Elizabeth told Alexis she fears Sam will go after Lucky. Alexis countered that Sam can't be blamed for acting out a little. Meanwhile, after thanking Lucky for helping find her cell, Sam was overcome with grief recalling the loss of her child. "It must be hell for you," he said. Lucky said Jake gave him a reason to get clean. Sam felt guilty for setting things in motion. She suggested that Jason and Liz have been sleeping together for months. Sam admitted being a TV star is more exciting than being a hotel desk clerk, but also really embarrassing because of the publicity. Lucky said Jason was a fool to let her go. Their faces inched closer just as Nikolas burst through the door. Later, Sam met with Alexis and told her that while she is ashamed that the truth about Jason is out, she's also relieved. Alexis asked if Sam had been commiserating with Lucky. Sam admitted it. Meanwhile, Nik was quizzing his brother on the same subject. Lucky said Sam simply forgot her phone. Nik asked how often Sam has dropped by since the secret came out. Lucky pointed out that Nik stepped out on Emily. Lucky demanded to know how long Nik knew about Liz and Jason — just as Liz burst in. Lucky demanded that Liz admit sleeping with Jason all these months. Sam assured her mother this is nothing like last summer. Nik told Liz that Lucky has grounds to feel hurt, but will she stick by him?

Sonny warned Spinelli not to call Jason "Stone Cold" or babble when he testifies. Spinelli mentioned downloading Alcazar's business records at Carly's request. Sonny demanded to know where Carly went, so he spilled the beans. In Venezuela, Jerry sent "proof" Lorenzo's alive to certain parties. Carly argued with Jerry's methods. Later, Sonny visited Kate to call her a coward for leaving town. He figured she scared herself by caring for Sonny and his kids — and sleeping with him. (It's okay if she wants it to happen again.) She said she needed to get back to her magazine. Sonny pointed out she's always alone and always working. She tried to throw him out, but Mac was at the door with a warrant to arrest her.

Maxie brought Logan flowers to give to Lulu, saying, "Tonight's the night." Logan said flowers and music are not his style. She accused him of stalling and "getting sappy for that girl." Logan bristled — and they kissed! Lulu told Coop she understands Logan because she has made disastrous choices herself. Later, Lulu served Spinelli an orange soda. He told her about the Sonny/Carly situation. He also gave her two birthday presents: He "jackaled" her laptop, and wrote her a sonnet (based on Shakespeare's Sonnet 18). She told him she wants to be with Logan. Coop walked in on Logan and Maxie making out.

Mancini the gardener told the court he saw Jason disposing of Alcazar's body, but was too scared of Jason to come forward earlier. Rick told Mayor Floyd that Mancini has a personal grudge against Jason. Jason pointed out that he would never "hypothetically" use his own SUV to dispose of a body. And, he "hypothetically" killed Lorenzo's brother. Jason insisted Ric coached Mancini. During a break, Spinelli told Jason about Carly and his fears that Sonny will kill him for helping her. Jason wanted a continuance to go after Carly in Venezuela; Diane laughed. Later, Diane cross-examined Mancini on the details of what he saw of "Alcazar's" body. She tried to cross him up on details like his clothing and whether he was clean-shaven. Then she demanded to know if he had a grudge against Jason. Mancini insisted he told the truth. A courier brought Diane an envelop. She asked for permission to present new evidence: "Proof that Lorenzo Alcazar is alive."

According to Maxie, what is the name of Lulu's favorite band?

Lulu broke her kiss with Logan because she was hearing alarm bells. He said he'd like to get her into bed, but not if she doesn't want to. She recapped her first time, with Dillon, calling it the worst night of her life. She was afraid of repeating her mistake. Logan was a huge believer in birth control, since he was a mistake himself. He praised her courage for having the abortion. He noted there's a big difference between being careful and shutting down. Lulu went to Kelly's and told Georgie nothing happened because she's not sure she wants to sleep with a guy ever again.

After the banker talked to "Alcazar," Jerry gave the phone to Carly, who was stunned to hear his voice. When the banker left to free up the cash, Carly threw a vase at Jerry and accused him of playing games. Jerry assured her Alcazar is dead — the voice belonged to a special ops comrade who mimics people. Next, they went to Alcazar's estate and stole old security tapes, which Jerry planned to use to trump up an Alcazar sighting.

