GH Recaps Week of December 4, 2006

Friday, December 8, 2006
At Wyndemere, Nikolas demanded an explanation for Colleen's decision to leave early. She cited that she didn't want to cause additional stress for the baby. Emily agreed with Colleen. Nik fretted about how the nanny's absence would affect the baby but Em was reassuring. While they were talking, Colleen went to the parapet room, where she had Helena tied up. Colleen told Helena that she planned to leave her to die and thanked the captive Cassadine matriarch for bringing Spencer into her life.

At the hospital, Patrick chewed out Epiphany for commenting on his personal life and she gave it right back to him, stating that he shouldn't be playing out his romantic drama in the workplace. Noah offered to lend his son an ear. Patrick told his pop about Robin's history with Stone. Noah recalled his own experience with loss and how debilitating it was.

At Casa Corinthos, Robin vented to Sonny about Patrick's accusation of her suffering survivor's guilt because of Stone. Sonny agreed with Patrick and empathized with her dilemma. He said she doesn't have to feel guilty for loving Patrick. Robin didn't want to hear it and headed to Jake's for tequila shots. Robin lamented to Coleman that she's boring and predictable. Just then, Patrick showed up and chastised Coleman for allowing Robin to get drunk. Tipsy Robin refused to leave with him and wanted to stay and do something crazy. Coleman jumped in and prevented Patrick from dragging Robin out of the bar. Jason punched Coleman in the jaw and injured his hand.

Dillon returned to Kelly's and apologized to Georgie for his outburst over Professor Pete. They lamented about their lack of communication and chatted about movies.

At the cheap motel, after Lulu's outburst over her abortion, Jason needed to take some aspirin. Lulu calmed down. She wondered aloud if her revelation to Laura affected her limited recovery. Jason advised Lulu not to drive herself crazy with "What If's." Jason said he has his share of regrets, too. He opened up about his regret over breaking up with Sam for her own safety and all the grief that decision entailed. Later, the duo decided to hit the road. They bumped into the hotel clerk with her baby and Lulu apologized for her earlier snippy behavior. Jason smiled and offered Lulu the car keys to drive. On the road, Lulu got pulled over for speeding. Things got tense as the cop demanded identification.

Sonny went to the lake house to visit with Kristina, who still didn't speak. Then, Ric entered and demanded to see his girls. Just then, Alexis came home. She instructed Sonny to put Kristina to bed so she and Ric could talk. Once alone, Ric told Alexis that Sonny is trying to kill him. Alexis asked Sonny flat out if the accusation was true.

Jax brought Michael and Morgan to see Nikolas and Emily at Wyndemere. Michael asked Nik to allow Spencer to participate in the Christmas pageant. Colleen entered and said good-bye to the baby. When she started getting choked up, Em took Spencer and Colleen left. Nikolas okayed Spencer's participation in the pageant while Colleen picked out baby furniture in a catalog while on a plane to Denver.

As Elizabeth left Wyndemere, Lucky pointed out she was under the mistletoe, but sensing her apprehension, he didn't pull in for a kiss. His attention to her feelings made Liz smile. Emily offered to accompany Liz to the hospital, which made Liz strangely uncomfortable. Then, Colleen entered with Spencer's bottle and Nik and Lucky went to get more Christmas decorations from the foyer. Colleen whispered to Spencer, "It's going to be a beautiful Christmas. It's a shame they're going to make me ruin it for everyone." The brothers returned and discussed the women in their lives. Lucky vowed to win Elizabeth back.

At the lake house, the sight of Sam, Jax, Michael and Morgan coming through the door in wigs warmed Alexis's heart, and actually got Kristina to smile. Michael asked Alexis if Molly could play baby Jesus in the Christmas pageant, but she graciously declined and suggested asking Nikolas if Spencer could do it. During the exchange, Kristina put a blonde wig on her head. After the boys left, Alexis selected a hair piece and headed off to the hospital for another chemo treatment. Sam volunteered to drive her and promised they wouldn't bond.

Before heading out to find Spinelli, Lulu locked herself in the car, withheld the keys from Jason and insisted on driving. He persuaded her to come out, but she accidentally banged his injured leg with the door. On the road, Lulu continued to pester Jason about driving but showed genuine concern when she noticed his wound was bleeding. They stopped a motel for the night, where Lulu gave the clerk heck for keeping her baby up so late. Jason called Lulu on her brash remarks.

