Tammy fibbed to Sandy that she let Jonathan into her room. Sandy urged Jonathan to let go of Tammy — she had made her choice. When Jonathan left, Sandy explained that he had turned Jonathan in for the theft at Lewis so that Jonathan wouldn't torment them anymore. Meanwhile, Nate questioned Jonathan about the money, and Jonathan refused to turn over the cash. Nate taunted Jonathan about Tammy and told him that she would never choose him. Later, Jonathan asked Tammy to hate him and make his life easier, but she responded that she could never hate him.

Josh asked Reva if she slept with Nate and confronted her with Frank's report from the employees at Outskirts, detailing her questionable behavior. Reva explained that she didn't sleep with Nate, but could have if she hadn't learned he was Alfred. Josh lamented that Reva wouldn't put him first and decided to spend the night at a hotel. While Josh was upstairs packing a bag, Reva found Alfred's receipts for a boat rental and called the company to determine whether it could have been the boat Alfred used to drown Marissa. Instead, she learned that the boat was reserved for next weekend and worried that Nate intended to kill Jonathan. Josh made an effort to make up with his wife, but Reva coldly suggested that they could use the time apart. From his hotel room, Josh hired a private investigator to tail Reva, as she made a call asking Nate to come over and retrieve the money.

The Coopers threw an engagement party for Gus and Harley at Company. Beth asked Lizzie to move back into the Spaulding mansion, but she refused. Harley assured Gus she wasn't mad at him for wanting to take care of the Spauldings. Lizzie and Harley decided to be friends again and Lizzie gave Company back to the Coopers. When a delivery of tulips arrived for Lizzie (Phillip had often gifted her with the flowers), Harley bolted the party. She went to Alan's secret room for Phillip, where a man was waiting.

From his jail cell, Alan asked Beth to launch a publicity campaign to lure Phillip out of hiding. He offered her a deal, help him with Phillip and he'd help her with Lizzie. Alan urged Beth to cut off her daughter and employ some tough love.

Jonathan walked in on Sandy and Tammy making love. During pillow talk, Sandy and Tammy heard a noise outside and went to investigate, but found no one. Meanwhile, Reva hoped that her relationship with Joshua would improve once Nate was imprisoned. But Josh pointed out that the stolen Lewis money had yet to be returned as Jonathan had promised. Frank came to conduct a follow-up on the theft, and a surprised Josh wanted to know who filed the complaint. After Frank revealed it was Sandy, Josh explained the situation to Frank, who went to investigate, and placed a call for Sandy to come see him immediately. After assuring Tammy that he would be back soon, Sandy went to the Lewis house, where Reva chewed him out for ratting out Jonathan, but Josh promised an unapologetic Sandy that his job was safe. Sandy explained that he reported Jonathan to protect Tammy. Frank came back to the Lewis house armed with questions for Reva about the extent of her relationship with Nate. With Sandy gone, Jonathan walked in on Tammy and announced that he had promised to give Lewis money back for her. But she didn't want him to do anything for her sake: he should give back the money because it's the right thing to do. After reminding Tammy of their earlier kiss, Jonathan backed down and told her that she should be with Sandy because he wouldn't hurt her, he'd make her happy. But Tammy told him that he had made her happy by agreeing to give the money back. Just as Jonathan was about to leave, Sandy arrived.

At Company, Harley hid the piece of Phillip's model home from Gus and lied that she didn't believe Alan could be telling the truth. When Gus explained that he needed to move into the Spaulding mansion before the wedding, Harley offered to live there with him.

Lizzie listened as Beth and Alex sparred over Alan. At the prison, Alan tried unsuccessfully to bribe his guard. Lizzie went to visit Alan and told him that someone hoped he'd never get out of prison — her. Alan announced that Phillip isn't dead, but an angry Lizzie replied that he was sicker than Phillip had ever been. Harley visited Alan armed with gifts (designer water and a swimming medal from Zach) and informed him that she might be the only person who believed Phillip could be alive. At the Spaulding mansion, Gus was putting up photos of Harley and sports paraphernalia when Alex and Beth walked in. Gus announced that Harley was moving in, to Alex's pleasure and Beth's dismay. Lizzie returned to the house and agreed with Gus that it was time for a change. Harley came to the mansion with her bags packed, but after flashing back to all of the drama with the Spauldings, she told Gus she couldn't move in after all.

