Jax filled in Carly about Jerry's encounter with her boys. Inside the house, they confronted Mrs. Jacks about Jerry's visit. Lady Jane informed Jax about Jerry's facial reconstruction. At Jax's insistence, Lady Jane called Jerry and said she needed to speak to him.

In Nikolas's hospital room, Mr. Craig gloated about the leverage he had against them now that he had evidence that could get Emily in hot water for treason. After he left, Robin, Nik, Patrick and Em discussed their options, which were limited. Nik believed the key to getting free from Mr. Craig was to find the woman he heard Mr. Craig talking to. Patrick and Robin decided to go back to his place ("home", as he put it). They kissed in the hospital hallway.

Skye begged Sonny to hold off on killing Alcazar until she gets Lila back. Sonny agreed, then summoned Jason and told him that they had to leave Alcazar alone until Skye had Lila in her arms.

On the jet home, Sam and Amelia exchanged congrats about how great their show looks. Amelia then asked Sam if she was ready to face the fact that Jason "had to go." Sam and Amelia landed and stopped by Sonny's. Sam rushed to the hospital after hearing about Liz, leaving Amelia and Sonny alone. They started getting passionate, but were interrupted by Kate.

Liz came to in her hospital bed, stopping Jason from revealing to Lucky that he is the father of Liz's new son. A greatly relieved Jason summoned the doctor while Lucky explained to Elizabeth what had happened to her. Jason was conflicted when he overheard Lucky telling Liz that soon, they could bring home their son. Meanwhile, Maxie and Spinelli bonded with the baby in the nursery. Maxie insisted to Spinelli that Lucky is the child's father despite what biology says. Jason came by and gave Maxie the good news about Liz. Lucky then took the baby to see Liz and the trio cuddled. A relieved Maxie watched the new family snuggling. Lucky and Maxie talked in the hallway while Liz talked to Jason. She thanked him for not telling Lucky the truth about the baby's paternity. An arriving Sam overheard the shocking news.

Ric came by Alcazar's looking for info on Mr. Craig. Ric and Alcazar traded threats, but their showdown was interrupted by Skye's entrance. Once alone with Lorenzo, Skye swore to him that she was no longer allies with Rick. Skye got teary on the phone with the nanny. Alcazar told Skye they would talk about the future when he was done "finalizing some arrangements."

Carly sent Lady Jane back to the hotel when Ric came by the surveillance photo of Mr. Craig. Carly sent Ric on his way, then had troubling flashbacks to the hostage crisis, but broke out of it when Morgan came downstairs. Morgan spied the picture Ric had given to Carly and said, "Jerry!" Jax, meanwhile, showed up to meet Jerry (Jerry thought he was meeting up with his mom). Jax decked him and demanded that Jerry tell him what kind of trouble he was in this time.

At the coffeehouse, Spinelli's image on the laptop caught Ric's eye, but Jason hurled the computer at him before Spinelli could spill anything. Just then, Sonny arrived. Ric was furious, called the act an attack and told Sonny to keep Jason away from Liz. After he left in a huff, Sonny wanted to know what was going on with the hit on Alcazar. Jason filled in Sonny about Liz's predicament and said he'd get to Alcazar soon.

At the Alcazar estate, Skye brought Lorenzo lunch and tried to make peace. Skye admitted that she had more than her share of regret over the past few months and stated that they were both guilty of violating their bond of trust. She pulled him in for a kiss. He pushed her away and said they could have sex, but that wouldn't make him bring Lila Rae home. Lorenzo was still suspicious of Skye but she insisted, "You are it for me. The ball is in your court now." She said she'd trust him to do what was best and left.

After Jax shared a warm moment with Michael, telling him stories of his youth with his big brother Jerry, Carly sent the boy upstairs. She then told Jax that she doesn't want him making Jerry sound like a hero to her son. She resented Jerry for putting Jax in harm's way over the years when he traipsed the globe in search of his ne'er-do-well sib. Jax came clean with Carly about the fact that while they were away, Jerry had visited. Carly went through the roof realizing that Lady Jane and the boys kept that news a secret. She felt Jerry's presence was bringing danger into their house and she accused Jerry of trying to sabotage their marriage. Sonny arrived and noted the tension. "Don’t tell me the honeymoon's over already?" he smirked. Sonny dropped off papers for Carly's signature and the Jacks's shooed him out. Afterward, the couple acknowledged they had their first fight as a married couple. Jax assured Carly he'd never let anything hurt their marriage.

