affair if she needed to, especially since the baby was Lucky's anyway. Stan arrived and told Jason he had a lead on Spinelli. Liz wasn't pleased.

Elsewhere in Port Charles, Carly couldn't believe that Jax was reacting so calmly to her kiss with Sonny, but he flashed that Aussie grin and instructed her not to worry. Later, Carly set up a Winter Wonderland surprise for her honey. "Will you marry me on New Year's Eve?" she asked. And with a kiss, Jax agreed. Dillon and Georgie discussed — what else? — Lulu. Sam agreed to let Alexis be her lawyer, then warned Lucky that Ric couldn't be trusted. He wanted Elizabeth to himself. Meanwhile, Alexis went to see Ric, acting as Sam's attorney. He was concerned she was handling the case and even more so when she almost fainted. When he accidentally removed her scarf to reveal her balding head, Alexis broke down in tears.

At the hospital, Skye asked Emily about Jason. She noticed on Thanksgiving that Em didn't seem shocked Jason was alive. She needed Emily to get her in contact with Jason. If Sonny and Jason left Alcazar alone, Skye thought she could get him to agree to a truce. Later, Skye told Alcazar she wanted Lila baptized. He agreed to lay off Sonny and Jason.

Ric reminded Alcazar that they had to find Spinelli, but Alcazar assured him he'd take care of it. Over at Kelly's, Lulu and Georgie bonded over Diego's death. When Pete walked in, he congratulated Georgie on a paper but scolded Lulu for not turning hers in. When he received a text from Spinelli, he walked out to be greeted by Alcazar's thugs. Lulu followed and Pete managed to leave her his phone with the text from Spinelli as he walked away with the goons. When Dillon walked out, he questioned who was with Peter. Lulu lied and ran off, claiming she was off on an assignment for extra credit. Meanwhile, Pete was brought to Alcazar and told him he had no clue where Spinelli was. Spinelli was surprised when Lulu arrived instead of Pete. He needed her help. After hearing the entire story, Lulu told her new pal she knew Sonny and could go to him. As they were leaving, Alcazar's men captured both Lulu and Spinelli.

Tracy found Luke gambling on The Haunted Star and disrupted his game. She warned him not to leave Lulu alone in her grief; she needs someone to count on. Luke refused to lament his fate, because "Spencers survive." Meanwhile, Dillon told Lulu that Luke and Tracy are still married. Lulu was furious that Luke knew Laura's recovery was temporary, and she's glad her mother doesn't know Luke couldn't risk losing Tracy or her money. Later, Luke returned home just as Lulu was leaving. She shared her theory that he doesn't love her mother. He revealed that the minister was an actor. He loves Laura and the kids needed her, so he let the doctors bring her back. He pretended to marry her because that's what she wanted, and, "I'll be damned if I care what anybody thinks about it." Recalling her mother's unconditional love, Lulu forgave Luke — but still walked out on him. Alone, Luke brooded and knocked over the Christmas tree. Then walked over it to retrieve the angel. He cradled it, and started weeping.

Jax arrived at Sonny's to give Carly a ride home. Michael wondered if anyone's parents stay together. Sonny assured him he and Carly still care for each other. Elizabeth was relieved that Jason's fever broke, and assured him she didn't mind helping, because she owes him. Later, at GH, Epiphany scolded Liz for being late to work. Skye strolled by and overheard Monica and Alan discussing how Jason may go after Alcazar. Skye rushed to Lorenzo, who was mourning Diego, and warned him that Jason is alive. Meanwhile, Sonny lamented to Jason that he should have let him kill Ric. Carly arrived, and she and Sonny recapped Thanksgiving. She told Sonny to find Spinelli. Alcazar demanded Skye reveal where Jason is. She suggested he bury the hatchet — but not in Jason's skull. Carly wondered if she relies on Jason too much and Jax too little. She asked him not to get shot again.

Ric welcomed Lucky back to active duty and assigned him Jason's case. Alexis asked Sam to try to get through to the catatonic Kristina. Then she asked Ric to let Sam see Kristina without cops or guards. Lainey brought Kristina to Ric's office and explained how the child could benefit from backtracking with Sam. When Sam entered, Kristina flashed back to the shooting, started screaming, and hid in a corner. Lainey was happy to get any kind of response, but Alexis was angry and called a halt to things. A disappointed Sam left. Alexis later visited Sam in jail and said everything is her fault, because, "as a mother, I stink." Incredibly, Sam disagreed.

Ric went to visit Liz at GH and told her he reinstated Lucky and put him on Jason's trail. After he left she made a beeline for Jason to warn him he is Lucky's first case. Ric returned to his office to find Alcazar, who demanded that Ric find Jason. Jason, meanwhile, was confident he could avoid Lucky. But there was a knock at the door — and Lucky's voice!

Sonny returned home to find Jax, and they bickered. "You're not part of the family — yet," Sonny hissed. He's not going away, so Jax should walk away. Jax vowed to put up with Sonny. When Carly walked in, Jax said they were clearing the air, so Carly tossed Sonny out (of his own study!) and confessed that she and Sonny kissed, "but it was a complete accident."
