Weepy Michelle insisted Danny helped her deliver her baby, and she's alive. "It just doesn't make sense," she cried. "I can still hear her cry." Also weeping, Marina told Rick that Danny just told Michelle the truth. Danny tried to explain the accident, but Michelle would have none of it. "If I lost my baby, don't you think I would know it? I don't feel it," she said. Danny assured her she had lost a lot of blood and wasn't thinking clearly. Michelle pointed out the child could have been his, and now she felt guilty for being in the car. But she was searching for Danny to tell him about the baby. At that moment, Marina brought in Robbie, who asked if Michelle would stay home "this time." Rick took Robbie for a soda while Michelle admitted she doesn't belong here anymore. Danny suggested Robbie will always need his mother. Marina vowed to Robbie: "I will do anything for you and your dad." Michelle gravely told Danny some things never change: "I never stopped loving you."

At the farmhouse, Jeffrey took family photos as Edmund fumed. Ross arrived with a mustache, Blake and flowers, asking about Dinah — who was, at that moment trying to pick the lock of her prison. Ross was suspicious of Edmund's strange explanation for her absence. Searching for film, Jeffrey found a videotape with "To Daddy" inscribed in Dinah's handwriting. The video depicted Dinah — saying she's hitting the road "to start a better life," and asked Ross not to try to find her, but rather forgive her. A stunned Edmund played along and excused himself to go buy formula. What he really did was drop by Dinah's "place" to bring her supplies. He mentioned bonding with his "new baby" and promised to free her when he could trust her to keep her pretty little lips zipped. Until then, she should consider what she eats, drinks, and the air she breathes personal gifts from him. (Luckily, Procter & Gamble makes a wide range of household products!) Dinah vowed to be rescued, but Edmund pointed out that nobody will be looking for her, thanks to her video."They bought the whole thing!" Back at the farmhouse, Cassie wanted more pics. Tammy held the baby, and Sandy called her a natural. Then Tammy got a cell call. A man named Ethan Fallon said he knew Sandy and agreed to meet her at Company. Jeffrey and Cassie were left alone to smooch — until Hope started wailing. As Edmund tried to leave Dinah she attacked again, and he warned her not to make things "unpleasant." But she secretly lifted his cell phone and started dialing after he left. At Company, Fallon denies knowing Sandy, saying he thought Tammy said "Randy Coster." Outside, Ethan met Sandy and said he did as Sandy asked; "You're the boss." After Cassie put Hope down, she and the DA smooched again, until Edmund interrupted, and picked up Hope for more pictures. Then the phone rang — and Cassie answered.

On her cell, Lizzie told a reverend to "get your Bible all warmed up," then interrupted Coop at the garage to tell him she's going to Cancun for a week for work — and she's bringing him along. Coop agreed. Meanwhile a furious Beth told Alan Lizzie and Coop are engaged, and her husband vowed, "This wedding will never happen." Lizzie swore Coop to secrecy and told him to be at a certain address in one hour. On the way out, she ran into Alexandra, who questioned the Cancun trip. Lizzie copped to getting married. Now. Alex wondered if it was revenge for Beth marrying Alan, but Lizzie insisted she's in love. Later, Beth confronted Coop at the garage and asked what it would take to make Coop go away. Their conversation was watched by a mysterious gloved stranger. Coop advised Beth to leave the manipulation to Alan, but she vowed to protect Lizzie and left. The Glove-handed Stranger knocked out Coop with a wrench and knocked over a compressed-gas canister mysteriously tagged “DANGER DO NOT OPEN VALVE.” (So how would one use such a product?) Clad in a wedding dress, Lizzie waited at the church for Coop when Alex arrived with flowers, suggesting, "Someone in this wretched family deserves to be happy." Meanwhile, Coop regained consciousness, but seemed to be trapped under a tire that was leaning against his hip, so he passed out again. Outside, Gus and Harley suddenly appeared, but decided to leave to "continue the honeymoon," leaving Coop with the hissing mystery gas canister.

Coop banged his head on the hood of a car when Lizzie surprised him. She offered to kiss his boo-boo and make it better and the two locked lips. Beth stormed into Company looking for Coop: she wanted to kill him. Beth announced in front of Buzz, Coop and Lizzie that the teens planned to wed. After some confusion, Coop covered for Lizzie and confirmed their engagement. Buzz spilled about Coop's Oxford plans, but Coop reassured Lizzie that he wouldn't make a decision of that magnitude without consulting her. Coop told Buzz that he loves Lizzie as she made covert wedding plans.