At the hospital, Kelly informed Lucky that Elizabeth's prognosis was grim and that the family should take the proper steps — one of which, she noted, was taking the baby home from the hospital. Lucky refused, stating that he didn't want Liz to wake up without her baby nearby. Kelly said taking him home was best for the baby's development but Lucky didn't want to hear of it.

Patrick explained to Nikolas that the reason the counteragent was effective only 24 hours was because of the dosage Craig administered. The doctors stated that their plan to up the dosage would either cure him or kill him. Nik demanded they proceed. After a few tense hours, Nik's condition improved. The counteragent worked. But, Jerry arrived and announced that he'd made Emily a part of espionage and if he gets arrested, so does she.

As Lucky contemplated his decision, Ric backed him up on keeping the baby nearby and assured Lucky he'd get through this crisis. Spinelli went to Jason and told Stone Cold that the baby needs to go home but Lucky's not listening to the doctor's advice. Jason consulted Epiphany, who conceded that even though Lucky's focused on Liz, he should shift that focus to the baby. As Lulu assured Spinelli that the Spencers would create a comfortable environment for the baby at the hospital, Jason went to Liz's bedside and told her his dilemma about whether or not he should come forward for the baby's sake.

Skye went to the coffeehouse and asked Sonny not to kill Alcazar. Sonny said he was disappointed in her, that she was once a strong woman who's now begging for the life of "scum." She told Sonny she wants Alcazar dead, just not until she finds her daughter. She explained her dilemma and asked for more time.

Spinelli took Lulu into the nursery to see the baby. She recalled her abortion and was hesitant. Spinelli convinced her to hold the boy and she did. He was enamored by the vision of the Blonde One with Baby Stone Cold.... Just as Jason went to talk to Lucky about keeping the baby in the hospital, Elizabeth opened her eyes.

As Carly and Jax enjoyed their first morning of marital bliss, Michael and Morgan burst in to welcome them home. Carly instructed her sons on their new bedroom etiquette and warned Jax that his impending stepfather duties would not always be pleasant. As the boys rushed downstairs to find the presents the honeymooners had brought home for them, Michael reminded Morgan that they were supposed to keep Jerry's visit a secret. After another romp, Carly and Jax came downstairs to see the living room a mess. After the boys cleaned up the house, Carly told Jax that Michael was testing them. Jax joked that he'd just bribe them in the future. Carly allowed the boys back downstairs and whisked Morgan off to a play date. Once alone, Jax asked Michael how he felt, "About this whole stepfather thing." Michael took a surprisingly mature approach by saying they'd help each other, just like Jerry said. "Jerry?" Jax asked. "Whoops," Michael replied.

At Wyndemere, Emily forbade Nikolas to do anything physical in his weakened condition. Just then, Craig/Jerry entered and announced he had plans for Emily. Nik vowed that Craig wouldn't get whatever it was he was after now and Em spit that she hopes someday Craig is put in a place where he has to watch his own loved ones suffer.

In Elizabeth's hospital room, Lulu startled a sleeping Lucky, who feel asleep in a chair by Elizabeth's bedside. Liz's condition had been deemed dire by staffers, leaving the sibs deeply concerned. Soon after, Ric showed up. He was surprised to learn from Spencer that Jason was the one who saved her. Ric asked for a moment with Liz. Lucky granted the request. Alone, Ric confessed he had planted the drugs in Lucky's desk months prior. He admitted to still being in love with her and thanked her for the faith she'd put in him. He begged her to hang on and promised to never do anything to hurt Lucky again — He just wants her to be happy. Then, Ric kissed her hand.

In Sonny's office, Jason told Bernie that he refused leaving town for the time being. Spinelli entered and gave Jason an update on Liz's condition (He'd hacked into hospital e-mails.) Then, he told Jason that he could check on the baby himself. Spinelli revealed the baby on a live feed on his laptop using a hospital security camera. Jason was touched.

At the nurse's station, an exhausted Patrick told Robin that he thinks he's found a counteragent, but worried that Craig had more mayhem up his sleeve.

Maxie summoned cadet Coop to the coffeehouse. As they kissed, Logan entered and interrupted. "How's cop school," Logan asked. Coop had to split and get back to training. As Maxie and Logan bickered, Lulu burst in and ran right past them into the office. There, she blurted to Jason that he can't come forward as the baby's father. Lulu and Spinelli argued over Jason's next course of action. Jason asked to speak to Lulu alone. Lulu said if Liz dies and Lucky loses the baby, it will destroy her brother.

Alexis arrived at Wyndemere to see Nikolas. She was concerned by his condition, but he lied and said it was the flu. "I have 911 on speed dial if you need it," she quipped. Then, Nik said he wanted to discuss his will. Alexis was suspicious and guessed that Nik and Em never broke up and that he's dying.