At the hospital, Noah lambasted Patrick for scaring off his patient but Robin spoke up and claimed responsibility. Noah was shocked at her newfound cynicism. He compared her negativity to his alcoholism and warned that like his disease, that could consume her, as well.

Liz asked Epiphany for an additional shift but the no-nonsense nurse said no, blowing her cover in front of Emily. Liz confessed she saw a glimmer of the old Lucky but fretted about the future. Emily counseled her to have faith.

In the hall, Alexis's doctor informed her that he told the judge that she was in no shape to try Sam's case in court. She asked Robin for support, but Robin said she refused to lie on Alexis's behalf. Robin then launched into a blistering analysis of Alexis's prognosis, which left the patient devastated. Patrick quickly jumped in, offered Alexis encouragement and dragged Robin away. On the roof, Patrick pointed out this has to do with more than just losing Laura. It's her survivor guilt over Stone. She refused to listen and stormed off.

In her hospital room, Sam tried to comfort Alexis over Robin's discouraging words. Alexis vowed not to let the grim diagnosis bother her. However, she declined Sam's offer to drive her home.

At Kelly's, Maxie showed up in search of Lucky but he wasn't around. Georgie chastised her sister for her lack of ambition but Maxie vowed she'd get what she wanted ‹ and that would be for Lucky to love her. Maxie opened up to her sister about how Lucky treated her at the wedding, but vowed to hold on a little longer.

Liz's car broke down outside the hospital so she called Lucky for help. He got the car started, no problem.... Colleen told Nik she knows she's got until the first of the year but she wants to resign immediately.... Sam saw Alexis crying alone.... Lulu broke down in front of Jason about her abortion.

At Wyndemere, Colleen vowed to Spencer that Nikolas's letting her go won't keep them apart. Nik entered with Col's severance check and letter of recommendation. She apologized for her initial reaction to being fired and said this wasn't like a job to her, it was like being a part of a family.

Jax suggested to Carly that they go to Australia for the Christmas holiday but she said there was no way that could be possible with all the wedding plans to make. Jax won her over by reminding her that they need to focus on themselves, not a ceremony. Carly called the boys down to tell them about their Christmas plans but Michael said they couldn't go. "Why not?" asked Carly. "Because Morgan and I have to find Jesus," Michael replied. He was referring to a Baby Jesus for their school Christmas pageant. After some discussion, Carly and Jax agreed not to take the kids out town so they could participate in the pageant. They'd go the day after Christmas. Carly said she'd handle Sonny, stating he was sure to put up a stink.

Skye showed up at Sonny's house and demanded to see Lulu. Sonny said she wasn't there. When Skye assured Sonny that Alcazar wouldn't come after Lulu again, Sonny accused Skye of being naive. Lulu entered the house and Max grabbed her to keep her hidden from Skye. After Skye left, Sonny told Lulu that he had plans for her. While in the hall, Milo grabbed Max and chastised him for scaring Lulu. The men then bickered about Lulu and Max ended up slapping Milo. In the study, Sonny ordered Lulu to accompany Jason to Tennessee to find Spinelli, stating it would keep her safe from Alcazar.

At the lake house, Kristina was dismayed to see a balding Alexis playing with wigs. Alexis was further agitated when Sam showed up with Lainey for a session. As Alexis huffed, Lainey suggested that she put aside her grudge against Sam. When the therapeutic tea party idea didn't work, Alexis blamed it on Sam's presence upsetting Kristina but Lainey said Alexis is the bigger problem. She pointed out that after turning out Sam and Ric, Kristina blames her mother for breaking up their family. Afterward, Alexis tried talking to Kristina, but got nowhere. However, when Sam came back with Jax, Michael and Morgan — all wearing wigs — she did smile a bit.

At the hospital, Epiphany picked up on Emily's newfound happiness, and Em confessed to Elizabeth that she and Nikolas are finding their way back to each other. Em invited her and Cameron to come over to decorate the tree but warned her that Lucky would be there. Liz turned down the offer. Later, Lucky arrived at Wyndemere and gave Nikolas a helping hand with the tree. Em mentioned that Liz turned down the invite, but the gang was all smiles when she later showed up with Cam. Liz was happy to watch Lucky interact with her son.