Liz told Lucky and Sam that she thinks her testimony helped Jason. Lucky made her admit that Ric forced her to repeat that she cheated with Jason. In the courtroom, the judge allowed Ric to replay the recording. Outside court, Sonny warned a jumpy Skye that her testimony better help Jason, but Skye threatened to say Jason killed Alcazar. Sonny suggested he's a better "business option" than Ric, who will stab her in the back. Back on the stand, Skye admitted she found no evidence of foul play in the house. She added that Lorenzo often disappeared without explanation — sometimes as long as a month. In fact, she has no reason to believe that he's dead. Skye said Ric hated Sonny and Jason, mentioning the Lily impersonator designed to drive Sonny crazy. Diane asked if Alcazar could have staged the sounds on the tape to frame Jason. Skye said it's entirely possible. Outside court, Liz accosted Sam, and they traded insults. Liz warned Sam to stay away from her house, her children and her husband. Skye conceded to Ric that the killer could have cleaned the crime scene. Ric asked if she hated Alcazar for taking Lila enough to help kill him. She asked if he was accusing her in Alcazar's "death." Ric seized on her use of the word "death." Did she have any evidence that Lorenzo is alive? No. Later, Amelia testified about the thug Jason shot at the studio. Next on the stand was Donald Mancini, Alcazar's gardener, who said he saw Jason outside Alcazar's house, stuffing Lorenzo's dead body into an SUV. At Kelly's, Liz asked Alexis to talk Sam out of pursuing revenge. Sam went back to Lucky's to look for her phone, and they shared a close moment.

Epiphany blasted Kate for hijacking an orderly to run "frivolous" errands for her. Then she critiqued the skinny models and crazy fashions in Kate's magazine. Sonny arrived to take Kate home. Later, he physically carried her to the couch in his study. Max told Sonny that Michael reported that Carly is "helping Uncle Jason" someplace. And Jerry disappeared the same day. Sonny offered to teach Kate how to swim. Morgan arrived with flowers to thank Kate for saving his life. Alexis arrived with papers about Kristina for Sonny to sign. Kate said she never wanted kids. Alexis told Sonny that stepchildren count. Kate bristled and told Sonny she lets her guard down around him so she has to leave town or be swallowed by the "bourgeoisie monster." She said, "Kate Howard cannot exist in your world." "Kate Howard is a sham," Sonny countered, saying she hides behind Kate instead of confronting her feelings. She vowed to sell her house; he accused her of fearing that Connie will reclaim her life. He kissed her, and she fled, horrified.

Lulu joined the Quartermaines for breakfast, where she was presented with a birthday muffin with a single candle. Edward and Lucinda demanded to know if Jason could be Jake's father. Lulu said Elizabeth never told her anything like that. Lucinda acknowledged Liz had a paternity test. Meanwhile, at Shady Brook, Tracy lamented not being with Lulu on her birthday. Logan visited to ask her permission to date Lulu, but Tracy didn't want Scott Baldwin's son dating Luke's daughter. Suddenly Lulu arrived (still eating her muffin), and Tracy said Logan was asking for a loan. When Logan revealed his real motivation, Tracy warned Lulu not to repeat the mistakes of last summer. Lulu said Tracy doesn't control her life — and if Tracy hates Logan, he must be trustworthy. Tracy told Alan that Lulu wants to see the good in Logan the way Laura saw good in Luke. Later, Tracy told a skeptical Edward she needs to be released to handle the Lulu/Logan situation. Lulu went back to Logan's room, which he decorated with balloons and a cake. She thanked him with a kiss. He gave her a charm bracelet; she thanked him with another kiss. He asked if she trusts him, and she kissed him again.

In Venezuela, Jerry wanted to visit a bank, but Carly assumed he wanted to rob it and blew up. Jerry admitted he's helping Jason only to get into Carly's good graces, and explained he's trying to make it look like Alcazar is alive by manipulating his bank accounts. Later, Carly complained they weren't able to access his funds, but Jerry was upbeat because his intention was to attract attention. On cue, a bank representative showed up and threatened to call the police. Carly insisted her husband authorized a fund transfer because he's faking death. The banker insisted he needs to talk to Alcazar personally, so Jerry put him on the phone!