Emily met up with Craig and agreed to do what he asked in order to save Nikolas. Craig and Em went to a bank to open an account. Craig told the banker he wished to open an account in his "fiancée's" name. The banker advised Em that once she signed, she bore the responsibility of all the transactions made. When the banker got a call, Em confronted Craig that what they're doing is illegal and he'll have a hold on her now. He said do it or Nik dies. After she signed, he smiled, "Our lives and fortunes are forever linked."

Lucky ran into Spinelli in the hall outside the maternity ward and wondered what he was doing there. Spinelli almost slipped and called him "Baby Stone Cold." Lucky left and as Spinelli ogled the baby, he was caught by Epiphany. She saw through his hacking skills, knowing full well that his name would never be approved to be on the visitors' list and booted the nerd out of the ward.

As Logan chastised Maxie for dissing Lulu and calling Laura a vegetable, Ric showed up at the coffeehouse with Coop and another cop demanding to see Jason. He entered the office just as Lulu was leaving and realized they must have been talking about Liz. Ric wanted to know what Jason was doing hanging around Lucky's wife. Ric warned Jason to stay away from Liz.

Robin and Patrick announced to Nikolas they they developed a counteragent, but there's a catch — either it will cure him or kill him.... Michael came clean to Jax and said the boys had a great time with their Uncle Jerry.... Lulu went to Liz and apologized for judging her while Lucky loomed out in the hall.... Just as Ric was leaving, Spinelli appeared on the laptop to give Jason an update about his progeny.

At the hospital, Jason was dismayed to see that Elizabeth was in crisis. Epiphany and the team raced into Liz's room answering Lucky's calls for help. Elizabeth was rushed back into surgery, leaving Lulu fearing that her nephew might lose his mother.

At the coffeehouse, Sonny was convinced that snooty Kate was Connie Falconeri from their old neighborhood in Bensonhurst. Kate denied the claim, but Sonny hung up the phone and confronted her. Eventually, Kate conceded that Sonny was right. He then recalled their teen romance together as kids, but Kate claimed that was another life ago. Sonny wondered why she left Connie behind. Kate explained she needed to create a new life for herself, but Sonny called it a big lie. Then, he said Connie was supposed to run away with him, but never showed up. "Why?" he demanded to know. Sonny explained how he'd waited all night for her to rendezvous. Kate admitted she wanted to leave, but was afraid she'd be leaving her dreams behind and she feared he'd talk her out of them. They both noted that the next day, they moved on with their lives and the directions in which they headed were forever changed.

At the Q mansion, ghostly Alan counseled Tracy on her relationship with Luke. Just then, Luke arrived home since the storm had stopped. He was in the mood to make whoopee, but Tracy was feeling inhibited due to Alan's presence. Luke sulked. The phone rang. It was Bobbie, who filled in Luke about the baby and Liz's deteriorating condition. She told her brother that Lucky needed him.

At Carly's house, Carly's early return from her honeymoon sent Jerry into hiding and Lady Jane scrambling for a story. Carly stated that Jax stopped by Metro Court and that Lady Jane was free to go. Lady Jane, however, happily stated she'd stay. Just then, Bobbie called, and was surprised to learn that Carly was there. She mentioned Liz's dire condition and that Lulu was very upset. Bobbie suggested coming to comfort her and Carly complied. After Carly left, Jerry emerged from hiding and marveled at his mother's ability to be duplicitous. Lady Jane chastised Jerry, but did want to help her son. He vowed to take care of his problems, kissed his mum and left.

At the hospital, Nikolas was doing better and filled in Patrick, Robin and Emily that he believed Craig has a family and that is his weakness. Then, Nik got the call about Liz's condition. He insisted on getting out of bed to see his brother. Nik and Em joined a fearful Lucky. Then, Luke arrived. Lucky told his father now he understands how devastated his father must have been to lose Laura. Luke advised his son not to give up and have some faith. Lucky hugged his dad.

Lulu ran into Spinelli and filled him in on the dire situation with Liz and feared that if her sister-in-law didn't make it that Jason would take the baby away from Lucky. Spinelli found Jason on the roof. Jason told Spinelli about the promise he had made to Liz about looking after the baby if anything were to happen to her. Jason was terribly conflicted.

Carly sat down with a worried Lulu, but Lulu didn't give up the paternity secret. Lulu thanked Carly for her concern, then sent her cousin home and met with Spinelli.