Robin showed up at Patrick's apartment and apologized for interfering with his patient. She assured him that she'd keep their professional and personal issues separate. Patrick reaffirmed his love and happily accepted her apology. They then made up a few rules for their burgeoning relationship and kissed.

At Kelly's, Dillon grew jealous watching Georgie chat with professor Pete about literature and accused him of hitting on Georgie. Dillon and Georgie argued and Dillon stormed out. Afterward, Pete returned for a forgotten book. He and Georgie chatted and appeared to flirt a bit. Pete's compliments made Georgie smile.

Max and Milo prepared Lulu for the trip to Tennessee. She was touched that Milo packed her a lunch but Max accused Lulu of working over an impressionable Milo. When Max denied her request to have Milo drive, she locked herself in the car and insisted that since Jason's injured, she will drive.

Carly went to tell Sonny about their plans. They tussled, and Sonny accused her of trying to make Jax the boys' new father. He predicted that Carly would never be able to go through with her wedding to Jax.

Liz ran into Lucky at Kelly's as a steamed Maxie looked on. When Lucky asked his estranged wife to meet him for dinner later, Maxie busted in on them with news that they should sign up for Lamaze classes soon. Liz was suspicious when Maxie backed away as Georgie tried to rub her "pregnant" tummy. After Lucky left, Maxie chewed out Liz for monopolizing him. Georgie ordered Maxie to lay off so Maxie lashed out that her sister didn't care that the Spencers were pushing Lulu and Dillon together. Dillon overheard the charge and called Maxie a liar, then she stormed out. Georgie was peeved that Dillon was worried about Lulu.

Nikolas and Emily freaked when baby Spencer was missing and feared that Colleen may have taken him. Just as they were about to call the police, a perky Colleen showed up with the tot in her arms and Nik demanded to know where they had been. "I took the baby out to look at the stars," she explained. After Em took Spencer upstairs, Nik informed Colleen that he wouldn't need her services after the end of the year. She broke down in tears but Nik said that he has reconciled with Emily and he wanted her to bond with Spencer. Colleen pretended to understand, then returned to the room where she had Helena tied up. "Everyone in this house deserves to pay," psycho nanny seethed.

Suspecting that Sam was meeting with Jason, Ric showed up with police at Metro Court and wanted to search her room. Carly wouldn't allow it so Ric Caved, for now. Once he was gone, Sonny called Carly and asked her to meet him right away. After Carly rushed off, Alexis showed up and scolded her daughter for putting her freedom in jeopardy for Jason. Ric returned and announced he was taking Sam back to jail but she was surprised when Alexis backed up her alibi.

Sonny faced off with Alcazar, who was holding Lulu hostage. She assumed he was going to kill her but he said he wouldn't hurt her. Alcazar released Lulu, jumped in his car and drove away. Sonny admonished Lulu for being careless. When Carly arrived, Sonny asked her to help him baby-sit Lulu. Sonny had her call Dillon and lie that she was on a ski trip.

Alcazar returned home and explained to Skye that he almost killed Lulu. "There was no malice involved," he rationalized. "I truly regret that Lulu got caught up in this." Skye was turned off by Alcazar's business-like demeanor. "Now that you've shared this information with me, are you going to kill me too?" Skye asked but Alcazar insisted he would never hurt her, which did little to assure her. "It's the ugly part of my business that I didn't want you to see or know about," he lamented and wouldn't blame Skye if she took their daughter and left him. Instead, Skye said she will stay as long as Lulu is unharmed.