Bill came to Outskirts and offered Ava a job as Olivia's assistant. Jonathan advised Ava that the best way to make a good impression was to get people to talk about themselves, but his advice backfired when Ava tried to butter up Olivia. When Ava announced that they had met before, Liv spat: "Were you my waitress, moonlighting as a stalker, or the other way around?" Olivia claimed she needed someone smart and sharp and experienced and definitely not someone like Ava for the job, but after watching Ava manage Jonathan, Olivia changed her mind. Jonathan agreed to let Ava do double-duty as a barmaid and Olivia's assistant, and she hugged him.

Michelle lost consciousness and hemorrhaged. Rick wanted to help, but Mel kicked him out so that she could stabilize Michelle. Marina donated blood. Michelle had a heavenly visit from her mother Maureen, who told her it wasn't her time to die: there were still things to hope for. Mel revived Michelle. While Danny got a call from Robbie, Marina sat by Michelle's bedside. Frank urged Danny not to forget his "other" responsibilities because of Michelle. Michelle awoke and asked Danny where the baby was and he informed her the child had died.

Josh stewed as he watched Reva flirt with a Stranger. Pronouncing herself an "impulsive type of girl," she kissed Stranger. Josh asked what she wanted. She said she didn't want pity. "Maybe I need a break from you." Soap veteran Josh suspected Reva was merely trying to manipulate him into leaving her, but he worried about her health. The Stranger returned and got into a pushing match with Josh, which Billy broke up. Reva said she didn't want "the quiet life" Josh does. "You are not enough for me anymore," she scolded. "Do you finally get it?" Josh wondered what she was looking for. "You're as miserable as I am," she charged. "Life is not a roller-coaster," lectured Forrest Gu...er, Josh. Reva said she need time alone to figure out who she is (This is saying something — is she Amish? a clone? a time-traveler?) Josh sighed that he couldn't fight for her and against her at the same time, and cut her loose and stormed out. "Have fun." Billy urged Reva to go after him because they are crazy about each other (the operative word being crazy), but she declined. "He deserves more than I can give him."

Cassie arrived at the farm to see Edmund cradling her daughter, smirking in satisfaction. "It was worth everything," he leered, and concocted a story about the baby being born very fast. "How amazing is that?" Cassie asked. (She had no idea.) Ed said Dinah was "gone," that she had "bolted" right after giving birth, but maybe it's all for the best. Elsewhere, Dinah awoke in dark room that appeared to be the farmhouse — except for the bars on the windows and the locked steel door. She flashed back to Edmund choloroforming her. "You kidnapped me!" she realized, then shouted for help. Meanwhile, medical personnel apparently had time to check out the baby and satisfy Cassie, who wanted to name the kid. Ed suggested Fiona and Isabella, while Cassie joked about "Miracle Winslow" before hitting on "Hope." Then Jeffrey arrived, and looked at Hope like she was a venomous snake. Cassie sent Ed to make phone calls while Jeffrey clutched the infant like he was holding a dirty diaper. Meanwhile, Ed slipped into Dinah's prison. "If you think I'm enjoying, this I'm not," he assured her. As he was leaving she lunged for the door, but Ed tossed her aside. "Ciao, Dinah." Jeffrey was skeptical of Edmund's tale, but Ed returned and took babe from Jeffrey. The worried DA offered to stay in the barn (obviously oblivious that there was an entire duplicate farmhouse available) and watch over Cassie.

Michelle awakened to sirens and feared her baby was in the burning car, which exploded — again. Danny rushed to Cedars, where an ER doctor was standing around waiting for him, and sent him to the delirious Michelle's bedside. She still had perfect eye makeup, but an ugly red blotch of blood right between her eyes. Later, Rick said he was not overly concerned by Michelle's scrapes and bruises — heck, he refused to give her a Band-Aid for her forehead — but wanted to keep her for observation. Michelle woke up mumbling to Danny about "the baby." Rick came in, cooed to his sister, kissed her (apparently she has a lousy HMO) and left. Danny thought she was talking about Robbie, but Rick broke the news that "she was pregnant," but didn't know who the daddy was. Rick surmised that Michelle went into labor, causing the accident, then the car exploded (twice, remember) with the baby inside, completely and utterly atomizing all traces of the infant. Since Michelle was in shock, Rick didn't want to tell her the bad news yet — or give her a Band-Aid for her bleeding face. Marina tried to comfort Danny, who continuously covered only one eye, as if he had be violently poked. Danny went back to Michelle and wept, "It could have been my baby." He wondered why she didn't tell him about baby, but wasn't concerned at all about her oozing head wound. Michelle asked Danny about the baby, insisting that he had helped deliver the kid. He denied it and Rick sedated her — but let her forehead bleed.