At Company, Marina filled Danny in on her police training. As they smooched, the pair was watched by someone outside. Marina confided that her mom, Eleni, hung up when she called to tell her about joining the force and that people at school and work were treating her differently. When Danny went outside to put money in his parking meter (Marina refused to let him slide if he got a ticket), Danny caught a man taking pictures of Marina. Though Danny suspected the snoop of mob connections, he was actually a private investigator hired by Michelle to update her on Danny's life in Springfield. Danny ordered the man to tell Michelle that he is very happy. Meanwhile, Marina was tapped for a secret undercover squad, but asked for time to consider the offer. Later, Marina accepted the assignment and Danny left a message for Michelle.

Sandy filed a police report, accusing Jonathan of stealing from Lewis. Meanwhile, Olivia and Josh suspected Jonathan of working with Alfred, but Reva wouldn't believe it of her son. Reva left to find Jonathan, but though Bill followed her, she didn't fill Olivia and Joshua in on her decision to search for Jonathan. Meanwhile, at the Lewis house, Jonathan and Tammy's kiss turned heated until a call on her cell phone broke the moment. A horrified Tammy pulled away. Jonathan begged her not to leave upset, but she fled just as Bill and Reva arrived. When Olivia and Joshua showed up, Bill informed them that Reva needed alone time with Jonathan. She urged Jonathan to tell the police that Nate killed Marissa. He agreed, but first, there was something he needed to take care of. Reva told Josh that she had finally gotten through to Jonathan, but Josh doubted the soundness of her plan. Meanwhile, Sandy showed up at Tammy's room, but when he began a vague apology for ratting out Jonathan, she announced that she should apologize for being less than he deserves. She kissed him and asked Sandy to make love to her. As things grew hot and heavy, Jonathan arrived and spotted them in bed.

Bill took Olivia to the construction site for Harley's house to remind her that though her sister was gone, she still had a future with him and Emma. But Olivia lamented that with her sister gone, there were parts of her childhood that she would never speak of again.

Alan took Harley and Frank to the secret room where he was keeping Phillip and Mallet arrived to check out the room as well. However, the boardroom was empty and Phillip and his staff nowhere to be found. Though the others remained skeptical, Harley thought he might be telling the truth about Phillip. Alan ran away and Frank shot at him, but missed. Mallet was able to cuff Alan and Frank took him out to the squad car. Harley and Mallet went to Company where Buzz warned Mallet not to encourage Harley's suspicions that Phillip might be alive. Harley returned to Alan's private room and found a piece of Phillip's model of Springfield.

Jonathan arrived at Tammy's room and announced that he needed to hide out and told her about the money he stole from Lewis. Tammy agreed to let him stay there, but tried to convince Jonathan to give back the cash. Meanwhile, Reva received a package for Jonathan: Marissa's belongings. Reva got a call from Tammy, who told her Jonathan's whereabouts and she went to the hotel room with Joshua, Olivia and Bill. But just as they were preparing to go through Marissa's things together, Alfred arrived. Though Jonathan attempted to convince everyone that Nate killed Marissa, Olivia announced she holds Jonathan party responsible and he stormed off. He found Tammy and berated her for giving him up to the family, but she insisted she was just trying to help him. As they argued, the half-cousins kissed (obviously still hot for each other). Meanwhile Nate revealed to Reva, Josh, Olivia and Bill that he hired a bodyguard to protect him.

Alex went to Company and asked Buzz to listen to her explanation for keeping Alan's secret, but he refused. Alex visited her brother in his cell and Alan confessed the truth about hiding Phillip. However, Alex told Frank she believes Alan to be insane.

At Company, Dinah complained about the discomfort of faking a pregnancy, but Tammy, Blake and Mel overheard and assumed she was talking about wanting to get rid of the baby. Cassie and Jeffrey arrived for the surprise baby shower (His excuse for wanting to go to the restaurant? A craving for a Buzz burger). The women confronted Dinah about what they overheard and she covered that the pregnancy was more difficult than she anticipated. Cassie invited Dinah to stay for the shower and she agreed. Beth and Mel had an awkward conversation about Rick. Cassie made a toast to Dinah. Outside, Beth warned Cassie not to give her heart to Jeffrey.

Lizzie and Coop rented a hotel room for some alone time, but she stalled after they started kissing. As she raided the mini-bar and put on music, Coop wondered if Lizzie was a virgin, but she denied it and hid in the closet. When she wouldn't come out, Coop talked through the door and eventually she ran into his arms. Just as things heated up, Gus arrived with the announcement that he had rented Rick's garage apartment for her.

Alan announced to Harley and Gus that Phillip is alive. Harley suspected that Alan was crazy, but Gus thought he could be preparing an insanity defense. Alan detailed what happened the night of the murder, but Gus and Harley walked out on him. When Gus left, Harley went back to Alan's jail cell where he offered her a deal: get him out of prison, and he would take her to Phillip. She agreed and Jeffrey arranged the trip.