Nikolas and Emily basked in the afterglow of their lovemaking in the barn. Colleen the stalker nanny eavesdropped as Nik told Emily that his future is with her. They kissed again. Colleen entered and apologized for interrupting. "I had no idea you'd still be down here," she claimed. "I thought you'd be finished with the picnic by now." When she left, Emily commented to Nikolas that it was no accident that Colleen came in. Colleen listened in outside. Nikolas said he had some interesting information about Colleen in his study. The nanny hurried off and rifled through Nik's desk. She heard Nik and Em return, so she hid. Nik showed Em the file, which cleared Colleen of the mysterious deaths surrounding her previous jobs. Emily said her instincts must have been wrong, then. "Not entirely," Nik replied, then said if Colleen being there was a problem for Emily, he'd get a new nanny. They discussed Christmas. Nikolas asked her to spend the holidays with him and Spencer and said he wanted to ring in the new year "as a family." They kissed again. Colleen took Spencer to the barn, to where Em and Nik just had sex, and engaged in some crazy talk about how Nik betrayed her. "I'm going to do whatever it takes to ensure you're always with me," she told the boy. Back at the house, a beaming Alfred discussed the reunion with Emily. Nik came in, alarmed that he couldn't find Spencer.

Jason and Sonny rode along with a drunken Lulu. Jason wanted to go to Tennessee to track Spinelli but Sonny didn't want Lulu involved. Jason thought it would protect Lulu to have her out of town and away from Alcazar. Lulu said she couldn't leave town because before Laura relapsed, she made Lulu promise that she would prove Laura didn't kill her stepfather.

Carly told Jax that she loves how safe and dependable he is. He wasn't happy, feeling that translates to him being boring. Carly insisted she loved him and said marrying him was the biggest risk she'd take in her life because she was happy with him, which is uncharted territory for her. Carly got a call from a hotel guest, who turned out to be Jason. He said he needed to meet her. She went upstairs and asked what Jason was doing there. He explained that he needed to say good-bye to Sam and that Ric is watching Alexis's house.

Alexis was about to look under her head scarf when Sam walked in. Sam and Alexis had a terse exchange about the shooting and Kristina. Alexis warned her not to run off with Jason. Sam insisted she wasn't with Jason and wanted to go to bed, but Alexis didn't let her off the hook so easily. Sam accused Alexis of taking the case to get back at Ric. Carly called during their fight and asked if Alexis was making Sam crazy yet. Carly invited Sam to come join her and Jax for a drink at the hotel. Sam accepted. Alexis asked if Carly and Sam were sudden best friends. "I'm working on tolerance; you should try it sometime," Sam shot back. Alone at home, Alexis removed her head scarf and looked at her balding head in the mirror. She took a box from the cabinet that contained a wig and put it on. She laughed at her image, then broke down in tears.

Sam arrived at the hotel; Carly sent her upstairs, where she and Jason were reunited. He told her he had to go off to find Spinelli. She said she didn't want to be separated again. She begged him to run away with her. Jason said he would run anywhere with her, but first he had to finish the business with Spinelli, Alcazar and Ric. Downstairs, Carly and Jax attempted to make decisions about their upcoming nups. Jax confessed that his brother Jerry has been leaving him messages but the connection is bad, so all he hears is "help" and "jungle" and "pygmies". He said he wanted to go help Jerry. A worried Carly thought it sounded like Jane was somehow involved.

Patrick and Professor Pete chatted at the hospital. Pete suggested Patrick have an uncomplicated one-night stand. They had a heartfelt chat about Robin; Patrick insisted he had to help his girlfriend.

Ric summoned Alcazar to meet him in a foggy secluded spot. He revealed that Lulu knows about them and that Jason had her. Lorenzo said they needed to find Lulu and keep her quiet.... Later, Ric headed to the hotel and gave Carly and Jax a search warrant to search the premises for Jason. They broke down the door to the room Jason and Sam were in, but only found Sam. "Looking for me?" she queried.

Sonny brought a now-not-so-drunk Lulu home and told Max and Milo that she'd be staying there for a spell. "This is never going to work... People are going to notice I'm gone," she noted, then pointed out that she only has the clothes on her body. He told her to give Max her sizes and he would shop for her. Max warned Milo to leave Ms. Spencer alone. Lulu insisted to Sonny that she could take care of herself. Lulu told Milo she wanted to take a bath and could he help her with that. "How?" he gulped. She asked if he had something she could wear. When Milo left to give Max Lulu's sizes, Lulu made a quick exit. Sonny discovered her missing and reamed out his henchmen. Lulu hitchhiked and found it was her unlucky day: Alcazar pulled up to offer her a ride. Sonny pulled up and ordered Alcazar to unhand Lulu. A standoff ensued.