At GH, Robin revealed that whenever she's with Patrick she pictures Noah with her mother. Noah revealed that Anna cut him off because of Robin. Patrick defended her, but Noah stormed off. Later, Bobbie found Noah drinking club soda at a bar and lamenting how the Eli lifestyle is all an act. Bobbie recalled that he used to be fun. Robin felt bad for breaking up their parents, but got offended when she realized Patrick took her side because he wanted to get back in her...good graces. Noah met with Eli's manager and drank a toast. A booze toast. Later, he answered Patrick's call for a surgical consult. Chawing a huge hunk of gum, Noah recalled drinking, declined to scrub in and left.

Diane advised Jason to act civilized in court and suggested recalling Liz. Jason balked, but Diane wanted to make Ric look vindictive. Meanwhile, when Liz told Lucky she has to testify again he asked if any more secrets will come out. As Sam eavesdropped, Liz said nothing is going to come out that he doesn't already know. He decided to stay home with the kids, and when Liz left Sam came inside. She admitted that Liz was the reason Sam broke up with Jason. Then Sam asked if he would stay with Liz if it turns out Jake isn't his. Later, in court, Liz took the stand, and under Diane's questioning revealed that Ric is obsessed with getting revenge on Sonny and jealous of Jason. Ric got her to admit she lied to her husband about sleeping with Jason. Next, Skye testified, acknowledging that Alcazar planted listening devices. Diane pointed out that Skye's daughter would inherit if Alcazar really is dead. Skye lied that she didn't see Jason the night of the murder and didn't hear anything suspicious. Ric called a criminalist, who testified about the digital recorder and how the sound on it matched 9mm gunshots. Then Ric played the recording as Jason fumed. Liz returned home to find Lucky and Sam playing with the kids.

Robin and Patrick found Noah and Anna hooking up. The parents insisted they're consenting adults who don't need supervision while "practicing" for his Eli role. Robin reminded Anna she's in love with Eli, not Noah. Patrick took Noah aside and scolded him for was getting lost in the Eli fantasy — and worried that he was drinking again. Anna assured Robin there's no chance of getting serious with Noah because of her globetrotting career. Noah cited his liver transplant and said he's having fun while sober. He's finding reasons to live besides alcohol. When the concert is over he will go back to being Noah. He doesn't see a future for himself with Anna. Later, Patrick and Robin compared notes: They vowed to let their parents have fun and not take sides. Elsewhere, Noah interrupted Anna cleaning her guns, and they compared notes before making out on the couch. Robin, meanwhile, couldn't concentrate on making out on her couch, so she left Patrick frustrated. Meanwhile, Anna couldn't stop thinking about Robin, so she sent Noah home frustrated, too.

In his office...er, the PCPD interrogation room, Jason was upset that Elizabeth had to testify at his trial, but she had no regrets, even for the perjury. Meanwhile, Sam told Lucky she has known about Liz/Jason for months, and Liz had asked her to keep it a secret. Liz told Jason she would never ban him from his son. Jason wondered if Lucky can forgive her. She felt guilty for the year-long lie, but still fears Lucky will relapse into pill-popping. She said if Lucky throws her out, she'll raise the kids alone. Lucky was angry that Liz let him feel like the only one who cheated, and began to question everything Liz has told him. Sam also doubted Jason's truthfulness. They were interrupted by Liz, who wanted Sam to leave. Sam apologized to Lucky for not telling him sooner, and left. Lucky asked if Liz was visiting Jason? Yes. So he stormed out. Back in jail, Diane warned Jason that Ric might order a paternity test in order to impugn Liz's credibility. Diane pointed out the videotape was effective in proving to the jury that he's good with a gun. She suggested finding some way to discredit Ric, and also advised him to accept a plea bargain. Jason refused to consider a deal.