At Wyndemere, Nikolas and Emily met up with Craig/Jerry. Craig informed Emily that she will play a pivotal role in the next phase of his scheme and stated that Nikolas would die if she didn't cooperate.

In the nursery, Jason found Lucky rocking the baby. As Lucky comforted the baby about Liz, Jason stayed silent. Later, Jason gained secret access to his child in the hospital nursery thanks to Spinelli's special skills. Jason vowed to never let anything bad happen to his son.

At the coffeehouse, Sonny was outraged at the pushy woman who stormed into his office demanding to use his phone. Diane tried to smooth things over regarding Sonny, but the woman, Kate, refused to budge. So did Sonny. Kate stormed off in a huff. Diane chastised Sonny for treating the famous fashion magazine editor so shabbily. Sonny remained nonplussed. Sonny and Diane shared coffee as Diane admitted she was starstruck by a self-made woman like Kate. Then, Kate returned with her assistant. Their car wouldn't start. She offered Sonny money to use the phone, but he refused. Then, she tried bribery. Nothing. Sonny replied that he was just trying to recall where they had met before. Kate highly doubted they had. He said no call until she told him about her background. "Where'd you grow up?" he barked. Kate told him Wilton, Connecticut, then she requested privacy about her past. Sonny allowed her to make the call but he refused to leave the room. As Kate spoke French to a designer, Sonny spouted, "Connecticut, my ass. You are Connie Falconeri from Bensonhurst!"

At the hospital, Jason watched helplessly as the O.R. team did everything they could to save Elizabeth and the baby. CPR worked on the baby, thank goodness, who began crying. Jason was relieved. Afterward, Epiphany told Jason that if he didn't find Liz and the baby when he did, they both would have died. A nurse brought the baby in to be with a sleeping Liz. Jason told Liz they had a son and picked up the baby and held him in his arms. Just then, Liz woke up to see Jason holding the baby. He handed the baby over to her and actually got emotional as they relished their parental moment.

On the rainy roadside, Mr. Craig/Jerry kept his hand on his gun as he assumed a fake accent after Lucky pulled him over. Lucky quizzed "Mr. Brosnan," who replied he was seeking out a sick friend. Lucky warned him a tree was down ahead and advised him to go home. Then, Lucky got another call and left.

In Nikolas's hospital room, Robin and Patrick worked furiously to revive Cassadine after he flatlined. The team brought in the "crash cart" to get Nik's heart beating again. Emily was relieved when Nik's heartbeat came back. Patrick still feared the worst was inevitable, but Em refused to give up hope. Nik was left unconscious and on a ventilator. "Fight to come back, Nikolas," Emily ordered. "You've got to come back to me." Just then, Lulu showed up. "My God," she stuttered. "What happened?" Emily gave Lulu an update on her brother, but left out the whole "Craig poisoning him" part. Lulu begged her older brother to pull through.

At the penthouse, Amelia pulled rank on Sam, who had asked to skip the premiere party. Sam said, "So, sue me," but Amelia stressed she wasn't being adversarial. She pointed out everything that was riding on her appearance and Jason would be fine alone in her brief absence. Sam suspected Jason was holding back something from her and stated she'd fly to Manhattan in the morning. Amelia wasn't pleased with that answer.

At the nurses station, Lucky rushed in and asked Kelly for information on Elizabeth. Kelly told him to stay calm. The placenta ruptured, but the baby was delivered by C-section and mother and child were okay. Lucky raced to Elizabeth's room where he found Jason holding "his" son. Jason reluctantly handed the baby over to Lucky as a tear streamed down Liz's face. Lucky was grateful to Jason for saving Liz and the baby. With a pained look on his face, Jason exited the room.

Later, Craig called Patrick to see if Nikolas was still alive. Craig then met Patrick in a darkened room at the hospital and the doc demanded the counteragent, noting that Craig must still need Nik for something. Craig kept Patrick at bay and berated him before handing over the counteragent. Once he did, Patrick rushed into Nik's room to administer the drug. Lulu was relieved when the drug helped Nik's condition. Then, Kelly passed by and informed Lulu that Liz had the baby. Nik woke up and Lulu hugged her big bro. After she left, the team told Nik that he's alive thanks to Craig, but they saved a sample of the counteragent so they could try and reproduce it.

Craig went to Lady Jane saying he needed help with a transaction.... Amelia's speech about being her own person did the trick and Sam agreed to take the night flight.... As Lucky marveled at their child, Liz was guilt-ridden and told Lucky she loved him.... Lulu met up with Jason in the hall. Jason looked devastated. Just then, they heard Lucky call out for help.