Jerry saved Carly from a hail of bullets before surrendering to the shooter. Of course Carly mouthed off to the gunman, which forced Jerry to wrestle him for the gun. Jerry ended up killing the baddie. Carly summoned the police and told them that her former husband, Lorenzo Alcazar, might have sent the hit man. Carly recounted being held prisoner on Alcazar's yacht, and voiced suspicion that he faked his death. She claimed to have seen Alcazar alive. The police captain said it looks like the shooter broke in and Jerry killed him in self-defense. After they left, Carly rebandaged Jerry's gut wound. He warned her that she will need a real bodyguard for what will happen next.

Sonny summoned an ambulance for the collapsed Kate. Later, at GH, Sonny told Dr. Julian that Kate collapsed after rescuing his son from the pond. He pointed out that Kate accidentally took an aphrodisiac. Julian checked Kate's legs and found a snake bite. Antivenom put her on the road to recovery. Epiphany noticed that Sonny mentioned knowing Kate 20 years ago and asked about it. She promised she isn't a gossip, so he told the story of trying (and failing) to teach Kate to swim at Coney Island. When she awoke, Sonny recapped about the snake and the rescue and vowed never to forget it. She joked about moving back to Manhattan; he said he doesn't want her to leave. She noted she never learned how to swim. They reminisced about Coney Island, then she passed out.

In Venezuela, Carly harangued a delusional Jerry for smooching her. He didn't seem to understand she wasn't Irina — until she slapped him. She went off to get some medicine, telling him, "Get over yourself!" She returned with thread to stitch him up as well as an array of drugs and the obligatory vodka. This was followed by obligatory snark and gunfire.

In the courtroom, Sonny and Ric circled like territorial cats and snarled over Jason's fate, opening up those old "Jason's a better brother" wounds. At Kate's, her assistant was horrified to see her post-Michael and Morgan disheveled state. Elsewhere, Lulu assured a bummed Logan that a little rain hadn't ruined their date. At GH, Robin was freaked out by Noah acting more Eli-like, as well as Anna's interest in him. Unconcerned Patrick praised her "ridiculously hot" mom helping Noah rediscover his adolescence. Back at Chez Howard, Michael ran on to Kate's property screaming that Morgan was drowning. "You're smokin' hot, too, in your own way," Patrick told Robin, who wasn't comforted. Noah overheard the speculation about his love life and said he'd "be sure to let Anna know you approve." In other romantic happenings, Logan opened up to Lulu and Kate rescued one of Sonny's kids and earned his kudos (like all those who have come before). Logan and Lulu bonded over yummy s'mores and Logan admitted being a jerk is his defense mechanism. She wiped lingering marshmallow from his lip and they kissed. Sonny returned to Kate's after having Morgan checked out and grounding Michael. Kate prompty passed out.

At the Spencer house, Elizabeth straight up lied to Lucky when he asked if Jake is his, adding to the count when he asked if she considered being with Jason for more than one night. At the PCPD, Sam demanded Jason admit Jake is his "or I will do it for you." Lucky couldn't understand why Elizabeth had let him "choke up on guilt this past year" while she knew she had been unfaithful. Jason threatened to reveal Sam's complicity in Jake's kidnapping if she spilled the paternity beans. Furious Sam marveled at his loyalty to "that lying, manipulative Elizabeth Spencer." Liz explained to Lucky about her and Jason both being "the walking wounded" and claimed she'd kept quiet because of his addiction. Lucky pointed out he'd been sober a year now. At the PCPD, Jason refused to let Sam wreck things and wondered why she was suddenly on Lucky's side. Sam cited "The Liars Club" as a bonding agent, told him he deserved all his secret pain, and stalked out. Ric visited next, crowing over the day's revelations. "Cut the crap," Jason hissed. "You can choke on waiting for your so-called victory." Meanwhile, Lucky choked on Elizabeth's explanations. As she claimed Lucky was her future, he noted Jason was always along for the ride. "Are you in love with Jason?" he asked. She lied again, claiming her night with Jason had helped her realize she loves Lucky and "always will." Across town, Jason's parade of visitors continued with Emily. Emily dubbed Ric a "slimy toad," and spoke of Alan, cheering her brother a little. Elizabeth then arrived to update Jason about all her lies to Lucky. "I'm starting to hate myself," she sighed. (It's about time....) Yet she admitted she would gladly go through testifying again if it freed Jason. Elsewhere, Sam dropped by to see Lucky and admitted she'd known about the sex all along.
